| 3 | Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). | 4 | Construction of vesicle CdSe nano-semiconductors photocatalysts with improved photocatalytic activity:Enhanced photo induced carriers separation efficiency and mechanism insight显示文摘Visible-light-driven photocatalysis as a green technology has attracted a lot of attention due to its potential applications in environmental remediation. Vesicle Cd Se nano-semiconductor photocatalyst are successfully prepared by a gas template method and characterized by a variety of methods. The vesicle Cd Se nano-semiconductors display enhanced photocatalytic performance for the degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride, the photodegradation rate of78.824% was achieved by vesicle Cd Se, which exhibited an increase of 31.779% compared to granular Cd Se. Such an exceptional photocatalytic capability can be attributed to the unique structure of the vesicle Cd Se nano-semiconductor with enhanced light absorption ability and excellent carrier transport capability. Meanwhile, the large surface area of the vesicle Cd Se nano-semiconductor can increase the contact probability between catalyst and target and provide more surface-active centers. The photocatalytic mechanisms are analyzed by active species quenching. It indicates that h+and UO_2^-are the main active species which play a major role in catalyzing environmental toxic pollutants. | 5 | Polydopamine-modified collagen sponge scaffold as a novel dermal regeneration template with sustained release of platelet-rich plasma to accelerate skin repair:A one-step strategy显示文摘Although employed to release growth factors(GFs)for regenerative medicine,platelet-rich plasma(PRP)has been hindered by issues like burst effect.Based on collagen sponge scaffolds(CSSs)modified with polydopamine(pDA),a novel dermal regeneration template(DRT)was designed.However,whether it could efficiently deliver PRP and even foster wound healing remained unclear.In this work,after PRP was prepared and pDA-modified CSSs(pDA-CSSs)were fabricated,microscopic observation,GFs release assay and in-vitro biological evaluations of pDA-CSSs with PRP(pDA-CSS@PRP)were performed,followed by BALA-C/nu mice full-thickness skin defects implanted with pDA-CSS@PRP covered by grafted skins(termed as a One-step strategy).As a result,scanning electron microscope demonstrated more immobilized platelets on pDA-CSS′surface with GFs’controlled release via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,compared with CSSs.In line with enhanced in-vitro proliferation,adhesion and migration of keratinocytes&endothelial cells,pDA-CSS@PRP were histologically revealed to accelerate wound healing with less scar via rapid angiogenesis,arrangement of more mature collagen,guiding cells to spread,etc.In conclusion,pDA-CSSs have potential to serve as a novel DRT capable of delivering PRP,which may foster full-thickness skin defect healing by means of a One-step strategy. | Zijun Zheng Minxiong Li Pengwei Shi Yanbin Gao Jun Ma Yuchen Li Lei Huang Zhangfeifan Yang Lei Yang | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,8: | 2 |
| 6 | Effect of cooling rate followingβforging on texture evolution and variant selection duringβ→αtransformation in Ti-55511 alloy显示文摘The control of the post-forging cooling rate has been a key issue in the industrial production process of titanium alloys. We investigated texture evolution and variant selection(VS) during β → α transformation through high-temperature compression experiments followed by quantitative control of varying cooling rates. Results show that post-forging cooling rates affect β grains, α variants, and α/β textures. The αprecipitation inhibits motions of β static recrystallization(β_(SRX)) grain boundaries and thus leads to grain refining from 0.1 ℃/s to 0.05 ℃/s. Further analysis reveals that lamellae grain boundary widmanstattenα(α_(WGB)) keeps growing rapidly within β-grain in an interface instability manner at 0.1–0.05 ℃/s. Most of α-phase with 50°–60°/<-12–10> is preferentially precipitated at β-medium angle GBs between 30°and 45° and strictly follows BOR with the side of of adjacent β-grain with the same or similar {110} or{111}. Moreover, the texture type transforms gradually from RGoss {110} <1–10> to Brass {110} <1–12>from 25 ℃/s to 1 ℃/s. βgrains exhibit(102) [-201] texture, while the corresponding α has textures of<0001>//Z and <11–20>//Y from 1 ℃/s to 0.05 ℃/s. | 9 | Restored intestinal integrity,nutrients transporters,energy metabolism,antioxidative capacity and decreased harmful microbiota were associated with IUGR piglet's catch-up growth before weanling显示文摘Background:Intrauterine growth restriction(IUGR)is a major inducer of higher morbidity and mortality in the pig industry and catch-up growth(CUG)before weanling could significantly restore this negative influence.But there was limited knowledge about the underlying mechanism of CUG occurrence.Methods:Eighty litters of newborn piglets were divided into normal birth weight(NBW)and IUGR groups according to birth weight.At 26 d,those piglets with IUGR but over average body weight of eighty litters of weaned piglets were considered as CUG,and the piglets with IUGR still below average body weight were considered as NCUG.This study was conducted to systemically compare the intestinal difference among NBW,CUG and NCUG weaned piglets considering the crucial role of the intestine for piglet