1砂岩储集层低矿化度水驱提高采收率机理及黏土对采收率的影响显示文摘利用色谱柱制备了普通砂岩岩心和不含黏土的砂岩岩心,通过室内岩心驱替实验研究砂岩储集层低矿化度水驱提高原油采收率的机理,并分析黏土对采收率的影响。首先向岩心中注入矿化度为100 000 mg/L的高矿化度盐水,以模拟地层水,然后在不同温度下注入矿化度为1 000 mg/L的低矿化度盐水,记录色谱柱流出物中Ca^(2+)、CH_3COO^-的浓度和pH值。研究表明,低矿化度水驱过程中,不含黏土的砂岩岩心也出现羧酸与砂体分离现象,只是不像含黏土的砂岩岩心那样明显,且Ca^(2+)解吸现象显著,这表明在不存在黏土的情况下,低矿化度水驱也能获得更高的采收率;与高矿化度水驱相比,低矿化度水驱过程中流出物pH值显著增加,且随着温度的升高,流出物pH值和Ca^(2+)浓度变小;低矿化度水驱时砂岩岩心的亲水性比高矿化度水驱时更强。AL-SAEDI Hasan FLORI Ralph 2018石油勘探与开发2018,45,5:11

3Near-infrared fluorescence sentinel lymph node detection in gastric cancer: A pilot study显示文摘AIM: To investigate feasibility and accuracy of nearinfrared fluorescence imaging using indocyanine green: nanocolloid for sentinel lymph node(SLN) detection in gastric cancer.METHODS: A prospective, single-institution, phaseI feasibility trial was conducted. Patients suffering from gastric cancer and planned for gastrectomy were included. During surgery, a subserosal injection of 1.6 m L ICG:Nanocoll was administered around the tumor. NIR fluorescence imaging of the abdominal cavity was performed using the Mini-FLARE? NIR fluorescence imaging system. Lymphatic pathways and SLNs were visualized. Of every detected SLN, the corresponding lymph node station, signal-to-background ratio and histopathological diagnosis was determined. Patients underwent standard-of-care gastrectomy. Detected SLNs outside the standard dissection planes were also resected and evaluated.RESULTS: Twenty-six patients were enrolled. Four patients were excluded because distant metastases were found during surgery or due to technical failure of the injection. In 21 of the remaining 22 patients, at least 1 SLN was detected by NIR Fluorescence imaging(mean 3.1 SLNs; range 1-6). In 8 of the 21 patients, tumor-positive LNs were found. Overall accuracy of the technique was 90%(70%-99%; 95%CI), which decreased by higher p T-stage(100%, 100%, 100%, 90%, 0% for respectively Tx, T1, T2, T3, T4 tumors). All NIR-negative SLNs were completely effaced by tumor. Mean fluorescence signal-to-background ratio of SLNs was 4.4(range 1.4-19.8). In 8 of the 21 patients, SLNs outside the standard resection plane were identified, that contained malignant cells in 2 patients.CONCLUSION: This study shows successful use of ICG:Nanocoll as lymphatic tracer for SLN detection in gastric cancer. 4Role of left ventricular twist mechanics in cardiomyopathies, dance of the helices显示文摘Left ventricular twist is an essential part of left ventricular function. Nevertheless, knowledge is limited in 'the cardiology community' as it comes to twist mechanics. Fortunately the development of speckle tracking echocardiography, allowing accurate, reproducible and rapid bedside assessment of left ventricular twist, has boosted the interest in this important mechanical aspect of left ventricular deformation. Although the fundamental physiological role of left ventricular twist is undisputable, the clinical relevance of assessment of left ventricular twist in cardiomyopathies still needs to be established. The fact remains; analysis of left ventricular twist mechanics has already provided substantial pathophysiological understanding on a comprehensive variety of cardiomyopathies. It has become clear that increased left ventricular twist in for example hypertrophic cardiomyopathy may be an early sign of subendocardial(microvascular) dysfunction. Furthermore, decreased left ventricular twist may be caused by left ventricular dilatation or an extensive myocardial scar. Finally, the detection of left ventricular rigid body rotation in noncompaction cardiomyopathy may provide an indispensible method to objectively confirm this difficult diagnosis. 5Coexpression of CD163 and CD141 identifies human circulating IL-10-producing dendritic cells (DC-10)显示文摘Tolerogenic dendritic cells(DCs)are key players in maintaining immunological homeostasis,dampening immune responses,and promoting tolerance.DC-10,a tolerogenic population of human IL-10-producing DCs characterized by the expression of HLA-G and ILT4,play a pivotal role in promoting tolerance via T regulatory type 1(Tr1)cells.Thus far,the absence of markers that uniquely identify DC-10 has limited in vivo studies.By in vitro gene expression profiling of differentiated human DCs,we identified CD141 and CD163 as surface markers for DC-10.The coexpression of CD141 and CD163 in combination with CD14 