| 1 | Pulse changes in patients with cervical spondylosis before and after acupuncture treatment显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To study changes in pulse diagram parameters(PDP) in patients with cervical spondylosis(CS) before and after acupuncture treatment, explore the characteristics of PDP and the relationship between PDP changes and therapeutic effectiveness, and provide evidence for outcome prediction and objective evaluation of CS treatment before and after acupuncture treatment.METHODS: Patients with CS were treated with acupuncture and measured with a pulse acquisition device based on image(PADBI) before the first and after the tenth acupuncture sessions. Changes in PDP from before until after the acupuncture sessions and patient impressions were analyzed to judge the effect of acupuncture treatment for.RESULTS: The PDP values in effective patients were closer to normal values. This indicated that Qi stagnation and blood stasis of the patients was improved. The PDP changes from before to after the first acupuncture treatment were more obvious than those from before to after the tenth acupuncture treatment. This result indicates that the speed of symptom improvement decreased significantly after several acupuncture courses. Analysis of correlation between efficacy and PDP showed that the changes in PDP in five patients was abnormal,which mainly manifested as values of h1, u, p, Pp,and t1, and no significant changes or differences were increased with standard values. This indicated that the symptoms of CS were not improved in these patients.CONCLUSION: PADBI can provide evidence for outcome prediction of acupuncture treatment in patients with CS. | 3 | Research on sintering process of YSZ electrolyte显示文摘Yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) has widely been used as electrolyte in solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). The microstructure of YSZ related to the fabrication process was discussed in the paper. With YSZ nano-powders about 40-100 nm as raw material, the YSZ adobe was manufactured by tape calendering process. The named three-step sintering process was performed at 1000 ℃ for 2 h, then raised the temperature with normal rate and as soon as up to 1400 ℃, the furnace was controlled at 1250-1300 ℃ for 10-20 h. The high dense YSZs with the relative density of 96%-99% were obtained; the grain size of YSZ could be reduced to 0.5-3 μm. | 4 | Fluid inclusion, siliceous rock geochemistry of Shewushan lateritic gold deposit, Hubei Province, eastern China: Implication for the genesis of primary orebody显示文摘The Shewushan gold deposit is located 16 km southwest of Jiayu County, Hubei Province, eastern China, which is the largest lateritic gold deposit in Asia, consisting of a series of mineralized faults containing gold grades of 1.0–19.5 g/t set within a larger, lower-grade(0.2–1.0 g/t) zone. According to the fluid inclusions study, the homogenization temperature ranges from 70–350℃, and concentrates between 140–220℃. The laser Rama results show that the CO2 and CH4 exist in mineralized fluid. In addition, the major and trace element and REE geochemical data show that the genesis of the siliceous rocks is hydrothermal genesis, formed by mineralized fluid bearing SiO2 transmitted along faults to the surface, and replace the carbonate rocks to begin deposition. Primary gold mineralization is attributed to hydrothermal activity that followed the main period of tectonic deformation of the Indosinian orogeny, which caused the regional detachment regime in southeast Hubei. The reversed fold and the fault system formed the fluid migration channel in the Shewushan area. EPMA results show that Au exists in arsenopyrite(850×10-6–1550×10-6 Au) and pyrite(470×10-6–1340×10-6 Au). | 6 | Depositional Model for Peat Swamp and Coal Facies Evolution Using Sedimentology, Coal Macerals, Geochemistry and Sequence Stratigraphy显示文摘As one of the most important source rocks and reservoirs of unconventional natural gas, the sedimentary environment and mode of peat swamp(the predecessor of coal seam) is important to the coal seam's spatial distribution, material composition, hydrocarbon generation potential, reservoir physical properties, etc. To reveal the depositional characteristics and history of environmental change in a terrestrial basin during a period of peat accumulation, the Middle Jurassic aged #7 coal from Gaoquan in the Qaidam Basin(NW China) was investigated using sedimentology, maceral composition, geochemistry and sequence stratigraphy. Based on identification of the sedimentary shoreline break belt, wave energy depletion point and position of wave base, the peat swamp system can be subdivided into(1) lakeside plain,(2) low energy lakeshore,(3) high energy lakeshore, and(4) shallow lake subfacies. A new method for determining coal facies is proposed based on the combination of environmental parameters including oxidation-reduction levels, energy conditions and the influence of terrigneous sediments. The evolution of the coal seam shows that peat was deposited mainly in the low energy lakeshore and lakeside plain subfacies. Five types of sequence stratigrpahic surface and two types of parasequence were