| 2 | MiR-182 is up-regulated and targeting Cebpa in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are endogenous small non-coding RNAs that repress their targets at post transcriptional level.Existing studies have shown that miRNAs are important regulatory genes in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),as either tumor suppressors or oncogenes.MiR-122 is normally downregulated in HCC and regarded as a tumor suppressor.Recently miR-122 has been reported to be regulated by CEBPA,which is then involved in a novel pathway to influence proliferation of tumor cells.However it is unknown whether CEBPA is regulated by miRNAs in HCC.In this study,we find that miR-182 is upregulated in HCC model rat,and represses CEBPA in both rat and human.This further improves the current CEBPA/miR-122 pathway that controls the proliferation of tumor cells.These results suggest that miR-182 is a potential oncogene in HCC and could be used as a diagnostic marker and drug target of HCC. | Chenggang Wang Ren Ren Haolin Hu Changjun Tan Miao Han Xiaolin Wang Yun Zheng | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2014,26,1: | 13 |

| 4 | Automatic tuning of sparse matrix-vector multiplication on multicore clusters显示文摘To have good performance and scalability, parallel applications should be sophisticatedly optimized to exploit intra-node parallelism and reduce inter-node communication on multicore clusters. This paper investigates the automatic tuning of the sparse matrix-vector(Sp MV) multiplication kernel implemented in a partitioned global address space language, which supports a hybrid thread- and process-based communication layer for multicore systems. One-sided communication is used for inter-node data exchange, while intra-node communication uses a mix of process shared memory and multithreading. We develop performance models to facilitate selecting the best configuration of threads and processes hybridization as well as the best communication pattern for Sp MV. As a result, our tuned Sp MV in the hybrid runtime environment consumes less memory and reduces inter-node communication volume, without damaging the data locality. Experiments are conducted on 12 real sparse matrices. | 5 | Effect of cerium on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion properties of Al-Zn-Mg alloy显示文摘The effects of trace Ce on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Al-Zn-Mg alloy were studied by means of metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),mechanical tensile test,slow strain rate tensile test,cyclic polarization curve test,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test and anodic oxidation test.The results show that the addition of trace Ce has little effect on the strength of Al-Zn-Mg alloy,but can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy;The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloys decrease significantly with the addition of excessive Ce;the addition of 0.04 wt%Ce can reduce significantly the self-corrosive current density of AlZn-Mg alloy and increase obviously passivation film resistance of the alloy.The stress corrosion sensitivity index decreases from 0.612 to 0.219,which improves the corrosion resistance properties significantly. | Guiyun Hu Changjun Zhu Daofen Xu Pengxuan Dong Kanghua Chen | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,2: | 2 |

| 10 | Modeling of Surface Tension and Viscosity for Non-electrolyte Systems by Means of the Equation of State for Square-well Chain Fluids with Variable Interaction Range显示文摘The equation of state(EOS)for square-well chain fluid with variable range(SWCF-VR) developed in our previous work based on statistical mechanical theory for chemical association is employed for the correlations of surface tension and viscosity of common fluids and ionic liquids(ILs).A model of surface tension for multi-component mixtures is presented by combining the SWCF-VR EOS and the scaled particle theory and used to produce the surface tension of binary and ternary mixtures.The predicted surface tensions are in excellent agreement with the experimental data with an overall average absolute relative deviation(AAD)of 0.36%.A method for the calculation of dynamic viscosity of common fluids and ILs at high pressure is presented by combining Eyring’s rate theory of viscosity and the SWCF-VR EOS.The calculated viscosities are in good agreement with the experimental data with the overall AAD of 1.44% for 14 fluids in 84 cases.The salient feature is that the molecular parameters used in these models are self-consistent and can be applied to calculate different thermodynamic properties such as pVT,vapor-liquid equilibrium,caloric properties,surface tension,and viscosity. | LI Jinlong HE Changchun MA Jun PENG Changjun LIU Honglai HU Ying | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2011,19,4: | 1 |
