| 2 | Mechanical properties of the A356 aluminum alloy modified with La/Ce显示文摘The research of rare earths for the synthesis of materials with improved mechanical performance is of great interest when they are considered for potential applications in the automotive industry. In this regard, the effect on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the automotive A356 aluminum alloy reinforced with 0.2 (wt.%) Al-6Ce-3La (ACL) was investigated. The ACL was added to the melted A356 alloy in the as-received condition and processed by mechanical milling. In the second route, the effect of the ACL processed by mechanical milling and powder metallurgy techniques was investigated, and compared with the results obtained from the A356 alloy strengthened with ACL in the as-received condition. Microstructural properties were evaluated by means of X-ray diffraction in order to observe the solubility of Ce/La in the Al matrix. In addition, electron microscopy was employed in order to investigate the effect of milling time on the size and morphology of La/Ce phase under milling process. Mechanical properties of the A356 alloy modified with ACL were measured by hardness and tensile test. For comparison unmodified specimens of the A356 were characterized according to the previous procedure. The microstructural and mechanical characterization was carried out in specimens after solution and artificial aging. Observations in scanning electron microscopy indicated a homogeneous dispersion of La/Ce phases by using both routes; however, mechanical results, in the modified A356 alloy with the ACL in the as-received condition, showed an improvement in the mechanical performance of the A356 alloy over that reinforced with the ACL mechanically milled. | E. | 3 | RHEOCASTING OF A356 ALLOY BY LOW SUPERHEAT POURING WITH A SHEARING FIELD显示文摘A novel semi-solid slurry-making process was developed, which was a controlled nucleation and growth technique using a specially designed rotational barrel. Experimental study was undertaken to investigate the effects of pouring temperature and rotation speed of barrel on the microstructure of A356 alloy. Localized rapid cooling, combined with vigorous mixing during the initial stage of solidification enhanced wall nucleation and nuclei survival. High nuclei density combined with a much gradual cooling afterwards led to the formation of the near-ideal semi-solid slurry under a large processing window for the pouring temperature. | 4 | TiZr-base Bulk Metallic Glass with over 50 mm in Diameter显示文摘Low-cost TiZr-base bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)(Ti36.1Zr33.2Ni5.8Be24.9)100-xCux(x=5,7 and 9) with a maximum size of over 50 mm in diameter were developed by optimizing the alloy composition.The idea is initiated by selecting a particular microstructure comprising primary β-Ti dendrite and amorphous phase.Afterwards,based on this composition of amorphous phase,a class of TiZr-base bulk metallic glasses was designed step by step to reach the optimum composition range.The glass transition temperature(Tg),initial crystallization temperature(Tx) and width of supercooled region(△T) of(Ti36.1Zr33.2Ni5.8Be24.9)91Cu9 BMG are 611,655 and 44 K,respectively.The(Ti36.1Zr33.2Ni5.8Be24.9)91Cu9 BMG exhibits low density of 5.541 g·cm-3 and high compressive fracture strength of 1800 MPa,which promises the potential application as structural materials. | M. | 5 | Drug resistance mechanisms and novel drug targets for tuberculosis therapy显示文摘Drug-resistant tuberculosis(TB) poses a significant challenge to the successful treatment and control of TB worldwide.Resistance to anti-TB drugs has existed since the beginning of the chemotherapy era.New insights into the resistant mechanisms of anti-TB drugs have been provided.Better understanding of drug resistance mechanisms helps in the development of new tools for the rapid diagnosis of drugresistant TB.There is also a pressing need in the development of new drugs with novel targets to improve the current treatment of TB and to prevent the emergence of drug resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis.This review summarizes the anti-TB drug resistance mechanisms,furnishes some possible novel drug targets in the