| 1 | Transferring pose and augmenting background for deep humanimage parsing and its applications显示文摘Parsing of human images is a fundamental task for determining semantic parts such as the face,arms, and legs, as well as a hat or a dress. Recent deep-learning-based methods have achieved significant improvements, but collecting training datasets with pixel-wise annotations is labor-intensive. In this paper,we propose two solutions to cope with limited datasets.Firstly, to handle various poses, we incorporate a pose estimation network into an end-to-end humanimage parsing network, in order to transfer common features across the domains. The pose estimation network can be trained using rich datasets and can feed valuable features to the human-image parsing network. Secondly, to handle complicated backgrounds,we increase the variation in image backgrounds automatically by replacing the original backgrounds of human images with others obtained from large-scale scenery image datasets. Individually, each solution is versatile and beneficial to human-image parsing, while their combination yields further improvement. | 2 | Vonoprazan 20 mg vs lansoprazole 30 mg for endoscopic submucosal dissection-induced gastric ulcers显示文摘AIM To compare the healing effects of vonoprazan and lansoprazole on gastric ulcers induced by endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).METHODS Data were obtained from a total of 26 patients.Fourteen patients were randomized to the vonoprazan group and 12 were randomized to the lansoprazole group.Patients were administered either 20 mg vonoprazan or 30 mg lansoprazole per day after ESD.Endoscopic images just after ESD,on day 8,and on day 28 were used for the evaluation of the shrinking rate of ESD ulcers.The shrinking rates and the incidence of delayed bleeding were compared between the 2 groups.RESULTS The shrinking rates of ESD ulcers on day 8 [vonoprazangroup: 61.8%(range: 24.0%-91.1%),lansoprazole group: 71.3%(range: 25.2%-88.6%)] and on day 28 [vonoprazan group: 95.3%(range: 76.2%-100%),lansoprazole group: 97.2%(range: 81.1%-99.8%)] were not statistically different between the 2 groups.On day 28,most of the ulcers in both groups healed to more than 90%,whereas 3 of 14(21.4%) in the vonoprazan group and 1 of 12(8.3%) in the lansoprazole group had delayed ulcer healing,which was not statistically different(P = 0.356).The frequency of delayed bleeding was 0 in the both groups.Taken together,there were no significant differences between the two drug groups.CONCLUSION Our study indicates that vonoprazan is potent for the management of ESD ulcers although lansoprazole is also sufficient and cost-effective. | Kazuya Takahashi Yuichi Sato Junji Kohisa Jun Watanabe Hiroki Sato Kenichi Mizuno Satoru Hashimoto Shuji Terai | 2016 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2016，8，19： | 3 |

| 4 | 2-14 Investigation of the Thermonuclear 18Ne(α, p)21Na Reaction Rate via Resonant Elastic Scattering of 21Na + p显示文摘A nuclear astrophysics experiment was performed at CRIB (CNS low-energy Radioactive-Ion Beam separator)on Mar. 2011. The goal of this experiment is to study the reaction rate of 18Ne(,p)21Na reaction, which mightbe a key breakout reaction from the hot CNO cycle to rp-process in X-ray burst and nova. Yet its reaction rate ispoorly known.Explosive hydrogen burning is thought to be the main source of energy generation and a source of nucleosynthesisin X-ray burst and nova[1;2]. For example, XRBs are characterized by a sudden increase of X-ray emission withinonly a few seconds to a total energy output of about 1040 ergs, which is observed to repeat with some regularity.The recurrence time for single bursts can range from hours to days at the typical temperature of 0.4~2 GK. Thebursts have been interpreted as being generated by thermonuclear runaway on the surface of a neutron star thataccretes H- and He-rich material from a less evolved companion star in a close binary system. | 5 | Screening for hilar biliary invasion in ampullary cancer patients显示文摘BACKGROUND The treatment for ampullary cancer is pancreatoduodenectomy or local ampullectomy.However,effective methods for the preoperative investigation of hilar biliary invasion in ampullary cancer patients have not yet been identified.AIM To determine the necessity of and an appropriate method for investigating hilar biliary invasion of ampullary cancer.METHODS Among 43 ampullary cancer patients,34 underwent endoscopic treatment(n=9)or surgery(n=25).The use of imaging findings(thickening and enhancement of the bile duct wall on contrast-enhanced computed tomography,irregularity on endoscopic retrograde cholangiography,thickening of the entire bile duct wall on intraductal ultrasonography(IDUS),and partial thickening of the bile duct wall on IDUS)and biliary biopsy results for diagnosing hilar biliary invasion of ampullary cancer was compared.RESULTS Hilar invasion was not observed in every patient.Among the patients who did not undergo biliary stent insertion,the combination of partial thickening of the bile duct wall on IDUS and biliary biopsy results showed the highest accuracy(100%)for diagnosing hilar biliary invasion.However,each imaging method and biliary biopsy yielded some false-positive results.CONCLUSION Although some false-positive results were obtained with each method,the combination of partial thickening of the bile duct wall on IDUS and biliary biopsy results was useful for diagnosing hilar biliary invasion of ampullary cancer.However,hilar invasion of ampullary cancer is rare;therefore,the investigation of hilar biliary invasion of ampullary cancer might be unnecessary. | Tadayuki Takagi Mitsuru Sugimoto Rei Suzuki Naoki Konno Hiroyuki Asama Yuki Sato Hiroki Irie Jun Nakamura Mika Takasumi Minami Hashimoto Tsunetaka Kato Ryoichiro Kobashi Takumi Yanagita Yuko Hashimoto Shigeru Marubashi Takuto Hikichi Hiromasa Ohira | 2022 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2022，14，9： | 2 |
