1REAL-TIME FLOOD FORECASTING MODELING OF 1D UNSTEADY CHANNEL FLOW AND KALMAN FILTER显示文摘WT5”BZ]The model of 1D unsteady channel flow combined with the Kalman filter for real-time channel flood forecasting was attempted in this study. The suitable upstream and downstream boundary conditions were suggested. The system equation was given by the linearization of the finite-difference equations of the mass conservation and momentum equations as well as the boundary conditions. In the Kalman filter updating model, because the number of measurement variable is less then that of state-space variables, the measurement error covariance matrix could be estimated in real time through the innovation sequence, and the system error covariance matrix needs to be estimated preliminarily. A real example of flood forecasting in the Huaihe River was given to explain how the method works. The results show that the model is reasonable and effective. [WT5”HZ]Li, Z.J. 5EFFECT OF VACUUM HEAT TREATMENT ON OXIDATION BEHAVIOR OF SPUTTERED NiCrAlY COATING显示文摘A bond coat for thermal barrier coating (TBC), NiCrAlY coating, is subjected to vac-uum heat treatment in order to remove internal stress before ceramic top coat is de-posited. The effect of vacuum heat treatment on the oxidation behavior of the sputteredNiCrAlY coating has been investigated. The as-sputtered NiCrAlY coating consists ofγ-Ni and β-NiAl phases. After vacuum heat treatment, the sputtered NiCrAlY coatingmainly consists of γ-Ni3Al, β-NiAl, γ-Ni, and trace of α-Al2O3 phases. The isother-mal oxidation of sputtered NiCrAlY coating with and without vacuum heat treatmenthas been performed at 1000C. It is shown that α-Al2O3 formed during vacuum heattreatment acts as nuclei for the formation of α-Al2O3, and the protective α-Al2O3scale is formed more rapidly on the vacuum heat treated NiCrAlY coating than thatformed on the untreated coating. Also the α-Al2O3 scale has a better adherence to thevacuum heat treated NiCrAlY coating. Therefore the vacuum heat treatment improvesthe oxidation resistance of sputtered NiCrAlY coating.M.H. Li X.F. 13INFLUENCE OF THE NONMAGNETIC METAL SPACER ON THE MAGNETIC PROPERTIES AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF THE MULTILAYER FILMS显示文摘Ta / NiFe/ Bi (Ag, Cu)/ FeMn /Ta and Ta / NiFeI /FeMn / Bi(Ag, Cu)/ NiFeII / Ta films were prepared by magnetic sputtering. The texture and the dependences of the exchange-coupling field on the thickness of Bi, Ag, and Cu in Ta / NiFe/ Bi(Ag, Cu) /FeMn /Ta and Ta/ NiFeI / FeMn / Bi(Ag, Cu)/ NiFeII / Ta films were studied. XPS results indicate that the Bi atoms migrated into the FeMn layer during the deposition process and a FeMnBi alloy was probably formed or the Bi atoms existed as an impurity in the FeMn layer in Ta / NiFe / Bi(Ag, Cu)/ FeMn / Ta. Otherwise, in Ta / NiFeI / FeMn / Bi(Ag, Cu) / NiFeII / Ta films, Bi, Ag, and Cu atoms do not remain entirely at the interface of the FeMn / NiFeII film, but at least partly segregate to the surface of the NiFe film.M.H. 17PHYSICAL SIMULATION OF CONTINUOUS ROLL CASTING PROCESS显示文摘A series of simulating experimental studies on the rheological behavior and its influential factors of aluminum alloy in continuous roll-casting process have been explored in this paper with a Gleeble-1500 Thermal-Mechanical Simulation Tester and a set of special clamp system. Relevant rheological rules in the process of coupling transient solidification and continuous deformation of roll-casting conditions are obtained. Experimental results indicate that four different characteristic stages exist in the whole rheological process, and relative constitutive models suitable for the given conditions of continuous roll casting process have been established through multivariable linear regression analysis of the experimental data.L.H. 20饲料中不同水平的脂肪和维生素E对罗非鱼生长和抗链球菌能力的影响(一)显示文摘试验旨在研究饲料中不同水平的脂肪和维生素E对罗非鱼生长、免疫应答和对链球菌抵抗力的影响。基础饲料(粗蛋白35%,消化能14.23MJ/kg)分别添加6%、10%和14%的混合油脂(玉米油和曼哈顿鱼油比例为1:1)和维生素E50mg/kg、100mg/kg和200mg/kg。每个试验组3个重复,连续饲喂12周。罗非鱼体增重、摄食量和存活率不受饲料中脂肪和维生素E水平的影响,添加14%脂肪组罗非鱼饲料效率显著比添加6%脂肪组低,但与添加10%脂肪组无显著差异。这些变化不受饲料中维生素E水平的影响。添加14%脂肪和100mg/kg的维生素E组的罗非鱼全鱼脂肪含量显著增加。肝脏中的α-维生素E水平与饲料中维生素E的变化趋势一致,但在添加14%脂肪组显著降低。血液学指标和肝指数不受饲料中各处理组的影响。添加14%脂肪水平组罗非鱼血清蛋白显著增加,但不受饲料中维生素E水平的影响。而添加200mg/kg的维生素E后,罗非鱼溶菌酶活性不受日粮中脂肪梯度影响,但在添加200mg/kg维生素E处理组显著增加。添加10%和14%脂肪水平组罗非鱼补体活性显著降低,但维生素E添加量达到100mg/kg或200mg/kg时补体活性随之增加。饲料中脂肪和维生素E水平对罗非鱼抗链球菌能力以及抗体效价都没有影响。Lim C.
