1Coupled dynamic model of state estimation for hypersonic glide vehicle显示文摘Aiming at handling complicated maneuvers or other unpredicted emergencies for hypersonic glide vehicle tracking,three coupled dynamic models of state estimation based on the priori information between guidance variables and aerodynamics are presented. Firstly, the aerodynamic acceleration acting on the target is analyzed to reveal the essence of the target's motion.Then three coupled structures for modeling aerodynamic parameters are developed by different ideas: the spiral model with a harmonic oscillator, the bank model with trigonometric functions of the bank angle and the guide model with the changing rule of guidance variables. Meanwhile, the comparison discussion is concluded to show the novelty and advantage of these models.Finally, a performance assessment in different simulation cases is presented and detailed analysis is revealed. The results show that the proposed models perform excellent properties. 2Organic carbon accumulation capability of two typical tidal wetland soils in Chongming Dongtan,China显示文摘We measured organic carbon input and content of soil in two wetland areas of Chongming Dongtan(Yangtze River Estuary) to evaluate variability in organic carbon accumulation capability in different wetland soils.Observed differences were investigated based on the microbial activity and environmental factors of the soil at the two sites.Results showed that the organic carbon content of wetland soil vegetated with Phragmites australis(site A) was markedly lower than that with P.australis and Spartina alterniflora(site B).Sites differences were due to higher microbial activity at site A,which led to higher soil respiration intensity and greater carbon outputs.This indicated that the capability of organic carbon accumulation of the site B soils was greater than at site A.In addition,petroleum pollution and soil salinity were different in the two wetland soils.After bio-remediation,the soil petroleum pollution at site B was reduced to a similar level of site A.However,the culturable microbial biomass and enzyme activity in the remediated soils were also lower than at site A.These results indicated that greater petroleum pollution at site B did not markedly inhibit soil microbial activity.Therefore,differences in vegetation type and soil salinity were the primary factors responsible for the variation in microbial activity,organic carbon output and organic carbon accumulation capability between site A and site B.Shiping Zhang Lei Wang Jiajun Hu Wenquan Zhang Xiaohua Fu Yiquan Le Fangming Jin 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,1:11
3Approaching the minimum lattice thermal conductivity of p-type SnTe thermoelectric materials by Sb and Mg alloying显示文摘SnTe, as the nontoxic analogue to high-performance PbTe thermoelectric material, has captured the worldwide interest recently. Many triumphant instances focus on the strategies of band convergence, resonant doping, and nano-precipitates phonon scattering. Herein, the p-type SnTe-based materials Sn0.85-xSb0.15MgxTe (x=0-0.10) are fabricated and a combined effect of Sb and Mg is investigated. Sb alloying tunes the hole carrier concentration of SnTe and decreases the lattice thermal conductivity. Mg alloying leads to a nearly hundredfold rise of disorder parameter due to the large mass and strain fluctuations, and as a consequence the lattice thermal conductivity decreases further down to ~0.64Wm^-1K^-1 at 773K, close to the theoretical minimum of the lattice thermal conductivity (~0.50Wm^-1K^-1) of SnTe. In conjunction with the enhancement of the Seebeck coefficient caused by band convergence due to Mg alloying, the maximum zTmax reaches ~1.02 and the device zTdevice of ~0.50 at 773K for Sn0.79Sb0.15Mg0.06Te, suggesting this SnTe-based composition has a promising potential in intermediate temperature thermoelectric applications.Tiezheng Fu Jiazhan Xin Tiejun Zhu Jiajun Shen Teng Fang Xinbing Zhao 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,14:5

