1肿瘤坏死因子α基因多态性与中国人自身免疫肝病相关性研究显示文摘目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)启动子基因多念性与中国人自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)、原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)发病的相关性。 方法 采用序列特异性聚合酶链式反应方法分析49例AIH、58例PBC患者外周血单核细胞基因组DNA TNFα启动子-308、238 G/A基因多态性,并与160例正常对照组比较。 结果 正常对照组中国人与白种人TNFα*2携带率差异较大。虽然从百分率上可以看出中国人PBC患者TNF α*2携带率低于正常对照组(10.34%与16.88%),但统计学上两者差异无显著性,TNFα-238位基因多态性分布也与正常对照组差异无显著性;AIH患者TNF α自动子-308、-238 G/A基因多态性均与正常人差异无显著性。 结论 不同人种自身免疫肝病的免疫相关基因不同,中国人AIH、PBC与TNFα启动子基因的多态性间不存在基因连锁关系。范列英 仲人前 屠小卿 Thomas Pfeiffer Ralph Feltens 朱烨 周琳 2004中华肝脏病杂志2004,12,3:15
2南极菲尔德斯半岛海鸟与种群分布显示文摘2000/2001-2002/2003南极夏季期间,对中国南极长城站所在地乔治王岛菲尔德斯半岛及邻近区海鸟群落组成与种群分布特征进行了观测研究.本文报道了对该地区三次考察期间记录的海鸟共11科25种.其中,有繁殖活动的海鸟12种,优势种有白眉企鹅(Pygoscelis papua)和黄蹼洋海燕(Oceanites oceanicus),常见种有纹颊企鹅(Pygoscelis antarctica)、巨鹱(Macronectes giganteus)、花斑鹱(Daption capenis)、南极燕鸥(Sterna vittata) 和灰贼鸥(Catharacta antarctica)等.王自磐 Hans Urlich Peter Simone Pfeiffer 2004极地研究2004,16,4:10
3维生素D受体基因多态性与中国人自身免疫肝病相关性研究显示文摘目的 探讨维生素D受体 (VDR)基因多态性与中国人自身免疫性肝炎 (AIH)和原发性胆汁性肝硬化 (PBC)发病的相关性。方法 采用限制性长度多态性分析 (restrictionfragmentlengthpolymorphismanalysis ,RFLP)法分析 4 9例AIH、5 8例PBC患者外周血单核细胞基因组DNAVDR外显子2和外显子 7~外显子 9处限制性内切酶FokI、BsmI、ApaI和TaqI基因多态性 ,并与 16 0例正常对照组比较。结果 FokI基因多态性与AIH相关 ,AIH患者ff表型携带者明显高于正常对照组 (34 7%vs18 8% ,P =0 0 19) ;BsmI基因多态性与PBC相关 ,PBC患者携带Bb表型者较正常人明显降低(5 2 %vs 17 5 % ,P =0 0 2 1) ,而bb表型者明显升高 (94 8%vs 80 6 % ,P =0 0 1)。结论 研究结果表明VDR基因多态性与中国人AIH、PBC发病间存在基因连锁。虽然VDR基因表型分布不同 ,但不同人种 ,包括高加索人均存在相似的基因连锁。范列英 仲人前 屠小卿 朱烨 弓长丽 周琳 赵智贤 Ralph Feltens Thomas Pfeiffer 2003中华医学杂志2003,83,21:8

6Simulation Modeling in Plant Breeding: Principles and Applications显示文摘Conventional plant breeding largely depends on phenotypic selection and breeder's experience, therefore the breeding efficiency is low and the predictions are inaccurate. Along with the fast development in molecular biology and biotechnology, a large amount of biological data is available for genetic studies of important breeding traits in plants, which in turn allows the conduction of genotypic selection in the breeding process. However, gene information has not been effectively used in crop improvement because of the lack of appropriate tools. The simulation approach can utilize the vast and diverse genetic information, predict the cross performance, and compare different selection methods. Thus, the best performing crosses and effective breeding strategies can be identified. QuLine is a computer tool capable of defining a range, from simple to complex genetic models, and simulating breeding processes for developing final advanced lines. On the basis of the results from simulation experiments, breeders can optimize their breeding methodology and greatly improve the breeding efficiency. In this article, the underlying principles of simulation modeling in crop enhancement is initially introduced, following which several applications of QuLine are summarized, by comparing the different selection strategies, the precision parental selection, using known gene information, and the design approach in breeding. 9Could non-invasive brain-stimulation prevent neuronal degeneration upon ion channel re-distribution and ion accumulation after demyelination?