and CD16 enables the ex vivo isolation of DC-10 from the peripheral blood.CD14+CD16+CD141+CD163+cells isolated from the peripheral blood of healthy subjects(ex vivo DC-10)produced spontaneously and upon activation of IL-10 and limited levels of IL-12.Moreover,in vitro stimulation of allogeneic naive CD4+T cells with ex vivo DC-10 induced the differentiation of alloantigen-specific CD49b+LAG-3+Tr1 cells.Finally,ex vivo DC-10 and in vitro generated DC-10 exhibited a similar transcriptional profile,which are characterized by an anti-inflammatory and pro-tolerogenic signature.These results provide new insights into the phenotype and molecular signature of DC-10 and highlight the tolerogenic properties of circulating DC-10.These findings open the opportunity to track DC-10 in vivo and to define their role in physiological and pathological settings.Michela Comi Daniele Avancini Francesca Santoni de Sio Matteo Villa Molly Javier Uyeda Matteo Floris Daniela Tomasoni Alessandro Bulfone Maria Grazia Roncarolo Silvia Gregori 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,1:4

7Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin does not predict acute kidney injury in heart failure显示文摘BACKGROUND Acute cardiorenal syndrome type 1(CRS-1)is defined by a rapid cardiac dysfunction leading to acute kidney injury(AKI).Neutrophil gelatinaseassociated lipocalin(NGAL)is expressed on the surface of human neutrophils and epithelial cells,such as renal tubule cells,and its serum(sNGAL)and urinary have been used to predict AKI in different clinical settings.AIM To characterize CRS-1 in a cohort of patients with acute heart diseases,evaluating the potentiality of sNGAL as an early marker of CRS-1.METHODS We performed a retrospective cohort,multi-centre study.From January 2010 to December 2011,we recruited 202 adult patients admitted to the coronary intensive care unit(CICU)with a diagnosis of acute heart failure or acute coronary syndrome.We monitored the renal function to evaluate CRS-1 development and measured sNGAL levels within 24 h and after 72 h of CICU admission.RESULTS Overall,enrolled patients were hemodynamically stable with a mean arterial pressure of 92(82-107)mmHg,55/202(27.2%)of the patients developed CRS-1,but none of them required dialysis.Neither the NGAL delta value(AUC 0.40,95%CI:0.25-0.55)nor the NGAL peak(AUC 0.45,95%CI:0.36-0.54)or NGAL cutoff(≥140 ng/mL)values were statistically significant between the two groups(CRS-1 vs no-CRS1 patients).The area under the ROC curve for the prediction of CRS-1 was 0.40(95%CI:0.25-0.55)for the delta NGAL value and 0.45(95%CI:0.36-0.54)for the NGAL peak value.Finally,in multivariate analysis,the risk of developing CRS-1 was correlated with age>60 years,urea nitrogen at admission and 24 h-urine output(AUC 0.83,SE=60.5%SP=93%),while sNGAL was not significantly correlated.CONCLUSION In our population,sNGAL does not predict CRS-1,probably as a consequence of the mild renal injury and the low severity of heart disease.So,these data might suggest that patient selection should be taken into account when considering the utility of NGAL measurement as a biomarker of kidney damage.Fiorenza Ferrari Elisa Scalzotto Pasquale Esposito Sara Samoni Flavio Mistrorigo Lilia Maria Rizo Topete Massimo De Cal Grazia Maria Virzì Valentina Corradi Rossella Torregrossa Roberto Valle Stefania Bianzina Nadia Aspromonte Matteo Floris Alessandro Fontanelli Alessandra Brendolan Claudio Ronco 2020World Journal of Clinical Cases2020,8,9:3
8Road effects on vegetation composition in a saline environment显示文摘Aims Road effects from maintenance and traffic have the potential to alter plant communities,but the exact relationships between these effects and changes in plant community composition have not often been studied in diverse environments.To determine the direction and level of community composition changes in saline environment due to road effects,we conducted a study along roads of different ages and in nearby non-road(i.e.natural)areas in the Yellow River Delta,China.Additionally,to potentially elucidate the mechanisms underlying the changes in the richness and composition of plant communities along roads,we evaluated physiochemical changes in soil of roadside and non-road areas.Methods Floristic and environmental data were collected along roadside of different ages and nearby