1Effect of moxibustion treatment on cell apoptosis and expressions of heat shock protein and second mitochondrial activator of caspase in acute gastric mucosal lesion of rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of moxibustion-acupoint treatment with acupoints of Zusanli(ST 36) and Zhongwan(RN 12) on cell apoptosis and the expressions of heat shock protein(HSP) 60,HSP70 and second mitochondrial activator of caspase(Smac) in rat models of acute gastric mucosal lesion(AGML),and explore the mechanisms underlying protection of gastric mucosal lesion.METHODS:Twenty-four Sprague Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups,blank controlled group(group A),controlled-point group(group B) and acupoint group(group C),8 for each.After 8-day moxibustion treatment in group B and C,gastric lavage of anhydrous ethanol was used to created AGML in all three groups.The Guth method was employed to measure the ulcer index(UI) of gastric mucosal lesion and immunohistochemistry used to measure apoptosis with apoptosis index(AI) and examinetheexpressionsofHSP60,HSP70and Smac.RESULTS:Compared with group A,the expressions of UI,AI,Smac and HSP60 were markedly elevated in group B(P<0.05 or P<0.01).However the expression of HSP70 showed no obvious change(P>0.05);the expressions of UI,HSP60 and HSP70 were markedly elevated in group C(P<0.01) while those of AI and Smac became obviously suppressed(P<0.01).Compared with group B,the expressions of UI,AI and Smac decreased significantly in group C(P< 0.01) while those of HSP60 and HSP70 increased markedly(P<0.01),and the expressions of HSP60 and HSP70 were considerably up-regulated(P< 0.01).CONCLUSION:The moxibustion treatment could alleviate the gastric mucosal lesion caused by anhydrous ethanol,induce the over-expressions of HSP60 and HSP70,and down-regulate the expression of Smac,which could suppress cell apoptosis.Jie Yu Hong Peng Yaping Lin Shouxiang Yi 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2:14
2Genetic and biological characteristics of the globally circulating H5N8 avian influenza viruses and the protective efficacy offered by the poultry vaccine currently used in China显示文摘The H5N8 avian influenza viruses have been widely circulating in wild birds and are responsible for the loss of over 33 million domestic poultry in Europe, Russia, Middle East, and Asia since January 2020. To monitor the invasion and spread of the H5N8 virus in China, we performed active surveillance by analyzing 317 wild bird samples and swab samples collected from 41,172 poultry all over the country. We isolated 22 H5N8 viruses from wild birds and 14 H5N8 viruses from waterfowls. Genetic analysis indicated that the 36 viruses formed two different genotypes: one genotype viruses were widely detected from different wild birds and domestic waterfowls;the other genotype was isolated from a whopper swan. We further revealed the origin and spatiotemporal spread of these two distinct H5N8 virus genotypes in 2020 and 2021. Animal studies indicated that the H5N8 isolates are highly pathogenic to chickens, mildly pathogenic in ducks, but have distinct pathotypes in mice. Moreover, we found that vaccinated poultry in China could be completely protected against H5N8 virus challenge. 3Characteristics of strike-slip inversion structures of the Karatau fault and their petroleum geological significances in the South Turgay Basin,Kazakhstan显示文摘The Karatau fault is one of the important strike-slip faults in central Asia,and the South Turgay Basin is located towards its northern end.Detailed seismic interpretation indicated that the strikeslip tectonism of the Karatau fault weakened gradually from west to east in the South Turgay Basin.Typical flower structures developed on the section,and strike-slip faults showed an echelon pattern on planar view.The Karatau strike-slip fault affected the South Turgay Basin in two periods:(1) The South Turgay strike-slip pull-apart rift basin formed as a result of regional extensive stress in the Early-Middle Jurassic,characterized by the juxtaposition of horsts and grabens.The formation of horsts provided favorable reservoir spaces for later hydrocarbon accumulation,and different filling stages of grabens controlled different reservoir-forming factors in grabens.(2) Two stages of tectonic inversion occurred in the Late Jurassic and Late Cretaceous and played a crucial role in the final shape of the structure in the South Turgay Basin.The oil and gas migrated to form reservoirs and mainly concentrated in the horsts,graben slopes and in both sides of the strike-slip fault zone.In the case of the degree of accumulation of petroleum,the factor explaining why horsts are better than grabens is the strike-slip pull-apart of the South Turgay Basin,and the structure inversion of the South Turgay Basin explains why the west graben is better than the east one.Overall,the Karatau strike-slip fault played a very important role in the formation of the South Turgay Basin and its hydrocarbon accumulations.Yin Wei Fan Zifei Zheng Junzhang Yin Jiquan Zhang Mingjun Sheng Xiaofeng Guo Jianjun Li Qiyan Lin yaping 2012Petroleum Science2012,9,4:11