identified. Forced lake regressions and normal lake regressions are attributed as the causes of sequence boundaries. The sequence stratigraphic framework comprises six sequences and corresponding system tracts, and the curve of base-level for each demonstrates a characteristic initial period of slow rising followed by fast rising and then returning to slow rising. A model indicating the relationship among base-level changes, coal facies evolution, and the environmental features in the swamp is proposed that shows the environmental features of the swamp were controlled by both base-level changes and coal facies. | 8 | Occurrence, thermal evolution and primary migration processes derived from studies of organic matter in the Lucaogou source rock at the southern margin of the Junggar Basin, NW China显示文摘The Lucaogou Formation carbonate-rich oil shale source rock is exposed at the southern margin of the Junggar Basin, Xinjiang, NW China. We have sampled it in detail and conducted microstructural, mineralogical and geochemical studies, including thin section petrography, UV fluorescence petrography, X-ray diffraction, vitrinite reflectance, bitumen reflectance, fluid inclusion analysis and Raman spectroscopy. Organic matter is disseminated through the carbonate-bearing siltstone source rocks and concentrated in numerous bedding parallel stylolites and in two sets of carbonate veins, one along bedding parallel fractures and the other cross-cutting stylolites and bedding. The research about maturity of organic matter finds vitrinite reflectance values increase from the dispersed kerogen (0.64%) to the stylolites (the one of oriented vitrinite is 0.72% and the one of migrated bitumen is 2.38%); Homogenization temperatures of fluid inclusions in veins containing hydrocarbon fluid inclusions show an increase from 178.5℃ in the bedding parallel veins to 222℃ in the cross-cutting veins, confirmed by Raman spectroscopy. These results support a model of progressive heating accompanied by fluid loss during later stages of thermal maturation of source rock and the onset of primary migration. Obviously, the occurrence of organic matter is the trace of hydrocarbon primary migration, and the bedding lamination surfaces and cross-cutting fissures are the principal pathways of hydrocarbon-bearing fluids migration. In this paper,the progress on structure and operational principle of an SOEC for co-electrolyzing H2O and CO2to generate syngas was reviewed. The recent development of high temperature H2O/CO2co-electrolysis from solid oxide single electrolysis cell was introduced. Also investigated was H2O/CO2co-electrolysis research using hydrogen electrode-supported nickel(Ni)-yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ)/YSZ/Sr-doped LaMnO3(LSM)-YSZ cells in our group. With 50 % H2O,15.6 % H2and 34.4 % CO2inlet gas to Ni- YSZ electrode,polarization curves(I- U curves) and electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS) were measured at 800 ℃ and 900 ℃. | 11 | Influence of Lithium Oxide Addition on the Sintering Behavior and Electrical Conductivity of Gadolinia Doped Ceria显示文摘Ceria-based electrolytes have been widely researched in intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), which might be operated at 500-600?C. Sintering behavior with lithium oxide as sintering additive and electrical conductivity of gadolinia doped ceria (Gd0.1Ce0.9O2δ, GDC10) electrolyte was studied in this paper by X-ray di?raction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). As the results, the fully dense GDC10 electrolytes are obtained at a low temperature of 800?C with 2.5 mol% Li2O as sintering additive (called 5LiGDC800). During sintering process, lithium oxides adsorbed by around GDC10 surface help to sinter at 800?C and are kept at the grain boundary of GDC10 in the end. The fine grains of 100-400 nm and high electrical conductivity of 0.014 S/cm at 6000C in 5LiGDC800 were achieved, which contributed to the lower sintering temperature and enhanced grain boundary conductivity, respectively. A wedge shaped copper mould was used to obtain different solidification cooling rates. Electrochemical and immersion tests were employed to measure the corrosion resistance of Mg–Zn–Ca alloy. It was found that increasing cooling rate resulted in a significant improvement in the corrosion resistance of the Mg–Zn–Ca alloy. | 14 | Cell-protecting regeneration from anode carbon deposition using in situ produced oxygen and steam:A combined experimental and theoretical study显示文摘Carbon deposition is a primary concern during the operation of solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs) fueled with hydrocarbon fuels, leading to cell degradation and even cell damage. Carbon elimination is expected to be a promising approach to prolong cell life. This work reports on a combined experimental and theoretical investigation of cell regeneration from anode carbon deposition of tubular SOFCs fabricated by phase-inversion and co-sintering techniques. The as-prepared cell exhibits a maximum power density of 0.20 W cm^(-2) at 800 ℃ fueling with wet CH_4, but fails to stable operation due to severe carbon deposition.Based on thermodynamic predictions, a successive cell-protecting