1糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C和急性反应指标与视网膜病变严重程度相关性研究(英文)显示文摘目的:评估糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)严重程度与血清胱抑素C和急性时相反应指标的相关性,包括红细胞沉降率(ESR)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。方法:研究纳入了1mo内就诊的所有糖尿病视网膜病患者。患者均记录人口统计学数据。行眼科检查,同时检测糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、ESR、hs-CRP和血清胱抑素C水平。结果:研究包括67例糖尿病患者,其中19例(28.3%)无视网膜病变患者,22例(32.8%)非增殖型视网膜病变患者和26例(38.8%)增殖型视网膜病变患者。三组间平均年龄、性别分布、平均糖尿病病程、高血压和血脂异常患病率、吸烟状况以及Hb A1c水平无明显差异。随着视网膜病变发展,平均血清胱抑素C水平显著提高,三组分别为1.1±0.48,1.22±0.38,1.71±0.92(P=0.007)。在多元回归分析中,仅血清胱抑素C与糖尿病视网膜病变严重程度有关(P=0.025)。结论:研究表明,在独立于急性时相反应指标,血清胱抑素C水平随DR加重升高。因此,该结论可作为初级医护人员区分高危患者的标志。Joobin Khadamy Gholamhossein Yaghoobi Abbas Hosseini Rad Mahnaz Najafi Saeed Reza Heydari Pardis Khademi 2018国际眼科杂志2018,18,3:8
2Predictive factors for early aspiration in liver abscess显示文摘AIM: To determine the predictive factors for early aspiration in liver abscess. METHODS: A retrospective analysis of all patients with liver abscess from 1995 to 2004 was performed. Abscess was diagnosed as amebic in 661 (68%) patients, pyogenic in 200 (21%), indeterminate in 73 (8%) and mixed in 32 (3%). Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to determine predictive factors for aspiration of liver abscess. RESULTS: A total of 966 patients, 738 (76%) male, mean age 43 ± 17 years, were evaluated: 540 patients responded to medical therapy while adjunctive percutaneous aspiration was performed in 426 patients. Predictive factors for aspiration of liver abscess were: age ≥ 55 years, size of abscess ≥ 5 cm, involvement of both lobes of the liver and duration of symptoms ≥ 7 d. Hospital stay in the aspiration group was relatively longer than in the non aspiration group. Twelve patients died in the aspiration group and this mortality was not statistically significant when compared to the non aspiration group. 3Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reactions in water using in situ generated palladium(II)–phosphazane complexes显示文摘The phosphazane derivatives(L1–3) were readily obtained by reaction of different ratios of PCl3 and PhNH2. The L1–3 derivatives were found to be efficient ligands in the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki C–C coupling reactions in water. 5Orange dye polyaniline composite based impedance humidity sensors显示文摘This study presents the fabrication and investigation of humidity sensors based on orange dye (OD) and polyaniline (PANI) composite films. A blend of 3 wt.% OD with 1 wt.% PANI was prepared in 1 ml water. The composite films were deposited on glass substrates between pre-deposited silver electrodes. The gap between the electrodes was 45 μm. The sensing mechanism was based on the impedance and capacitance variations due to the absorption/desorption of water vapor. It was observed that with the increase in relative humidity (RH) from 30% to 90%, the impedance decreases by 5.2 × 10 4 and 8.8 × 10 3 times for the frequencies of 120 Hz and 1 kHz, respectively. The impedance-humidity relationship showed a more uniform change compared to the capacitance-humidity relationship in the RH range of 30% to 90%. The consequence of annealing, measuring frequency, response and recovery time, and absorption-desorption behavior of the humidity sensor were also discussed in detail. The annealing resulted in an increase in sensitivity of up to 2.5 times, while the measured response time and recovery time were 34 s and 450 s, respectively. 6Simulation, Modeling, and Optimization of Intelligent Kidney Disease Predication Empowered with Computational Intelligence Approaches显示文摘Artificial intelligence(AI)is expanding its roots in medical diagnostics.Various acute and chronic diseases can be identified accurately at the initial level by using AI methods to prevent the progression of health complications.Kidney diseases are producing a high impact on global health and medical practitioners are suggested that the diagnosis at earlier stages is one of the foremost approaches to avert chronic kidney disease and renal failure.High blood pressure,diabetes mellitus,and glomerulonephritis are the root causes of kidney disease.Therefore,the present study is proposed a set of multiple techniques such as simulation,modeling,and optimization of intelligent kidney disease prediction(SMOIKD)which is based on computational intelligence approaches.Initially,seven parameters were used for the fuzzy logic system(FLS),and then twenty-five different attributes of the kidney dataset were used for the artificial neural network(ANN)and deep extreme machine learning(DEML).The expert system was proposed with the assistance of medical experts.For the quick and accurate evaluation of the proposed system,Matlab version 2019 was used.The proposed SMOIKD-FLSANN-DEML expert system has shown 94.16%accuracy.Hence this study concluded that SMOIKD-FLS-ANN-DEML system is effective to accurately diagnose kidney disease at initial levels.Abdul Hannan Khan Muhammad Adnan Khan Sagheer Abbas Shahan Yamin Siddiqui Muhammad Aanwar Saeed Majed Alfayad Nouh Sabri Elmitwally 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,5:2

