1弹性带锁髓内钉与锁定钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效比较显示文摘目的比较弹性带锁髓内钉与解剖型锁定钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2016年12月手术治疗47例锁骨骨折患者资料。其中23例采用弹性带锁髓内钉固定(髓内钉组),男14例,女9例;年龄19~85岁,平均55.26岁;左侧14例,右侧9例;根据AO/OTA分型,2A型6例,2B型17例。24例采用解剖型锁定钢板固定(钢板组),男18例,女6例;年龄15~71岁,平均51.25岁;左侧16例,右侧8例;根据AO/OTA分型,2A型9例,2B型15例。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、皮肤切口长度、骨折愈合时间、内固定取出时间、Constant-Murley肩关节评分、臂肩手功能障碍(disabilities of the arm, shoulder, and hand, DASH)评分以及并发症等。结果47例患者均顺利完成手术。两组患者均获得随访,髓内钉组随访时间14~23周,平均19.35周;钢板组随访时间28~76周,平均53.13周。髓内钉组手术时间(20.78±7.71)min、术中出血量(13.26±9.72)ml、切口长度(1.57±1.24)cm、骨折愈合时间(10.39±2.39)周、内固定取出时间(13.17±2.37)周、Constant-Murley肩关节评分(99.09±1.86)分、DASH评分(1.20±2.47)分;钢板组手术时间(57.79±11.56)min、术中出血量(69.17±46.24)ml、切口长度(9.67±2.90)cm、骨折愈合时间(14.21±4.05)周、内固定取出时间(47.38±10.46)周、Constant-Murley肩关节评分(98.00±2.17)分、DASH评分(0.89±1.65)分。与钢板组比较,髓内钉组手术时间短(t=12.856,P=0.000)、术中出血量少(t=5.791,P=0.000)、切口长度明显短(t=12.549,P=0.000)、骨折愈合时间短(t=3.566,P=0.002)、内固定取出时间明显早(t=15.603,P=0.000);以上各指标比较差异均有统计学意义。髓内钉组和钢板组Constant-Murley肩关节评分[(99.09±1.86)分和(98.00±2.17)分]、DASH评分[(1.20±2.47)分和(0.89±1.65)分]比较差异无统计学意义。术后3~6周,髓内钉组6例发生尾端皮肤刺激及滑囊炎,经换药及取内固定后症状消失。钢板组延迟愈合2例,经延长观察,分别至24、27周愈合;感染1例,经切开引流及敏感抗生素应用后治愈;皮肤愈合不良1例,经换药治疗后切口愈合;皮肤刺激症状2例,取内固定后症状消失。结论弹性带锁髓内钉与解剖型锁定钢板均是治疗锁骨中段骨折的有效手术方式,均可取得良好临床效果。髓内钉组具有微创、骨折愈合快、取内固定时间短、体表美观、费用低等优势。但髓内钉组也存在尾端皮肤刺激及临时滑囊炎的发生。赵志辉 陈居文 王永清 任亮 毕红宾 李毅 Kifayat Ullah Basanta Sapkota 2019中华骨科杂志2019,39,16:59
2髓内钉治疗胫骨近端骨折:解剖学、生物力学及钉的设计原理显示文摘背景:因为胫骨近端解剖结构的特殊性,使用髓内钉作为内固定器械治疗时存在一定困难,早期报道并发症发生率较高。随着胫骨髓内钉结构设计的不断进步,以及髓内钉固定技术的不断发展,临床报道应用该技术治疗的优良率也在逐渐增高,使用髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨近端骨折有逐渐增多的趋势。目的:对髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨近端骨折的最新进展进行综述。方法:以'proximal tibial fracture','intramedullary nail','胫骨近端骨折','髓内钉内固定'为关键词。在Pub Med、Web of science、万方、中国知网等数据库进行检索,共查阅文献742篇,通过阅读文献题目及摘要,判断是否与胫骨近端骨折髓内钉内固定有关,排除文献685篇,最终纳入57篇文献进行分析。结果与结论:(1)胫骨近端解剖结构不同于胫骨干,受传统髓内钉固定技术及髓内钉结构的限制,当其用于治疗胫骨近端骨折时并发症发生率较高;(2)髓内钉治疗技术不断发展,新型髓内钉出现,增加了近端锁钉,并改进锁钉的位置和方向,对近端骨折块的把持力更强;(3)联合钢板固定、Poller钉的应用、入路的改进等髓内钉固定技术的发展,也增加了该技术对胫骨近端骨折固定的强度;(4)经多项生物力学测试,表现优于其他内固定方式,且临床应用中体现出了髓内钉固定技术的创伤小、血运破坏少、固定牢固、术后早期活动、骨折愈合时间短等优势,尤其对于胫骨近端骨折合并胫骨干骨折,近端软组织损伤重的患者,更加适合;(5)但在临床应用该技术时,术者必须对胫骨近端解剖特点有足够的了解,并能熟练掌握髓内钉技术及各种辅助技术,才能够取得满意的临床疗效。赵志辉 任琳慧 李毅 卢锋成 Kifayat Ullah Basanta Sapkota 王永清 2018中国组织工程研究2018,22,7:20

