2Chemical Synthesis Residual Pyrolysis and Combustion: Kinetics and Evolved Gases Investigated by TG-FTIR显示文摘Chemical synthetic residual is one of the solid wastes generated from pharmaceutical industry.The pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of chemical synthesis residual were investigated using a thermogravimetric analyser coupled with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(TG-FTIR)in this study.The processes of pyrolysis and combustion can be divided into three stages.The average weight loss rate of pyrolysis process at low temperature was higher than that of combustion.The kinetic parameters of chemical synthesis residual during pyrolysis and combustion were calculated based on the TG results.Acetic acid and 4-aminophenol were the main evolved matter observed in the pyrolysis process.The emission characteristics of combustion at low temperature were similar to that of the pyrolysis,while CO2 was found as the major gaseous product at high temperature.A high temperature about 850°C is needed to make sure the complete combustion of chemical synthesis residual.FANG Chunqi JIANG Xuguang LV Guojun YAN Jianhua LIN Xuliang SONG Huibo CAO Junjun 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,1:3
3Analytic estimation and numerical modeling of actively cooled thermal protection systems with nickel alloys显示文摘Actively cooled thermal protection system has great influence on the engine of a hypersonic vehicle, and it is significant to obtain the thermal and stress distribution in the system. So an analytic estimation and numerical modeling are performed in this paper to investigate the behavior of an actively cooled thermal protection system. The analytic estimation is based on the electric analogy method and finite element analysis(FEA) is applied to the numerical simulation. Temperature and stress distributions are obtained for the actively cooled channel walls with three kinds of nickel alloys with or with no thermal barrier coating(TBC). The temperature of the channel wall with coating has no obvious difference from the one with no coating, but the stress with coating on the channel wall is much smaller than that with no coating. Inconel X-750 has the best characteristics among the three Ni-based materials due to its higher thermal conductivity, lower elasticity module and greater allowable stress. 4Radiation-hardened property of single-walled carbon nanotube film-based field-effect transistors under low-energy proton irradiation显示文摘Strong C-C bonds,nanoscale cross-section and low atomic number make single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)a potential candidate material for integrated circuits(ICs)applied in outer space.However,very little work combines the simulation calculations with the electrical measurements of SWCNT field-effect transistors(FETs),which limits further understanding on the mechanisms of radiation effects.Here,SWCNT film-based FETs were fabricated to explore the total ionizing dose(TID)and displacement damage effect on the electrical performance under low-energy proton irradiation with different fluences up to 1×1015 p/cm2.Large negative shift of the threshold voltage and obvious decrease of the on-state current verified the TID effect caused in the oxide layer.The stability of the subthreshold swing and the off-state current reveals that the displacement damage caused in the CNT layer is not serious,which proves that the CNT film is radiation-hardened.Specially,according to the simulation,we found the displacement damage caused by protons is different in the source/drain contact area and channel area,leading to varying degrees of change for the contact resistance and sheet resistance.Having analyzed the simulation results and electrical measurements,we explained the low-energy proton irradiation mechanism of the CNT FETs,which is essential for the construction of radiation-hardened CNT film-based ICs for aircrafts.Xiaorui Zhang Huiping Zhu Song’ang Peng Guodong Xiong Chaoyi Zhu Xinnan Huang Shurui Cao Junjun Zhang Yunpeng Yan Yao Yao Dayong Zhang Jingyuan Shi Lei Wang Bo Li Zhi Jin 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,11:2

