| 2 | 白内障手术中植入散光型人工晶状体矫正角膜散光的效果评价显示文摘目的:评价白内障手术植入散光型人工晶状体(MS6116TU)的术后效果和人工晶状体轴位的稳定性。方法:对154眼进行回顾性总结分析。采用颞侧透明切口的白内障超声乳化法,植入折叠式散光型人工晶状体。术后向量分析借助双角图表,统计学处理采用T2检验。结果:主观验光的平均散光向量术前为1.51D×178°,术后为0.07D×121°。术后1d有11眼(7.1%)ToricIOL的轴向比预定方向偏差15°以上,随访中有12眼(7.8%)轴向偏离在15°以上;晶状体在囊袋内稳定性能好,本组未有二次手术再定位者。无论是高度(≥5D)或低度(≤2D)的散光晶状体均取得了预期的效果。结论:在白内障手术中植入散光人工晶状体矫正术前角膜的散光,临床效果准确、可靠,并有着较好的预测性,具有一定的推广前景。 | 党光福 S.C. | 10 | Effects of Nb Alloying on Nano-Crystallization Kinetics of Fe_(55-x)Cr_(18)Mo_7B_(16)C_4Nb_x(x=0, 3) Bulk Amorphous Alloys显示文摘Crystallization kinetics of Fe55-xCr18Mo7B16C4Nbx(x= 0, 3) bulk amorphous alloys were analyzed using X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) tests. In practice, crystallization and growth mechanism were evaluated using DSC tests at four different heating rates (10, 20, 30, and 40 K/min) and kinetic models. Two-step crystallization behavior was observed when Fe55Cr18Mo7B16C4 and Fe52Cr18Mo7B16C4Nb3 bulk amorphous alloys were annealed, where Fe36Cr12Mo10 phase was crystallized in the first step of crystallization. Results show that Fe36Cr12Mo10 and Fe3C phases were crystallized in the structures of the alloys after further annealing process. Activation energy for the crystallization of Fe36Cr12Mo10 phase was measured to be 543 kJ/mol in Fe52Cr18Mo7B16C4Nb3 alloy and 375 kJ/mol for Fe55Cr18Mo7B16C4 alloy according to Kissinger-Starink model. Moreover, a two-dimensional diffusion controlled growth mechanism with decreasing nucleation rate was found in Fe52Cr18Mo7B16C4Nb3 alloy whereas a three-dimensional diffusion controlled growth mechanism with decreasing nucleation rate was found in crystallization of Fe36Cr12Mo10 phase dur- ing annealing of Fe55Cr18Mo7B16C4 alloy. TEM (transmission electron microscopy) observations reveal that crystalline Fe36Cr12Mo10 phase nucleated in the structures of the alloys in an average size of 10 nm with completely mottled morphology. | S. | 11 | Development of Low Carbon Microalloyed High Strength Ultra-Thin Cast Strip Products Produced by the Castrip~ Process With Excellent Strength-Ductility Properties显示文摘The CASTRIP* process produces a range of high strength Ultra-thin Cast Strip (UCS) products (380-550 MPa) in thicknesses between 0.9 mm and 1.5 mm, which is very challenging to produce via conventional hot and cold rolled processing routes. The twin roll CASTRIP process fully exploits the hardenability and strengthening potential of Nb in a low C-Mn-Nb-V microalloyed steel type. Significant microstructural strengthening from solute Nb was obtained, even at low microalloying levels, as well as modest Mn additions, through enhancing the hardenability and further strengthening was obtained in coated products by exploiting age hardening during processing on a continuous hot dip galvanising line. Atom probe tomography and TEM determined that Nb was retained in solid solution and subsequent age hardening resulted from the formation of Nb and V rich nanosized particles. | 14 | MECHANISM ANALYSIS OF THICKNESS EFFECT ON MIXED MODE Ⅰ/Ⅱ FRACTURE OF LC4-CS ALUMINUM ALLOY显示文摘Mixed mode I//II fracture experiments of LC4-CS aluminum alloy were conducted by using tension-shear specimens with thicknesses of 2, 4, 8 and 14mm. Fracture mechanisms of thickness effect on mixed mode I//II fracture were first examined from fracture surface morphology to correlate with the macroscopic fracture behavior and stress state. It is found that specimen thickness has a strong influence on mixed mode fracture. As thickness varies from thin to thick the macroscopic fracture surfaces appear the characteristics of plane stress state (2mm, 4mm-thick specimen), three-dimensional stress