| 1 | 广州、南宁市汽车安全带佩戴状况调查显示文摘目的调查广州、南宁市汽车安全带佩戴情况。方法采用随机抽样的方法,按照3种不同类型的道路选取观察点,在4个不同时间段对目标车辆进行观察。结果司机安全带正确佩戴率南宁市(63.8%)高于广州市(49.3%),而不正确佩戴率广州市(22.9%)高于南宁市(8.1%);乘客安全带佩戴率广州市高于南宁市,包括正确佩戴率和不正确佩戴率;安全带佩戴率受道路类型、时间、性别和车型等的影响,正确佩戴率高速路高于其他道路、白天高于晚上、女性高于男性、小型汽车高于其他车型,不正确佩戴率工作日高于周末。结论广州市男性出租车司机安全带不正确佩戴率高;两地区周末和晚上佩戴安全带率较低,应加大执法力度;加强宣传教育,提高司乘人员佩戴安全带的意识。 | 李功理 李丽萍 Mark Stevenson Rebecca Ivers 周颖 | 2006 | 中华流行病学杂志2006，27，8： | 14 |
| 2 | Molecular mechanism and functional consequences of lansoprazole-mediated heme oxygenase-1 induction显示文摘AIM:To investigate the molecular mechanism and functional consequences of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) activation by lansoprazole in endothelial cells and macrophages. METHODS:Expression of HO-1 mRNA was analyzed by Northern blotting.Western blotting was used to determine the HO-1 and ferritin protein levels. NADPH-dependent reactive oxygen species(ROS) formation was measured with lucigenin-enhanced chemiluminescence.HO-1 promoter activity in mouse fibroblasts,stably transfected with a 15-kb HO-1 gene that drives expression of the reporter gene luciferase, was assessed using in vivo bioluminescence imaging. RESULTS:Lansoprazole increased HO-1 mRNA levels in endothelial cells and HO-1 protein levelsin macrophages.In addition,lansoprazole-induced ferritin protein levels in both cell systems.Moreover, induction of the antioxidant proteins HO-1 and ferritin by lansoprazole was followed by a decrease in NADPH- mediated ROS formation.The radical scavenging properties of lansoprazole were diminished in the presence of the HO inhibitor,chromium mesoporphyrin IX.Induction of HO-1 gene expression by lansoprazole was not related to oxidative stress or to the activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway. However,the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase inhibitor LY294002 showed a concentration-dependent inhibition of HO-1 mRNA and promoter activity. | 3 | Environmental factors regulating cyanobacteria dominance and microcystin production in a subtropical lake within the Taihu watershed,China显示文摘Understanding the pattern of phytoplankton and their dependence on water quality variables, can help the management of eutrophic lakes. The aim of this study was to determine water quality and environmental factors associated with cyanobacteria dominance and microcystin production in Qingshan Lake, a subtropical lake located in the headwater of the Taihu watershed, China. Water samples collected monthly from 10 study sites in Qingshan Lake were analyzed for the species distributions of freshwater algae and physico-chemical parameters including total nitrogen (TN), ammonia (NH4+-N), nitrate (NO3--N), total phosphorus (TP), and chlorophyll a (Chl-a) from June, 2008 to May, 2009. Qingshan Lake was found to be eutrophic, based on the calculated trophic state index (TSI). The average TN of 4.33 mg/L during the study period exceeded the Surface Water Quality Standards of China. TP was significantly correlated with relative abundance of cyanobacteria and Microcystis biovolume, indi- cating its important role in regulating cyanobacteria. Microcystis, Anabaena, and Oscillatoria were dominant cyanobacteria in Qingshan Lake from June to November, 2008. Cyanobacteria dominance was regulated by water temperature and TP. Principal component analysis further indicated that microcystin production was most affected by water temperature, TP, and cyanobacteria biomass. | 6 | Evolution of Siderian juvenile crust to Rhyacian high Ba-Sr magmatism in the Mineiro Belt, southern S?o Francisco Craton显示文摘Plutonic rocks from the Mineiro Belt, Brazil record a delayed onset of the transition from TTG to sanukitoid-type magmatism(high Ba-Sr), starting during the Siderian magmatic lull when little juvenile magma was added to the continental crust. Rocks mostly belong to the calc-alkaline series, meta-to peraluminous and originally 'Ⅰ-type',meaning that oxidized magmas were formed by partial melting of subducted material. The temporal distribution and apparent secular changes of the magmas are consistent with the onset of subduction-driven plate tectonics due to an increase of the subduction angle and opening of the mantle wedge. New isotopic analyses(Sm-Nd whole rock and Lu-Hf in zircon)corroborate the restricted juvenile nature of the Mineiro Belt and confirm the genetic link between the Lagoa Dourada Suite,a rare ca. 2350 Ma high-Al tonalite-trondhjemite magmatic event, and the sanukitoid-type ca. 2130 Ma Alto Maranhao Suite. U-Pb dating of zircon and titanite constrain the crystallisation history of plutonic bodies; coupled with major and trace element analyses of the host rocks, they distinguish evolutionary trends in the Mineiro Belt.
