1用DNA序列分析我国5种并殖吸虫的分类地位显示文摘目的 采用分子生物学技术分析河口并殖吸虫、白水河并殖吸虫、勐腊并殖吸虫、曼谷并殖吸虫及象山并殖吸虫的分类地位。 方法 用明胶、乙基苯基聚乙二醇 (NP4 0 )、聚山梨酸 2 0 0法抽提基因组 DNA,用特异引物 ,PCR扩增 ITS2和部分 CO 基因的目的基因。PCR扩增产物纯化后直接测序分析其同源性 ,构建种系发生树。 结果与结论 DNA序列分析结果表明 ,白水河并殖吸虫、勐腊并殖吸虫、曼谷并殖吸虫及象山并殖吸虫之间存在较小的差异。种系发生树可见 ,这 4种并殖吸虫在并殖吸虫属中彼此比较接近 ,分类地位位于卫氏并殖吸虫与斯氏并殖吸虫之间。河口并殖吸虫与斯氏并殖吸虫在进化及亲缘关系上非常接近。崔爱利 常正山 陈名刚 David Blair 陈韶红 张永年 冯正 2003中国寄生虫学与寄生虫病杂志2003,21,1:21
2我国五省斯氏并殖吸虫群体DNA序列分析的研究显示文摘目的 主要研究我国五省(广东、福建、云南、湖北、四川)斯氏并殖吸虫各群体之间的遗传差异以及四川并殖吸虫独立性问题,并探讨异盘、宫崎、泡囊并殖吸虫在并殖属中的分类地位。方法 以GNT-K法抽提基因组DNA后,用特异引物,PCR扩增ITS2和部分CO1基因,将PCR扩增产物纯化后直接进行测序或克隆后测序,分析序列的同源性,并构建种系发生树。结果 从DNA序列结果来看,5省斯氏并殖吸虫群体之间存在的遗传性差异较小,其中四川并殖吸虫与斯氏并殖吸虫之间存在的遗传性差异亦小。遗传关系均比较接近。泡囊并殖吸虫在种系发生树上位于斯氏并殖吸虫各地域株之间。在种系发生树上,日本的宫崎并殖吸虫亦位于斯氏并殖吸虫各地域株之间,并且与福建地域株最为接近。异盘并殖吸虫在种系发生树上虽与斯氏并殖吸虫各地域株之间距离较远,但相对卫氏并殖吸虫而言,仍与斯氏并殖吸虫遗传距离较近。结论 广东、福建、云南、湖北和四川5省斯氏并殖吸虫群体均属斯氏并殖吸虫同一虫种,由于受地理因素影响,种内存在着不同的地域株。四川并殖吸虫与斯氏并殖吸虫系同种异名。泡囊并殖吸虫与日本的宫崎并殖吸虫很可能是斯氏并殖吸虫的同种异名。异盘并殖吸虫在形态上与种系发生树上,与斯氏并殖吸虫亲缘关系近于卫氏并殖吸虫,分类地位处于两?崔爱利 常正山 陈名刚 David Blair 张永年 陈韶红 冯正 2003中国寄生虫学与寄生虫病杂志2003,21,2:13

4Variable retention harvesting in Victoria’s Mountain Ash (Eucalyptus regnans) forests (southeastern Australia)显示文摘Variable retention harvesting is a silvicultural system that focuses on retaining key elements of stand structure at the time of logging and is increasingly being used worldwide.We describe the design and establishment of a variable retention harvesting experiment established in the Mountain Ash(Eucalyptus regnans)forests of the Central Highlands of Victoria,south-eastern Australia.The experiment was instigated in 2003,and the work to date has shown that it has environmental benefits for certain groups of small mammals,birds,and vascular plants.The experiment has been integrated with an ongoing long-term monitoring program as well as other experiments such as those in post-fire salvage-logged areas.Collectively,the results of various studies suggest that the potential value of variable retention harvesting extends beyond green-tree logging to post-fire salvage logging environments.We outline some of the challenges in,and new perspectives derived from,implementing and maintaining our experiment.This included difficulties protecting islands from high-intensity post-harvest regeneration burns and threat of declining funding undermining ongoing project viability.A critically important perspective concerns the ecological and economic context in which variable retention harvesting is implemented.In the particular case of Mountain Ash forests,assessments using formal IUCN criteria classify the ecosystem as being Critically Endangered under the Red Listed Ecosystem approach.As a result,Mountain Ash forests are at a high risk of ecosystem collapse.Further logging will increase that risk,making the basis for continued harvesting questionable.In addition,economic analyses suggest that the value of natural assets,like water production,far outweigh the value of the wood products harvested from the Mountain Ash ecosystem,again leading to questions about the viability of ongoing harvesting.We therefore conclude that whilst variable retention harvesting has the potential to contribute to biodiversity conservation in Mountain Ash forests,broader ecological and economic contextual issues(such as the values of competing resources like water yields and the heavily degraded state of the forest)may erode the case for its broader application.David Lindenmayer David Blair Lachlan McBurney 2019Ecological Processes2019,8,1:5