5Effects of Silicon-Based Fertilizer on Growth, Yield and Nutrient Uptake of Rice in Tropical Zone of Vietnam显示文摘Application of silicon(Si) could greatly boost rice yield and mitigate abiotic stress,especially drought.A field experiment was conducted during 2015 at the research farm of Hong Duc University,Thanh Hoa City,Vietnam,to evaluate the effects of five different combined doses of standard fertilizer practice and Si fertilizer on growth,yield and yield components,as well as nutrient uptake of rice.The treatments consisted of the recommended dose of fertilizer(RDF,110 kg/hm^2 N + 90 kg/hm^2 P_2O_5 + 80 kg/hm^2 K_2O) as the control,RDF + 100 kg/hm^2 SiO_2,RDF + 200 kg/hm^2 SiO_2,RDF + 300 kg/hm^2 SiO_2 and RDF + 400 kg/hm^2 SiO_2.The results showed that the growth,grain and straw yields as well as yield components(number of grains per panicle,seed-setting rate and 1000-grain weight) were significantly affected by Si application.The highest grain yield of 3 705 kg/hm^2 was obtained with the highest level of Si fertilizer in combination with RDF(RDF + 400 kg/hm^2 SiO_2),however,it was statistically at par with the yields obtained with RDF + 300 kg/hm^2 SiO_2(3 664 kg/hm^2) and RDF + 200 kg/hm^2 SiO_2(3 621 kg/hm^2).The optimum dose of Si fertilizer with maximized grain yield(3 716 kg/hm^2) was 329 kg/hm^2 SiO_2.The nutrient(Si,N,P and K) uptakes of rice were also significantly enhanced by Si application.Si application at the level of 329 kg/hm^2 along with RDF would help in the sustainable production of rice in the tropical zone of Vietnam.Tran Xuan CUONG Hayat ULLAH Avishek DATTA Tran Cong HANH 2017Rice science2017,24,5:16
6一次新疆伊犁河谷特大暴雨过程的环境场及不稳定条件分析显示文摘伊犁河谷是新疆地区暴雨多发且暴雨强度最强的地区。本文以该地区的一次特大暴雨过程为例,利用观测资料以及WRF高分辨率数值模拟结果对该次暴雨过程的环流背景及不稳定条件进行了分析。结果表明:(1)此次降水过程发生在对流层高层南亚高压'双体型',中层中高纬度'两脊一槽'以及两个中亚低涡发展移动的环流形势下。在伊犁河谷特殊的向西开口的喇叭口地形作用下,中心位于哈萨克斯坦的中亚低涡导致伊犁河谷低层为偏西风,中心位于塔里木盆地的中亚低涡使得伊犁河谷中层为偏东风,导致伊犁河谷内中低层水平风的垂直切变增强;伊犁河谷内,地形及哈萨克斯坦中亚低涡环流的共同作用形成了低空辐合线,辐合线附近形成的辐合区正好与高空急流辐散区垂直叠加,引发河谷内的上升运动增强。低层西风将水汽输送进河谷,并在河谷内迎风坡附近堆积,上升运动增强后导致河谷内堆积的水汽得以抬升。(2)WRF模拟结果分析显示,散度分布、垂直风切变、水汽及热力层结分布等对降水产生均有重要贡献。通过对湿位涡垂直及水平分量的分析得出热力层结影响的对流不稳定对前期降水的产生有影响,同时,垂直风切变影响的对称不稳定对降水增强维持有重要作用。位势散度分析进一步指示出整个降水区低层的对流不稳定主要是由于位势散度的垂直切变部分造成,而位势散度的散度部分能加强河谷内小地形背风坡处的对流不稳定,说明整个降水演变过程中,动热力因子的相互作用共同影响了降水强度和落区。黄昕 周玉淑 冉令坤 KALIM Ullah 曾勇 2021大气科学2021,45,1:14
7电子鼻对红枣乳酸发酵饮料的品质分析显示文摘利用电子鼻技术对5个品种的红枣乳酸发酵饮料的风味品质进行分析,结合模式识别和感官评价对红枣乳酸饮料的品质进行分析评价。结果表明,线性判别分析对不同红枣饮料香气的识别效果优于主成分分析。电子鼻传感器对香气响应值的主成分分析表明,特征香气是由苯类、氮氧化物、芳香胺类、烷烃、甲基类、硫化物、醇类、硫化氢类组成。金丝小枣、狗头枣乳酸发酵饮料具有高的综合因子得分。感官评价分析表明,所有红枣乳酸饮料的风味都优于对照(康师傅枣饮),而不同品种的红枣乳酸发酵饮料的风味又不同,以狗头枣乳酸发酵饮料风味最佳,金丝小枣乳酸发酵饮料风味最差。红枣的品种和质量对乳酸发酵饮料的香气和口味有很大影响。电子鼻可以准确区别红枣饮料的不同风味,结果与感官评价具有一致性,表明电子鼻可有效地用于乳酸发酵饮料品质评价。杨智 王楠 Niamat Ullah 梁艳花 杨霞 程正丽 冯宪超 李志西 2015西北农业学报2015,24,11:13

