| 1 | Late Quaternary sinistral slip rate along the Altyn Tagh fault and its structural transformation model显示文摘Based on technical processing of high-resolution SPOT images and aerophotos, detailed mapping of offset landforms in combination with field examination and displacement measurement, and dating of offset geomorphic surfaces by using carbon fourteen (14C), cos- mogenic nuclides (10Be+26Al) and thermoluminescence (TL) methods, the Holocene sinistral slip rates on different segments of the Altyn Tagh Fault (ATF) are obtained. The slip rates reach 17.5 ±2 mm/a on the central and western segments west of Aksay Town, 11±3.5 mm/a on the Subei-Shibaocheng segment, 4.8±1.0 mm/a on the Sulehe segment and only 2.2±0.2 mm/a on the Kuantanshan segment, an easternmost segment of the ATF. The sudden change points for loss of sinistral slip rates are located at the Subei, Shibaocheng and Shulehe triple junctions where NW-trending active thrust faults splay from the ATF and propagate southeastward. Slip vector analyses indicate that the loss of the sinistral slip rates from west to east across a triple junction has structurally transformed into local crustal shortening perpendicular to the active thrust faults and strong uplifting of the thrust sheets to form the NW-trending Danghe Nanshan, Daxueshan and Qilianshan Ranges. Therefore, the eastward extrusion of the northern Qing- hai-Tibetan Plateau is limited and this is in accord with “the imbricated thrusting transforma- tion-limited extrusion model”. | P. | 2 | 一种新型CO_2置换CH_4水合物的开采方法显示文摘天然气水合物储量巨大,是未来极具开发潜力的清洁能源。CO_2置换法兼具能源开采与温室气体封存的双重功效,但通常CO_2对CH_4的置换速率非常低。为此,结合抑制剂存在条件下CH_4水合物和CO_2水合物具有不同的热力学稳定性这一特点,提出并通过实验证实了一种可用于开采天然气水合物的新方法,它将CO_2置换法与注热力学抑制剂的工艺相结合,实现了CH_4水合物分解过程的加速。通过岩心驱替实验,对比考察了两类3种常见CH_4水合物热力学抑制剂(甲醇、氯化钠和氯化镁)的作用效果。实验结果表明:在甲醇溶液作用下,CH_4水合物分解速率高达0.011 94 mol/h,远高于电解质盐溶液的作用效果(分别为0.000 86 mol/h和0.001 41 mol/h)。选择甲醇溶液作为水合物分解加速剂,通过前期注入甲醇溶液段塞、后期连续注入CO_2的方式,使得CH_4水合物分解率超过92%,且实现了CO_2气体以水合物形式的封存固定,最终CO_2水合物的生成量占到初始甲烷水合物总量的16%~27%。 | Khlebnikov V.N. | 3 | 胜利油田原油和生油岩中的生物标志化合物及其应用显示文摘Aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic steranes of 11 oil and 6 shale samples from the Zhanhua Depression have been examined by GC-MS with particular attention paid to the so-called biological markers i.e., steranes, triterpanes, and aromatic steranes. No correlation has been established between oil maturity and reservoir depth, suggesting that the present maturity of oil is related mainly to maturation effects in the source rocks rather than in the reservoir. Oil samples pooled from depth of ca. < 1300m in Gudoan, Chenzhikoun uplift show signs of extensive biodegradation (n-alkanes all removed) whilst those pooled from depth > 1500 m are unaffected. The shales show progressive increase in the extent of aromatization of aromatic steranes and the extent of configurational isomerization in the hopanes which correlate well with present burial depth. A number of ratios and compound distributions thought to be indicative of either maturity of palcoenviromnent suggest the upper Shahejie represented by Y121 as the most likely source for the Y118 oil which is less mature than all other oils. The main source (s) for all other oils is more mature (by sterane isomerisation) than all shales examined. | 6 | 多孔介质中天然气水合物生成的主要影响因素显示文摘目前有关天然气水合物(以下简称水合物)的研究主要集中在物理化学性质考察和开采(分解)方法探索方面。在进行后者的研究过程中,地层渗流过程的物理模拟至关重要,但目前借助于石油开采研究中广泛应用的填砂管等多孔介质对水合物进行动态过程的研究却鲜有报道。为此,利用河砂填砂管在岩心驱替装置上进行了甲烷水合物生成过程的物理模拟,考察了地层温度、甲烷压力及地层模型性质参数等对水合物生成过程的影响。