| 2 | Characterization and fine mapping of an early senescence mutant (es-t) in Oryza sativa L.显示文摘An es-t (early senescence-temporary) mutant, produced by ethylene methylsulfonate treatment of strain Nipponbare, was identified in rice. The leaves of es-t appeared yellow at the seedling stage, and had decreased chlorophyll content. Rust spots were found during growth in es-t, especially at the leaf margin and tip. The plants showed a typical early-senescence phenotype at the milky stage. The leaf surface of es-t appeared smoother than wild-type leaves under a scanning electron microscope, because the leaves lack siliceous protuberances around the stoma. Chloroplasts grow abnormally and are filled with many starch grains in es-t. Paraffin section analysis showed that the development of the sclerenchyma cells and vascular bundles were also abnormal in es-t. Genetic analysis indicated that es-t was controlled by a recessive gene, which was finely mapped to a 42-kb interval on chromosome 5. | 3 | The Trace Elements are Bounded by Organic Functional Groups in Coal:A Studying Result Based on FTIR Analysis显示文摘The relationship between trace elements in coal and organic functional groups of coal,also some of aromatic structure,was investigated by using curve fitting of infrared spectra.Cluster analysis was also performed according to the degree of affinity of organic groups to the trace elements.The results show that there is a possibility that trace elements,especially LREE,were bound to peripheral organic functional groups of middle rank coal macromolecule.The most possible functional group that binds trace element is the hydroxyl,and to the less degree,the asymmetric-CH_3and>CH_2 stretching,-CH_3 stretching,etc.The degree of affinity of trace elements to different functional groups varies.The tendency obeys the natural structural changing law of trace elements—the periodic law.The deviation of some trace elements from this regular trend is attributed to the deviation of intrinsic'confusion degree'(conventional molar entropy)of the matter system of coal basin,which is affected by the inner and outer factors during the evolution. | YANG Jianye WANG Guangheng ZHANG Weiguo | 2016 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2016,90,1: | 5 |

| 7 | Protection Performance of Plasma Sprayed Al_(2)O_(3)-13 wt%TiO_(2) Coating Sealed with an Organic-inorganic Hybrid Agent显示文摘An organic-inorganic hybrid sealing agent was fabricated and used in the plasma sprayed Al_(2)O_(3)-13 wt%TiO_(2)coating,and conventional silicone agent was also used for comparison.Protection performance of the coatings was comprehensively evaluated based on both anti-corrosion and anti-biofouling properties.The results reveal that the sealing treatment is remarkably useful to decrease the porosity of the coating,and the porosity of the coating sealed with the hybrid agent is only 0.035%.Immersion corrosion test and Tafel polarization test reveal that the sealed coating with the hybrid agent exhibits a better corrosion resistance by compared with the coating sealed with silicone agent.The corrosion current density i_(corr) of the hybrid agent sealed coating is only 0.7×10^(-6)A·cm^(-2).Moreover,anti-biofouling tests both in the outdoor analogue hydraulic environment and in the natural marine environment prove that the mentioned novel coating presents a better combination of corrosion resistance and anti-biofouling property by compared with the other coatings,and it could be used as a protection of metal components in the marine environment. | 张凯城 周泽华 DENG Yong WANG Guangyu WANG Zehua WU Lintao YANG Guangheng | 2022 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022,37,3: | 1 |

| 9 | Photosynthesis Characteristics of Three Species of Forages in the Arid-Hot Valleys显示文摘By using TPS-1 portable photosynthesis measuring system, the photosynthesis characteristics of three kinds of high quality forages used in the arid-hot valley eco-agricultural models in Yuanmou were measured. The paper shows that Pennisetum purpureum Schumach is the heliophilous shade tolerance C4 plant and Styiosanthes guianensis is the heliophilous shade tolerance plant, both of them could make full use of the light energy under the weak light environment and have relatively strong CO2 assimilation capacity.Cajanus cajan(L.) Millspaugh is the strong heliophilous plant with high requirement for light and has a rela-tively weak CO2 assimilation capacity.