16Preparation of Sr-substituted Hydroxyapatite Nanorods for Liquid Crystal Phase Transition显示文摘A citrate-assisted hydrothermal method was utilized for the preparation of Sr-substituted hydroxyapatite (HA) nanoparticles.The influences of Sr-substituting degree on the phase identifications,microstructures and colloidal stability of the resultant products were studied.The experimental results show that the crystalline structures and morphologies of final resultants are significantly changed by controlling the Sr-substituting degree.As the Sr-substituting degree increases,the colloidal stability of samples first increases and then decreases rapidly;the morphology of the product first changes from nanorods to short nanorods rod and then becomes nanowires.Uniform HA hexagonal nanorods with high aspect ratio (>4.0) and excellent aqueous colloidal stability were prepared by 6 h hydrothermal reaction at 180℃ without Sr substitution.The dispersion underwent the phase transition from isotropic to liquid-crystalline state upon the increasing concentration of25wt% and the complete liquid-crystalline phase was achieved when at the concentration above 31wt%.These novel findings provide new insights into the role of Sr substitution on both the citrate-assisted hydroxyapatite crystallization and tailoring of colloidal stability.Moreover,HA liquid crystal behavior was successfully observed,which lays a foundation for the fabrication of macroscopically assembled hydroxyapatite-based biomimetic materials for biomedical applications.XIONG Yan ZHANG Yucheng LIU Wei LIU Yang TAN Junjun 2020Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,2:1

18LRH-1 senses signaling from phosphatidylcholine to regulate the expansion growth of digestive organs via synergy with Wnt/β-catenin signaling in zebrafish显示文摘Liver receptor homolog-1(LRH-1)is an orphan nuclear receptor that is critical for the growth and proliferation of cancer cells and other biological processes,including lipid transportation and metabolism,sexual determination and steroidogenesis.However,because homozygous lrh-1^(-/-) mice die in utero,the regulatory mechanisms involved in embryonic development mediated by this receptor are poorly understood.In the present study,we performed transcription activator-like effector nuclease(TALEN)-mediated loss-of-function assays,taking advantage of zebrafish external fertilization,to investigate the function of lrh-1.The digestive organs were affected by lrh-1 depletion as a result of cellcycle arrest(at the checkpoint of G1 to S phase),but not cell apoptosis.Biochemical analysis revealed that LRH-1 augments the transcriptional activity of b-catenin 1 and 2 via physical interactions.Screening the specific ligand(s)sensed by LRH-1 during organogenesis revealed that phosphatidylcholine(PC),a potential ligand,is the upstream target of LRH-1 during endoderm development.These data provide evidence for the crosstalk between the PC/LRH-1 and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways during the expansion growth of endoderm organs.Gang Zhai Jia Song Tingting Shu Junjun Yan Xia Jin Jiangyan He Zhan Yin 2017Journal of Genetics and Genomics2017,44,6:0
19Effect of semi-continuous water washing on the combustion behaviors of agricultural organic solid waste显示文摘Combustion of agricultural organic solid waste(AOSW)was an ideal solution for their resource utilization in view of their massive annual production and great potential for reduction of fossil fuel utilization.However,high alkali and alkaline earth metals(AAEMs)content in the feedstock can arose severe fouling and slagging issues and thus prohibiting its vast utilization.In this study,a semi-continuous water washing method was proposed to preliminarily remove AAEMs from agricultural organic solid waste and its effects on the combustion behaviors of washed solid product were investigated.Results showed that the combustion index S were improved to 2.63×10-6,over 68%of the total ashes were removed from the cotton stalk,and 96.3%,89.0%and 74.7%of K,Na and Mg were effectively removed,respectively.Moreover,the softening temperature of low temperature ash from the washed sample was as high as 1450◦C,538◦C higher than the low temperature ash from the original sample;the base acid ratio and fouling index were improved from high slagging and fouling risk(1.7 and 90.8)of the original organic solid waste to low and medium risk(0.4 and 3.5),respectively.All these results signified the contributing effect of proposed semi-continuous water washing method on the combustion of agricultural organic solid waste.In a word,this study provided a promising method for fouling and slagging inhibition during the agricultural organic solid waste combustion.Xiangxi Wang Zhenzhong Hu Jinrong Ma Linlin Yi Jian Li Yanfeng Cheng Jianfei Ma Na An Feng Wang Xian Li Junjun Yan Bo Wei Yue Li Guangqian Luo Hong Yao 2023Carbon Resources Conversion2023,6,1:0