5Universally improving effect of mixed electron donors on the CO_2 fixing efficiency of non-photosynthetic microbial communities from marine environments显示文摘The universality of improved CO2 fixing upon the addition of mixed electron donors(MEDs)composed of Na2 S,NO2-,and S2O32-to non-photosynthetic microbial communities(NPMCs)obtained from 12 locations in four oceans of the world was validated. The CO2 fixing efficiencies of NPMCs were universally enhanced by MED compared with those obtained using H2 alone as electron donor,with average increase of about 276%. An increase in microbial inoculation concentration could increase the net amount of CO2 fixing to853.34 mg/L in the presence of MED. NO2-and S2O32-may play the roles of both electron acceptor and electron donor under aerobic conditions,which may improve the energy utilization efficiency of NPMC and enhance the CO2 fixation efficiency. The sequence determination of 16 S ribosomal deoxyribonucleic acid(rDNA) from 150 bacteria of NPMC showed that more than 50% of the bacteria were symbiotic and there were many heterotrophic bacteria such as Vibrio natriegens. These results indicate that NPMC acts as a symbiotic CO2 fixing system. 15Therapeutic Effect of Intragastric Administration of Jiangtang Shuxin Recipe Suspension on Diabetic Heart Failure in Rats and Its Mechanism显示文摘[Objectives]To observe the therapeutic effect of intragastric administration of Jiangtang Shuxin recipe on diabetic heart failure(DHF)in rats and to explore its mechanism.[Methods]Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups,with 10 rats in each group.DHF models were prepared in the low-dose group,high-dose group,Western medicine group,and model group except the control group.Rats in the low-dose and high-dose groups were given 1.0 and 1.5 g/(kg·d)Jiangtang Shuxin recipe suspension by gavage,respectively.Rats in the Western medicine group were given gliquidone and benazepril by gavage for 2 months,and were fed with high-fat diet.Rats in the control group were fed with ordinary diet.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),pathological morphology of myocardial tissue,NF-κB p65 protein and IκBαprotein were compared among groups.[Results]Compared with the control group,the levels of FBG,serum TG,LDL-C,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,CK-MB and LDH increased,while the level of serum HDL-C decreased.The myocardial tissue was seriously damaged,and the expression of NF-κB p65 protein increased,while the expression of IκBαprotein decreased in the other four gruops(all P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the levels of FBG,serum TG,LDL-C,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,CK-MB and LDH decreased,while the serum HDL-C level increased.The myocardial tissue damage was alleviated,and the expression of NF-κB p65 protein decreased,while the expression of IκBαprotein increased in the low-dose group,high-dose group and Western medicine group(all P<0.05).Compared with the Western medicine group,the levels of FBG,serum TG,LDL-C,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,CK-MB and LDH decreased,and the level of serum HDL-C increased in the high-dose group(all P<0.05).[Conclusions]Jiangtang Shuxin recipe has a therapeutic effect on DHF in rats,with the best effect in the high-dose group.It can not only alleviate high glucose and high fat state,but also reduce myocardial injury and inflammation,and improve the pathological morphology of myocardial cells.The mechanism may be related to its inhibition of NF-кB signaling pathway.Xiaofeng JIANG Jiajun CHEN Guangming HUANG Yaya SHEN Xianzhao FU 2024Medicinal Plant2024,15,2:0
163D S-wave velocity structure of the Ningdu basin in Jiangxi province inferred from ambient noise tomography with dense array显示文摘The Ningdu basin,located in southern Jiangxi province of southwest China,is one of the Mesozoic basin groups which has exploration prospects for geothermal energy.A study on the detailed velocity structure of the Ningdu basin can provide important information for geothermal resource exploration.In this study,we deployed a dense seismic array in the Ningdu basin to investigate the 3D velocity structure and discuss implications for geothermal exploration and geological evolution.Based on the dense seismic array including 35 short-period(5 s-100 Hz)seismometers with an average interstation distance of~5 km,Rayleigh surface wave dispersion curves were extracted from the continuous ambient noise data for surface wave tomographic inversion.Group velocity tomography was conducted and