10黄土塬边坡植被类型对土壤孔隙的影响显示文摘黄土塬边坡植被建设以固坡为目的,不同植被的土壤孔隙结构有利于增加降水入渗,从而减少坡面产流的水蚀危害。本研究以长武塬黄土塬边坡的侧柏(Platycladus orientalis)林地、沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides)灌丛、草地和农地4种植被为研究对象,采集0–30 cm的原状土柱,利用CT扫描和图像处理技术,对其土壤孔隙度、孔隙数目、孔隙成圆率和孔隙分形维数进行定量分析,结合土层样品的理化性质,研究影响土壤孔隙结构的主要因素。结果表明,农地、侧柏孔隙的孔径大小分异不大,而草地、沙棘自身根系互动穿插生成的根孔扩展了孔径分布范围,不仅增加了孔隙度和大孔隙数目,也降低了孔隙成圆率。草地、沙棘有利于降水入渗,是固坡的优先选择。土壤有机质、粘粒含量等性质与孔隙参数之间具有极显著(P<0.001)或显著(P<0.05)相关关系,它们的改变对土壤孔隙特征变化和提高蓄水保土能力具有重要影响。冯璐 丁康 屈媛媛 Farhat Ullah KHAN 杜峰 徐学选 2020草业科学2020,37,4:11

12Folic acid supplementation inhibits recurrence of colorectal adenomas:A randomized chemoprevention trial显示文摘AIM: To determine whether folic acid supplementation will reduce the recurrence of colorectal adenomas, the precursors of colorectal cancer, we performed a double-blind placebo-controlled trial in patients with adenomatous polyps. METHODS: In the current double-blind, placebo-controlled trial at this VA Medical Center, patients with colorectal adenomas were randomly assigned to receive either a daily 5 mg dose of folic acid or a matched identical placebo for 3 years. All polyps were removed at baseline colonoscopy and each patient had a follow up colonoscopy at 3 years. The primary endpoint was a reduction in the number of recurrent adenomas at 3 years. RESULTS: Of 137 subjects, who were eligible after confirmation of polyp histology and run-in period to conform compliance, 94 completed the study; 49 in folic acid group and 45 in placebo group. Recurrence of adenomas at 3-year was compared between the two groups. The mean number of recurrent polyps at 3-year was 0.36 (SD, 0.69) for folic acid treated patients compared to 0.82 (SD, 1.17) for placebo treated subjects, resulting in a 3-fold increase in polyp recurrence in the placebo group. Patients below 70 years of age and those with left-sided colonicadenomas or advanced adenomas responded better to folic acid supplementation. 13干旱条件下棉花根际真菌多样性分析显示文摘植物根际微生物群落对植物生长和适逆性至关重要,本研究对干旱条件下棉花根际真菌群落进行分析,旨在探明干旱胁迫对棉花根际真菌多样性和群落结构的影响,为利用有益微生物提高棉花水分利用率提供理论依据。以陆地棉Jin 668(Gossypium hirsutum cv.Jin668)为试验材料,采用盆栽控水方式,对处于开花期的棉花根际土壤(SDP)和未种植棉花土壤(SOPD)进行干旱处理,正常浇水的棉花根际土壤(SPN)和无棉花土壤(SNPN)为对照。从中采集土壤样品,提取DNA,采用Illumina Miseq对真菌ITS1区域进行高通量测序,研究土壤中真菌多样性。结果共鉴定到970个OTUs,SNPN、SOPD、SPN和SDP样品中真菌OTUs数量分别为481、528、743和752个,其中288个OTUs为所有组共有。对获得OTUs进行门、纲、目、科和属5个分类水平的划分表明,棉花根际真菌群落结构主要由子囊菌门(82.70%)和担子菌门(10.15%)组成;干旱处理使粪壳菌纲(Sordariomycetes)、粪壳菌目(Sordariales)和毛壳菌科(Chaetomiaceae)丰度显著降低,而散囊菌目(Eurotiales)、发菌科(Trichocomaceae)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)和青霉属(Penicillum)的丰度显著增加。多样性分析结果显示,与未种棉花的土壤相比,有棉花的土壤中真菌群落的α多样性显著增加;同时,SPN和SDP之间的真菌群落结构更相似,而与SNPN和SOPD间差异较大。研究表明,棉花根际存在丰富的真菌群落,干旱对土壤中真菌的丰度和多样性有显著影响。本研究从微生物的角度为提高棉花耐旱性的研究提供新见解。岳丹丹 韩贝 Abid Ullah 张献龙 杨细燕 2021作物学报2021,47,9:9
