| 1 | The global image of the Moon obtained by the Chang'E-1:Data processing and lunar cartography显示文摘The global lunar image of the first phase of Chinese Lunar Exploration Program is the first image that covered all over the surface of the Moon. It will serve as a critical foundation for succeeding exploration and scientific research. In this paper, the acquisition, characteristics, and data quality of Chang'E-1 CCD image data are described in detail. Also described are the methodology and procedure of data processing. According to rule of planetary cartography, the image data have been processed, geometrically corrected, and then mosaicked and merged in a scale of 1:2.5 million. The results of data processing and charting show that the image data of Chang'E-1 CCD and their geometric precision meet the demand of charting a map in the scale of 1:2.5 million. The relative geometric positioning precision of the global image is better than 240 m, and the absolute geometric positioning precision is slightly better than that of the ULCN2005 and Clementine lunar basemap (V2.0). The plane positioning precision is approximately 100-1500 m. | 2 | Pharmacokinetics of radioimmunotherapeutic agent of direct labeling mAb ^(188)Re-HAb18显示文摘AIM: To labed Anti-hepatoma monoclonal antibody (mAb)fragment HAb18 F (ab')2 was labeled with 188 Re for thepharmacokinetic model of 188 Re-HAb18 F (ab')2 and toevaluate its pharmacokinetic parameters in hepatoma-bearing nude mice.METHODS: HAb18 F(ab')2 was directly labeled with 188Reusing 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME) as reducing agents.Labeling efficiency and immunoreactivity of 188 Re-HAb18 F( ab')2 were evaluated by Whatman 3MM paperchromatography and live cell assay, respectively.Biodiatribution analysis was also conducted in nude micebearing human hepatoma in which animals were sacrificed atdifferent time points(1, 4, 18, 24 and 24h) after 188Re-HAb18F(ab' )2 was injected through tail-vein into hepatoma-bearingnude mice. The blood and radioactivity of organs and masswere measured. The concentrations of 188 Re-HAb18 F(ab')2were evaluated with a pharmacokinetic 3P97 software.RESULTS: The optimum labeling efficiency andimmunoreactive fraction were 91.7% and 0.78%,respectively. The parameters of 188Re-HAb18 F(ab')2 were:T1/2, 2.29h; Vd, 1.49 × 10-9L@ Bq- 1; AUC, 20.49 × 109Bq@ h@L-1 ;CL, 0.45 × 10-3L@ h- 1. 188Re- HAb18 F(ab')2 could locatespecially in hepatoma with high selective reactivity of HAb18F(ab')2. 188 Re-HAb18 F(ab')2 was mainly eliminated bykidney. | 3 | Primary scientific results of Chang'E-1 lunar mission显示文摘The strategic plan for the development of the unmanned Chinese Lunar Exploration Program is characterized by three distinct stages: 'orbiting around', 'landing on' and 'returning from' the Moon. The first Chinese lunar probe, Chang'E-1, which was successfully launched on October 24th, 2007 at Xichang Satellite Launch Center, and guided to crash on the Moon on March 1st, 2009, at 52.36°E, 1.50°S, in the north of Mare Fecunditatis, is the first step towards the 'orbiting around' stage. The Chang'E-1 mission lasted 495 days, exceeding the expected life-span by about four months. A total of 1.37 TB raw data was received from Chang'E-1. It was then processed into 4 TB scientific data products at various levels. Many scientific results have been obtained by analyzing these data, including especially the 'global lunar image from the first Chinese lunar explora- tion mission'. All scientific goals of Chang'E-1 have been achieved. It provides much useful materials for further advances of lunar sciences and planetary chemistry. | 4 | The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. | 5 | Simulation and Improvements of Oceanic Circulation and Sea Ice by the Coupled Climate System Model FGOALS-f3-L显示文摘This study documents simulated oceanic circulations and sea ice by the coupled climate system model FGOALS-f3-L developed at the State Key Laboratory of Numerical Modeling for Atmospheric Sciences and Geophysical Fluid Dynamics,Institute of Atmospheric Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,under historical forcing from phase 6 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP6).FGOALS-f3-L reproduces the fundamental features of global oceanic circulations,such as sea surface temperature(SST),sea surface salinity(SSS),mixed layer depth(MLD),vertical temperature and salinity,and meridional overturning circulations.There are notable improvements compared with the previous version,FGOALS-s2,such as a reduction in warm SST biases near the western