| 1 | Tongluo Digui decoction(通络地龟汤)treats renal injury in diabetic rats by promoting autophagy of podocytes显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Tongluo Digui decoction on renal injury and streptozotocin-induced podocyte autophagy in diabetic rats.METHODS:Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups:normal,model,Tongluo Digui decoction(high,medium,and low dose)and valsartan.Streptozotocin was injected intraperitoneally to replicate the diabetic animal model.After 8 weeks,proteinuria was evaluated to establish the diabetic nephropathy model.Treatments were administered daily via the intragastric route.At 16 weeks after gavage,we determined 24 h urine protein concentration,and blood glucose,serum creatinine,and urea nitrogen concentrations.Then,rats were sacrificed,and kidneys were harvested and stained with periodic acid-Schiff to evaluate the pathological changes in glomeruli,including glomerular podocytes by transmission electron microscopy.Western blot analysis was used to determine the expression of nephrin,podocin,p62,beclin-1,LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ,and p-m TOR/m TOR protein in kidney tissues.RESULTS:Compared with the model group,Tongluo Digui decoction was associated with decreases in 24 h urine protein concentration,and blood glucose,hemoglobin A1 c,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen concentrations,total serum protein and albumin.Concurrently,mesangial mesenteric broadening and fusion of foot processes were reduced,the glomerular basement membrane was not significantly thickened,and the number of podocytes and the number of autophagosomes in the podocytes was increased.Further,expression of nephrin,podocin,LC3Ⅱ,and beclin-1 protein in kidney tissue was up-regulated,while expression of p62 protein was down-regulated and m TOR phosphorylation was inhibited.CONCLUSION:Tongluo Digui decoction may inhibit the progression of diabetic nephropathy by inhibiting m TOR phosphorylation,thereby increasing autophagy to protect podocytes and reducing proteinuria. | HAN Jiarui ZHANG Yage SHI Xiujie PENG Zining XING Yufeng PANG Xinxin | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,1: | 9 |

| 3 | Simulation and experimental research of digital valve control servo system based on CMAC-PID control method显示文摘Digital valve control servo system is studied in this paper. In order to solve the system problems of poor control precision and slow response time,a CMAC-PID( cerebellar model articulation controller-PID) compound control method is proposed. This compound controller consists of two components: one is a traditional PID for the feedback control to guarantee stability of the system; the other is the CMAC control algorithm to form a feed-forward control for achieving high control precision and short response time of the controlled plant. Then the CMAC-PID compound control method is used in the digital valve control servo system to improve its control performance. | 4 | Recent advances and trends of heterogeneous electro-Fenton process for wastewater treatment-review显示文摘Electrochemical advanced oxidation processes (EAOPs) are effective and environmentally friendly for the treatment of refractory organic pollutants.Among EAOPs,heterogeneous electro-Fenton (EF) process with in-situ formation of hydrogen peroxide (H_(2)O_(2)) is an eco-friendly,cost-effective and easy-operable technology to generate hydroxyl radicals (;OH) with high redox potential.The generation of;OH is determined by the synergistic H_(2)O_(2)formation and activation.The surface catalytic mechanisms for H_(2)O_(2)activation in the heterogeneous EF process were discussed.Some required features such as heteroatom doping and oxygen groups for H_(2)O_(2)formation via selective two-electron oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) with carbonaceous electrode are summarized.The solid Fenton catalysts and integrated functional cathodes that widely used in heterogeneous EF for wastewater treatment are grouped into few classes.And the brief discussion on catalytic activity and stability of materials over different experimental conditions are given.In addition,the application of heterogeneous EF process on the remediation of emerging contaminants is provided.The challenges and future prospects of the heterogeneous EF processes about catalytic fall-off and multi-step/complex techniques for water purification are emphasized. | Zining Wang Mingyue Liu Fan Xiao Georgeta Postole Hongying Zhao Guohua Zhao | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,2: | 4 |
| 5 | Integrating 1D and 2D hydrodynamic,sediment transport model for dam-break flow using finite volume method显示文摘The purpose of this study is to set up a dynamically linked 1D and 2D hydrodynamic and sediment transport models for dam break flow.The 1D-2D coupling model solves the generalized shallow water equations,the non-equilibrium sediment transport and bed change equations in a coupled fashion using an explicit finite volume method.It considers interactions among transient flow,strong sediment transport and rapid bed change by including bed change and variable flow density in the flow continuity and momentum equations.An unstructured Quadtree rectangular grid with local refinement is used in the 2D model.The intercell flux is computed by the HLL approximate Riemann solver with shock captured capability for computing the dry-to-wet interface for all models.The effects of pressure and gravity are included in source term in this coupling model which can simplify the computation and eliminate numerical imbalance between source and flux terms.The developed model has been tested against experimental and real-life case of dam-break flow over fix bed and movable bed.The results are compared with analytical solution and measured data with good agreement.The simulation results demonstrate that the coupling model is capable of calculating the flow,erosion and deposition for dam break flows in complicated natural domains. | ZHANG MingLiang XU YuanYuan HAO ZiNing QIAO Yang | 2014 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,4: | 3 |
