1Update on prevention and screening of cervical cancer显示文摘Cervical cancer is the third most common cause of cancer in women in the world. During the past few decades tremendous strides have been made toward decreasing the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer with the implementation of various prevention and screening strategies. The causative agent linked to cervical development and its precursors is the human papillomavirus(HPV). Prevention and screening measures for cervical cancer are paramount because the ability to identify and treat the illness at its premature stage often disrupts the process of neoplasia. Cervical carcinogenesis can be the result of infections from multiple high-risk HPV types that act synergistically. This imposes a level of complexity to identifying and vaccinating against the actual causative agent. Additionally, most HPV infections spontaneously clear. Therefore, screening strategies should optimally weigh the benefits and risks of screening to avoid the discovery and needless treatment of transient HPV infections. This article provides an update of the preventative and screening methodsfor cervical cancer, mainly HPV vaccination, screening with Pap smear cytology, and HPV testing. 2Bone alterations in inflammatory bowel diseases显示文摘Inflammatory bowel diseases(IBDs)are characterized by a multifactorial partially unknown etiology that involves genetic,immunological and environmental factors.Up to 50%of IBD patients experience at least one extraintestinal manifestation;among them is the involvement of bone density which is referred to as metabolic bone disease(MBD),including osteopenia and osteoporosis.Bone alterations in IBDs population appear to have a multifactorial etiology:Decreased physical activity,inflammation-related bone resorption,multiple intestinal resections,dietary malabsorption of minerals and vitamin D deficiency,genetic factors,gut-bone immune signaling interaction,steroid treatment,microbiota and pathogenic micro-organisms interaction,and dietary malabsorption of minerals,that,all together or individually,may contribute to the alteration of bone mineral density.This review aims to summarize the prevalence and pathophysiology of metabolic bone alterations in IBD subjects outlining the main risk factors of bone fragility.We also want to underline the role of the screening and prophylaxis of bone alterations in Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis patients and the importance of treating appropriately MBD.Dolores Sgambato Francesca Gimigliano Cristiana De Musis Antimo Moretti Giuseppe Toro Emanuele Ferrante Agnese Miranda Domenico De Mauro Lorenzo Romano Giovanni Iolascon Marco Romano 2019World Journal of Clinical Cases2019,7,15:8

4含氨燃料预混火焰的层流火焰速度及NO排放特性显示文摘将甲烷或氢气与氨气共燃可以克服NH_(3)火焰的点火能量高、燃烧速度慢的缺点。为了解NH_(3)作为燃料的燃烧特性,对含NH_(3)燃料进行一维层流预混火焰数值模拟,研究其层流火焰速度及NO排放特性。采用文献中5个简化反应机理进行数值计算,发现Okafor机理模拟NH_(3)/CH_(4)/air火焰精度更高;Xiao机理模拟NH_(3)/H_(2)/air、NH_(3)/air精度适中,计算时间较短。此外,开展了当量比、燃料混合物组分比例、压力等参数对含NH_(3)燃料燃烧时烟气中NO浓度影响的研究。研究发现:含NH_(3)燃料燃烧时NO主要通过OH、H、O自由基和O_(2)分子的消耗而生成,主要通过与NH_(i)(i=0,1,2)自由基反应消耗;含NH_(3)燃料在富燃状态下燃烧可有效减少NO排放,但富燃燃烧效率低,可采用富燃-贫燃分级燃烧技术来提高燃烧效率,同时保持NO的低排放;掺有较多NH_(3)的含NH_(3)燃料在中高压下燃烧时可有效减少NO排放。毛晨林 王平 Prashant Shrotriya 何宏凯 Antonio Ferrante 2021化工学报2021,72,10:6
5新型双旋流燃烧室热声振荡的实验研究显示文摘对一新型双旋流燃烧室开展了实验测量,研究了燃烧状态参数2种变化过程对火焰热声振荡特性的影响(过程1:保持甲烷体积流量不变,当量比从0.900逐步减小至0.725再逐步增大至0.925;过程2:保持当量比为0.850不变,逐步增大预混气的体积流量)。结果表明:在该燃烧室中存在M型和V型2种火焰结构;在过程1中,随着当量比减小,火焰由不稳定的M型转变为稳定的V型,其后,随着当量比增大,又逐渐转变为M型,存在明显的滞环现象;在过程2中,仅在初始流量下存在明显的热声振荡现象,随着流量增大,火焰变得稳定;基于压力脉动信号的功率谱特性分析和相空间重构分析,发现该双旋流燃烧室内热声振荡主频率分布于400.0和256.0 Hz左右。何祖强 王平 Meenatchidevi Murugesan Antonio Ferrante 李伟超 姜霖松 2021实验流体力学2021,35,1:4
6Precise Agriculture:Effective Deep Learning Strategies to Detect Pest Insects显示文摘Pest insect monitoring and control is crucial to ensure a safe and profitable crop growth in all plantation types,as well as guarantee food quality and limited use of pesticides.We aim at extending traditional monitoring by means of traps,by involving the general public in reporting the presence of insects by using smartphones.This includes the largely unexplored problem of detecting insects in images that are taken in noncontrolled conditions.Furthermore,pest insects are,in many cases,extremely similar to other species that are harmless.Therefore,computer vision algorithms must not be fooled by these similar insects,not to raise unmotivated alarms.In this work,we study the capabilities of state-of-the-art(SoA)object detection models based on convolutional neural networks(CNN)for the task of detecting beetle-like pest insects on nonhomogeneous images taken outdoors by different sources.Moreover,we focus on disambiguating a pest insect from similar harmless species.We consider not only detection performance of different models,but also required computational resources.This study aims at providing a baseline model for this kind of tasks.Our results show the suitability of current SoA models for this application,highlighting how FasterRCNN with a MobileNetV3 backbone is a particularly good starting point for accuracy and inference execution latency.This combination provided a mean average precision score of 92.66%that can be considered qualitatively at least as good as the score obtained by other authors that adopted more specific models.Luca Butera Alberto Ferrante Mauro Jermini Mauro Prevostini Cesare Alippi 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,2:3
