| 1 | EFFECT OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITION ON RETAINED AUSTENITE IN TRIP STEEL显示文摘The systematic chemical compositions including common C, Si, Mn, Al, and micro- alloying elements of Ti and Nb were designed for high volume fraction of retained austenite as much as possible. The thermo-cycle experiments were conducted by using Gleeble 2000 thermo-dynamic test machine for finding the appropriate composition. The experimental results showed that chemical composition had a significant effect on retained austenite, and the appropriate compositions were determined for commercial production of TRIP steels. | Y. | 2 | Al_(80)Ni_6Y_8Co_4Cu_2 GLASS ALLOYS CONTAINING NANOSCALEPARTICLES BY ISOTHERMAL ANNEALING OR QUENCHING显示文摘Al80Ni6 Y8 Co4 Cu2 amorphous ribbons were isothermally annealed and a mixed structure consisting of α-Al particle with a size of less than 15nm and Al3Ni compound with a size of about 30nm was obtained. The crystallization kinetics of Al80Ni6 Y8 Co4 Cu2 amorphous alloy shows that the precipitation of α-Al particles is the growth process controlled by diffusion of the solute elements rejected from the growing crystals. By quenching at different cooling rates, a mixed structure consisting of nanoscale α-Al particles and the remaining glass matrix or structure consisting of nanoscale particle (Al phase or Al3Ni compound) with a size of about 100nm was formed. The addition of Co elements and Cu elements to Al-Ni-Y alloy systems increases the glass formation ability of the alloy and the thermal stability of the supercooled liquid region against crystallization, which results from significant difference of atomic size, strong bonding nature among constituent elements and the low diffisivity of the solute elements due to the concentration gradient in the growing front of crystals. | Z. | 5 | EFFECTS OF LINEAR ELECTROMAGNETIC STIRRING ON THE SOLIDIFICATION STRUCTURE OF BILLET显示文摘The effects of linear electromagnetic stirring(EMS) on the solidification structure of billet were investigated by experiments, and the electromagnetic fields and flow fields during the stirring process were analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the billet of almost 100% equiaxed grains can be obtained by applying linear EMSat the maximum intensity of 1414A.H/z1/2, while the maximum electromagnetic force and the maximum velocity in the molten steel are 6386N.m-3 and 0.22m.s-1, respectively. It is presented that the pulsating electromagnetic force perpendicular to the movement of the molten steel, is an important factor of increasing the equiaxed zone ratio in the solidification structure, which further prevents the appearance of white band and internal defects. | H.L. | 6 | THREE-DIMENSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND HOMOGENIZATION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD IN SOFT-CONTACT CONTINUOUS CASTING MOLD显示文摘The three-dimensional electromagnetic characteristics and non-uniform distribution of electromagnetic field in soft-contact mold have been analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the maximum electromagnetic flux density is found in front of slit; the electromagnetic flux density becomes large as coil current and slit number increase. In a certain frequency range, the electromagnetic flux density increases with increasing frequency; and the frequency range is different with changing of azimuthal position along inner wall of mold. The uniformity of electromagnetic field is effected mainly by frequency and mold structure parameters. Increasing slit number and adjusting slit arrangement position can improve the electromagnetic flux density and the uniformity of electromagnetic field. | 7 | 长江口冲淤交替及变化趋势显示文摘The morphological changing trend of the Yangtze Estuary,the largest estuary of Asia,has become a focus of research in recent years.Based on a long series of topographic data from 1950 to 2015,this paper studied the erosion-deposition pattern of the entire Yangtze Estuary.An alternation between erosion and deposition was found during the past 65 years,which was in correspondence to the alternation between flood and dry periods identified by multi-year average duration days of high-level water flow(defined as discharge≥60,000 m 3/s,namely,D≥60,000)from the Yangtze River Basin.A quantitative relationship was further developed between the erosional/depositional rate of the Yangtze Estuary and the interpreting variables of yearly water discharge,D≥60,000 and yearly river sediment load,with contributing rates of 1%,59%and 40%,respectively.Mechanism behind the alternate erosion and deposition pattern was analyzed by examining residual water surface slope and the corresponding capacity of sediment transport in flood and dry periods.In flood periods,a larger discharge results in steeper slope of residual water level which permits a greater capacity of sediment transport.Therefore,more bed materials can be washed to the sea,leading to erosion of the estuary.In contrast,flatter slope of residual water level occurs in dry periods,and deposition dominates the estuarine area due to the decreased capacity of sediment transport and the increased backwater effect of flood-tide.Coastal dynamics and estuarine engineering projects alter the local morphological changes,but slightly affect the total erosional/depositional rate of the whole estuarine region.Heavy sedimentation within the Yangtze Estuary after the impoundment of the Three Gorges Dam can be attributed to the reduced occurrence frequency of flood years due to water regulation by the dam,and largely(at least 36%-52%)sourced from the sea.Deposition is still possible to occur in the Yangtze Estuary in the future,because the multi-year average D≥60,000 is unlikely to exceed the critical value of 14 days/yr which corresponds to the future equilibrium state of the Yangtze Estuary,under the water regulation of the large cascade dams in the upper Yangtze.Nevertheless,the mean depositional rate will not surpass the peak value of the past years,since the total sediment load entering the Yangtze Estuary has presented a decreasing trend. | 朱博渊 李义天 岳遥 杨云平 梁恩航 张春财 BORTHWICK Alistair G.L. | 2020 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2020,30,1: | 4 |
