1TDD-net: a tiny defect detection network for printed circuit boards显示文摘Tiny defect detection (TDD) which aims to perform the quality control of printed circuit boards (PCBs) is a basic and essential task in the production of most electronic products. Though significant progress has been made in PCB defect detection, traditional methods are still difficult to cope with the complex and diverse PCBs. To deal with these problems, this article proposes a tiny defect detection network (TDD-Net) to improve performance for PCB defect detection. In this method, the inherent multi-scale and pyramidal hierarchies of deep convolutional networks are exploited to construct feature pyramids. Compared with existing approaches, the TDD-Net has three novel changes. First, reasonable anchors are designed by using k-means clustering. Second, TDD-Net strengthens the relationship of feature maps from different levels and benefits from low-level structural information, which is suitable for tiny defect detection. Finally, considering the small and imbalance dataset, online hard example mining is adopted in the whole training phase in order to improve the quality of region-of-interest (ROI) proposals and make more effective use of data information. Quantitative results on the PCB defect dataset show that the proposed method has better portability and can achieve 98.90% mAP, which outperforms the state-of-arts. 2mm Wave communications for 5G: implementation challenges and advances显示文摘The requirement of the fifth generation(5 G) wireless communication for high throughput motivates the wireless industry to use the mm Wave(millimeter wave) communications for its wide bandwidth advantage. To compensate the heavy path loss and increase the communications capacity, phased array beamforming and massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) techniques are employed at both the user equipment(UE) and base stations(BS). Considering the commercial requirements, 5 G mm Wave large array systems should be implemented in an energy-and cost-efficient way with a small form factor. To address above issues and realize a reliable communications link, taking into account the particular characteristics of5 G mm Wave systems, this paper firstly examines the design challenges and trade-offs in system implementations, then some of the design strategies are summarized. 3Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). 4Surface-grafted block copolymer brushes with continuous composition gradients of poly(poly(ethylene glycol)-monomethacrylate) and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)显示文摘Surface-grafted block copolymer brushes with continuous composition gradients containing poly(poly(ethylene glycol) monomethacrylate) (P(PEGMA)) and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) chains were fabricated by integration of the surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-ATRP) and continuous injection method.Three types of copolymer gradients were prepared: (1) a uniform P(PEGMA) layer was block copolymerized with a gradient PNIPAAm layer (PP1);(2) a gradient P(PEGMA) layer was block copolymerized with a uniform PNIPAAm layer (PP2);and (3) a gradient P(PEGMA) layer was inversely block copolymerized with a gradient PNIPAAm layer (PP3).The as-prepared gradients were characterized by ellipsometry,water contact angle and atomic force microscopy (AFM) to determine their alterations in thickness,surface wettability and morphology,confirming the gradient structures.In vitro culture of HepG2 cells was implemented on the gradient surfaces,revealing that the cells could adhere at 37 °C and be detached at 20 °C.Introduction of the PEG chains as an underlying layer on the PNIPAAm grafting surfaces resulted in faster cell detachment compared with the PNIPAAm grafting surface.LI LinHui WU JinDan GAO ChangYou 2011Science China Chemistry2011,54,2:3

10Quantitative analysis of work hardening and dynamic softening behaviors of Cu-6 wt pct Ag binary alloy based on true stress vs strain curves显示文摘The work hardening and dynamic softening behaviors of Cu-6 wt pct Ag binary alloy were studied by hot compression tests under temperature range of 700-850℃ at strain rates of 0.01-10s-1.The critical conditions for the onset of dynamic recrystallization (DRX) were determined based on the conventional strain hardening rate curves (dσ/dε versus σ).The progress of DRX was analyzed by constructing a model of volume fraction of DRX based on flow curves.The strain rate sensitivity (SRS) and activation volume V were calculated.The results show that the DRX almost can happen under all deformation conditions even at high Z deformations where dynamic recovery (DRV) is the main softening mechanism.The DRX fraction curves can well predict the DRX behavior.The strain has significant effects on SRS at the strain rates of 0.01s-1 and 10s-1 which are mainly due to off-equilibrium saturation of dislocation storage and annihilation while the effects of the temperature on the SRS are based on the uniformity of microstructure distribution.The formation of 'forest' of dislocation is contributed to the low activation volume V*(about 168b3) which is independent of Z values at the initial deformation.The cross-slip due to dislocation piled up beyond the grain boundaries or obstacles is related to the low activation volume under the high Z deformation conditions at high strain (ε=0.6) while the fine DRX grains coarsed is the main reason for the high activation volume at low Z under the same strain conditions.Menghan WANG Wenhao WANG Jingjing DONG Linhui ZHANG Yunping LI Akihiko CHIBA 2012Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2012,25,6:1

13Covalently immobilized gelatin gradients within three-dimensional porous scaffolds显示文摘A stable gelatin gradient providing continuous increment of signaling for cell adhesion and proliferation was fabricated within 3D poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) scaffolds. The porous PLLA scaffold fabricated by NaCl particle leaching was vertically fixed on a glass vial. 1,6-Hexanediamine/propanol solution was continuously injected into the vial by a micropump to aminolyze the PLLA scaffold. As a result of reaction time difference, the introduced -NH2 groups increased continuously along with the longitude of the PLLA scaffold in the z-direction. After covalent immobilization of gelatin by glutaraldehyde coupling, the gelatin gradient scaffold was thus obtained. 15What Factors Can Explain the Rising Spatial Disparity in Economic Activities in China?显示文摘This paper explores the impact of spatial externalities in shaping China's economic geography by establishing a theoretical framework that contains regional productivity,trade barriers and local amenities to capture spatial externalities between different regions over time.Combining provincial data on bilateral trade flows with observed information about economic geography during the period 1998-2013,we estimate the distribution and marginal contribution of each explanatory.factor.Empirical results suggest that regional labor density and wage are positively related to exogenous productivity and amenities,and negatively related to trade barriers.Meanwhile,variation in the marginal contribution of exogenous productivity and amenities and trade barriers reflects the regional temporal-spatial features in China's recent marketization process.Therefore,the Chinese government should place more emphasis on absorbing advanced technologies and reducing inter-regional market barriers to promote balanced regional development and improve the eficiency of China s spatial resource allocation.Lihong Yang Jinwen Cheng Linhui Yu Chenhua Li 2020China & World Economy2020,28,3:1
