| 5 | Tunable magneto-Seebeck effect in Co_(2)FeSi/MgO/Co_(2)FeSi heterostructure via optimized interfacial engineering显示文摘Enhancing the tunneling magneto-Seebeck(TMS) ratio and uncovering its underlying mechanism are greatly demanded in spin caloritronics.The magnitude and sign of the TMS effect depend on the type of atom and the stacking order of atoms at the interfaces.Herein,we demonstrate that TMS ratios can be effectively manipulated by altering heterogonous or homogeneous interface through decoration on the CoFeSi(001) surface inserted on the MgO insulating layers.The maximum TMS ratio of pure Co_(2)/O termination is 4565% at 800 K.Notably,the TMS ratio of the FeSi/O termination has two peak values,of which the maximum could reach up to-3290% at 650 K.By comparing two different atom arrangements at the interface,we reveal that the sign and symbol of the TMS ratio can be controlled by the temperature and different atomic configurations at the Co_(2)FeSi/MgO interface.Furthermore,the spin-Seebeck coefficient up to ~150 μV/K is also possible when we select suitable terminations and temperatures.These findings will provide useful insights into how to control the sign and symbol of the TMS ratio and accordingly stimulate the development field of magneto-thermoelectric power and spin caloritronic devices based on the magneto-Seebeck effect in Heusler-based metallic multilayers. | Jingyu Li Xianbiao Shi Yurong Jin Le Ma Liuming Wei Chi Zhang Hang Li Peng-Fei Liu | 2024 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2024,67,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Apoptosis of colon cancer CT-26 cells induced polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus and its phosphorylated derivative via intrinsic mitochondrial passway显示文摘In this study,the antitumor properties and the possible molecular mechanisms of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide(CP)and its phosphorylated derivative(P-CP)on CT-26 mouse colon carcinoma cells were investigated.Results found that CP had high inhibition ratio against CT-26 cells.The flow cytometry results found that CP treatment could cause the intracellular acidification,arrest the cell cycle in the S phase and increase reactive oxygen species generation.Additionally,CP treatment triggered mitochondrial membrane potential depolarization and Ca^(2+)overloading,and broke down the balance of antioxidant system,Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase and Ca^(2+)-ATPase.Further analysis found CP induced cell apoptosis through improving the activities of caspase-3 and caspase-9,and increasing the level of cytochrome C.Furthermore,the comparative study of antitumor effect on CT-26 cells displayed that the phosphorylation enhanced antitumor activities of polysaccharides.These results suggest CP is a potential natural therapeutic agent for colon cancer and phosphorylation represents an effective method of enhancing the antitumor activity of CP. | Liuming Xie Mingyue Shen Rong Huang Xuan Liu Yue Yu Hanyu Lu Jianhua Xie | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,5: | 0 |
| 7 | Release Profile of Nitrogen During Thermal Treatment of Waste Wood Packaging Materials显示文摘Wood packaging waste with a high recycling value is one of the main components of packaging waste.However,most research has been focused on natural wood,and less is known about the recycling of wood-based panel waste commonly used in packaging.This paper examined the pyrolysis of common urea-formaldehyde(UF)resin particleboard,including the decomposition characteristics of its nitrogen-containing adhesives,the product types,and how they are generated.The samples and pyrolysis products were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the UF resin was the main contributor to the release of ammonia(NH3)and hydrogen cyanide(HCN).At low temperatures,more NH3 was released than the HCN,and at high temperatures,the reverse was true.A high heating rate promoted the release of the NH_(3) and HCN.The UF resin and wood in the particleboard interacted and caused the release of the NH3 and HCN.These results provide a reference for further study of the thermochemical regeneration of wood-based packaging waste. | Jinsheng GOU Liuming SONG Hui LIU Dandan SHEN Wanxiao HU Wenliang WANG Xueyong REN Jianmin CHANG | 2019 | Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts2019,4,3: | 0 |
