3Artificial Neural Network Based Trilogic SVM Control in Current Source Rectifier显示文摘Various modulation methods for the Current Source Rectifier(CSR) controlling scheme have been investigated in recent years. The traditional modulation methods have the disadvantages such as the great computing cost, sensitivity to load and system parameter variation. In this study, an Artificial neural network(ANN)based algorithm is adopted to tackle the problem. This algorithm features parallel computation and self-tuning. The Random weight change(RWC) algorithm is employed for on-line parameter tuning to achieve better performance. The principle of the trilogic Space vector modulation(SVM) for CSR is introduced as the theoretical foundation. The proposed method is introduced in two parts,the constructing of the neural network and the designing of an on-line parameter tuning algorithm. 4Segregation of Phosphorus and Precipitation of MNP-Type Phosphide at the Grain Boundary of IN706 Superalloy显示文摘The effect of phosphorus content and heat treatment on the segregation of phosphorus and precipitation of phosphide at the grain boundary of IN706 alloy has been investigated. The phosphide had a stoichiometry of MNP(M = Nb, Ti and N = Ni, Fe, Cr) and an orthorhombic crystal structure. The solubility of phosphorus in the grain matrix of IN706 alloy was determined to be between 0.008% and 0.013%.When soaked at 980 °C for 5 min, the phosphide was noticeably precipitated at grain boundaries with the grain size unchanged. When soaked at 980 °C for 3 h, the grains grew significantly, but the phosphide stayed at original grain boundaries which outlined the grain shape before soaking. Soaking at 1060 °C for 2 h fully dissolved the pre-existing phosphide but phosphorus atoms were not distributed uniformly in the grain matrix. When the holding time at 1060 °C was extended to 10 h, the phosphorus atoms were distributed uniformly in the grain matrix by sufficient diffusion, and the phosphide could only be formed at grain boundaries during the 980 °C soaking. 10Effect of cooling rate on phosphorus segregation behavior and the corresponding precipitation of γ’’ and γ’ phases in IN718 alloy显示文摘Effect of segregation behaviors of P at different cooling rates on the precipitation of γ' and γ' phases and the corresponding strength are investigated. The precipitation of γ' and γ' phases during cooling is sensi-tive to P concentration. With increasing the concentration of Pf the amount of γ' and γ' particles increases after air cooling. With decreasing the cooling rate, the accelerating effect of P on the precipitation of γ' and γ' phases decreased first and then increased, which demonstrates the concentration of P dissolved in the grain interior decreases first and then increases. The different effects of P on γ'and γ' phases with different cooling rates were analyzed by the kinetic characteristic of nonequilibrium grain-boundary seg-regation. 19Root Morphology and Anatomy Affect Cadmium Translocation and Accumulation in Rice显示文摘Paddy fields contaminated with cadmium(Cd)present decreased grain yield and produce Cckcontaminated grains.Screening for low-Cd-accumulating cultivars is a useful method to reduce the amount of Cd in the grains.The present study aimed to examine the roles of the root morphology and an atomy in Cd tran slocati on and accumulati on in rice plants.Twenty・two rice cultivars were used in the first experiment,after which two cultivars[Zixiangnuo(ZXN)and Jinyou T36(JYT36)]were selected and used in subsequent experiments under hydroponic conditions.The results showed that there were significant differences in Cd concentrations in the shoots(ranging from 4 to 100 mg/kg)and the Cd translocation rates(shoot/root)(from 7%to 102%)among the 22 cultivars,and the shoot Cd concentration was significantly correlated with the Cd translocation rate of the 22 cultivars under 0.1 mg/L Cd treatment.Compared with cultivar ZXN,JYT36 had greater root Cd uptake and accumulation but lower shoot Cd accumulation and Cd translocation rate.The number of root tips per surface area of cultivar ZXN was greater than that of JYT36,while the average root diameter was lower than that of JYT36.Compared with ZXN,JYT36 had stronger apoplastic barriers,and the Casparian bands and suberin lamellae in the root endodermis and exodermis were closer to the root apex in both the control and Cd treatments,especially for suberin lamellae in the root exodermis with Cd treatments,with a differenee of 25 mm.The results also showed that,compared with ZXN,JYT36 had greater percentages of Cd bound in cell walls and intracellular Cd but lower Cd concentrations in the apoplastic fluid under the Cd treatment.The results suggested that Cd translocation,rather than root Cd uptake,is a key process that determi nes Cd accumulati on in the rice shoots.The root morphological and an atomical characteristics evidently affect Cd accumulation in the shoots by inhibiting Cd translocation,especially via the apoplastic pathway.It was possible to pre-screen low・Cd・accumulating rice cultivars on the basis of their root morphology,an atomical characteristics and Cd tran slocati on rate at the seedling stage.XIAO Anwen CHEN Danting LI Wai Chin YE Zhihong 2021Rice science2021,28,6:1
