3饲喂果寡糖对奥尼罗非鱼Oreochromisaurea ♂×O.nilotica♀肠道菌群、成活率及生长性能的影响(英文)显示文摘本研究通过8周生长试验研究了饲喂果寡糖对奥尼罗非鱼Oreochromis aurea♂×O.nilotica♀肠道菌群、存活率及生产性能的影响。试验设计3组果寡糖水平(0、0.8及1.2 g/kg),按每天4次饱食投喂初始重为5.55 g的奥尼罗非鱼,试验系统为淡水养殖系统,试验期间平均水温为28℃,罗非鱼养殖密度40尾/箱,每组3个重复。饲喂试验结束后,试验动物整体称重并测定形态学参数。从每个养殖单元随机取出3尾试验鱼,无菌条件下取肠道通过选择性培养基分别分析副溶血性弧菌Vibrio parahaemolyticus、嗜水气单胞菌Aeromonas hydrophila、乳酸杆菌Lactobacillussp.及粪链球菌Streptococcus faecalis的数量。结果表明:随着饲喂果寡糖水平增加,奥尼罗非鱼末重(FBW,g)和特定生长率(SGR,%/d)均显著增加(P<0.10);日摄食率(FI,g/(d.只)也增加(P>0.10);饲料转化率和肝胰腺指数均降低(P>0.10);而存活率(SR,%)、屠宰率(DCY,%)及丰满度(CF,g/cm3)则不受影响。所检测的全部罗非鱼肠道菌群数量随着饲喂果寡糖水平的上升呈增加状态(P>0.10)。本研究说明,饲料中添加果寡糖对奥尼罗非鱼生产性能、饲料转化效率及肠道菌群有一定改善作用,本研究推荐奥尼罗非鱼饲料中适宜果寡糖水平为1.2 g/kg。[动物营养学报,2007,19(6):691-697]吕慧源 周志刚 Florence Rudeaux Frédérique Respondek 2007动物营养学报2007,19,6:16
4Systematic review of colorectal cancer screening guidelines for average-risk adults: Summarizing the current global recommendations显示文摘AIM To summarize and compare worldwide colorectal cancer(CRC) screening recommendations in order to identify similarities and disparities.METHODS A systematic literature search was performed using MEDLINE, EMBASE, Scopus, CENTRAL and ISI Web of knowledge identifying all average-risk CRC screening guideline publications within the last ten years and/or position statements published in the last 2 years. In addition, a hand-search of the webpages of National Gastroenterology Society websites, the National Guideline Clearinghouse, the BMJ Clinical Evidence website,Google and Google Scholar was performed. RESULTS Fifteen guidelines were identified. Six guidelines were published in North America, four in Europe, four in Asia and one from the World Gastroenterology Organization. The majority of guidelines recommend screening average-risk individuals between ages 50 and 75 using colonoscopy(every 10 years), or flexible sigmoidoscopy(FS, every 5 years) or fecal occult blood test(FOBT, mainly the Fecal Immunochemical Test, annually or biennially). Disparities throughout the different guidelines are found relating to the use of colonoscopy, rank order between test, screening intervals and optimal age ranges for screening. CONCLUSION Average risk individuals between 50 and 75 years should undergo CRC screening. Recommendations for optimal surveillance intervals, preferred tests/test cascade as well as the optimal timing when to start and stop screening differ regionally and should be considered for clinical decision making. 5Rehabilitation following spinal cord injury:how animal models can help our understanding of exercise-induced neuroplasticity显示文摘Spinal cord injury is a devastating condition that is followed by long and often unsuccessful recovery after trauma. The state of the art approach to manage paralysis and concomitant impairments is rehabilitation, which is the only strategy that has proven to be effective and beneficial for the patients over the last decades. How rehabilitation influences the remodeling of spinal axonal connections in patients is important to understand, in order to better target these changes and define the optimal timing and onset of training. While clinically the answers to these questions remain difficult to obtain, rodent models of rehabilitation like bicycling, treadmill training, swimming, enriched environments or wheel running that mimic clinical rehabilitation can be helpful to reveal the axonal changes underlying motor recovery. 6Detection of Allelic Variation in Chinese Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Germplasm with Drought ToleranceUsing SSR Markers显示文摘Allelic variation in two domestic wheat landraces, Pingyaobaimai and Mazhamai, two cornerstone breeding materials and their derived cultivars with drought tolerance was detected by SSR (simple sequence repeat) markers. The clustering of 25 accessions showed that the similarity between Pingyaobaimai and Yanda1817, the latter was developed from the former, was 0.71, the highest one of all accessions, but the similarities were very low between these two accessions and other accessions including their derived cultivars. A similar situation was revealed between Mazhamai and its derived cultivars. Pingyaobaimai and its three derived cultivars shared three alleles at loci Xgwm526, Xgwm538 and Xgwm126 on chromosome arms 2BL, 4BL and 5AL, respectively. There were six shared alleles in Mazhamai and its derived cultivars, in order of Xgwm157,Xgwm126, Xgwm212, Xgwm626, Xgwm471 and Xgwm44 on chromosome arms 2DL, 5AL, 5DL, 6BL, 7AS and 7DC, respectively. Only one shared allele was detected between the pedigrees of Pingyaobaimai and Mazhamai. 