| 1 | ANALYSIS ON THE BEHAVIOR OF PRECIPITATES IN ULTRA-THIN HOT STRIP OF PLAIN LOW CARBON STEEL PRODUCED BY COMPACT STRIP PRODUCTION显示文摘This paper investigated the mechanism of precipitation and its influence upon prop-erties of ultra-thin hot strips of low carbon steel produced by CSP techniques usingexperiment and thermodynamics theory. The experimental results show that thereare lots of fine and dispersive precipitates in microstructures. By analysis, most ofaluminum nitrides are in grains, while coexisted precipitates of MnS are along grainboundaries. Coexisted precipitates compose cation-vacancy type oxides such as Al2O3in the core, while MnS is at the fringe of surface. The precipitation behavior of AlNand MnS in the hot strip is studied by thermodynamic calculation. | 2 | Evolution of Microstructure and Mechanical Property during Long-Term Aging in Udimet 720Li显示文摘Thermal stabilities of microstructure and mechanical property have been investigated on super- alloy U72OLi, which is of great interest of application for jet engine and land-based turbine disc. The results showed that, the primary and secondary γ’?particles maintain good thermal stability at 650 and 7000C with aging time up to 3000 h, while the tertiary γ’?is apparently dependent on aging temperature and time. The tertiary γ’?particles undergo a procedure of coarsening, dissolution and eventually complete disappearance with the increasing of aging time and temper- ature. They exhibit unusual high sensibility upon aging temperature, which is attributed to the lattice misfit between the γ’?precipitates and the matrix in the alloy. The grain boundary phase M23C6 remains stable without forming of sigma phase even with aging time up to 3000 h at 700℃. Microhardness decreases apparently with increasing aging time and aging temperature. | 8 | Genetic diversity and its seasonal variation of Jiaozhou Bay phytoplankton determined by rbcL gene sequencing显示文摘Ribulose-1, 5-bisphosphate carboxynase/ oxygenase large subunit gene (rbcL) of Jiaozhou Bay phytoplankton was amplified from spring, summer and autumn surface seawater DNAs and cloned respectively. About 50 clones were randomly selected from each library and sequenced. If identical amino acid sequences are considered as the same operational taxonomy unit (OTU), 61 OTUs are identified according to inferred amino acid sequences, among them, 21 from spring seawater, 15 from summer seawater and 25 from autumn seawater. Shannon index calculated from OTU abundances reflects the genetic diversity of a community. The indexes of spring, summer and autumn surface seawater phytoplankton are 2.69, 2.44 and 2.76 respectively, indicating that phytoplankton genetic diversity of autumn seawater is the richest. Seasonal variation of phytoplankton community is significant; the community compositions of three seasons are almost completely different except for the two OTUs shared by summer and autumn.