6The next detectors for gravitational wave astronomy显示文摘This paper focuses on the next detectors for gravitational wave astronomy which will be required after the current ground based detectors have completed their initial observations, and probably achieved the first direct detection of gravitational waves. The next detectors will need to have greater sensitivity, while also enabling the world array of detectors to have improved angular resolution to allow localisation of signal sources. Sect. 1 of this paper begins by reviewing proposals for the next ground based detectors,and presents an analysis of the sensitivity of an 8 km armlength detector, which is proposed as a safe and cost-effective means to attain a 4-fold improvement in sensitivity. The scientific benefits of creating a pair of such detectors in China and Australia is emphasised. Sect. 2 of this paper discusses the high performance suspension systems for test masses that will be an essential component for future detectors, while sect. 3 discusses solutions to the problem of Newtonian noise which arise from fluctuations in gravity gradient forces acting on test masses. Such gravitational perturbations cannot be shielded, and set limits to low frequency sensitivity unless measured and suppressed. Sects. 4 and 5 address critical operational technologies that will be ongoing issues in future detectors. Sect. 4 addresses the design of thermal compensation systems needed in all high optical power interferometers operating at room temperature. Parametric instability control is addressed in sect. 5. Only recently proven to occur in Advanced LIGO, parametric instability phenomenon brings both risks and opportunities for future detectors. The path to future enhancements of detectors will come from quantum measurement technologies. 8Ultra-high suppression microwave photonic bandstop filters显示文摘A bandstop radio frequency(RF)filter can enhance the capabilities of RF communication systems by removing unwanted signal components such as distortion,or interference.In modern cognitive radio systems,frequency agile filters are desired to block interferers with dynamically changing frequencies and powers.These filters should be tunable over a broad frequency range,and they should be capable of suppressing very strong signals with a high resolution.To simultaneously meet these requirements with traditional RF filters are highly challenging.Microwave photonic(MWP),a technology that primary deals with the generation,distribution,and processing of high speed RF signals using photonic techniques and components,is promising for creating frequency agile RF filters.However,traditional MWP filters are lacking the high resolution and peak suppression exhibited by state-ofthe-art RF electrical filters.We recently introduced a new class of MWP notch filter which is free from this limitation.This scheme allowed the creation of anomalously high suppression MWP notch filter from virtually any kind of optical resonance,irrespective of its type(gain or absorption),or its magnitude.This enabled,for the first time,simultaneous optimization of the MWP filter resolution,peak attenuation,and frequency tuning range.In this paper,we present the analysis of notch filter response creation using the novel sideband processing technique.We thenshow the applicability of this technique to a wide range of optical filters.We compare simulated and experimental results of the notch filter response created using three types of optical filter commonly used in MWP signal processing,namely stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS),an integrated optical ring resonator(ORR),and a phase-shifted fiber Bragg-grating(FBG).David Marpaung Blair Morrison Mattia Pagani Ravi Pant Benjamin J.Eggleton 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,22:3

12DNA sequences of Paragonimus skrjabini populations from five provinces in China显示文摘Background To study differences among Paragonimus skrjabini ( P. skrjabini) populations from five provinces in China (Guangdong, Fujian, Yunnan, Hubei, and Sichuan ) and Paragonimus szechuanensis.Methods DNA sequences were obtained from the ITS2 and CO1 genes and phylogenetic trees were constructed from the results. Sequences were also obtained from several other species of Paragonimus for comparative purposes.Results Although differences existed in the DNA sequence among P. skrjabini populations from five provinces, the differences were very small. There was also some resemblance between P. miyazakil from Japan and Fujian strains of P. skrjabini.Conclusion All studied populations can be regarded as different strains of P.skrjabini; P.szechuanensis is not a separate species but may be a geographical strain of P. skrjabini.