7Portopulmonary hypertension and hepatopulmonary syndrome显示文摘Portopulmonary hypertension(POPH) and hepatopulmonary syndrome(HPS) are two frequent complications of liver disease, with prevalence among liver transplant candidates of 6% and 10%, respectively. Both conditions result from a lack of hepatic clearance of vasoactive substances produced in the splanchnic territory. Subsequently, these substances cause mainly pulmonary vascular remodeling and some degree of vasoconstriction in POPH with resulting elevated pulmonary pressure and right ventricular dysfunction. In HPS the vasoactive mediators cause intrapulmonary shunts with hypoxemia. Medical treatment is disappointing overall. Whereas liver transplantation(LT) results in the disappearance of HPS within six to twelve months, its effect on POPH is highly unpredictable. Modern strategies in managing HPS and POPH rely on a thorough screening and grading of the disease's severity, in order to tailor the appropriate therapy and select only the patients who will benefit from LT. The anesthesiologist plays a central role in managing these high-risk patients. 8Effects of glutamine supplementation on gut barrier,glutathione content and acute phase response in malnourished rats during inflammatory shock显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the effect of glutamine on intestinal mucosa integrity,glutathione stores and acute phase response in protein-depleted rats during an inflammatory shock. METHODS: Plasma acute phase proteins (APP),jejunal APP mRNA levels,liver and jejunal glutathione concentrations were measured before and one,three and seven days after turpentine injection in 4 groups of control,protein-restricted,protein-restricted rats supplemented with glutamine or protein powder. Bacterial translocation in mesenteric lymph nodes and intestinal morphology were also assessed. RESULTS: Protein deprivation and turpentine injection significantly reduced jejunal villus height,and crypt depths. Mucosal glutathione concentration significantly decreased in protein-restricted rats. Before turpentine oil,glutamine supplementation restored villus heights and glutathione concentration (3.24 ± 1.05 vs 1.72 ± 0.46 μmol/g tissue,P < 0.05) in the jejunum,whereas in the liver glutathione remained low. Glutamine markedly increased jejunal α1-acid glycoprotein mRNA level after turpentine oil but did not affect its plasma concentration. Bacterial translocation in protein-restricted rats was not prevented by glutamine or protein powder supplementation. 9不同针头设计的预灌封注射器用于预防接种的对比研究显示文摘目的探讨5切面27G与3切面25G两种针头设计的预灌封注射器在受试者的疼痛感、接种护士的穿刺阻力以及注射部位不良事件等预防接种实践中的差异。方法采用随机双盲平行对照临床试验。将604例受试者随机分为2组,试验组299例使用5切面27G预灌封注射器,对照组305例使用3切面25G预灌封注射器接种甲肝疫苗,同时2组均使用3切面25G预灌封注射器接种乙肝疫苗作为自身对照。比较受试者疼痛与穿刺阻力,并比较受试者注射部位皮肤不良反应情况。结果采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)和疼痛程度语言等级量表中文版(C-PIVRS)评分法对甲肝疫苗穿刺时的疼痛感进行分级评价,试验组中等及以上疼痛比例分别为7.02%、16.55%;对照组分别为15.73%、20.32%,组间差异有统计学意义(均P≤0.001)。对照组注射甲肝时穿刺皮肤阻力VAS评分显著高于试验组(P<0.001)。试验组注射部位皮肤不良反应发生率低于对照组,分别为47.49%和65.25%(P<0.001)。结论5切面27G预灌封注射器用于疫苗接种时,受试者的疼痛度、针头的穿刺阻力以及注射部位不良事件发生率显著低于3切面25G针头设计的预灌封注射器。吕敏 白霜 高培 王怀 富继业 史如晶 董琳 Florence Schwarzenbach Cecile Berteau 吴疆 2019中华全科医学2019,17,11:6
10The Involvement of Lipids in Alzheimer's Disease显示文摘It has been estimated that Alzheimer's disease(AD), the most common form of dementia, will affect approximately 81 million individuals by 2040. To date, the actual cause and cascade of events in the progression of this disease have not been fully determined.Furthermore, there is currently no definitive blood test or simple diagnostic method for AD. Considerable efforts have been put into proteomic approaches to develop a diagnostic blood test, but to date these efforts have not been successful. More recently, there has been a stronger focus on lipidomic studies in the hope of increasing our understanding of the underlying mechanisms leading to AD and developing an AD blood test. It is well known that the strongest genetic risk factor for AD is the ε4 variant of apolipoprotein E(APOE).Evidence suggests that the ApoE protein, a major lipid transporter, plays a key role in the pathogenesis of AD, and its role in both normal and aberrant lipid metabolism warrants further extensive investigation. 