| 1 | Two-Stage Transformerless Dual-Buck PV Grid-Connected Inverters with High Efficiency显示文摘A semi-two-stage common-ground-type transformerless dual-buck-based grid-connected inverter is proposed in this paper.The common-ground-type topology can eliminate common mode(CM)leakage current by connecting the negative terminal of the photovoltaic(PV)directly to the neutral point of the grid,which bypasses the PV array’s stray capacitance.The dual-buck-based topology guarantees increased robustness since the dc-link cannot be short-circuited by a shoot-through event.The semi-two-stage topology features multi-level characteristic,which has a lower forward-voltage drop and smaller dv/dt.Compared with the conventional two-stage inverter,the proposed topology achieves higher efficiency and higher reliability.Experimental results of a 1.5kW prototype show that the proposed inverter is able to achieve high efficiency and low leakage currents. | Li Zhang Fengkai Jiang Dewei(David)Xu Kai Sun Yongqiang Hao Tao Zhang | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2018,4,2: | 4 |
| 2 | PMN-MDSCs modulated by CCL20 from cancer cells promoted breast cancer cell stemness through CXCL2-CXCR2 pathway显示文摘Our previous studies have showed that C-C motif chemokine ligand 20(CCL20)advanced tumor progression and enhanced the chemoresistance of cancer cells by positively regulating breast cancer stem cell(BCSC)self-renewal.However,it is unclear whether CCL20 affects breast cancer progression by remodeling the tumor microenvironment(TME).Here,we observed that polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells(PMN-MDSCs)were remarkably enriched in TME of CCL20-overexpressing cancer cell orthotopic allograft tumors.Mechanistically,CCL20 activated the differentiation of granulocyte-monocyte progenitors(GMPs)via its receptor C-C motif chemokine receptor 6(CCR6)leading to the PMN-MDSC expansion.PMN-MDSCs from CCL20-overexpressing cell orthotopic allograft tumors(CCL20-modulated PMN-MDSCs)secreted amounts of C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 2(CXCL2)and increased ALDH+BCSCs via activating CXCR2/NOTCH1/HEY1 signaling pathway.Furthermore,C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 2(CXCR2)antagonist SB225002 enhanced the docetaxel(DTX)effects on tumor growth by decreasing BCSCs in CCL20high-expressing tumors.These findings elucidated how CCL20 modulated the TME to promote cancer development,indicating a new therapeutic strategy by interfering with the interaction between PMN-MDSCs and BCSCs in breast cancer,especially in CCL20high-expressing breast cancer. | Rui Zhang Mengxue Dong Juchuanli Tu Fengkai Li Qiaodan Deng Jiahui Xu Xueyan He Jiajun Ding Jie Xia Dandan Sheng Zhaoxia Chang Wei Ma Haonan Dong Yi Zhang Lixing Zhang Lu Zhang Suling Liu | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4: | 2 |

| 4 | Achieving High Thermoelectric Performance in Rare-Earth Element-Free CaMg_(2)Bi_(2) with High Carrier Mobility and Ultralow Lattice Thermal Conductivity显示文摘CaMg_(2)Bi_(2)-based compounds,a kind of the representative compounds of Zintl phases,have uniquely inherent layered structure and hence are considered to be potential thermoelectric materials.Generally,alloying is a traditional and effective way to reduce the lattice thermal conductivity through the mass and strain field fluctuation between host and guest atoms.The cation sites have very few contributions to the band structure around the fermi level;thus,cation substitution may have negligible influence on the electric transport properties.What is more,widespread application of thermoelectric materials not only desires high ZT value but also calls for low-cost and environmentally benign constituent elements.Here,Ba substitution on cation site achieves a sharp reduction in lattice thermal conductivity through enhanced point defects scattering without the obvious sacrifice of high carrier mobility,and thus improves thermoelectric properties.Then,by combining further enhanced phonon scattering caused by isoelectronic substitution of Zn on the Mg site,an extraordinarily low lattice thermal conductivity of 0.51Wm^(-1) K^(-1) at 873 K is achieved in(Ca_(0.75)Ba_(0.25))_(0.995)Na_(0.005)Mg_(1.95)Zn_(0.05)Bi_(1.98) alloy,approaching the amorphous limit.Such maintenance of high mobility and realization of ultralow lattice thermal conductivity synergistically result in broadly improvement of the quality factorβ.Finally,a maximum ZT of 1.25 at 873K and the corresponding ZTave up to 0.85 from 300 K to 873K have been obtained for the same composition,meanwhile possessing temperature independent compatibility factor.To our knowledge,the current ZTave exceeds all the reported values in AMg_(2)Bi_(2)-based compounds so far.Furthermore,the low-cost and environmentfriendly characteristic plus excellent thermoelectric performance also make the present Zintl phase CaMg_(2)Bi_(2) more competitive in practical application. | Muchun Guo Fengkai Guo Jianbo Zhu Li Yin Qian Zhang Wei Cai Jiehe Sui | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 2 |

| 9 | Yiguanjian cataplasm attenuates opioid dependence in a mouse model of naloxone-induced opioid withdrawal syndrome显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of Yiguanjian(YGJ) cataplasm on the development of opioid dependence in a mouse model of naloxone-induced opioid withdrawal syndrome.METHODS:One hundred Swiss albino mice,of equal male to female ratio,were randomly and equally divided into 10 groups.A portion(3 cm2) of the backside hair of the mice was removed 1 day prior to the experiment.Morphine(5 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally administered twice daily for 5days.YGJ cataplasm was prepared and pasted on the bare region of the mice immediately beforemorphine administration on day 3 and subsequently removed at the end day 5.On day 6,naloxone(8mg/kg) was intraperitoneally injected to precipitate opioid withdrawal syndrome.Behavioral observation was performed in two 30-min phases immediately after naloxone injection.RESULTS:The YGJ cataplasm significantly and dose-dependently attenuated morphine-naloxone-induced experimental opioid withdrawal,in terms of withdrawal severity score and the frequencies of jumping,rearing,forepaw licking,and circling behaviors.However,YGJ cataplasm treatment did not alter the acute analgesic effect of morphine.CONCLUSION:YGJ cataplasm could attenuate opioid dependence and its associated withdrawal symptoms.Therefore,YGJ cataplasm could serve as a potential therapy for opioid addiction in the future. | Gao Shuai Gao Hong Fan Yuchen Zhang Guanghua Sun Fengkai Zhao Jing Li Feng Yang Yang Wang Kai | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4: | 1 |
