| 1 | Preparation and stability investigation of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release pellets containing acrylic resin polymers with two different techniques显示文摘The objective of this study was to prepare tamsulosin hydrochloride-sustained release(TSH-SR)pellets which showed good release stability with frame-controlled method.TSH was added to Eudragit~?NE30D and Eudragit~?L30D-55 polymers to form drug-loaded inner core.Afterwards,enteric Eudragit~?L30D-55 polymer was modified on the surface of it to the final product.Dissolution studies showed that TSH-SR pellets were more stable during the coating process,different curing temperatures and storage conditions compared with TSH pellets produced by film-controlled technique.Appearances and glass transition temperatures(Tgs)of free films and surface morphologies observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)of blank sustained release pellets prepared by different ratios of Eudragit~?NE30D and Eudragit~?L30D-55 further indicated that temperature and relative humidity(RH)were the key factors when Eudragit~?NE30D blended with Eudragit~?L30D-55 were applied to sustained/controlled release preparations.In addition,SEM identified the surface morphologies of TSH-SR pellets before and after dissolution,which showed intact surface structure and great correlation with release curve respectively. | Rui Fan Yinghua Sun Bing Li Ruyi Yang Wenrui Ma Jin Sun | 2017 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2017,12,2: | 2 |
| 2 | Synthesis of NaYF_(4):Yb,Er upconversion nanoparticle-based optomagnetic multifunctional composite for drug delivery system显示文摘Optomagnetic multifunctional composite has attracted much attention in recent years because of its promising application prospect in bioimaging,analysis,detection,disease diagnosis,and targeted drug delivery.To explore a dual-targeted therapy for cancer,a novel class of optomagnetic multifunctional composite(UCNP-Fe_(3)O_(4)@MSNs-FA)was successfully synthesized by using upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)as nucleus,embedding Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles into the SiO_(2)coating layer,and modifying the surface with folic acid(FA)to strengthen its tumor targeting performance.The properties of the composite were extensively studied.The obtained composite possesses excellent upconversion fluorescence,good dispersion,high specific surface area(229.347 m^(2)/g),and saturation magnetization value(10.9 A m^(2)/g).Its drug loading co ntent and encapsulation efficiency can reach as high as 14.2%and 47.3%,respectively,using doxorubicin hydrochloride(DOX)as model drug.The DOX-UCNP-Fe_(3)O_(4)@MSNs-FA system shows excellent sustained drug release and strong pH-dependent performance,in which the drug release would be accelerated at the slightly acidic microenvironment in the tumor;thus,the system can realize the targeted treatment of cancers.The viability of L929 cells demonstrates the good biocompatibility of the composite.Furthermore,DOX-UCNP-Fe_(3)O_(4)@MSNs-FA exhibits specific cytotoxicity to folate receptor(FR)positive tumor cells,whereas DOX has weak toxicity to FR-negative cells.Therefore,the as-prepared UCNP-Fe_(3)O_(4)@MSNs-FA can potentially be used as an anti-cancer targeted drug delivery system and enhance the therapeutic efficacy against FR-positive tumor cells. | Xuhua Liang Jun Fan Yanyan Zhao Ruyi Jin | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,5: | 2 |
| 3 | Effect of different pruning operations on the plant growth,phytohormones and transcriptome profiles of the following spring tea shoots显示文摘Pruning as an important agronomic operation plays a crucial role in the regulation of tea plant growth,development and dry tea quality.The effects of different pruning operations on the plant growth,phytohormones and transcriptome profiles of the following spring tea shoots were studied.Pruning-treated samples had generally increased median of the weight of 100 buds(two leaves and one bud,15.5−20.5 g)and longer stem diameter(1.7−1.8 mm)whereas shorter shoot length(34.6−59.2 mm)at the stage of two leaves and one bud,compared with unpruned samples(14.0 g,1.7 mm,87.4 mm),among which heavy pruning in mid April and early May greatly accelerated the development of the following spring tea shoots.The levels of phytohormones(auxin,gibberellin 1,gibberellin 3,and trans-zeatin)were significantly increased in the spring buds of tea plants heavily pruned in May.The KEGG result indicated that the pathways of plant–pathogen interaction,plant hormone signal transduction and circadian rhythm were regulated by different pruning treatments.Heavy pruning in April or May,without autumn pruning was suitable for producing premium green tea due to the early development and the higher weight of 100 buds.This study provides scientific guidance to regulate the growth of the following spring tea shoots using plant pruning operations. | Lu Lu Wenwen Luo Yanan Zheng Jing Jin Ruyi Liu Yiqing Lv Ying Ye Jianhui Ye | 2022 | Beverage Plant Research2022,2,1: | 1 |

