4Synthesis and photovoltaic properties of a star-shaped molecule based on a triphenylamine core and branched terthiophene end groups显示文摘A new star-shaped donor-acceptor molecule has been synthesized for application as the donor material in solution-processed bulk-heterojunction organic solar cells (OSCs). The molecule consists of a triphenylamine (TPA) unit as the core and a donor unit with three arms containing benzo[1,2,5]thiadiazole (BT) acceptor units and 5,5''-dihexyl-2,2′:3′,2″-terthiophene (tTh) end groups. The molecule, denoted S(TPA-BT-tTh), exhibits a broad absorption band in the wavelength range 300-650 nm and high hole mobility of 1.1×10 -4 cm2 V -1 s 1 . 5FY-4A/GIIRS Temperature Validation in Winter and Application to Cold Wave Monitoring显示文摘In order to improve the operational application ability of the Fengyun-4A(FY-4A)new sounding dataset,in this paper,validation of the FY-4A Geosynchronous Interferometric Infrared Sounder(FY-4A/GIIRS)temperature was carried out using the balloon sounding temperature from meteorological sounding stations.More than 350,000 samples were obtained through time–space matching,and the results show that the FY-4A/GIIRS temperature mean bias(MB)is 0.07°C,the mean absolute error(MAE)is 1.80°C,the root-mean-square error(RMSE)is 2.546°C,and the correlation coefficient(RR)is 0.95.The FY-4A/GIIRS temperature error is relatively larger in the upper and lower troposphere,and relatively smaller in the middle troposphere;that is,the temperature at 500 hPa is better than that at 850 hPa.The temporal variation is smaller in the upper and middle troposphere than in the lower troposphere.The reconstruction of missing data of FY-4A/GIIRS temperature in cloudy areas is also carried out and the results are evaluated.The spatial distribution of reconstructed FY-4A/GIIRS temperature and the fifth generation ECMWF reanalysis(ERA5)data is consistent and completely retains the minimum temperature center with high precision of FY-4A/GIIRS.There are more detailed characteristics of intensity and position at the cold center than that of the reanalysis data.Therefore,an operational satellite retrieval temperature product with time–space continuity and high accuracy is formed.The reconstructed FY-4A/GIIRS temperature is used to monitor a strong cold wave event in November 2021.The results show that the product effectively monitors the movement and intensity of cold air activities,and it also has good indication for the phase transition of rain and snow triggered by cold wave.Suling REN Jianying JIANG Xiang FANG Hui LIU Zhiqiang CAO 2022Journal of Meteorological Research2022,36,4:3
6PMN-MDSCs modulated by CCL20 from cancer cells promoted breast cancer cell stemness through CXCL2-CXCR2 pathway显示文摘Our previous studies have showed that C-C motif chemokine ligand 20(CCL20)advanced tumor progression and enhanced the chemoresistance of cancer cells by positively regulating breast cancer stem cell(BCSC)self-renewal.However,it is unclear whether CCL20 affects breast cancer progression by remodeling the tumor microenvironment(TME).Here,we observed that polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells(PMN-MDSCs)were remarkably enriched in TME of CCL20-overexpressing cancer cell orthotopic allograft tumors.Mechanistically,CCL20 activated the differentiation of granulocyte-monocyte progenitors(GMPs)via its receptor C-C motif chemokine receptor 6(CCR6)leading to the PMN-MDSC expansion.PMN-MDSCs from CCL20-overexpressing cell orthotopic allograft tumors(CCL20-modulated PMN-MDSCs)secreted amounts of C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 2(CXCL2)and increased ALDH+BCSCs via activating CXCR2/NOTCH1/HEY1 signaling pathway.Furthermore,C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 2(CXCR2)antagonist SB225002 enhanced the docetaxel(DTX)effects on tumor growth by decreasing BCSCs in CCL20high-expressing tumors.These findings elucidated how CCL20 modulated the TME to promote cancer development,indicating a new therapeutic strategy by interfering with the interaction between PMN-MDSCs and BCSCs in breast cancer,especially in CCL20high-expressing breast cancer.Rui Zhang Mengxue Dong Juchuanli Tu Fengkai Li Qiaodan Deng Jiahui Xu Xueyan He Jiajun Ding Jie Xia Dandan Sheng Zhaoxia Chang Wei Ma Haonan Dong Yi Zhang Lixing Zhang Lu Zhang Suling Liu 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4:2

15Predicting the device performance of the perovskite solar cells from the experimental parameters through machine learning of existing experimental results显示文摘The performance of the metal halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs)highly relies on the experimental parameters,including the fabrication processes and the compositions of the perovskites;tremendous experimental work has been done to optimize these factors.However,predicting the device performance of the PSCs from the fabrication parameters before experiments is still challenging.Herein,we bridge this gap by machine learning(ML)based on a dataset including 1072 devices from peer-reviewed publications.The optimized ML model accurately predicts the PCE from the experimental parameters with a root mean square error of 1.28%and a Pearson coefficientr of 0.768.Moreover,the factors governing the device performance are ranked by shapley additive explanations(SHAP),among which,A-site cation is crucial to getting highly efficient PSCs.Experiments and density functional theory calculations are employed to validate and help explain the predicting results by the ML model.Our work reveals the feasibility of ML in predicting the device performance from the experimental parameters before experiments,which enables the reverse experimental design toward highly efficient PSCs.Yao Lu Dong Wei Wu Liu Juan Meng Xiaomin Huo Yu Zhang Zhiqin Liang Bo Qiao Suling Zhao Dandan Song Zheng Xu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:1

17Segment-sliding reconstruction of pulsed radar echoes with sub-Nyquist sampling显示文摘It has been shown that analog-to-information conversion(AIC) is an efficient scheme to perform sub-Nyquist sampling of pulsed radar echoes. However, it is often impractical, if not infeasible, to reconstruct full-range Nyquist samples because of huge storage and computational load requirements. Based on the analyses of AIC measurement system, this paper develops a novel segment-sliding reconstruction(Seg SR) scheme to effectively reconstruct the Nyquist samples. The Seg SR performs segment-by-segment reconstruction in a sliding mode and can be implemented in real time. An important characteristic that distinguishes the proposed Seg SR from existing methods is that the measurement matrix in each segment satisfies the restricted isometry property(RIP) condition. Partial support in the previous segment can be incorporated into the estimation of the Nyquist samples in the current segment. The effect of interference introduced from adjacent segments is theoretically analyzed, and it is revealed that the interference consists of two interference levels with different impacts to the signal reconstruction performance. With these observations, a two-step orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)procedure is proposed for segment reconstruction, which takes into account different interference levels and partially known support of the previous segment. The proposed Seg SR scheme achieves near-optimal reconstruction performance with a significant reduction of computational loads and storage requirements. 18The Dynamic Characteristics of Silicone Rubber Isolator显示文摘The dynamic stiffness and the specific damping energy, as well as the vibration response characteristics of a silicone rubber isolator were researched. The results of the vibration test showed that the silicone rubber isolator was excellent in the performance of vibration control. The dynamic stiffness and the damping characteristics were non-linear. From the comparison between experimental results and simulation analysis, the displacement transmissibility characteristics of the isolator were obtained.
