3Quantitative analysis on strengthening mechanism of ultra-thin hot strip of low carbon steel produced by CSP technique显示文摘Based on experimental data of positron annihilation technology, electrolytic dissolution technique, electron back-scattered pattern, etc. And by analysis the strengthening factors, the strengthening mechanism of ultra-thin hot strip of low carbon steel produced by CSP (Compact Strip Production) technique was investigated. The value of each strengthening mechanism and its contribution percentage to yield strength were achieved. 4Novel roll effector based on zero-mass-flux dual synthetic jets and its flight test显示文摘The autonomous and controllable Dual Synthetic Jet Actuator(DSJA)is firstly integrated into the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV),and flight tests without the deflection of rudders are carried out to verify the viability of DSJA to control the attitudes of UAV during cruising.DSJA is improved into an actuator with two diaphragms and three cavities,which has higher energy levels.Actuators,differentially distributed on both sides of the wings,are installed on the trailing edge close to the wing tips.Flight tests,containing Differential Circulation Control(DCC)using double-side actuators,Positive Circulation Control(PCC)using left-side actuators and Negative Circulation Control(NCC)using right-side actuators,are implemented at cruising speed of 25 m/s.Results show that roll attitude control without rudders could be realized by DSJAs.DCC and NCC can generate the rightward roll and yaw angular velocity,prompting UAV to turn right.The stronger controlling ability can be achieved by DCC,with the maximum roll angular velocity of 15.62(°)/s.PCC can generate a rightward roll moment,but a leftward yaw moment will be produced at the same time.Leftward yaw induces the leftward rolling moment,which weakens the roll control effect,making UAV keep to yaw to the left with a small slope.Zhenbing LUO Zhijie ZHAO Jiefu LIU Xiong DENG Mu ZHENG Hang YANG Qingyang CHEN Shiqing LI 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,8:7
5Clinical diagnosis and treatment of alpha-fetoprotein-negative small hepatic lesions显示文摘Objective: We examined 103 cases over the last five years and discussed diagnosis and treatment of alpha- fetoprotein (AFP)-negative small hepatic lesions. Background: Small hepatic lesions (less than 2 cm in diameter) usually have no typical imaging characteristics and therefore are difficult to diagnose, especially when AFP tests provide a negative result. Methods: A total of 103 patients with AFP-negative small hepatic lesions from January 2003 to December 2008 were retrospectively reviewed. Differential diagnosis was performed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA), dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI), contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), or positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) based on the multiplicity of lesions. Ninety-four patients with suspected cancers underwent partial hepatectomy. Clinical data were collected from hospital records and follow-up questionnaires. Results: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) diagnostic sensitivity of DSA, DCE-MRI, CEUS and PET-CT was 88.2%, 93.9%, 88.9% and 88.9%, respectively. The surgery-related complication rate was 6.4%. Prognosis was good, with 1- and 3-year survival rates of 98.8% and 76.1%, respectively. Conclusions: DSA, DCE-MRI, CEUS and PET-CT are valuable for diagnosis of small hepatic lesions. Partial hepatectomy is a preferred surgical procedure. 7Development and molecular analysis of a novel acetohydroxyacid synthase rapeseed mutant with high resistance to sulfonylurea herbicides显示文摘With the increasing promotion of simplified rapeseed cultivation in recent years,the development of cultivars with high resistance to herbicides is urgently needed.We previously developed M342,which shows sulfonylurea herbicide resistance,by targeting acetohydroxyacid synthase(AHAS),a key enzyme in branched-chain amino acid synthesis.In the present study,we used a progeny line derived from M342 for an additional round of ethyl methane sulfonate mutagenesis,yielding the novel mutant DS3,which harbored two mutations in AHAS genes and showed high sulfonylurea resistance.One mutation was the substitution Trp574 Leu,as in M342,according to Arabidopsis protein sequencing.The other site was a newly recognized substitution,Pro197 Leu.A KASP marker targeting Pro197 Leu was developed and reliably predicted the response to sulfonylurea herbicides in the F2 population.The combination of Trp574 Leu and Pro197 Leu in DS3 produced a synergistic effect that greatly increased herbicide resistance.Analysis of the protein structures of AHAS1 and AHAS3 in wild-type and single-gene mutant plants revealed three-dimensional protein conformational changes that could account for differences in herbicide resistance characteristics including toxicity tolerance,AHAS enzyme activity,and AHAS gene expression.Yue Guo Changle Liu Weihua Long Jianqin Gao Jiefu Zhang Song Chen Huiming Pu Maolong Hu 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,1:3
