1再生IIR在轮胎气密层中的应用显示文摘再生IIR是轮胎工业中广泛应用的一种重要配合剂。用再生IIR部分替代IIR或BIIR可改善胶料工艺性能 ,并对胶料的某些非常重要的性能 (包括胶料成本 )有着积极的影响。 对气密层来说 ,最有意义的工艺性能改进是提高了轮胎成型和硫化过程中的气密性。含有再生IIR的气密层胶料具有较低的透气率 ,使制造商能够减薄气密层 ,同时不降低其气密性。胶料的耐老化性能也提高了 ,特别是老化后的屈挠疲劳寿命大大提高。HenkJan Manuel Wilma Dierkes 赵敏 涂学忠 2001轮胎工业2001,21,6:2

15The Integration of Vacuum Brazing into Heat Treatment - A Progressive Combined Process显示文摘The continuous constructive challenge to improve the functionality and efficiency of components always results in higher demands on production engineering, against the background of the generally increasing cost pressure. In many cases, you will just succeed in producing competitive and innovative products by combining and coupling of different procedures to an independent (hybrid) technology. The use of hybrid procedures for metal joining and heat treatment of metallic materials finds more and more industrial fields of application. Modern vacuum lines with integrated pressurized gas quenching are considered high-performance and flexible means of production for brazing and heat treatment tasks as well in the turbine industry as in the mould making and tool manufacturing industry. In doing so, the heat treatment is coupled with the brazing cycle in a combined process so that the brazing temperatures and soak times are adapted to the necessary temperatures and times for solution heat treatment and austeniting. This user-oriented article describes on the one hand examples of brazing of turbine components, but above all the practical experience from the plastics processing industry, where the requirement for a high-efficient cooling of injection moulding dies gains more and more importance. 16Qualifying the suitability of living donor livers for pediatric liver transplantation:are we doing the right thing?显示文摘Over the last decades,liver transplantation has become the standard care for many forms of end-stage liver disease,both in adults and in children.The prognosis after pediatric liver transplantation(pLT)has steadily increased up to a patient survival at 5 years of 85%and an estimated graft half life of 31 years(1,2).In the early days of pLT,the transplanted organ originated from deceased donors.Since 1990,adult-to-child living donor liver transplantation(LDLT)programs have developed,which rapidly gained popularity,particularly in Europe and Asia(2,3).A major stimulus for LDLT has been the limited availability of deceased donors.The indications for liver transplantation have expanded,particularly for adult patients,at a higher rate than the availability of donor organs.Moreover,the quality of donor organs has steadily declined,resulting in a decreased utilization of livers from deceased donors for transplantation(4).The limited availability of qualified deceased donor livers has further stimulated LDLT:in Europe,for example,the percentage of living donor organs used for pLT increased from 7%before 2000 to 40%since 2010(1).Henkjan J.Verkade Frans C.J.Cuperus Aad P.van den Berg 2023Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2023,12,3:0
