1青藏高原东部及周边现时地壳运动显示文摘通过1991—2001年期间在青藏高原东部及周边地区的GPS测量,获得该地区不同参考框架下的地壳运动速度场,其测量的速度精度高于2mm/yr。印度板块与华北地块之间的地壳形变分为喜马拉雅及高原南部、高原中部(拉萨—格尔木)和高原北部(格尔木—金塔)三部分,它们分别吸收了印度板块与欧亚板块汇聚速率的43%、24%和32%。在欧亚框架下和相对于成都,印度板块和华南地块之间存在着以东喜马拉雅构造结为轴心的顺时针巨型涡旋构造———滇藏涡旋构造,运动速度分别为26~6mm/yr和24~7mm/yr,总体上从北东方向转变为南东和南西方向,有别于青藏高原中部的北东方向。滇藏涡旋和东喜马拉雅构造结的形成与南迦巴瓦 阿萨姆'犄角'的楔入作用有关。刘宇平 陈智梁 唐文清 赵济湘 张选阳 张清志 Robert W. 3岩粉施加对水稻生态系统植硅体碳的增汇作用显示文摘植硅体态碳(phytolith-occluded organic carbon,Phyt OC),在植硅体的坚硬外壳“保护”下,可以长时间地保存在一些土壤和沉积物中,作为一种相对稳定和“安全”的长期有效的生物固碳机制,在全球农业生态系统碳汇和气候变化中有着重要的作用,目前已经引起了越来越多科学家的关注.如何加强和提高农业生态系统中植硅体碳汇潜力是目前研究的热点和重点. 9Canadian children’s and youth’s adherence to the 24-h movement guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic: A decision tree analysis显示文摘Purpose:The purpose of this study was to use decision tree modeling to generate profiles of children and youth who were more and less likely to meet the Canadian 24-h movement guidelines during the coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)outbreak.Methods:Data for this study were from a nationally representative sample of 1472 Canadian parents(Meanage=45.12,SD=7.55)of children(511 years old)or youth(1217 years old).Data were collected in April 2020 via an online survey.Survey items assessed demographic,behavioral,social,micro-environmental,and macro-environmental characteristics.Four decision trees of adherence and non-adherence to all movement recommendations combined and each individual movement recommendation(physical activity(PA),screen time,and sleep)were generated.Results:Results revealed specific combinations of adherence and non-adherence characteristics.Characteristics associated with adherence to the recommendation(s)included high parental perceived capability to restrict screen time,annual household income ofCAD 100,000,increases in children’s and youth’s outdoor PA/sport since the COVID-19 outbreak began,being a boy,having parents younger than 43 years old,and small increases in children’s and youth’s sleep duration since the COVID-19 outbreak began.Characteristics associated with non-adherence to the recommendation(s)included low parental perceived capability to restrict screen time,youth aged 1217 years,decreases in children’s and youth’s outdoor PA/sport since the COVID-19 outbreak began,primary residences located in all provinces except Quebec,low parental perceived capability to support children’s and youth’s sleep and PA,and annual household income ofCAD 99,999.Conclusion:Our results show that specific characteristics interact to contribute to(non)adherence to the movement behavior recommendations.Results highlight the importance of targeting parents’perceived capability for the promotion of children’s and youth’s movement behaviors during challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic,paying particular attention to enhancing parental perceived capability to restrict screen time.Michelle D.Guerrero Leigh M.Vanderloo Ryan E.Rhodes Guy Faulkner Sarah A.Moore Mark S.Tremblay 2020Journal of Sport and Health Science2020,9,4:4

12Macrophage secretory products induce an inflammatory phenotype in hepatocytes显示文摘AIM:To investigate the influence of macrophages on hepatocyte phenotype and function.METHODS:Macrophages were differentiated from THP-1 monocytes via phorbol myristate acetate stimulation and the effects of monocyte or macrophageconditioned medium on HepG2 mRNA and protein expression determined.The in vivo relevance of these findings was confirmed using liver biopsies from 147 patients with hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection.RESULTS:Conditioned media from macrophages,but not monocytes,induced a transient morphological change in hepatocytes associated with upregulation of vimentin(7.8±2.5-fold,P=0.045)and transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1(2.6±0.2-fold,P<0.001)and downregulation of epithelial cadherin(1.7±0.02-fold,P=0.017)mRNA expression.Microarray analysis revealed significant upregulation of lipocalin-2(17-fold,P <0.001)and pathways associated with inflammation,and substantial downregulation of pathways related to hepatocyte function.In patients with chronic HCV,realtime polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry confirmed an increase in lipocalin-2 mRNA(F0 1.0 ±0.3,F1 2.2±0.2,F2 3.0±9.3,F3/4 4.0±0.8,P= 0.003)and protein expression(F1 1.0±0.5,F2 1.3± 0.4,F3/4 3.6±0.4,P=0.014)with increasing liver injury.High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis identified elevated levels of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-9 in macrophageconditioned medium,and a chemical inhibitor of MMP-9 attenuated the change in morphology and mRNA expression of TGF-β1(2.9±0.2 vs 1.04±0.1,P<0.001) in macrophage-conditioned media treated HepG2 cells.In patients with chronic HCV infection,hepatic mRNA expression of CD163(F0 1.0±0.2,F1/2 2.8±0.3,F3/4 5.3±1.0,P=0.001)and MMP-9(F0 1.0±0.4,F1/2 2.8±0.3,F3/4 4.1±0.8,P=0.011)was significantly associated with increasing stage of fibrosis.CONCLUSION:Secreted macrophage products alter the phenotype and function of hepatocytes,with increased expression of inflammatory mediators,suggesting that hepatocytes actively participate in liver injury.Michelle Melino Victoria L Gadd Gene V Walker Richard Skoien Helen D Barrie Dinesh Jothimani Leigh Horsfall Alun Jones Matthew J Sweet Gethin P Thomas Andrew D Clouston Julie R Jonsson Elizabeth E Powell 2012World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,15:3
13Genetic and genomic resources for Rubus breeding:a roadmap for the future显示文摘Rubus fruits are high-value crops that are sought after by consumers for their flavor,visual appeal,and health benefits.To meet this demand,production of red and black raspberries(R.idaeus L.and R.occidentalis L.),blackberries(R.subgenus Rubus),and hybrids,such as Boysenberry and marionberry,is growing worldwide.Rubus breeding programmes are continually striving to improve flavor,texture,machine harvestability,and yield,provide pest and disease resistance,improve storage and processing properties,and optimize fruits and plants for different production and harvest systems.Breeders face numerous challenges,such as polyploidy,the lack of genetic diversity in many of the elite cultivars,and until recently,the relative shortage of genetic and genomic resources available for Rubus.This review will highlight the development of continually improving genetic maps,the identification of Quantitative Trait Loci(QTL)s controlling key traits,draft genomes for red and black raspberry,and efforts to improve gene models.The development of genetic maps and markers,the molecular characterization of wild species and germplasm,and highthroughput genotyping platforms will expedite breeding of improved cultivars.Fully sequenced genomes and accurate gene models facilitate identification of genes underlying traits of interest and enable gene editing technologies such as CRISPR/Cas9.Toshi M.Foster Nahla V.Bassil Michael Dossett Margaret Leigh Worthington Julie Graham 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:2