growth.Results:The results indicated that the m RNA expression of nutrients(amino acids,glucose,and fatty acids)transporters,and mitochondrial electron transport chain(ETC)I were upregulated in CUG piglets'gut with improved morphology compared with those NCUG,as well as the ratio of P-AMPK/AMPK protein expression which is the indicator of energy metabolism.Meanwhile,CUG piglet's gut showed higher antioxidative capacity with increased SOD and GSHPx activity,decreased MDA levels,as well as higher m RNA expressions of Nrf2,Keap1,SOD,and GSH-Px.Furthermore,inflammatory parameters including TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,and IL-12 factors,and the activation of MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways were significantly elevated in the NCUG intestine,while the protein expression of ZO-1,Occludin and Claudin-1 was reduced.The alpha diversity of fecal microbiota was higher in CUG piglets in contrast with NCUG piglets,and the increased beneficial bacteria and decreased pathogenic bacteria was also observed in CUG piglets.Conclusions:CUG piglet's intestine showed comprehensive restoration including higher nutrients transport,energy metabolism,antioxidant capacity,and intestinal physical barrier,while lower oxidative stress,inflammatory response,and pathogenic microbiota. | Chang Cui Caichi Wu Jun Wang Ziwei Ma Xiaoyu Zheng Pengwei Zhu Nuan Wang Yuhua Zhu Wutai Guan Fang Chen | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,1: | 1 |

| 13 | Underwater image enhancement by maximum-likelihood based adaptive color correction and robust scattering removal显示文摘Underwater images often exhibit severe color deviations and degraded visibility,which limits many practical applications in ocean engineering.Although extensive research has been conducted into underwater image enhancement,little of which demonstrates the significant robustness and generalization for diverse real-world underwater scenes.In this paper,we propose an adaptive color correction algorithm based on the maximum likelihood estimation of Gaussian parameters,which effectively removes color casts of a variety of underwater images.A novel algorithm using weighted combination of gradient maps in HSV color space and absolute difference of intensity for accurate background light estimation is proposed,which circumvents the influence of white or bright regions that challenges existing physical model-based methods.To enhance contrast of resultant images,a piece-wise affine transform is applied to the transmission map estimated via background light differential.Finally,with the estimated background light and transmission map,the scene radiance is recovered by addressing an inverse problem of image formation model.Extensive experiments reveal that our results are characterized by natural appearance and genuine color,and our method achieves competitive performance with the state-of-the-art methods in terms of objective evaluation metrics,which further validates the better robustness and higher generalization ability of our enhancement model. | Bo WANG Zitong KANG Pengwei DONG Fan WANG Peng MA Jiajing BAI Pengwei LIANG Chongyi LI | 2023 | Frontiers of Computer Science2023,17,2: | 0 |

| 15 | Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment. | 16 | BaMBNet:A Blur-Aware Multi-Branch Network for Dual-Pixel Defocus Deblurring显示文摘Reducing the defocus blur that arises from the finite aperture size and short exposure time is an essential problem in computational photography.It is very challenging because the blur kernel is spatially varying and difficult to estimate by traditional methods.Due to its great breakthrough in low-level tasks,convolutional neural networks(CNNs)have been introdu-ced to the defocus deblurring problem and achieved significant progress.However,previous methods apply the same learned kernel for different regions of the defocus blurred images,thus it is difficult to handle nonuniform blurred images.To this end,this study designs a novel blur-aware multi-branch network(Ba-MBNet),in which different regions are treated differentially.In particular,we estimate the blur amounts of different regions by the internal geometric constraint of the dual-pixel(DP)data,which measures the defocus disparity between the left and right views.Based on the assumption that different image regions with different blur amounts have different deblurring difficulties,we leverage different networks with different capacities to treat different image regions.Moreover,we introduce a meta-learning defocus mask generation algorithm to assign each pixel to a proper branch.In this way,we can expect to maintain the information of the clear regions well while recovering the missing details of the blurred regions.Both quantitative and qualitative experiments demonstrate that our BaMBNet outperforms the state-of-the-art(SOTA)methods.For the dual-pixel defocus deblurring(DPD)-blur dataset,the proposed BaMBNet achieves 1.20 dB gain over the previous SOTA method in term of peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)and reduces learnable parameters by 85%.The details of the code and dataset are available at http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460aswq6wxunb56u66bk5.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/junjun-jiang/BaMBNet. | Pengwei Liang Junjun Jiang Xianming Liu Jiayi Ma | 2022 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,5: | 0 |