development of new agents for TB therapy and discusses the usefulness using known targets to develop new anti-TB drugs.Whole genome sequencing is currently an advanced technology to uncover drug resistance mechanisms in M.tuberculosis.However,further research is required to unravel the significance of some newly discovered gene mutations in their contribution to drug resistance. | Md Mahmudul Islam H.M. | 9 | ELECTROCHEMICAL IMPEDANCE SPECTROSCOPY STUDY OF CORROSION INHIBITION OF MODIFIED LIGNOSULPHONATE FOR CARBON STEEL显示文摘The corrosion inhibition for carbon steel in circulating cooling water by modified lignosulphonate has been investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy technique. Results show that the inhibition efficiency of modified lignosulphonate GCL2 is a great improvement on that of lignosulphonate. The maximum inhibition efficiency of GCL2 reaches 99.21% at the concentration of 400mg·L-1 at 303K. The corrosion inhibition of GCL2 is attributed to forming adsorption film on the metal surface for the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in GCL2 solution shows more than one time-constant. Moreover, results also indicate that it is more efficient in stirring solution than in still solution for GCL2 because the constant of adsorption in stirring solution is much larger than that in still solution. The experiments were carried out in 100A cell with low melting point electrolyte, the influences of cathodic current density, electrolytic temperature, density differences of bath and liquid aluminum on current efficiency (CE) were studied; when the electrolyte cryolite ratio was 2.5, w(BaC12) and w(NaCl) were 48% and 10%, respectively, CE reached 90% and specific energy consumption was 10.97k Wb/kg/kg. Because of the fact that aluminum metal obtained floated on the surface of molten electrolyte, this electrolysis method was then defined as low temperature aluminum floating electrolysis. | 14 | 离子液体BmmimOAc催化2-芳氨基乙醇与二硫化碳一步缩合合成3-芳基-2-噻唑硫酮(英文)显示文摘噻唑硫酮因具有独特的生物活性,使其在医学和杂环化学等领域有着广泛的应用,从而引起了科研工作者的研究兴趣。本文以离子液体1-丁基-2,3-二甲基咪唑鎓醋酸盐(Bmmim OAc)为催化剂,2-芳氨基乙醇和二硫化碳为起始原料,一步缩合合成3-芳基-2-噻唑硫酮。以2-苯氨基乙醇和二硫化碳的反应为模型,考察了一系列离子液体的催化活性。发现只有阴离子为醋酸根的离子液体才具有催化活性,这可能是由醋酸根的碱性所导致的。在这些阴离子为醋酸根的离子液体中,Bmmim OAc的催化活性最高。以其为催化剂,系统考察了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量以及二硫化碳和2-苯氨基乙醇摩尔比对该反应的影响。得到最优的反应条件:反应时间6 h、反应温度130℃、10%的Bmmim OAc用量以及5:1的二硫化碳和2-苯氨基乙醇摩尔比。在该反应条件下,目标产物3-苯基-2-噻唑硫酮的收率达到了97%。以不同的2-芳氨基乙醇为原料,考察了该反应的普适性。结果表明无论是具有给电子基团、吸电子基团或较大空间位阻的2-芳氨基乙醇均可顺利地与二硫化碳反应生成相应的3-芳基-2-噻唑硫酮,且分离收率高达83%–95%。核磁共振波谱和质谱分析表明反应过程中Bmmim OAc的醋酸根阴离子可以自发地与二硫化碳反应生成硫代醋酸根阴离子,因此离子液体1-丁基-2,3-二甲基咪唑鎓硫代醋酸盐(Bmmim COS)可能是2-芳氨基乙醇和二硫化碳反应的催化剂。通过核磁共振波谱研究了Bmmim COS与反应底物2-苯氨基乙醇和二硫化碳之间的相互作用,发现Bmmim COS与2-苯氨基乙醇之间存在氢键相互作用。在反应过程中硫代醋酸根阴离子通过氢键作用活化2-苯氨基乙醇,从而促进反应高效进行。基于表征结果,提出了一个可能的反应机理。首先,Bmmim OAc自发地与二硫化碳反应生成Bmmim COS。然后,Bmmim COS中的硫代醋酸根阴离子通过氢键作用活化2-苯氨基乙醇。随后,活化的2-苯氨基乙醇与二硫化碳反应生成中间体。最后,中间体分子内环化生成目标产物3-苯基-2-噻唑硫酮。<正>2喀土穆大学教育学院化学系,思图曼406。 | 陈必华 ELAGEED Elnazeer H.M. 张永亚 高国华 | 2018 | 物理化学学报2018,34,8: | 3 |

| 16 | EFFECT OF SnO_2 ADDITION ON THE SERVICE LIFE AND ELECTROCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF Ti/IrO_2,+Ta_2O_5 ANODES IN PHENOLSULFONIC ACID SOLUTION显示文摘Service life of two different oxide anodes in phenolsulfonic acid (PSA) solution was investigated by accelerated electrolysis. The durability of Ti/IrO2+Ta2 O5 anode increased by the addition of SnO2 in the mixed oxides. The degradation mechanisms of Ti/IrO2+ Ta2 O5 and Ti/IrO2 +Ta2 O5 +SnO+2 anodes were different. It was shown from the observation of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the electrochcmical measurement that, the deactivation of Ti/IrO2 + Ta2 O5 anode was due to the build-up of an organic film on surface. The growth of the covered film on surface was restricted by addition of SnO2, which resulted in increasing of the service life of anodes. The over-potential for oxygen evolution on Ti/IrO2 +Ta2 O5 electrode increased after doping SnO2, and the intermediate products of PSA building-up on the surface was much more rapidly oxidized. Meanwhile, a certain part of the surface oxide deposit entered into the solution leading to loss of oxides, which resulted in degradation of Ti/IroO2 + Ta2 O5 anode containing SnO2 component. | J.M.
