1CHO cell cytotoxicity and genotoxicity analyses of disinfection by-products: An updated review显示文摘The disinfection of drinking water is an important public health service that generates high quality, safe and palatable tap water. The disinfection of drinking water to reduce waterborne disease was an outstanding public health achievement of the 20 th century.An unintended consequence is the reaction of disinfectants with natural organic matter,anthropogenic contaminants and bromide/iodide to form disinfection by-products(DBPs).A large number of DBPs are cytotoxic, neurotoxic, mutagenic, genotoxic, carcinogenic and teratogenic. Epidemiological studies demonstrated low but significant associations between disinfected drinking water and adverse health effects. The distribution of DBPs in disinfected waters has been well defined by advances in high precision analytical chemistry. Progress in the analytical biology and toxicology of DBPs has been forthcoming.The objective of this review was to provide a detailed presentation of the methodology for the quantitative, comparative analyses on the induction of cytotoxicity and genotoxicity of103 DBPs using an identical analytical biological platform and endpoints. A single Chinese hamster ovary cell line was employed in the assays. The data presented are derived from papers published in the literature as well as additional new data and represent the largest direct quantitative comparison on the toxic potency of both regulated and emerging DBPs.These data may form the foundation of novel research to define the major forcing agents of DBP-mediated toxicity in disinfected water and may play an important role in achieving the goal of making safe drinking water better.Elizabeth D.Wagner Michael J.Plewa 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,8:70

5Using nuclear gene data for plant phylogenetics: Progress and prospects II. 10Microbiota-host interactions in irritable bowel syndrome: Epithelial barrier, immune regulation and brain-gut interactions显示文摘Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is a common, sometimes debilitating, gastrointestinal disorder worldwide. While altered gut motility and sensation, as well as aberrant brain perception of visceral events, are thought to contribute to the genesis of symptoms in IBS, a search for an underlying aetiology has, to date, proven unsuccessful. Recently, attention has been focused on the microbiota as a possible factor in the pathogenesis of IBS. Prompted by a number of clinical observations, such as the recognition of the de novo development of IBS following enteric infections, as well as descriptions of changes in colonic bacterial populations in IBS and supported by clinical responses to interventions, such as antibiotics and probiotics, that modify the microbiota, various approaches have been taken to investigating the microbiota-host response in IBS, as well as in animal models thereof. From such studies a considerable body of evidence has accumulated to indicate the activation or upregulation of both factors involved in bacterial engagement with the host as well host defence mechanisms against bacteria. Alterations in gut barrier function, occurring in response, or in parallel, to changes in the microbiota, have also been widely described and can be seen to play a pivotal role in generating and sustaining host immune responses both within and beyond the gut. 11基于嵌入式互联网的远程智能喷雾控制系统设计显示文摘为提高设施农业植保作业智能管控能力,该文提出一种基于STM32F101和STM32F103嵌入式技术,结合4G互联网、局域WIFI通信技术及超声波靶标检测算法,能够便捷地对设施作业装备远程视频与控制的方案,达到人机分离与精准施药的目的。该系统在Eclipse和Keil-uvision4开发环境下采用Socket和多线程技术实现双向通信,以TCP通讯协议为媒介,Android端和客户端通过互联网或无线网卡转接移动路由实现远程智能喷雾控制。试验结果表明:1)Android端能够在LAN或Internet中实现智能喷雾装备的近远程控制,软件界面回传状态无卡顿、延时发生,能够准确发射控制指令,实现了对靶标间歇性施药管控;2)系统建立的双向心跳包能够在通信故障情况下迫使喷雾装备处于休眠状态,经测试,心跳包设定时间与喷雾装备休眠响应时间平均相对误差不超过5.50%;3)采用视频帧对冠层中线定位,借助超声检测算法确定风送距离参数且建立冠层体积模型。试验发现,冠层密度对体积测量结果有显著影响,但总体测量准确度可达94.67%。该研究对其他农机装备的智能化管控研究有参考意义。吴亚垒 祁力钧 张豪 程浈浈 刘婠婠 谢德盛 Elizabeth Musiu 2018农业工程学报2018,34,20:21
