| 1 | 皮肤神经鞘粘液瘤显示文摘皮肤神经鞘粘液瘤是近年来提出的较少见的良性软组织肿瘤。为了探讨该病的病变特点,我们报告18例并进行组织病理学、免疫组织化学观察及临床随访。结果示本病主要见于青少年,皮损常位于上肢和面部。组织病理学为一位于真皮和皮下的多结节状粘液性病变,丰富的粘液背景上分布梭形和星形的肿瘤细胞,似神经的环层小体。绝大部分病例S100蛋白为强阳性,支持其为神经鞘起源。有随访结果者无一复发。我们认为本病是一具有特征性病理变化的皮肤神经源性肿瘤,在一系列的命名中,我们认为以神经鞘粘液瘤为佳,能较准确地概括其主要病理变化。该病呈良性经过,局部手术切除即可获较好的治疗效果。 | 范钦和 Alen P.W. | 1996 | 中华皮肤科杂志1996,29,4: | 14 |

| 4 | Influence of Co Content on Raman and Photoluminescence Spectra of Co Doped ZnO Nanowires显示文摘Co doped ZnO nanowires with different Co contents have been fabricated by a chemical vapor deposition method. X-ray diffraction results show that all the samples are of single phase and crystallize in wurtzite ZnO structure. The lattice parameter a increases with increasing Co content, while the parameter c has no obvious change with increasing Co. Raman spectra show that the nonpolar E2(High) mode becomes broad and weak with the doping of Co, which indicates that the incorporation of Co causes structural disorder in the crystalline columnar ZnO lattice. The photoluminescence spectra exhibit that the position of the ultraviolet emission shifts to short wavelength and the intensity decreases with increasing Co. The green emission is affected by two contrary factors. We evaluated the prognostic significance of tumor metabolic activity on pretreatment positron emission tomography using the glucose analog F- 18 fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG- PET) in patients with carcinoma of the cervix undergoing radiotherapy with or without concurrent chemotherapy. Methods. We studied 96 consecutive patients who underwent FDG- PET prior to initiation of radiotherapy with or without concurrent chemotherapy for carcinoma of the cervix. Pretreatment FDG uptake of the primary tumor was assessed with the semiquantitative standardized uptake value (SUV) and correlated with di-sease- free and overall survival. Survival was estimated by the Kaplan- Meier method. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed with the logistic likelihood ratio test and the Cox proportional hazards model, respectively. Results. Five-year disease- free survivals in patients with maximal SUV < 10.2 and ≥ 10.2 were 71% and 52% (P = 0.0289)- respectively, while overall survivals were 72% and 69% (P = 0.4), respectively. On multivariate analysis, lymph node metastasis on FDG- PET was found to be predictive of disease- free survival (P < 0.0001). Both the SUV for FDG and FIGO Stage I disease were found to be marginally predictive of disease- free survival (P = 0.055 and P = 0.058, respectively). Conclusions. FDG uptake within primary cervical cancer, as measured by SUV, is predictive of disease- free survival in patients undergoing radiotherapy for cervical cancer. | 18 | TRIBOLOGICAL AND HIGH SPEED TURNING PERFORMANCE IN Ti_(1-x)Al_xN COATINGS PREPARED BY CLOSE-FIELD UNBALANCED MAGNETRON SPUTTERING显示文摘Titanium-aluminium-nitride (Ti1-xAlxN) coatings were deposited by close-field un balanced magnetron sputtering on M42 steel substrates and WC-6wt%Co inserts at 4 50℃. The tribological behavior was analyzed by sliding against steel and WC- 6wt%Co balls, while the turning performance was evaluated by a conventional tu rning machine at high cutting speeds without using coolants. In the tribological tests, the formation of transfer layer and the variations of hardness of the co atings played an important role for sliding against steel balls. For the coating s sliding against WC-6wt%Co balls, the Ti-Al-N coatings showed a similar frictio n coefficient, but the TiN coating exhibited a lower value. The difference could be explained by the tri-oxidation wear mechanism. In the turning tests, a super ior cutting performance of the coating was found at x=0.45, which endured 38 min utes before the tool flank wear reached the maximum value of 0.3mm, whereas only 20 minutes were endured for the TiN coating. The excellent performance of the c oatings in the turning tests could be explained by the enhanced mechanical prope rties and oxidation/diffusion resistance of the coatings. | P.W. Shum M.