14The role of chemosensory protein 10 in the detection of behaviorally active compounds in brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens显示文摘Chemosensory proteins(CSPs)play important roles in insects’chemoreception,although their specific functional roles have not been fully elucidated.In this study,we conducted the developmental expression patterns and competitive binding assay as well as knock‐down assay by RNA interference both in vitro and in vivo to reveal the function of NlugCSP10 from the brown planthopper(BPH),Nilaparvata lugens(Stål),a major pest in rice plants.The results showed that NlugCSP10 messenger RNA was significantly higher in males than in females and correlated to gender,development and wing forms.The fluorescence binding assays revealed that NlugCSP10 exhibited the highest binding affinity with cis‐3‐hexenyl acetate,eicosane,and(+)‐β‐pinene.Behavioral assay revealed that eicosane displayed attractant activity,while cis‐3‐hexenyl acetate,similar to(+)‐β‐pinene significantly repelled N.lugens adults.Silencing of NlugCSP10,which is responsible for cis‐3‐hexenyl acetate binding,significantly disrupted cis‐3‐hexenyl acetate communication.Overall,findings of the present study showed that NlugCSP10 could selectively interrelate with numerous volatiles emitted from host plants and these ligands could be designated to develop slow‐release mediators that attract/repel N.lugens and subsequently improve the exploration of plans to control this insect pest.Muhammad Irfan Waris Aneela Younas Muhammad Muzammal Adeel Shuang-Gang Duan Sundas Rana Quershi Rana Muhammad Kaleem Ullah Man-Qun Wang 2020Insect Science2020,27,3:9

16Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4复合催化剂增强芬顿/光-芬顿和类过氧化酶反应的活性及稳定性(英文)显示文摘石墨相的氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)已被广泛用于光催化、水分解、光子检测器、电池、以及光电阴极.与其他光催化材料相比,g-C_3N_4具有价格低廉,易制备,无毒无污染等优点.此外,C_3N_4具有适宜的带隙(2.7 eV),能有效地吸收可见光.有关C_3N_4的光催化研究很多,但是其降解效率受限于电子空穴对的快速复合.因此,为了提高C_3N_4光催化反应效率,需要对其进行改性.磁铁矿(Fe_3O_4)广泛用于光催化和芬顿/光-芬顿反应.Fe_3O_4晶体具有反式尖晶石结构,其中Fe^(2+)和Fe^(3+)同时存在.研究表明,磁铁矿在酸性条件下催化效果显著,然而,它的比表面积小,随着反应时间的推移,铁离子会溶出,不利于有机物降解反应.因此,近来许多研究着重于磁铁矿复合物的制备,以提高磁铁矿的稳定性及催化性能.本文通过惰性氛围高温焙烧三聚氰胺制备了g-C_3N_4,再通过氯化铁和乙酸钠在乙醇中于180°C溶剂热反应,制备Fe_3O_4纳米粒子,最后通过静电自组装过程制备出Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4纳米复合材料.