12Prognostic significance of red blood cell distribution width in gastrointestinal disorders显示文摘The red blood cell distribution width(RDW) is a routinely measured and automatically reported blood parameter,which reflects the degree of anisocytosis. Recently,the baseline RDW was found to have clinical significance for assessing clinical outcome and severity of various pathological conditions including cardiovascular diseases,sepsis,cancers,leukemia,renal dysfunction and respiratory diseases. A myriad of factors,most of which ill-defined,have an impact on the red cell population dynamics(i.e.,production,maturation and turnover). A delay in the red blood cell clearance in pathological conditions represents one of the leading determinants of increased anisocytosis. Further study of RDW may reveal new insight into inflammation mechanisms. In this review,we specifically discuss the current literature about the association of RDW in various disease conditions involving the gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary systems. We also present some of the related measurements for their value in predicting clinical outcomes in such conditions. 13^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像在鼻咽癌分期与疗效监测中的临床应用价值显示文摘背景与目的:18F-脱氧葡萄糖(fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose,18F-FDG)PET/CT显像可明显提高肺癌、食管癌等多种肿瘤的诊断、分期与疗效监测的准确性,有助于更准确地制定治疗方案。本研究探讨全身18F-FDG PET/CT显像在鼻咽癌首次分期、再分期及疗效监测中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析澳大利亚Peter MacCallum肿瘤中心2002年2月至2005年12月43例鼻咽癌患者的18F-FDG PET/CT全身扫描报告,根据临床资料、病理结果及临床随访结果,计算18F-FDG PET/CT与传统影像学检查CT、MRI的准确性、特异性、灵敏度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值,并对结果进行比较和分析。结果:18F-FDG PET/CT诊断鼻咽癌总的准确率、敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值与阴性预测值分别为95.3%、100.0%、85.7%、93.8%、100.0%,传统影像学检查CT、MRI分别为65.5%、79.4%、64.7%、81.8%、57.9%。18F-FDGPET/CT诊断结果使2例首次分期、7例再分期患者治疗方案得到改变,并影响1例首次分期和3例再分期患者治疗方案的制定;在疗效监测组中,指导医生修改治疗方案共11例(其中5例为原则性的修改)。18F-FDG PET/CT检测到2例第二原发肿瘤,1例是甲状腺癌,1例是低度恶性胃癌。结论:18F-FDG PET/CT全身显像对鼻咽癌N、M分期与疗效监测的临床作用可能优于CT、MR检查。王国慧 Eddie W. 14Intestinal antigen-presenting cells in mucosal immune homeostasis:Crosstalk between dendritic cells,macrophages and B-cells显示文摘The intestinal immune system maintains a delicate balance between immunogenicity against invading pathogens and tolerance of the commensal microbiota.Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)involves a breakdown in tolerance towards the microbiota.Dendritic cells(DC),macrophages(MΦ)and B-cells are known as professional antigen-presenting cells(APC)due to their specialization in presenting processed antigen to T-cells,and in turn shaping types of T-cell responses generated.Intestinal DC are migratory cells,unique in their ability to generate primary T-cell responses in mesenteric lymph nodes or Peyer’s patches,whilst MΦand B-cells contribute to polarization and differentiation of secondary T-cell responses in the gut lamina propria.The antigen-sampling function of gut DC and MΦenables them to sample bacterial antigens from the gut lumen to determine types of T-cell responses generated.The primary function of intestinal B-cells involves their secretion of large amounts of immunoglobulin A,which in turn contributes to epithelial barrier function and limits immune responses towards to microbiota.Here,we review the role of all three types of APC in intestinal immunity,both in the steady state and in inflammation,and how these cells interact with one another,as well as with the intestinal microenvironment,to shape mucosal immune responses.We describe mechanisms of maintaining intestinal immune tolerance in the steady state but also inappropriate responses of APC to components of the gut microbiota that contribute to pathology in IBD.Elizabeth R Mann Xuhang Li 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,29:19