state (8ram-thick specimens), and plane strain state (14mm-thick specimens), respectively. The specimens of all kinds of thicknesses are typical of tensile type failure under mode I loading condition and shear type failure under mode II loading condition. Two distinct features coexist on the fracture surfaces under mixed mode loading conditions, and the corresponding proportion varies with loading mixity. Void-growth processes are the failure mechanism in both predominately tensile and shear-type fractures. The size and depth of dimples on the fracture surface vary greatly with thickness. Therefore, it is extraordinary necessary to take into account the thickness effect when a mixed mode fracture criterion is being established. | H.R. Dong W.L. | 15 | Microstructural and mechanical characteristics of Al-alloyed ductile iron upon casting and annealing显示文摘Ductile iron containing 6.16wt% Al was developed to investigate the effects of aluminum on both its microstructure and hardness. It was found that aluminum not only increases the nodule count and pearlite content but also improves the hardness in both sand mold and metal mold castings. Annealing treatments were conducted to attain a homogenous microstructure and improve high-temperature serviceability. A ferrite/carbide or ferritic matrix was gained depending on the annealing temperature. It is also discovered that annealing has inverse influences on the hardness of the bulk alloy and the ferrite phase. Although it causes a small decrease in the bulk hardness of the specimens, it leads to an increase in the microhardness of the ferrite. Micro-segregation of the alloying elements was also investigated by means of electron probe micro-analysis for the specimens with different annealing durations and the as-cast specimen as well. | 18 | 自然周期或下调性激素控制周期中冻融胚胎的移植:一项回顾性研究显示文摘Objective: To assess the implantation, pregnancy, and live birth rates after the transfer of frozen- thawed embryos (FET) in a natural or hormonal control cycle. Design: Retrospective study. Setting: National Health Service tertiary referral center for reproductive medicine in Manchester, United Kingdom. Patient(s): Two comparable groups of women with regular menstrual cycles: Group A (n = 212) had FET in a natural cycle after spontaneous ovulation; group B (n = 205) had FET in a pituitary- desensitized hormonally controlled cycle. Intervention(s): In group B, GnRH agonist was commenced in the midluteal phase of the previous cycle and discontinued 3 days before embryo transfer. Oral estradiol valerate and vaginal progesterone pessary were used to prepare the endometrium. Embryo transfer was carried out 3 days after detection of the endogenous LH surge in group A and on day 3 of progesterone administration in group B. Main Outcome Measure(s): Implantation, pregnancy, and live birth rates per cycle and per embryo transfer (ET). Result(s): In the 212 women who had natural- cycle FET, 172 ETs were performed and 247 embryos replaced. The implantation rate was 14.1% (35/247). Twenty clinical pregnancies (20/172, 11.6% ) were achieved. In the 205 women who had down- regulated hormone replacement- cycle FET, 173 embryo transfers were performed and 243 embryos replaced. The implantation rate was 13.5% (33/243). Eighteen clinical pregnancies (18/173, 10.2% ) were achieved. There were no significant differences between the two groups with regard to the implantation, clinical pregnancy, or live birth rates per cycle or per ET. Conclusion(s):These findings suggest that both FET protocols are equally effective in terms of implantation rate and pregnancy outcome in women with regular menstrual cycles. | Gelbaya T.A.
