Development of a model to simulate soil heavy metals lateral migration quantity based on SWAT in Huanjiang watershed,China显示文摘Lateral transportation of soil heavy metals in rainfall events could significantly increase the scope of pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a model with high accuracy to simulate the migration quantity of heavy metals. A model for heavy metal migration simulation was developed based on the SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool) model. This model took into consideration the influence of soil p H value, soil particle size, runoff volume, sediment amount, concentration of water-soluble heavy metals dissolved in runoff and insoluble absorbed to the soil particles. This model was reasonable in Huanjiang watershed, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, south China, covering an area of 273 km^2. The optimal drainage area threshold was determined by analyzing the effects of watershed subdivision on the simulation results to ensure the simulation accuracy. The main conclusions of this paper were:(1) watershed subdivision could affect simulation migration quantity of heavy metals;(2) the quantity of heavy metals transported by sediment accounted for 97%–99% of the total migration quantity in the study watershed. Therefore, sediment played the most important role in heavy metal migration;(3) the optimal drainage area threshold percentage to ensure high simulation accuracy was determined to be 2.01% of the total watershed;(4) with the optimal threshold percentage, this model could simulate the migration quantity of As, Pb and Cd accurately at the total watershed and subwatershed level. The results of this paper were useful for identifying the key regions with heavy metal migration. | Pengwei Qiao Mei Lei Sucai Yang Jun Yang Xiaoyong Zhou Nan Dong Guanghui Guo | 2019 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,3: | 11
Differential Characteristics of the Upper Ordovician-Lower Silurian Wufeng-Longmaxi Shale Reservoir and its Implications for Exploration and Development of Shale Gas in/around the Sichuan Basin显示文摘The Upper Ordovician Wufeng-Lower Silurian Longmaxi shale is widely distributed in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery, which is the key stratum for marine shale gas exploration and development(E&D)in China.Based on sedimentary environment, material basis, storage space, fracability and reservoir evolution data, the reservoir characteristics of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale and their significance for shale gas E&D are systematically compared and analyzed in this paper. The results show that(1)the depocenter of the Wufeng(WF)-Longmaxi(LM)shale gradually migrates from east to west. The high-quality shale reservoirs in the eastern Sichuan Basin are mainly siliceous shales, which are primarily distributed in the graptolite shale interval of WF2-LM5.The high-quality reservoirs in the southern Sichuan Basin are mainly calcareous-siliceous and organic-rich argillaceous shales, which are distributed in the graptolite shale interval of WF2-LM7.(2)Deep shale gas(the burial depth>3500 m)in the Sichuan Basin has high-ultrahigh pressure and superior physical properties. The organic-rich siliceous,calcareous-siliceous and organic-rich argillaceous shales have suitable reservoir properties. The marginal area of the Sichuan Basin has a higher degree of pressure relief, which leads to the argillaceous and silty shales evolving into direct cap rocks with poor reservoir/good sealing capacity.(3)Combining shale gas exploration practices and impacts of lithofacies, depth, pressure coefficient and brittle-ductile transition on the reservoir properties,it is concluded that the favorable depth interval of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale gas is 2200~4000 m under current technical conditions.(4)Aiming at the differential reservoir properties of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery, several suggestions for future research directions and E&D of shale gas are formulated. | WANG Ruyue HU Zongquan LONG Shengxiang LIU Guangxiang ZHAO Jianhua DONG Li DU Wei WANG Pengwei YIN Shuai | 2019 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3: | 8
Global maximum power point tracking for solar power systems using the hybrid artificial fish swarm algorithm显示文摘Maximum power point tracking(MPPT) techniques are used to maintain photovoltaic modules operating points at the local maximum power points under non-uniform irradiance conditions(NUIC). For global maximum power point tracking(GMPPT) within an appropriate period, a hybrid artificial fish swarm algorithm(HAFSA) is proposed in this paper, which was developed using particle swarm optimization(PSO) to reformulate AFSA and improve its principal parameters. Simulation results show that under NUIC, compared with PSO and AFSA, the proposed algorithm has better performance with respect to convergence speed and convergence accuracy. Under NUIC, the average convergence times for 1000 simulation experiments completed with PSO, AFSA, and HAFSA are 0.4830 s, 0.4003 s and 0.3152 s respectively, and the average tracking time of the HAFSA algorithm is reduced by 34.74% and 21.26% compared with PSO and AFSA, respectively. The convergence times of the velocity inertia ω relative constant and linear decrement method decreased by 35.48% and 8.19%, the convergence time of the Visual relative constant mode decreased by 10.16%, and the convergence time of the Step relative constant mode decreased by 17.88%. The proposed GMPPT algorithm is simulated in MATLAB, and the algorithm tracks GMPP with excellent efficiency and fast speed. | Jianpo Li Pengwei Dong | 2019 | Global Energy Interconnection2019,2,4: | 7
Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). With an exposure of 5.6 ton-years, the sensitivity of Panda X-4 T could reach a minimum spin-independent dark matter-nucleon cross section of 6 × 10^(-48) cm^2 at a dark matter mass of 40 Ge V/c^2. | HongGuang Zhang Abdusalam Abdukerim Wei Chen Xun Chen YunHua Chen XiangYi Cui BinBin Dong DeQing Fang ChangBo Fu Karl Giboni Franco Giuliani LinHui Gu XuYuan Guo ZhiFan Guo Ke Han ChangDa He ShengMing He Di Huang XingTao Huang Zhou Huang Peng Ji XiangDong Ji YongLin Ju ShaoLi Li Yao Li Heng Lin HuaXuan Liu JiangLai Liu YuGang Ma YaJun Mao KaiXiang Ni JinHua Ning XiangXiang Ren Fang Shi AnDi Tan AnQing Wang Cheng Wang HongWei Wang Meng Wang QiuHong Wang SiGuang Wang XiuLi Wang XuMing Wang Zhou Wang MengMeng Wu ShiYong Wu JingKai Xia MengJiao Xiao PengWei Xie BinBin Yan JiJun Yang Yong Yang ChunXu Yu JuMin Yuan JianFeng Yue Dan Zhang Tao Zhang Li Zhao QiBin Zheng JiFang Zhou Ning Zhou XiaoPeng Zhou | 2019 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2019,62,3: | 6
Synthesis, biological activities and 3D-QSAR studies of(R)-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide derivatives containing a sulfur ether moiety显示文摘A series of(R)-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide derivatives containing a sulfur ether moiety were synthesized and characterized on the basis of NMR and elemental analysis(EA). The crystal structure of(R)-N-(2-methyl-1-(methylthio)propan-2-yl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide(13 d) was determined to show R configuration. The bioasssy results indicated that most title compounds displayed good and broad spectrum antifungal activities against several phytopathogenic fungi. The structure activity relationships were discussed. Based on the antifungal activity of title compounds against Phytophthora capsici, a CoMSIA calculation was performed to establish a 3 D-QSAR model, which revealed that electrostatic and hydrophobic fields were the two most significant factors for antifungal activity. According to the established 3D-QSAR model, structure optimization was carried out to find(R)-N-((R)-1-(methylthio)propan-2-yl)-2-(p-tolyl)-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide(15 h)with excellent activity against Phytophthora capsici, thus emerging as a new lead compound for novel antiphytopathogenic fungus agent development. | Jingbo Liu Fengyun Li Yuanhong Wang Haoxuan Zhang Jingyue Dong Pengwei Sun Yuxin Li Zhengming Li | 2019 | Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,3: | 5
Effect of cooling rate followingβforging on texture evolution and variant selection duringβ→αtransformation in Ti-55511 alloy显示文摘The control of the post-forging cooling rate has been a key issue in the industrial production process of titanium alloys. We investigated texture evolution and variant selection(VS) during β → α transformation through high-temperature compression experiments followed by quantitative control of varying cooling rates. Results show that post-forging cooling rates affect β grains, α variants, and α/β textures. The αprecipitation inhibits motions of β static recrystallization(β_(SRX)) grain boundaries and thus leads to grain refining from 0.1 ℃/s to 0.05 ℃/s. Further analysis reveals that lamellae grain boundary widmanstattenα(α_(WGB)) keeps growing rapidly within β-grain in an interface instability manner at 0.1–0.05 ℃/s. Most of α-phase with 50°–60°/<-12–10> is preferentially precipitated at β-medium angle GBs between 30°and 45° and strictly follows BOR with the side of of adjacent β-grain with the same or similar {110} or{111}. Moreover, the texture type transforms gradually from RGoss {110} <1–10> to Brass {110} <1–12>from 25 ℃/s to 1 ℃/s. βgrains exhibit(102) [-201] texture, while the corresponding α has textures of<0001>//Z and <11–20>//Y from 1 ℃/s to 0.05 ℃/s. Our findings lay a profound theoretical foundation in microstructure evolution of near-β titanium alloy for industrial production. | Yue Dong Xingang Liu Junjie Zou Yujiao Ke Pengwei Liu Lan Ma Hengjun Luo | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,18: | 2

Underwater image enhancement by maximum-likelihood based adaptive color correction and robust scattering removal显示文摘Underwater images often exhibit severe color deviations and degraded visibility, which limits many practical applications in ocean engineering.Although extensive research has been conducted into underwater image enhancement, little of which demonstrates the significant robustness and generalization for diverse real-world underwater scenes. In this paper,we propose an adaptive color correction algorithm based on the maximum likelihood estimation of Gaussian parameters, which effectively removes color casts of a variety of underwater images.A novel algorithm using weighted combination of gradient maps in HSV color space and absolute difference of intensity for accurate background light estimation is proposed, which circumvents the influence of white or bright regions that challenges existing physical model-based methods. To enhance contrast of resultant images,a piece-wise affine transform is applied to the transmission map estimated via background light differential. Finally, with the estimated background light and transmission map,the scene radiance is recovered by addressing an inverse problem of image formation model.Extensive experiments reveal that our results are characterized by natural appearance and genuine color, and our method achieves competitive performance with the state-of-the-art methods in terms of objective evaluation metrics, which further validates the better robustness and higher generalization ability of our enhancement model. | Bo WANG Zitong KANG Pengwei DONG Fan WANG Peng MA Jiajing BAI Pengwei LIANG Chongyi LI | 2023 | Frontiers of Computer Science2023,17,2: | 0
| 10 | Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector. Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements, such as its low-energy threshold, high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors, and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors. In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable, assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition, approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected. This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter, which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle. Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better, depending on the central value, and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment.