11Temporomandibular joint damage in K/BxN arthritic mice显示文摘Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is an autoimmune disease affecting 1% of the world population and is characterized by chronic inflammation of the joints sometimes accompanied by extra-articular manifestations. K/Bx N mice, originally described in 1996 as a model of polyarthritis, exhibit knee joint alterations. The aim of this study was to describe temporomandibular joint(TMJ)inflammation and damage in these mice. We used relevant imaging modalities, such as micro-magnetic resonance imaging(μMRI)and micro-computed tomography(μCT), as well as histology and immunofluorescence techniques to detect TMJ alterations in this mouse model. Histology and immunofluorescence for Col-I, Col-II, and aggrecan showed cartilage damage in the TMJ of K/Bx N animals, which was also evidenced by μCT but was less pronounced than that seen in the knee joints. μMRI observations suggested an increased volume of the upper articular cavity, an indicator of an inflammatory process. Fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLSs)isolated from the TMJ of K/Bx N mice secreted inflammatory cytokines(IL-6 and IL-1β) and expressed degradative mediators such as matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs). 12Galectin-1-mediated biochemical controls of melanoma and glioma aggressive behavior显示文摘Gliomas and melanomas are associated with dismal prognosis because of their marked intrinsic resistance to proapoptotic stimuli,such as conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy,as well as their ability to escape immune cell attacks.In addition,gliomas and melanomas display pronounced neoangiogenesis.Galectin-1 is a hypoxia-sensitive protein,which is abundantly secreted by glioma and melanoma cells,which displays marked proangiogenic effects.It also provides immune tolerogenic environments to melanoma and glioma cells through the killing of activated T cells that attack these tumor cells.Galectin-1 protects glioma and melanoma cells against cytotoxic insults(including chemotherapy and radiotherapy) through a direct role in the unfolded protein response.Altogether,these facts clearly point to galectin-1 as an important target to be combated in gliomas and melanomas in order to:(1) weaken the defenses of these two types of cancers against radiotherapy,chemotherapy and immunotherapy/vaccine therapy;and(2) reinforce antiangiogenic therapies.In the present article,we review the biochemical and molecular biology-related pathways controlled by galectin-1,which are actually beneficial for melanoma and glioma cells,and therefore detrimental for melanoma and glioma patients.Florence Lefranc Véronique Mathieu Robert Kiss 2011World Journal of Biological Chemistry2011,2,9:6

17Predictive factors of histological response of colorectal liver metastases after neoadjuvant chemotherapy显示文摘BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer in men and the second most common in women worldwide. Almost a third of the patients has or will develop liver metastases. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC) has recently become nearly systematic prior to surgery of colorectal livers metastases(CRLMs). The response to NAC is evaluated by radiological imaging according to morphological criteria.More recently, the response to NAC has been evaluated based on histological criteria of the resected specimen. The most often used score is the tumor regression grade(TRG), which considers the necrosis, fibrosis, and number of viable tumor cells.AIM To analyze the predictive factors of the histological response, according to the TRG, on CRLM surgery performed after NAC.METHODSFrom January 2006 to December 2013, 150 patients who had underwent surgery for CRLMs after NAC were included. The patients were separated into two groups based on their histological response, according to Rubbia-Brandt TRG.Based on their TRG, each patient was either assigned to the responder(R) group(TRG 1, 2, and 3) or to the non-responder(NR) group(TRG 4 and 5). All of the histology slides were re-evaluated in a blind manner by the same specialized pathologist. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed.RESULTS Seventy-four patients were classified as responders and 76 as non-responders.The postoperative mortality rate was 0.7%, with a complication rate of 38%.Multivariate analysis identified five predictive factors of histological response.Three were predictive of non-response: More than seven NAC sessions, the absence of a radiological response after NAC, and a repeat hepatectomy(P <0.005). Two were predictive of a good response: A rectal origin of the primary tumor and a liver-first strategy(P < 0.005). The overall survival was 57% at 3 yr and 36% at 5 yr.