4Smartphone based precise monitoring method for farm operation显示文摘Although Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)terminal has been widely used for fleet management,it cannot satisfy the need of managing changes of laborer and implement during farm operation,which are important for social service cooperatives comparing to family farms in China.The objective of this study was to explore a precise,low cost and easy-to-use method for vehicle fleet management of large scale farm machinery cooperatives.A smartphone based application software(APP)named Precise Monitoring System(PMS)was developed to record the farm operation information including tractor,implement and laborer by scanning their Quick Response codes(QR codes),and obtain real time GNSS positions by using built-in GNSS chip of smartphone.Considering the convenience usage for farmers,only two buttons,“start/pause/continue”and“stop”were designed to record farm operation status.Finally,IDs,positions and operation status were combined and transferred to the server through GPRS/3G/4G.Two kinds of experiments were designed and conducted to verify the PMS.The results showed that PMS can realize the basic functions such as precise and real-time monitoring,operation quality tracing,operation mileage and operation area calculating,and U-turn processing.The method and APP could record complex combination of production factors precisely and accurately,which is suitable for the management of vehicle fleet,and can replace GNSS terminal to some extent.Wu Caicong Zhou Lin Wang Jie Cai Yaping 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3:7
5Baicalin influences the dendritic morphology of newborn neurons in the hippocampus of chronically stressed rats显示文摘Chronic stress models,established in adult Sprague-Dawley rats through a 14-day subcutaneous injection of 40 mg/kg corticosterone,once per day,were given a daily oral feeding of 50 mg/kg baicalin.The study was an attempt to observe the effect of baicalin on neurogenesis in chronically stressed rats.Results showed that subcutaneous injection of corticosterone significantly decreased the total number of doublecortin-positive neurons in the hippocampus.The reduced cell Ⅰ number caused by corticosterone was mainly due to the decrease of class Ⅱ doublecortin-positive neurons,but the class doublecortin-positive neurons were unaffected.Baicalin treatment increased the number of both class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ doublecortin-positive neurons.In addition,doublecortin-positive neurons showed less complexity in dendritic morphology after corticosterone injection,and this change was totally reversed by baicalin treatment.These findings suggest that baicalin exhibits a beneficial effect on adult neurogenesis.Xinghua Jiang Junmei Xu Dingquan Zou Lin Yang Yaping Wang 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,6:6
6Neural Stem Cells Transfected with Leukemia Inhibitory Factor Promote Neuroprotection in a Rat Model of Cerebral Ischemia显示文摘Leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF) contributes to the neuroprotection by neural stem cells(NSCs) after ischemic stroke. Our aim was to explore whether LIFtransfected NSCs(LIF-NSCs) can ameliorate brain injury and promote neuroprotection in a rat model of cerebral ischemia. To accomplish this goal, we transfected NSCs with a lentivirus carrying the LIF gene to stably overexpress LIF. The LIF-NSCs reduced caspase 3 activation under conditions of oxygen-glucose deprivation in vitro.Transient cerebral ischemia was induced in rats by 2 h of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAo), and LIF-NSCs were intravenously injected at 6 h post-ischemia. LIF-NSC treatment reduced the infarction volume and improved neurological recovery. Moreover, LIF-NSCs improved glial cell regeneration and ameliorated white matter injuryin the MCAo rats. 10Synthesis of MoX2 (X =Se or S) monolayers with high-concentration 1T'phase on 4H/fcc-Au nanorods for hydrogen evolution显示文摘Controlled synthesis of transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) monolayers with unusual crystal phases has attracted increasing attention due to their promising applications in electrocatalysis.However,the facile and large-scale preparation of TMD monolayers with high-concentration unusual crystal phase still remains a challenge.Herein,we report the synthesis of MoX2 (X =Se or S) monolayers with high-concentration semimetallic 1T'phase by using the 4H/face-centered cubic (fcc)-Au nanorod as template to form the 4H/fcc-Au@MoX2 nanocomposite.The concentrations of 1T'phase in the prepared MoSe2 and MoS2 monolayers are up to 86% and 81%,respectively.As a proof-of-concept application,the obtained Au@MoS2 nanocomposite is used for the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in acid medium,exhibiting excellent performance with a low overpotential of 178 mV at the current density of 10 mNcm^2,a small Tafel slope of 43.3 mV/dec,and excellent HER stability.This work paves a way for direct synthesis of TMD monolayers with high-concentration of unusual crystal phase for the electrocatalytic application.Zhengqing Liu Xiao Zhang Yue Gong Qipeng Lu Zhicheng Zhang Hongfei Cheng Qinglang Ma Junze Chen Meiting Zhao Bo Chen Ye Chen Xue-Jun Wu Pengfei Yin Lin Gu Yaping Du Hua Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:3