利用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及X射线光电子光谱(XPS)等手段验证其组成和结构.XRD结果表明,Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4复合材料中可以清晰看到Fe_3O_4和g-C_3N_4的衍射峰,说明这两种材料的晶相得以保持.SEM和TEM结果表明,Fe_3O_4纳米颗粒很好地附着在g-C_3N_4薄片上.XPS结果表明,氮化碳中存在典型的三种N峰;此外还存在铁的两种价态.光-芬顿活性测试中,相同条件下,Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4在60 min内将罗丹明B(RhB)几乎降解完全,而单组份的Fe_3O_4或g-C_3N_4对RhB的降解小于50%.可见,复合后的Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4光催化性能得到很大提升.单g-C_3N_4本身由于快速的电子空穴复合以及对双氧水的弱亲和力,因而对Rh B降解效果差.单独的Fe_3O_4由于在中性或者碱性条件下反而会抑制光催化芬顿活性.对于制备的Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4复合材料,具有以下优点:(1)电子在Fe^(3+)和g-C_3N_4的LUMO轨道上的转移降低了电子-空穴对的复合;(2)Fe_3O_4均匀分布在g-C_3N_4上,对于H_2O_2的吸附提供了有利的高比表面积;(3)Fe_3O_4和g-C_3N_4之间的界面相互作用使得Fe_3O_4的稳定性提高.通过降解RhB的动力学研究,得到反应速率为0.02 min^(–1),属准一级反应.分析检测结果表明,光-芬顿反应后,RhB分子被彻底矿化降解,没有中间产物生成,最终降解为CO_2和水.同时,通过对辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)模拟催化进行测试,以3,3',5,5'-四甲基联苯胺盐酸盐(TMB)作为基质,同时添加双氧水和Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4,在pH值为4.5条件下,TMB可以被有效氧化.实验表明,Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4添加量为25 mg/ml时,对TMB氧化性能最佳.复合催化剂还用于多巴胺的催化氧化反应.结果表明,多巴胺的氧化反应速率常数为1.21 min^(–1),属一级动力学反应.总之,复合材料提高了Rh B的光催化降解活性和稳定性;对TMB和HRP亲和性好,表现出高的类过氧化酶反应活性;有效的多巴胺氧化反应表明其有望用于生物基氧化反应中.实验结果表明,本文发展的Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4复合材料为其他类型复合材料的制备与应用提供了新的思路.Shafaq Sahar Akif Zeb 刘亚男 Naseeb Ullah 徐安武 2017Chinese Journal of Catalysis2017,38,12:8

18A review on first principles based studies for improvement of cathode material of lithium ion batteries显示文摘Lithium ion batteries(LIBs) are currently best energy storage devices providing rechargeable electrical storage to wide variety of applications – from portable electronics to automobiles. Though, these batteries are fully adopted, widely used and commercialized, but researchers are still extensively working on their constituent materials and developing technology to improve their performance. A major part of related research activities is devoted to the electrode of the battery for improvement in its performance thereby addressing issues like safety, lifetime, specific capacity, energy density and most importantly abundance and cost. There are number of cathode materials that have been proposed and tested at laboratory scale and subsequently utilized in commercialized batteries ever since the appearance of LIBs. Owing to the availability of improved computational resources in the last decade, first principles calculation has become a reliable tool and played a vital role to predict the material properties of electrodes prior to their experimental analysis.