non-road areas.To evaluate plant communities at each site,six 2 m 32 m quadrats were placed at 3-m intervals along roads and six quadrats were arranged randomly in non-road areas.To determine the difference in plant community composition betweenroadside andnon-road areas,wemeasuredspecies richness and the abundance of each species,examined species turnover and floristic dissimilarity between the two areas and positioned plant species and sites in an abstract multivariate space.Plant community(species richness,percentage of halophytes)and soil physicochemical properties(pH,salinity,moisture content,bulk density,nitrate and ammonium nitrogen concentration)were compared between roadside and non-road areas(young roadside vs.corresponding non-road areas,old roadside vs.corresponding non-road areas)by using t-tests.Classification and ordination techniques were used to examine the relationship between vegetation and related environmental variables in both roadside and non-road areas.Important Findings For both the young and old roadside areas,species richness in roadside areas was significantly higher than in non-road areas and high floristic dissimilarity values indicated that roadside and non-road areas differed greatly in community composition.In both the young and old roadside areas,the plant communities in roadside areas had lower percentages of halophytes than non-road communities.Correspondence analysis and two-way indicator species analysis showed that halophytes dominated in the non-road areas,while a number of typical non-salt-tolerant species dominated in the roadside areas.Compared to non-road areas,activities associated with roads significantly decreased soil moisture,bulk density and salinity and increased soil pH and nitrate content.Forward selection for the environmental variables in canonical correspondence analysis showed that soil salinity was the most important factor related to the variation of species composition between roadside and non-road areas.Our study demonstrates that road effects have a significant impact on the associated vegetation and soil,and these changes are consistent across roads of different ages in our system.Sheng-Lan Zeng Ting-Ting Zhang Yu Gao Bo Li Chang-Ming Fang S.Luke Flory Bin Zhao 2012Journal of Plant Ecology2012,5,2:2

10Correlates of long-term physical activity adherence in women显示文摘Background: Little is known about the factors that may influence women's adherence to moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA) using longitudinal data. The purpose of this study was to examine the correlates of long-term physical activity(PA) participation among women.Methods: Female data from Waves I, III, and IV(n = 5381) of the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health(Add Health) were used for the analysis. The outcome of PA adherence was operationalized as(1) consistently physically active(at least 5 instances during the week)in both Waves III and IV(during adulthood), and(2) consistently not physically active or only physically active in either Wave III or IV. Predictor variables from Wave I(during adolescence) included race/ethnicity, PA level, self-perception of being physically fit, general health status, attempt to change weight, parents' income level, parents' education, well-being, depression, access to PA resources, days of physical education(PE), and grade level. Crude and adjusted logistic regression models were utilized to estimate the adjusted odds ratio(a OR) and 95% confidence interval(95%CI) for the outcome variable.Results: PA levels during adolescence significantly predicted PA adherence(a OR = 1.67, 95%CI: 1.35–2.05). Additionally, wanting to lose weight(a OR = 1.49, 95%CI: 1.20–1.85), using fitness center in the neighborhood(a OR = 1.29, 95%CI: 1.05–1.58), and having 5 days of PE a week(a OR = 1.48, 95%CI: 1.09–2.02) were significant predictors. Women who did not perceive being physically fit(a OR = 0.65, 95%CI: 0.44–0.95)and Black, non-Hispanics(a OR = 0.60, 95%CI: 0.44–0.82) were less likely to adhere to PA.Conclusion: The findings suggested that physically active adolescents were more likely to become active adults. Future research should address interventions(e.g., PE program, community resources) that may promote lifetime PA in women, with the goal of decreasing morbidity and mortality.Haichun Sun Cheryl A.