| 5 | Influence of multiple laser shock peening treatments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy fabricated by electron beam melting显示文摘Laser shock peening(LSP)is an attractive post-processing method to tailor surface microstructure and enhance mechanical performances of additive manufactured(AM)components.The effects of multiple LSP treatments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V part produced by electron beam melting(EBM),as a mature AM process,were studied in this work.Microstructure,surface topography,residual stress,and tensile performance of EBM-manufactured Ti-6Al-4V specimens were systematically analyzed subjected to different LSP treatments.The distribution of porosities in EBM sample was assessed via X-ray computed tomography.The results showed that EBM samples with two LSP treatments possessed a lower porosity value of 0.05%compared to the value of 0.08%for the untreated samples.The strength of EBM samples with two LSP treatments was remarkably raised by 12%as compared with the as-built samples.The grains ofαphase were refined in near-surface layer,and a dramatic increase in the depth and magnitude of compressive residual stress(CRS)was achieved in EBM sample with multiple LSP treatments.The grain refinement ofαphase and CRS with larger depth were responsible for the strength enhancement of EBM samples with two LSP treatments. | Liang Lan Ruyi Xin Xinyuan Jin Shuang Gao Bo He | 2022 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,9: | 1 |
| 6 | Mild hyperthermia synergized chemotherapy by Bi_(2)Se_(3)/MoSe_(2)nanosaucers for cancer treatment with negligible thermal resistance显示文摘Harsh photothermal temperatures(>50℃)caused heating damage to the normal tissues and induced thermal resistance in cancer cells,which significantly limited the safety and efficacy of photothermal therapy(PTT)in cancer treatment.Mild hyperthermia(<42℃)combined with chemotherapy might solve this issue.Herein,a novel transition metal dichalcogenides nanostructure,namely,Bi_(2)Se_(3)/MoSe_(2)nanosaucers(BMNSs),was designed to produce mild photo-hyperthermia(mPTT)and combined with chemotherapy to improve the overall antitumor efficacy.The BMNSs were constituted by Bi_(2)Se_(3)hexagonal nanoplates and enclosed with MoSe_(2)nanosheets evenly.While the MoSe_(2)moiety endowed the nanoplatform with excellent photothermal efficacy,the Bi_(2)Se_(3)substrates provided large specific surface area to anchor more doxorubicin(DOX)molecules as chemotherapeutic agent.Under the stimuli of mPTT/tumor acidic microenvironment,the tumor-specific drug release and the enhanced chemotherapy could be realized,showing impressive therapeutic outcomes against 4T1 cells.The synergetic therapeutic mechanism might be attributed to the mPTT induced cell membrane permeability,and interestingly,the expression of heat shock proteins 70 was not elevated obviously after the synergetic therapy,thus to avoid the tumor thermal resistance and further improve the therapeutic effect.The in vivo anti-tumoral performance of the BMNSs was further studied and complete tumor eradication was achieved without any recurrence and biotoxicity.Not only demonstrating a paradigm of high therapeutic efficacy of mild hyperthermia and synergistic chemotherapy for precise cancer therapy,our findings proved that the cancer therapeutic effect can be improved with minimal side effects through exquisite designing of the microstructures and the physiochemical properties of the nanoplatform. | Fei Gao Tingbin Zhang Yuqing Miao Huijun Ma Hui Guo Ruyi Jin Zhi Li Haifang Wang Haiming Fan Lingyun Zhao | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,9: | 1 |

| 8 | Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment. | 9 | Variation of gravity before the Alxa Zuoqi M5.8 earthquake显示文摘In this study, a classic survey adjustment computation method was used for data obtained in the Inner Mongolia and Ningxia gravimetric networks between September 2013 and April 2015 so as to investigate the variation of gravity before the Alxa Zuoqi M5.8 earthquake. The relationship between gravity variation and the Alxa Zuoqi M5.8 earthquake was analyzed. | 10 | Development and commercial application of Baosteel sintering flue gas recirculating process显示文摘Because of the low temperature,large waste gas volume,high pollutant content,and complicated compositions,waste heat recovery and emission gas treatment of sintering flue gas have always presented a challenge in the steel industry,and this issue has attracted widespread attention both locally and abroad. Recently,based on the first domestic pilot plant and demonstration project,Baosteel has performed a series of innovative research and development investigations on its sintering flue gas recirculating( SFGR) process,in which the system design and optimization,dioxin-related contaminant source suppression,ore matching structure optimization,wear-resistant design of cycling fans and pipelines,high-efficiency dust removal equipment,system control and stable operation strategy,flue gas mixing and switching control,circular hood sealing,oxygen content conditioning,recirculation sintering system process control,and model development have been studied,and a complete set of equipment and technology for the SFGR process has been initially developed.