and eastern boundaries of oceans and salty SSS biases in the tropical western Atlantic and eastern boundaries,and a mitigation of deep MLD biases at high latitudes.However,several obvious biases remain.The most significant biases include cold SST biases in the northwestern Pacific(over 4°C),freshwater SSS biases and deep MLD biases in the subtropics,and temperature and salinity biases in deep ocean at high latitudes.The simulated sea ice shows a reasonable distribution but stronger seasonal cycle than observed.The spatial patterns of sea ice are more realistic in FGOALS-f3-L than its previous version because the latitude–longitude grid is replaced with a tripolar grid in the ocean and sea ice model.The most significant biases are the overestimated sea ice and underestimated SSS in the Labrador Sea and Barents Sea,which are related to the shallower MLD and weaker vertical mixing. | Yuyang GUO Yongqiang YU Pengfei LIN Hailong LIU Bian HE Qing BAO Bo AN Shuwen ZHAO and Lijuan HUA | 2020 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2020,37,10: | 3 |

| 9 | All-in-One Deposition to Synergistically Manipulate Perovskite Growth for High-Performance Solar Cell显示文摘Nonradiative recombination losses originating from crystallographic distortions and issues occurring upon interface formation are detrimental for the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells.Herein,we incorporated a series of carbamide molecules(urea,biuret,or triuret)consisting of both Lewis base(-NH2)and Lewis acid(-C=O)groups into the perovskite precursor to simultaneously eliminate the bulk and interface defects.Depending on the different coordination ability with perovskite component,the incorporated molecules can either modify crystallization dynamics allowing for large crystal growth at low temperature(60℃),associate with antisite or undercoordinated ions for defect passivation,or accumulate at the surface as an energy cascade layer to enhance charge transfer,respectively.Synergistic benefits of the above functions can be obtained by rationally optimizing additive combinations in an all-in-one deposition method.As a result,a champion efficiency of 21.6%with prolonged operational stability was achieved in an inverted MAPbI3 perovskite solar cell by combining biuret and triuret additives.The simplified all-in-one fabrication procedure,adaptable to different types of perovskites in terms of pure MAPbI3,mixed perovskite,and all-inorganic perovskite,provides a cost-efficient and reproducible way to obtain high-performance inverted perovskite solar cells. | Yifan Lv Hui Zhang Jinpei Wang Libao Chen Lifang Bian Zhongfu An Zongyao Qian Guoqi Ren Jie Wu Frank Nuesch Wei Huang | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 2 |

| 16 | Pelagic Manganese Nodules--A New Type of Oncolites显示文摘Pelagic manganese nodules from the East Pacific Ocean have been studied using polarizing,scanning electron and transmission electron microscopes. It has been revealed that the manganesenodules are composed of cores and stromatolite coatings. The structures and textures of thesenodules are peculiar to oncolite. Consequently, the pelagic manganese nodules are manganeseoncolites. Based on the stromatolites in the coatings, the manganese oncolites from the East Paci-fic Ocean can be divided into two types. One is smooth on surface and dense inside. Its coatingsare composed mainly of Minima. The other has a knobby surface and is loose internally. Itscoatings consist mainly of Admirabilis. The TEM investigation has also revealed that the con-structors of the manganese oncolites are ultra-microbes. | 18 | Improving the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution of UiO-67 by incorporating Ce4+-coordinated bipyridinedicarboxylate ligands显示文摘UiO-67 is a Zr-based metal–organic framework(MOF) containing an organic linker namely, the dianion of biphenyl-4,40-dicarboxylic acid(bpdc). Ce4+metal ions(0.02 Ce to Zr atom ratio) were incorporated into UiO-67 via partially replacing bpdc with the dianion of 2,20-bipyridine-5,50-dicarboxylic acid(bpydc);thus, the latter forms a bpydc-Ce complex. The resulting product(i.e., UiO-67-Ce) demonstrated a photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate that was over 10 times higher than that of UiO-67. Through this modification, a new energy transfer channel is opened up. The energy transfer between the bpdc and bpydc-Ce ligands(i.e., from excited bpdc to bpydc-Ce) weakened the recombination of the charge carriers, which was confirmed by photoluminescence, emission lifetime, and transient absorption measurements.
