| 1 | THE DYNAMIC BEHAVIORS OF VISCOELASTIC PIPE CONVEYING FLUID WITH THE KELVIN MODEL显示文摘Based on the differential constitutive relationship of linear viscoelastic material,a solid-liquidcoupling vibration equation for viscoelastic pipe conveying fluid is derived by the D’Alembert’s principle.Thecritical flow velocities and natural frequencies of the cantilever pipe conveying fluid with the Kelvin model(flutter instability)are calculated with the modified finite difference method in the form of the recurrence for-mula.The curves between the complex frequencies of the first,second and third mode and flow velocity ofthe pipe are plotted.On the basis of the numerical calculation results,the dynamic behaviors and stability ofthe pipe are discussed.It should be pointed out that the delay time of viscoelastic material with the Kelvinmodel has a remarkable effect on the dynamic characteristics and stability behaviors of the cantilevered pipeconveying fluid,which is a gyroscopic non-conservative system. | Wang Zhongmin Zhao Fengqun Feng Zhenyu Liu Hongzhao | 2000 | Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2000,13,3: | 12 |
| 2 | Prediction of electrical contact endurance subject to micro-slip wear using friction energy dissipation approach显示文摘Fretting wear is a common cause of failure of an electrical contact(EC). In this study, we analyzed in detail the failure of EC induced especially by sliding using the representative electrical terminals. Furthermore, combining the friction energy dissipation theory, we proposed a prediction model to evaluate the electrical connector endurance(ECE) based on the contact stress and geometrical changes during the wear process obtained from a numerical model. The study helps establish that the friction energy dissipation theory is a powerful tool to analyze a contact failure due to wear. | 10 | Effect of Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride on Early Cognitive Function in Postoperative Elderly Patients显示文摘Purpose:to explore the effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride on early cognitive function in postoperative elderly patients.Methods:during December 2015 to November 2016,80 elderly patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as research object.Result:patients were randomly divided into two groups(control group and research group).On the basis of routine anesthetic induction,patients in research group took dexmedetomidine,in comparison,patients in control group took an equal dose of sodium chloride solution.The goal was to evaluate the anesthetic effect of those two methods.One hour before surgery,there was no significant difference in the MMSE score between the two groups(P>0.05).In research group,the MMSE scores at postoperative 1d and 3d were(23.8±2.4)and(27.1±2.0)respectively.In control group,the MMSE scores at postoperative 1d and 3d were(20.5±3.2)and(24.6±3.4)respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anesthesia time,awake time and extubation time between those two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:using dexmedetomidine in elderly patients after surgery can protect early cognitive function and improve the prognosis. | Wei Zhao Chongbin Gao Li Cui Fengqun Wang | 2018 | Journal of Advances in Medicine Science2018,1,2: | 0 |

| 12 | Genetic diversity and population structure of Leptosphaeria maculans isolates in Western Canada显示文摘Leptosphaeria maculans is a serious concern for canola production worldwide.For effective disease management,knowledge of the pathogen’s genetic variability and population structure is a prerequisite.In this study,whole-genome sequencing was performed for 162 of 1590 L.maculans isolates collected in the years 2007e2008 and 2012e2014 in Western Canada.DNA variants in genome-wide and specific regions including avirulence(Avr)genes were characterized.A total of 31,870 high-quality polymorphic DNA variants were used to study L.maculans genetic diversity and population structure.Cluster analysis showed that 150 isolates were clustered into 2 main groups and 4 subgroups by DNA variants located in either Avr or small secreted protein-encoding genes and into 2 main groups and 6 subgroups by genome-wide variants.The analysis of nucleotide diversity and differentiation also confirmed genetic variation within a population and among populations.Principal component analysis with genome-wide variants showed that the isolates collected in 2012e2014 were more genetically diverse than those collected in 2007e2008.Population structure analysis discovered three distinct sub-populations.Although isolates from Saskatchewan and Alberta were of similar genetic composition,Manitoba isolates were highly diverse.Genome-wide association study detected DNA variants in genes AvrLm4-7,Lema_T86300,and Lema_T86310 associated with the years of collection. | Qilin Chen Gary Peng Randy Kutcher Fengqun Yu | 2021 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,11: | 0 |
| 13 | Efficient Difference Schemes for the Caputo-Tempered Fractional Diffusion Equations Based on Polynomial Interpolation显示文摘The tempered fractional calculus has been successfully applied for depicting the time evolution of a system describing non-Markovian diffusion particles.The related governing equations are a series of partial differential equations with tempered fractional derivatives.Using the polynomial interpolation technique,in this paper,we present three efficient numerical formulas,namely the tempered L1 formula,the tempered L1-2 formula,and the tempered L2-1_(σ)formula,to approximate the Caputo-tempered fractional derivative of orderα∈(0,1).The truncation error of the tempered L1 formula is of order 2-α,and the tempered L1-2 formula and L2-1_(σ)formula are of order 3-α.As an application,we construct implicit schemes and implicit ADI schemes for one-dimensional and two-dimensional time-tempered fractional diffusion equations,respectively.Furthermore,the unconditional stability and convergence of two developed difference schemes with tempered L1 and L2-1_(σ)formulas are proved by the Fourier analysis method.Finally,we provide several numerical examples to demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis. | Le Zhao Can Li Fengqun Zhao | 2021 | Communications on Applied Mathematics and Computation2021,3,1: | 0 |
| 14 | Broadening the genetic base of Brassica juncea by introducing genomic components from B.rapa and B.nigra via digenomic allohexaploid bridging显示文摘A narrow genetic base has hindered improvement of Brassica juncea(A^(j)A^(j)B^(j)B^(j)).In this study,large-scale genomic components were introduced from diploid ancestor species into modern B.juncea using a digenomic hexaploid strategy.The hexaploids A^(j)A^(j)A^(r)A^(r)B^(j)B^(j) and A^(j)A^(j)B^(j)B^(j)B^(n)B^(n) were first developed from B.juncea×B.rapa(A^(r)A^(r))and B.juncea×B.nigra(B^(n)B^(n)),and then crossed with dozens of B.nigra and B.rapa,respectively.Both types of hexaploid showed high pollen fertility and moderate seed set throughout the S_(1) to S_(3) generations,and could be crossed with diploid progenitor species under field conditions,in particular for the combination of A^(j)A^(j)B^(j)B^(j)B^(n)B^(n)×B.rapa.Thirty A^(j)A^(r)B^(n)B^(j)-type and 31 A^(j)A^(r)B^(n)B^(j)-type B.juncea resources were generated,of which the A^(j)A^(r)B^(n)B^(j) type showed higher fertility.Of these new-type B.juncea resources,97 individual plants were genotyped with 42 simple sequence repeat markers,together with 16 current B.juncea accessions and 30 hexaploid plants.Based on 180 polymorphic loci,the new-type B.juncea resources and current B.juncea were separated clearly into distinct groups,with large genetic distance between the new-type B.juncea resources and current B.juncea.Our study provides a novel approach to introducing large-scale genomic components from diploid ancestor species into B.juncea. | Jiaqin Mei Jin Liu Fang Yue Yangui Chen Jiayi Ming Zhiyong Xiong Fengqun Yu Jiana Li Wei Qian | 2022 | The Crop Journal2022,10,3: | 0 |