结果表明:(1)利用冰融水作为地层模型的束缚水可显著提升甲烷水合物的生成速率;(2)多孔介质条件下过程驱动力(即实验压力或温度偏离水合物相平衡对应值的程度)对甲烷水合物的生成起着决定性作用;(3)当甲烷压力高于水合物相平衡压力1.4倍以上,或者实验温度低于相平衡温度3℃以下时,甲烷水合物生成诱导期几乎不随温压条件的变化而变化;(4)渗透率、含水饱和度、润湿性等参数对实验中甲烷水合物的生成率不构成明显影响。 | Khlebnikov V.N. | 12 | The fungal UmSrt1 and maize ZmSUT1 sucrose transporters battle for plant sugar resources显示文摘The biotrophic fungus Ustilago maydis causes corn smut disease, inducing tumor formation in its host Zea mays. Upon infection, the fungal hyphae invaginate the plasma membrane of infected maize cells, establishing an interface where pathogen and host are separated only by their plasma membranes. At this interface the fungal and maize sucrose transporters, UmSrt1 and ZmSUT1, compete for extracellular sucrose in the corn smut/maize pathosystem. Here we biophysically characterized ZmSUT1 and UmSrt1 in Xenopus oocytes with respect to their voltage-,pH-and substrate-dependence and determined affinities toward protons and sucrose. In contrast to ZmSUT1,UmSrt1 has a high affinity for sucrose and is relatively pH-and voltage-independent. Using these quantitative parameters, we developed a mathematical model to simulate the competition for extracellular sucrose at the contact zone between the fungus and the host plant. This approach revealed that UmSrt1 exploits the apoplastic sucrose resource, which forces the plant transporter into a sucrose export mode providing the fungus with sugar from the phloem. | 16 | 恩替卡韦与拉米夫定治疗HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎的比较显示文摘BACKGROUND:Entecavir is a potent and selective antiviral agent that has demonstrated efficacy in phase 2 studies in patients with hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-negative chronic hepatitis B.METHODS:In this phase 3,double-blind trial,we randomly assigned 648 patients with HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B who had not previously been treated with a nucleoside analogue to receive 0.5 mg of entecavir or 100 mg of lamivudine once daily for a minimum of 52 weeks.The primary efficacy end point was histologic improvement(a decrease by at least two points in the Knodell necroinflammatory score,without worsening of fibrosis).RESULTS:Histologic improvement after 48 weeks of treatment occurred in 208 of 296 patients in the entecavir group who had adequate baseline liver-biopsy specimens that could be evaluated(70 percent),as compared with 174 of 287 such patients in the lamivudine group(61 percent,P=0.01).More patients in the entecavir group than in the lamivudine group had undetectable serum hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA levels according to a polymerase-chain-reaction assay(90 percent vs.72 percent,P < 0.001)and normalization of alanine aminotransferase levels(78 percent vs.71 percent,P = 0.045).The mean reduction in serum HBV DNA levels from baseline to week 48 was greater with entecavir than with lamivudine(5.0 vs.4.5 log on a base-10 scale copies per milliliter,P < 0.001).There was no evidence of resistance to entecavir.Safety and adverse-event profiles were similar in the two groups.CONCLUSIONS:Among patients with HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B who had not previously been treated with a nucleoside analogue,the rates of histologic improvement,virologic response,and normalization of alanine aminotransferase levels were significantly higher at 48 weeks with entecavir than with lamivudine.The safety profile of the two agents was similar,and there was no evidence of viral resistance to entecavir. | Shouval D.
