| 1 | Development of a psychosocial functioning questionnaire for patients with major depressive disorder显示文摘Background The importance of psychosocial functioning in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of major depressive disorder(MDD)is widely recognised. However, there is a lack of effective scales to assess psychosocial functioning in patients with MDD.Aims To develop a professional questionnaire to evaluate the psychosocial functioning of patients with MDD.Methods Using a literature review,an open-ended questionnaire survey, and patient interviews,a theoretical model of psychosocial functioning was constructed, and an initial questionnaire was formed which included four dimensions. After two rounds of testing, using items analysis and exploratory factor analysis,a finalized questionnaire was created. There were 460 patients with MDD selected from six psychiatric hospitals for formal testing using a convenience sampling method.Forty patients were randomly selected and retested one week later to evaluate the test-retest reliability of the scale. The Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),Short Form of Quality of Life Enjoyment and Satisfaction Questionnaire(Q-LES Q SF),Sheehan Disability Scale(SDS),and Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale(DAS)provided major standards to check the criterion validity of this questionnaire.Correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and internal consistency reliability testing were used to examine other psychometric characteristics of the finalized questionnaire. Results The Psychosocial Functioning Questionnaire(PFQ)for patients with MDD included three dimensions:psychological cognitive functioning, subjective well-being,and social functioning, with a total of 18 items. The overall internal consistency reliability of the questionnaire was 0.957,and the test-retest reliability was 0.840.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitted well:Goodness of Fit Index(GFI)=0.888;Root Mean SquareError of Approximation(RMSEA)=0.085.The total score of PFQ was significantly correlated with the total score of PHQ-9,DAS,SDS and Q-LES Q SF(|r|=0.599-0.870,p<0.001).Conclusions The Psychosocial Functioning Questionnaire has good reliability and validity. It can be used to measure the psychosocial functioning of patients with MDD. | Xiujuan Zhang Hua Yang Hui Ma Changjun Teng Hui Wang Kaili Diao Ning Zhang | 2022 | General Psychiatry2022,35,1: | 1 |

| 3 | Locally differentially private high-dimensional data synthesis显示文摘In local differential privacy(LDP),a challenging problem is the ability to generate highdimensional data while efficiently capturing the correlation between attributes in a dataset.Existing solutions for low-dimensional data synthesis, which partition the privacy budget among all attributes, cease to be effective in high-dimensional scenarios due to the large-scale noise and communication cost caused by the high dimension. In fact, the high-dimensional characteristics not only bring challenges but also make it possible to apply some technologies to break this bottleneck. This paper presents Sam Priv Syn for high-dimensional data synthesis under LDP,which is composed of a marginal sampling module and a data generation module. The marginal sampling module is used to sample from the original data to obtain two-way marginals. The sampling process is based on mutual information, which is updated iteratively to retain,as much as possible, the correlation between attributes. The data generation module is used to reconstruct the synthetic dataset from the sampled two-way marginals.Furthermore, this study conducted comparison experiments on the real-world datasets to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method, with results proving that Sam PrivSyn can not only protect privacy but also retain the correlation information between the attributes. | Xue CHEN Cheng WANG Qing YANG Teng HU Changjun JIANG | 2023 | Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,1: | 0 |
| 4 | Implicit privacy preservation:a framework based on data generation显示文摘This paper addresses a special and imperceptible class of privacy, called implicit privacy. In contrast to traditional(explicit)privacy, implicit privacy has two essential properties:(1)It is not initially de ned as a privacy attribute;(2)it is strongly associated with privacy attributes. In other words, attackers could utilize it to infer privacy attributes with a certain probability, indirectly resulting in the disclosure of private information. To deal with the implicit privacy disclosure problem,we give a measurable de nition of implicit privacy, and propose an ex-ante implicit privacy-preserving framework based on data generation, called IMPOSTER.The framework consists of an implicit privacy detection module and an implicit privacy protection module. The former uses normalized mutual information to detect implicit privacy attributes that are strongly related to traditional privacy attributes.Based on the idea of data generation, the latter equips the Generative Adversarial Network(GAN)framework with an additional discriminator, which is used to eliminate the association between traditional privacy attributes and implicit ones.We elaborate a theoretical analysis for the convergence of the framework.Experiments demonstrate that with the learned generator,IMPOSTER can alleviate the disclosure of implicit privacy while maintaining good data utility. | Qing Yang Cheng Wang Teng Hu Xue Chen Changjun Jiang | 2022 | Security and Safety2022,1,1: | 0 |