9Biodistribution study of [^(61)Cu]pyruvaldehyde-bis (N-4-methylthiosemicarbazone) in normal rats as a PET tracer显示文摘[61Cu]-labeled pyruvaldehyde-bis(N-4-methylthiosemicarbazone) (61Cu-PTSM), a promising agent made for imaging blood perfusion, was produced via the natZn(p,x)61Cu nuclear reaction in a 30 MeV cyclotron, and separated by a two-step column chromatography method developed in our laboratory using a cation and an anion exchange resin. After 150 μA irradiation for 76 min, about 6.006 Ci of 61Cu2+ was obtained with a radiochemical separation yield of 95% and a radionuclidic purity of 99%. Cu-PTSM was prepared using an optimized method with 61 in-house synthesized PTSM ligand for radiolabeling following quality control procedures using RTLC and HPLC. The tracer is mostly incorporated in heart, kidneys and brain compared to free copper cation as a control. These are in agreement with former reports. 15Foliar application of micronutrients enhances crop stand, yield and the biofortification essential for human health of different wheat cultivars显示文摘Globally about half of the world’s population is under micronutrient malnutrition due to poor quality food intake.To overcome this problem,fortification and biofortification techniques are often used.Biofortification is considered a better option than fortification due to the easy control of nutrient deficiencies present in daily food.This field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of foliar application of a micronutrient mixture(MNM)consisting of zinc(Zn),iron(Fe),copper(Cu),manganese(Mn)and boron(B)on yield and flour quality of wheat.The results show the effectiveness of foliar feeding for growth and yield parameters,in addition to the enriching of wheat grains with Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn and B.Compared to the control without foliar feeding,foliar application on wheat crop increased tillering ability,spike length,grain yield and the contents of Zn,Cu,Mn,Fe and B by 21,47,22,22 and 25%in wheat flour,respectively.Therefore,foliar feeding of micronutrients could be an effective approach to enrich wheat grains with essential nutrients for correcting malnutrition.Muhammad Zahir Aziz Muhammad Yaseen Tanveer Abbas Muhammad Naveed Adnan Mustafa Yasir Hamid Qudsia Saeed XU Ming-gang 2019Journal of Integrative Agriculture2019,18,6:1

19Identifying Achilles-heel roads in real-sized networks显示文摘Ensuring a minimum operational level of road networks in the presence of unexpected incidents is becoming a hot subject in academic circles as well as industry. To this end, it is important to understand the degree to which each single element of the network contributes to the operation and performance of a network. In other words,a road can become an'Achilles-heel'for the entire network if it is closed due to a simple incident. Such insight of the detrimental loss of the closure of the roads would help us to be more vigilant and prepared. In this study, we develop an index dubbed as Achilles-heel index to quantify detrimental loss of the closure of the respective roads. More precisely, the Achilles-heel index indicates how many drivers are affected by the closure of the respective roads(the number of affected drivers is also called travel demand coverage). To this end,roads with maximum travel demand coverage are sorted as the most critical ones, for which a method—known as'link analysis'—is adopted. In an iterative process, first, a road with highest traffic volume is first labeled as'target link,'and second, a portion of travel demand which is captured by the target link is excluded from travel demand. For the next iteration, the trimmed travel demand is then assigned to the network where all links including the target links run on the initial travel times. The process carries on until all links are labeled. The proposed methodology is applied to a largesized network of Winnipeg, Canada.