the 3D S-wave velocity structure was inverted by the neighborhood algorithm.The results revealed obvious low-velocity anomalies in the center of the basin,consistent with the low-velocity Cretaceous sedimentary rocks.The basement and basin-controlling fault can also be depicted by the S-wave velocity anomalies.The obvious seismic interface is about 2 km depth in the basin center and decreases to 700 m depth near the basin boundary,suggesting spatial thickness variations of the Cretaceous sediment.The fault features of the S-wave velocity profile coincide with the geological cognition of the western boundary basincontrolling fault,which may provide possible upwelling channels for geothermal fluid.This study suggests that seismic tomography with a dense array is an effective method and can play an important role in the detailed investigations of sedimentary basins.Long Teng Xiangteng Wang Chunlei Fu Feng Bao Jiajun Chong Sidao Ni Zhiwei Li 2023Earthquake Research Advances2023,3,1:0
17Bidirectional rectifier with gate voltage control based on Bi_(2)O_(2)Se/WSe_(2)heterojunction显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)WSe_(2)has received increasing attention due to its unique optical properties and bipolar behavior.Several WSe_(2)-based heterojunctions exhibit bidirectional rectification characteristics,but most devices have a lower rectification ratio.In this work,the Bi_(2)O_(2)Se/WSe_(2)heterojunction prepared by us has a typeⅡband alignment,which can vastly suppress the channel current through the interface barrier so that the Bi_(2)O_(2)Se/WSe_(2)heterojunction device has a large rectification ratio of about 10^(5).Meanwhile,under different gate voltage modulation,the current on/off ratio of the device changes by nearly five orders of magnitude,and the maximum current on/off ratio is expected to be achieved 106.The photocurrent measurement reveals the behavior of recombination and space charge confinement,further verifying the bidirectional rectification behavior of heterojunctions,and it also exhibits excellent performance in light response.In the future,Bi_(2)O_(2)Se/WSe_(2)heterojunction field-effect transistors have great potential to reduce the volume of integrated circuits as a bidirectional controlled switching device.Ruonan Li Fangchao Lu Jiajun Deng Xingqiu Fu Wenjie Wang He Tian 2024Journal of Semiconductors2024,45,1:0
18CT quantification of ventricular volumetric parameters based on semiautomatic 3D threshold-based segmentation in porcine heart and children with tetralogy of Fallot:accuracy and feasibility显示文摘background To investigate the accuracy and feasibility of CT in quantification of ventricular volume based on semiautomatic three-dimensional(3D)threshold-based segmentation in porcine heart and children with tetralogy of Fallot(TOF).Methods Eight porcine hearts were used in the study.The atria were resected and both ventricles of the eight porcine hearts were filled with solidifiable silica gel and performed CT scanning.The water displacement volume of silica gel casting mould was referred as gold standard of ventricular volume.Results of left and right ventricular volumes measured by CT were compared with reference standard.Twenty-three children diagnosed with TOF were retrospectively included.The ventricular volumetric parameters were assessed by cardiac CT before and 6 months after surgery.results Left ventricular and right ventricular volumes of porcine hearts measured by CT were highly correlated to casting mould(r=0.845,p=0.008;r=0.933,p=0.001),and there were no statistically significant differences(t=−1.059,p=0.325;t=−1.121,p=0.299).In children with TOF,right ventricular end-systole volumes 6 months after operation were higher than that before surgery,21.93±4.44 vs 19.80±4.52 mL/m^(2),p=0.001.Right ventricular ejection fractions 6 months after surgery were lower compared with that before surgery 59.79%±4.26%vs 63.05%±5.04%,p=0.000.Conclusions CT is able to accurately assess ventricular volumetric parameters based on semiautomatic 3D threshold-based segmentation.Both of the right and left ventricular volumetric parameters could be evaluated by CT in children with TOF.Jiajun Xu Yangfan Tian Jinhua Wang Weize Xu Zhuo Shi Jianzhong Fu Qiang Shu 2019World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2019,2,3:0