regeneration process is proposed to eliminate deposited carbon without oxidizing Ni catalysts, during which CH_4 and H_2 fuels are provided in circulation. Through a total of 35 cycling tests, cell performance can always successfully restore to the initial level.The possible carbon elimination mechanism is investigated in detail based on thermodynamic and first-principle calculations. | 15 | Variation of freshwater components in the Canada Basin during 1967–2010显示文摘As a conservative tracer, oxygen isotopes in seawater are widely used for water mass analysis, along with temperature and salinity. In this study, seawater oxygen-18 datasets in the Canada Basin during 1967–2010 were obtained from the four cruises of the Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition(1999, 2003, 2008, and 2010) and the NASA database. Fractions of sea ice meltwater and river runoff were determined from the salinity-18O system. Our results showed that the river runoff decreased from the south to the north in the Canada Basin. The enhanced amount of river runoff observed in the southern Canada Basin may originate from the Mackenzie River, transported by the Beaufort Gyre. The river runoff component showed maximum fractions during 1967–1969, 1978–1979, 1984–1985, 1993–1994, and 2008–2010, indicating the refresh time of the river runoff was 5.0–16.0 a in the Canada Basin. | 16 | Deposition of Bioactive Layer on NiTi Alloy by Chemical Treatment显示文摘A simple chemical method was developed for inducing bioactivity on NiTi alloys (50 at. pct by Ni/Ti). A layer of calcium phosphate was deposited on the surface to improve biocompatibility of the alloy. NiTi alloys were first etched in HNO3 aqueous solution, and then treated with boiling diluted NaOH solution. A rough surface was created and a thin TiO2 layer was formed on the surface. Pre-calcification was then introduced by immersing the treated NiTi alloys in supersaturated Na2HPO4 solution and supersaturated Ca(OH)2 solution in turn before calcification in simulated body fluid (SBF). A dense and uniform bonelike calcium phosphate (Ca-P) bioactive layer was formed on the surfaces of the specimen, which would improve their biocompatibility. | 17 | Palladium,Platinum and Gold Concentrations in Fengshan Porphyry Cu-Mo Deposit,Hubei Province,China显示文摘The Fengshan porphyry-skarn copper-molybdenum(Cu-Mo) deposit is located in the south-eastern Hubei Province in east China.Cu-Mo mineralization is hosted in the Fengshan granodiorite porphyry stock that intruded the Triassic Daye Formation carbonate rocks in the early Cretaceous(~140 Ma),as well as the contact zone between granodiorite porphyry stock and carbonate rocks,forming the porphyry-type and skarn-type association.The Fengshan granodiorite stock and the immediate country rocks are strongly fractured and intensely altered by hydrothermal fluids.In addition to intense skarn alteration,the prominent alteration types are potassic,phyllic,and propylitic,whereas argillation is less common.Mineralization occurs as veins,stock works,and disseminations,and the main ore minerals are chalcopyrite,pyrite,molybdenite,bornite,and magnetite.The contents of palladium,platinum and gold(Pd,Pt and Au) are determined in nine samples from fresh and mineralized granodiorite and different types of altered rocks.The results show that the Pd content is systematically higher than Pt,which is typical for porphyry ore deposits worldwide.The Pt content ranges from 0.037 to1.765 ppb,and the Pd content ranges between 0.165 and 17.979 ppb.Pd and Pt are more concentrated in porphyry mineralization than skarn mineralization,and have negative correlations with Au.The reconnaissance study presented here confirms the existence of Pd and Pt in the Fengshan porphyry-skarn Cu-Mo deposit.When compared with intracontinent and island arc geotectonic settings,the Pd,Pt,and Au contents in the Fengshan porphyry Cu-Mo deposit in the intracontinent is lower than the continental margin types and island are types.A combination of available data indicates that Pd and Pt were derived from oxidized alkaline magmas generated by the partial melting of an enriched mantle source. | WANG Minfang DENG Xiaodong BI Shijian LI Zhanke | 2009 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2009,83,5: | 3 |

| 19 | Carbon and nitrogen isotopic composition of particulate organic matter and its biogeochemical implication in the Bering Sea显示文摘Stable carbon and nitrogen isotopic composition of particulate organic matter(POM) were measured for samples collected from the Bering Sea in 2010 summer. Particulate organic carbon(POC) and particulate nitrogen(PN) showed high concentrations in the shelf and slope regions and decreased with depth in the slope and basin, indicating that biological processes play an important role on POM distribution. The low C/N ratio and heavy isotopic composition of POM, compared to those from the Alaska River, suggested a predominant contribution of marine biogenic organic matter in the Bering Sea. The fact that δ13C and δ15N generally increased with depth in the Bering Sea basin demonstrated that organic components with light carbon or nitrogen were decomposed preferentially during their transport to deep water.