12Laser-induced Janus graphene/poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole)fabrics with intrinsic flame retardancy as flexible sensors and breathable electrodes for fire-fighting field显示文摘Conventional firefighting clothing and fire masks can protect firemen’s safety to a certain extent,whereas cannot perceive environmental hazards and monitor their physical status in real time.Herein,we fabricated two kinds of Janus graphene/poly(pphenylene benzobisoxazole)(PBO)fabrics by laser direct writing approach and evaluated their performance as intelligent firefighting clothes and fire masks.The results showed that the Janus graphene/PBO fabrics were virtually non-combustible and achieved the highest thermal protection time of 18.91 s ever reported in flame,which is due to the intrinsic flame-retardant nature of PBO fibers.The graphene/PBO woven fabrics-based sensor showed good repeatability and stability in human motion monitoring and NO_(2)gas detection.Furthermore,the piezoelectric fire mask was assembled with graphene/PBO nonwoven fabric as electrode layer and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)electrostatic direct writing film as piezoelectric layer.The filtration efficiency of the fire mask reaches 95%for PM_(2.5)and 100%for PM_(3.0),indicating its effective filtration capability for smoke particles in fires.The respiratory resistance of the piezoelectric fire mask(46.8 Pa)was lower than that of commercial masks(49 Pa),showing that it has good wearing comfort.Besides,the piezoelectric fire mask can be sensitive to the speed and intensity of human breathing,which is essential for indirectly reflecting the health of the human body.Consequently,this work provides a facile approach to fabricate next-generation intrinsic flame-retardant smart textiles for smart firefighting.Yu Luo Yaping Miao Huimin Wang Kai Dong Lin Hou Yanyan Xu Weichun Chen Yao Zhang Yingying Zhang Wei Fan 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:2

14Assessing the effects of oyster/kelp weight ratio on water column properties: an experimental IMTA study at Sanggou Bay, China显示文摘Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture(IMTA)is an effective method for sustainable aquaculture as species from different trophic levels could reduce negative effects from fed species in the environment.A proper proportion of different trophic species in an IMTA system could improve the aquaculture production and environmental sustainability.At present,research on the proper proportions for farming species is scarce.We investigated the effects of IMTA modes of oyster(Crassostrea gigas)and kelp(Saccharina japonica)in different weight ratios on water quality and carbonate system in a closed enclosure experiment for three days in the Sanggou Bay in Shandong Province,China,in December 2017.Nine collocation modes in oyster:kelp weight ratio were tested showing as 24:3,24:2,24:1,16:3,16:2,16:1,8:3,8:2,and 8:1.The water parameters were determined at 17:00 on Day 1(D1),and 6:00 and 17:00 on Days 2(D2)and 3(D3).As two-way ANOVA showed,all increased parameters(dissolved oxygen(DO),pH,chl a,the carbonate system and pCO2)were significantly related to oyster-kelp modes,and interaction between modes and time were also significant(P<0.05).On the 3th day,the 8:3 mode was the highest in DO,pH,chl a,CO32-(P<0.05),and dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC),HCO3-,CO2,and pCO2 were the lowest(P<0.05).According to previous references and the results of this study,the appropriate oyster:kelp proportion at the beginning of winter is from 8:2 to 8:3.The results of this study may help government to optimize the aquaculture structure of Sanggou Bay.FANG Jinghui FANG Jianguang CHEN Qionglin MAO Yuze JIANG Zengjie DU Meirong GAO Yaping LIN Fan 2020Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2020,38,6:2

19A fast synthetic strategy for high-quality atomically thin antimonene with ultrahigh sonication power显示文摘Recent theoretical studies revealed that two-dimensional (2D) antimonene hasattractive characteristics, such as superior photothermal conductivity, absorptionover a wide range, high mobility, and good spintronic properties. Herein, we reporta reliable liquid phase exfoliation (LPE) route for the preparation of high-qualityhigh-stability atomically thin (AT) antimonene via high ultrasonic power. TheAT antimonene delivers a high specific capacity of up to 860 mA.h.g-1, with highrate capability and good cycling stability as an anode of a sodium ion battery(SIB). 20Numerical simulation of uranium tetrafluoride fluorination in a multistage spouted bed using the improved CFD-DEM chemical reaction model显示文摘A CFD-DEM reaction coupling model was established to simulate UF_(4) fluorination process,in which heat and mass transfer,heterogeneous chemical reaction,and particle shrinkage model were considered.The gas behavior was described by the conservation laws of mass,momentum,and energy.The solid phase is modeled with the discrete element method,considering the gas-solid interphase force,contact force,heat transfer,and chemical reaction models based on the discretized surface.Each particle can be individually tracked and associated with specific physical properties.The proposed CFD-DEM reaction coupling model based on particle shrinking reaction model with discretized surface was validated by the experimental and literature results at first.Then a multistage conical spouted bed was proposed and the process of UF_(4) fluoridation reaction in it was investigated.The fluidization characteristics and the con-centration distribution of gaseous products in the spouted bed with an extended gas velocity range were obtained and analyzed.In addition,the effects of different parameters,such as superficial gas velocity,temperature,fluorine concentration,on fluoridation rate and the fluorine conversion rate were inves-tigated based on the proposed CFD-DEM reaction coupling model.The results obtained in this work are beneficial for method development of the chemical reaction simulation research in particle scale using the CFD-DEM model,and useful for operation and equipment parameters design of the uranium tetra-fluoride fluorinate industrial process in the future.Mofan Qiu Zhao Chen Lin Jiang Rongzhen Liu Yaping Tang Malin Liu 2023Particuology2023,,4:1