显示文摘Fast and efficient transmission of electrical signals in the nervous system is mediated through myelinated nerve fibers.In neuronal diseases such as multiple sclerosis,the conduction properties of axons are disturbed by the removal of the myelin sheath,leaving nerve cells at a higher risk of degenerating.In some cases,the protective myelin sheath of axons can be rebuilt by remyelination through oligodendroglial cells.In any case,however,changes in the ion channel organization occur and may help to restore impulse conduction after demyelination.On the other hand,changes in ion channel distribution may increase the energy demand of axons,thereby increasing the probability of axonal degeneration.Many attempts have been made or discussed in recent years to increase remyelination of affected axons in demyelinating diseases such as multiple sclerosis.These approaches range from pharmacological treatments that reduce inflammatory processes or block ion channels to the modulation of neuronal activity through electrical cortical stimulation.However,these treatments either affect the entire organism(pharmacological)or exert a very local effect(electrodes).Current results show that neuronal activity is a strong regulator of oligodendroglial development.To bridge the gap between global and very local treatments,non-invasive transcranial magnetic stimulation could be considered.Transcranial magnetic stimulation is externally applied to brain areas and experiments with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation show that the neuronal activity can be modulated depending on the stimulation parameters in both humans and animals.In this review,we discuss the possibilities of influencing ion channel distribution and increasing neuronal activity by transcranial magnetic stimulation as well as the effect of this modulation on oligodendroglial cells and their capacity to remyelinate previously demyelinated axons.Although the physiological mechanisms underlying the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation clearly need further investigations,repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation may be a promising approach for non-invasive neuronal modulation aiming at enhancing remyelination and thus reducing neurodegeneration.Friederike Pfeiffer Alia Benali 2020Neural Regeneration Research2020,15,11:3
10青光眼患者血清抗视网膜抗原的抗体轮廓质谱分析显示文摘目的比较原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者与正常对照(CTRL)者间的抗体轮廓差异。方法病例对照研究。将44例POAG患者与48例CTRL者的血清分别加入到含有预洗Dyna珠-G蛋白的反应管中,以捕获人免疫球蛋白G(IgG)抗体,形成的IgG—G蛋白复合体用来捕获目标抗原(匀质化牛视网膜组织)。经洗提后获得的抗原蛋白通过“表面增强激光解吸附-电离-飞行时间-质谱”仪进行检测。采用Proteomic software project统计学软件,对两组质谱数据连同受检者年龄和性别等参数,自动进行t检验和初步多变量判别分析;随后采用Statistica version8.0统计学软件,进行包括抗原蛋白质谱数据、蛋白质芯片类型和激光解吸附-电离能量等的多变量判别分析。结果CTRL组的平均质谱强度为4244.427±4721.115,POAG组为4049.864±4083.819,两组间差异有统计学意义(F=1.340,P〈0.01);在POAG患者中,出现了部分高调节免疫反应,但主要表现为低调节免疫反应。结论在POAG患者与CTRL者之间存在明显的抗体轮廓差异,在POAG组中出现的低调节免疫反应表明部分患者可能与“异常免疫”有关。严良 Joachim S. 20Possible role of power-to-heat and power-to-gas as flexibleloads in German medium voltage networks显示文摘Germany's energy transition triggered a rapidand unilateral growth of renewable energy sources (RES)in the electricity sector. With increasing shares ofintermittent RES, overcapacities during periods of strongwind and photovoltaic electricity generation occur. In theface of insufficient transmission capacities, due to aninhibited network extension, the electricity generation hasto be curtailed. This curtailment of RES leads to economiclosses and could be avoided through flexible loads. As anoption to cope with those problems, the technologies ofpower-to-gas (PtG) and power-to-heat (PtH) are presentedin this paper. First, the alkaline electrolyzer (AEL),polymer electrolyte membrane electrolyzer (PEMEL),and solid oxide electrolyzer cell (SOEC) are investigatedregarding their operational parameters. Second, the electricboiler, electrode heating boiler, and heat pumps areconsidered.