17Histopathology of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease显示文摘Histological analysis of liver biopsies remains a standard against which other methods of assessment for the presence and amount of hepatic injury due to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) are measured.Histological evaluation remains the sole method of distinguishing steatosis from advanced forms of NAFLD,i.e.nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) and fibrosis.Included in the lesions of NAFLD are steatosis,lobular and portal inflammation,hepatocyte injury in the forms of ballooning and apoptosis,and fibrosis.However,patterns of these lesions are as distinguishing as the lesions themselves.Liver injury in adults and children due to NAFLD may have different histological patterns.In this review,the rationale for liver biopsy,as well as the histopathological lesions,the microscopically observable patterns of injury,and the differential diagnoses of NAFLD and NASH are discussed.Elizabeth M Brunt Dina G Tiniakos 2010World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,42:16

Meanwhile, the epidemic provided important opportunities to research the natural history, public health impact, and therapeutic and preventive interventions for HBV in China. 19Extragastric manifestations of Helicobacter pylori infection: Possible role of bacterium in liver and pancreas diseases显示文摘Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) is an ancient microorganism that has co-evolved with humans for over 60000 years. This bacterium typically colonizes the human stomach and it is currently recognized as the most common infectious pathogen of the gastroduodenal tract. Although its chronic infection is associated with gastritis, peptic ulcer, dysplasia, neoplasia, MALT lymphoma and gastric adenocarcinoma, it has been suggested the possible association of H. pylori infection with several extragastric effects including hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases. Since a microorganism resembling H. pylori was detected in samples from patients with hepatobiliary disorders, several reports have been discussed the possible role of bacteria in hepatic diseases as hepatocellular carcinoma, cirrhosis and hepatic encephalopathy, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and fibrosis. Additionally, studies have reported the possible association between H. pylori infection and pancreatic diseases, especially because it has been suggested that this infection could change the pancreatic physiology. Some of them have related a possible association between the microorganism and pancreatic cancer. H. pylori infection has also been suggested to play a role in the acute and chronic pancreatitis pathogenesis, autoimmune pancreatitis, diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome. 20无人机果树施药旋翼下洗气流场分布特征研究显示文摘植保无人机悬停果树施药时的旋翼下洗气流场分布对雾滴空间运动和在冠层内部的附着、穿透有重要影响。该文基于计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamic,CFD)方法,结合RNGκ–ε湍流模型、多孔介质模型和滑移网格技术,通过构建虚拟果园,对六旋翼植保无人机悬停果树施药时的下洗气流流场进行数值模拟,分析在无人机不同悬停高度、不同果树生长阶段和不同自然风速下的气流场分布特征,并进行标记点下洗气流速度测试试验。研究结果表明:1)自然风速大于3m/s时,旋翼下洗气流速度已淹没于环境自然风速中,不再满足植保无人机悬停施药作业条件;2)自然风破坏了旋翼下洗气流的中心对称状态,向下风方向出现后扬,且随着自然风速和悬停高度的增大,后扬距离随之增大;3)与无自然风状态比较,果树生长时期对其喷头处速度分布影响不显著,主要受自然风影响,且竖直向下的z向气流占主体地位,对雾滴的对靶运输起主导作用,应将喷头安装于可使雾滴获得较大z向速度的旋翼正下方0.2m处附近;4)无人机悬停位置沿逆风方向调整后,冠层内部上、中、下层气流平均速度较调整前分别由1.36、0.80、0.81m/s增大至3.04、2.37、1.63m/s;上、下层速度分布变异系数分别由74.26%、35.80%降至45.39%和22.70%,中层略有增大,总体利于实现对靶喷雾。试验结果表明,标记点下洗气流速度测量值和模拟值之间具有较好的一致性。该文可为动态环境条件下植保无人机悬停果树施药的对靶喷雾自适应控制技术研究提供参考。张豪 祁力钧 吴亚垒 程浈浈 刘婠婠 Elizabeth Musiu 肖雨 杨泽鹏 2019农业工程学报2019,35,18:16