8Microstructure evolution and precipitation behavior of low carbon steel hot strips produced by CSP显示文摘The microstructures of low carbon steel before, during and after rolling deformation of each stand were observed using optical microscope. The result showed that the microstructures were very fine after six passes rolling deformation. The effect of the first stand reduction on microstructure refinement was very distinct. During the rolling process, with the increase of the accumulated strain, the microstructures would further refine, and the density of dislocation would increase at the same time. 10Effect of renewed SS-cream on spinal somatosensory evokedpotential in rabbits显示文摘Aim:The effect of a renewed SS-cream (RSSC) on the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) was evaluated and compared with the original SS-cream (OSSC).Methods: Sixty male white New Zealand rabbits,weighing 2.5kg-3.0kg,were divided at random into 3 groups:the RSSC,OSSC and placebo groups.The spinal somatosensory evoked potential (SSEP) elicited by electric stimulation of the glans penis with disk electrode was investigated with an electrophysiograph (Poseidomn,Shanghai,China) before and 10,30 and 60 min after drug or placebo application on the glans.The Onset and the N1 latencies and the amplitude of SSEP were recorded and analyzed. Results:There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the mean Onset and N1 latency of SSEP among the 3 groups before drug application.Compared with the pre-application value,the mean Onset and N 1 latencies in the RSSC and OSSC groups were significantly prolonged at 10,30 and 60 min after treatment (P<0.05),while they were not significantly changed (P>0.05) in the placebo group.The mean Onset latency of RSSC at 10 and 30 min and that of OSSC at 30 min were significantly delayed (P<0.05) compared with the placebo group.The mean N1 latency of RSSC at 30 and 60 min and that of OSSC group at 30 min were also significantly delayed (P<0.05).Conclusion:RSSC delays the latencies of SSEP,suggesting a local desensitizing effect on the sensory receptor of the glans penis dorsal nerve,which provides the potential for PE treatment.The desensitizing effect of RSSC is higher than that of OSSC.( Asian J Androl 2004 Mar;6:15-18)LongTian Zhong-ChengXin HuaXin JieFu Yi-MingYuan Wu-JiangLiu ChunYang 2004Asian Journal of Andrology2004,6,1:2
11Polymer complexation for functional fibers显示文摘Polymer complex is a polymer association of different polymers with good miscibility resulting from the relatively strong intermolecular interactions or stereo match effect between polymer chains. Polymer complexes have been utilized in various fields, such as food, biomedical, cosmetic, and pharmacy. Fiber is one of the most important material forms, and shaping polymer complex into fiber will further extend its applications. This review briefly introduces the fundamentals of polymer complex, and then demonstrates the main approaches to produce polymer complex fibers(PCFs). Followed by, the modification of fibers with polymer complexes is presented. 18Grain refinement of low carbon steel produced by CSP process显示文摘In comparison with conventional production for hot strips, compact strip production (CSP) brings about some new microstructural phenomena. Investigations were carried out to clarify the grain refinement mechanism of low carbon steel strips produced by the EAF-CSP process. Samples, obtained from the same rolling stock during continuous rolling, were examined through SEM,TEM and XEDS. Thin slabs have a dominant columnar structure and the spacing of the secondary dendrite arms ranges from 90 to ~125 μm. The average grain sizes for the central area of the samples from the 1st to 6th pass are 41.6, 25.2, 21.4, 20.2, 13.1, 6.7 μm,respectively. Large number of nanometer oxide and sulfide have been found in the low carbon steel produced by the CSP process.The grain refinement mechanism can be summarized as follows: finer solidification structure of the thin slab; austenite recrystallization at higher temperature and stain accumulation at lower temperature caused by the great reduction of single rolling pass during continuous rolling; nano-scaled precipitates of sulfide and oxide which drag grain boundaries of austenite or ferrite to prevent the grain coarsening.XiangdongHuo DeluLiu YuanliWang NanjingChen YonglinKang JieFu 2004Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2004,11,2:1
