| 1 | Origin and accumulation of high-maturity oil and gas in deep parts of the Baxian Depression, Bohai Bay Basin, China显示文摘Great quantities of light oil and gas are produced from deep buried hill reservoirs at depths of 5,641 m to 6,027 m and 190 °C to 201 °C in the Niudong-1 Well, representing the deepest and hottest commercial hydrocarbons discovered in the Bohai Bay Basin in eastern China. This discovery suggests favorable exploration prospects for the deep parts of the basin. However, the discovery raises questions regarding the genesis and accumulation of hydrocarbons in deep reservoirs. Based on the geochemical features of the hydrocarbons and characteristics of the source rocks as well as thermal simulation experiments of hydrocarbon generation, we conclude that the oil and gas were generated from the highly mature Sha-4 Member (Es4 ) source rocks instead of thermal cracking of crude oils in earlier accumulations. The source kitchen with abnormal pressures and karsted carbonate reservoirs control the formation of high-maturity hydrocarbon accumulations in the buried hills (i.e., Niudong-1) in conjunction with several structural-lithologic traps in the Es4 reservoirs since the deposition of the upper Minghuazhen Formation. | 2 | Characterization of Basic Nitrogen Aromatic Species Obtained during Fluid Catalytic Cracking by Fourier Transform Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrometry显示文摘The basic-nitrogen aromatic compounds in feedstocks and liquid products from the micro-reactor and soluble components of coke obtained during fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) process were analyzed by the micro-electrospray ionization (ESI) 9.4T Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR MS) with an average mass resolving power of 300 000 at a mass range of 100-1 200. The analytical results revealed that the coker gas oil (CGO) contained a higher abundance of basic-nitrogen aromatic compounds with the type of -5N to -9N compared with those in deasphalted oil (DAO) and mixed FCC feedstock. After catalytic cracking, the abundance of lowly condensed basic-nitrogen aromatic compounds was much less than those of highly condensed aromatics in the liquid products, with the carbon number mainly ranging from 6 to 25 and the average carbon number of the side-chains equating to 1-5. On the contrary, with respect to the soluble components of coke, the abundance of lowly condensed basic-nitrogen aromatic compounds was more than those of highly condensed aromatics, and the carbon number ranged from 12 to 30, which was much smaller than that of the mixed FCC feedstock but slightly larger than that of the cracked liquid products. | 4 | Correlation between the cumulative analgesic effect of electroacupuncture intervention and synaptic plasticity of hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus neurons in rats with sciatica显示文摘In the present study, a rat model of chronic neuropathic pain was established by ligation of the sciatic nerve and a model of learning and memory impairment was established by ovariectomy to investigate the analgesic effect of repeated electroacupuncture stimulation at bilateral Zusanli (ST36) and Yanglingquan (GB34). In addition, associated synaptic changes in neurons in the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus were examined. Results indicate that the thermal pain threshold (paw withdrawal latency) was significantly increased in rats subjected to 2-week electroacupuncture intervention compared with 2-day electroacupuncture, but the analgesic effect was weakened remarkably in ovariectomized rats with chronic constrictive injury. 2-week electroacupuncture intervention substantially reversed the chronic constrictive injury-induced increase in the synaptic cleft width and thinning of the postsynaptic density. | 5 | Formation mechanism of yolk-shell LaMnO3 microspheres prepared by P123-template and oxidation of NO显示文摘The yolk-shell LaMnO3 perovskite microspheres were fabricated by a novel,simple and mild soft template approach.A series of template-P123 concentrations(0-6.12 mmol·L^-1)were employed to optimize the most complete spheres.When the concentration of P123 is 3.0 mmol·L^-1,the obtained yolk-shell microspheres with a diameter of 200-700 nm were constructed by nanoparticles.The possible formation mechanism of the yolk-shell microspheres was revealed step by step via XRD,SEM,TEM,EDS and HRTEM.Molecules of P123 were suitably mixed with solvents for double shelled vesicles through self-assembly,which interacted with metal complexes to form P123-metal vesicles.After the removal of P123 and citric acid by calcination at 700 ℃,the yolk-shell LaMnO3 microspheres with through-channels were obtained.Through-channels on the surface were due to citric acid and the solid core was attributed to the shrink of inner vesicles.Prepared yolk-shell microsphere samples possessed a larger surface area and a higher maximum NO conversion value of 78% at 314 ℃ for NO oxidation,compared with samples without the yolk-shell structure. | Lihui WU Qiuling JIANG Li WANG Ying WANG Mengxue WANG | 2019 | Frontiers of Materials Science2019,13,1: | 3 |

| 10 | Clinical Benefit of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors Plus Radiotherapy for Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-Mutated Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: A Retrospective Analysis on Real World Data显示文摘Objective: To investigate the benefit of epidermal growth factor receptor( EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors( TKIs)with radiotherapy in patients with EGFR mutation-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC),compared with TKIs alone.Methods: A total of 103 patients with stage Ⅳ EGFR-mutated NSCLC treated from February 2015 to May 2017 at Sichuan Cancer Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Fifty patients were treated with EGFR-TKIs( gefitinib or erlotinib) plus radiotherapy( the TKI +RT group) and 53 patients received EGFR-TKIs alone( the TKI group). Tumor response,survival and toxicities were compared between the two groups. Results: Median follow-up time was 11. 7 months( 2. 8-36. 3 months). The overall response rate( ORR) and disease control rate( DCR) in the TKI + RT group vs the TKI group were 62% vs 37. 7%( P = 0. 014) and 88% vs 75. 5%( P =0. 101),respectively. The median progression-free survival( PFS) and median overall survival( OS) in the TKI + RT group were superior to those of the TKI group( 18. 87 months vs 12. 80 months,P = 0. 035 and 23. 10 months vs 18. 30 months,P = 0. 011).
