| 1 | 犬粪便棘球绦虫抗原的双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验检测法建立与应用显示文摘目的研究双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测犬粪便棘球绦虫虫体抗原的方法并评价其在实际工作中的应用价值。方法实验犬12只,分实验组和对照组,实验组用活化绵羊源原头蚴(G1型)作人工感染;感染后0~8周内收集粪便,56d宰杀实验犬,收集成虫;制备成虫抗原和虫体代谢/分泌抗原,蛋白酶K处理抗原并分别免疫成年绵羊和新西兰白兔;绵羊抗血清用80%饱和硫酸铵沉淀、透析,兔抗血清过IgG亲和层析柱,分别获得纯化抗体;观察犬粪便在PBS液中-80℃冷冻3d或在含1%Formalin的PBS液中70℃~80℃加热8h的处理方法对检出结果的影响。运用该方法对四川省甘孜县达通玛区4个乡的580只家犬吡喹酮每6月一次驱虫前后的粪抗原进行监测。结果试验系统的敏感性为92.3%,特异性为80%;粪抗原从感染后的第2~3周可检出;两种样品处理方法都可以灭活虫卵但不影响检出效果;检测方法可同时用于对细粒棘球绦虫和多房棘球绦虫感染的诊断;达通玛区家犬粪抗原阳性率从2000年的50%下降到2005年的17%。结论检测方法具有较高的特异性和敏感性;推荐粪便用加热的方法处理可以灭活虫卵以防止生物污染;该方法可以在基层推广应用。 | 黄燕 Heath D David Antone J Christine 邱加闽 王谦 | 2008 | 预防医学情报杂志2008，24，6： | 22 |
| 2 | 四川省藏族牧区家犬棘球绦虫病流行病学调查研究(英文)显示文摘目的对四川省甘孜县达通玛藏族牧区家犬感染细粒棘球棘球绦虫和多房棘球棘球绦虫进行流行病学调查和评价感染风险因素。方法分别对甘孜县达通玛藏族牧区查龙、卡龙、大德和查扎等4乡的犬主进行问卷调查,了解家犬感染棘球绦虫的相关因素。剖检流浪犬,检测棘球绦虫感染率,并用此结果评价粪抗原-ELISA方法。用该方法检测家犬感染棘球绦虫的阳性率, 评价犬驱虫效果。用χ2 检验和方差分析对结果进行统计。结果 2000 年流浪犬棘球绦虫感染率为 60.9% (14/23) ,其中细粒棘球绦虫感染率为 26.1%(6/23),多房棘球绦虫感染率为 34.8% (8/23) 。粪抗原-ELISA 特异性为 80.0%, 敏感性为 92.3%。家犬粪抗原-ELISA 阳性率平均为 50% (290/580) 。从 2003 年起, 经每半年 1 次吡喹酮犬驱虫 (5 mg/kg) ,2005 年同一犬群粪抗原阳性率降为 17.0% (99/580) 。犬感染风险因素调查发现敞放犬粪抗原阳性率 [40.4% (65/161)] 明显高于半栓养犬 [白天拴养夜晚放养的犬 32.3% (109/337); 夜晚拴养白天放养的犬 29.2% (21/72)]及一直栓养的犬[20%(2/10)] (P<0.01) ; 主人缺乏防治相关知识的犬[38.1% (121/318)]和不进行驱虫的犬[47.7%(92/193)], 阳性率明显高于主人具有相关知识[28.6% ( 75/262)]和驱虫犬[20.4%(79/387)](P<0.05 和 P<0.01)。粪抗原-ELISA 阳性率与犬的年龄、性别和饲养家畜的种类无关。结论四川省甘孜县达通玛藏族牧区是家犬两种棘球绦虫病流行区。粪抗原-ELISA 法可用于检测犬棘球蚴病。犬敞放和不对犬驱虫, 以及牧民缺乏相关知识是造成家犬棘球蚴病传播、流行的重要原因。 | 黄燕 Heath D David 杨文 邱加闽 陈兴旺 杨筠 王谦 李调英 肖永富 邱东川 肖宁 陈发喜 格桑 色多 | 2008 | 中国寄生虫学与寄生虫病杂志2008，26，4： | 22 |

| 7 | Effects of the CNTF-collagen gel-controlled delivery system on rat neural stem/progenitor cells behavior显示文摘The injury of central nervous system (CNS) usually causes the cavity formation. Although transplantation of neural stem/precursor cells (NSPCs) into the lesioned area of CNS has been shown to be implicated in the functional restoration, the therapeutic result is limited by the poor survival of NSPCs as well as their insufficient proliferation and differentiation abilities. Type-1 collagen is considered as a candidate scaffold or drug delivery system to overcome the aforementioned obstacle. This study observed the effects of the CNTF (ciliary neurotrophic factor)-collagen gel-controlled delivery system and daily addition of soluble-form CNTF on the NSPC survival, migration, proliferation and differentiation. The results showed that, within 12 h of the initial co-culture, CNTF was released in a burst pattern, then the CNTF-collagen gel-controlled delivery system stably released CNTF for up to 12 d. The cell viability test, together with immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR and Western blotting, showed that the CNTF-collagen gel-controlled delivery system supported the NSPCs seeded on the surface of collagen gel survival and facilitated their migration and proliferation. The daily addition of soluble-form CNTF to the medium had similar effects to the CNTF-collagen gel-controlled delivery system, but large quantities of soluble-form CNTF were consumed during the entire process. Taken together, the CNTF-collagen gel-controlled delivery system not only provides a physical scaffold for the transplanted NSPCs to adhere and migrate, but also facilitates the NSPC survival, growth and proliferation, simultaneously reducing the consumption of the expensive growth factors. | 16 | Taxon sampling and the accuracy of phylogenetic analyses显示文摘Appropriate and extensive taxon sampling is one of the most important determinants of accurate phylogenetic estimation. In addition, accuracy of inferences about evolutionary processes obtained from phyloge-netic analyses is improved significantly by thorough taxon sampling efforts. Many recent efforts to improve phylogenetic estimates have focused instead on increasing sequence length or the number of overall characters in the analysis, and this often does have a beneficial effect on the accuracy of phylogenetic analyses. However, phylogenetic analyses of few taxa (but each represented by many characters) can be subject to strong systematic biases, which in turn produce high measures of repeatability (such as bootstrap proportions) in support of incor-rect or misleading phylogenetic results. Thus, it is important for phylogeneticists to consider both the sampling of taxa, as well as the sampling of characters, in designing phylogenetic studies. Taxon sampling also improves estimates of evolutionary parameters derived from phylogenetic trees, and is thus important for improved applica-tions of phylogenetic analyses. Analysis of sensitivity to taxon inclusion, the possible effects of long-branch attraction, and sensitivity of parameter estimation for model-based methods should be a part of any careful and thorough phylogenetic analysis. Furthermore, recent improvements in phylogenetic algorithms and in computa-tional power have removed many constraints on analyzing large, thoroughly sampled data sets. Thorough taxon sampling is thus one of the most practical ways to improve the accuracy of phylogenetic estimates, as well as the accuracy of biological inferences that are based on these phylogenetic trees. | Tracy A.
