1商陆(Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.)的锰耐性和超积累显示文摘超积累植物的确证对成功实施重金属污染环境植物修复是必不可少的。通过野外调查和营养液培养试验 ,研究超积累植物商陆 (PhytolaccaacinosaRoxb )的锰富集特性 ,结果表明 ,商陆对生长介质中的Mn具有很强的耐性和累积能力。商陆在锰含量高达 114× 10 3 mgkg-1的尾矿废弃地上依然生长良好 ,叶锰含量最高达 19 3× 10 3 mgkg-1。温室培养条件下 ,当生长介质中Mn浓度为 8 0 0 0mmolL-1时 ,虽然其生物量与对照相比有所降低 ,但植株仍能生长。随着生长介质中Mn浓度的升高 ,商陆叶和茎的Mn含量逐渐增加 ,生物富集系数则逐渐降低 ,但是地上部分锰积累量则先增加后减少。当Mn浓度为 5 0 0 0mmolL-1时 ,商陆地上部分锰积累量达到最大值 2 5 8 2mgplant-1;当Mn浓度为 12 0 0 0mmolL-1时 ,商陆仍能完成整个生命周期 ,叶锰含量达到最大值 36 4× 10 3 mgkg-1,生物富集系数为 5 5。不同锰供应水平下 ,商陆吸收的锰有87%~ 95 %被转移到地上部分。这进一步验证商陆的锰超积累特性 ,为利用超积累植物对大面积污染土壤实施植物修复提供了有力证据 。薛生国 陈英旭 骆永明 Roger D Reeves 林琦 2004土壤学报2004,41,6:47
2贡嘎山东坡的鸟类多样性和区系显示文摘经过7年5次野外系统调查并综合有关文献,贡嘎山东坡分布有鸟类336种,其中,留鸟204种(60.7%),夏候鸟89种(26.5%),冬候鸟18种(5.4%),旅鸟25种(7.4%);东洋界物种205种(61.0%),古北界物种105种(31.3%),广布种26种(7.7%);雀形目Passeriformes鸟类245种(72.9%);繁殖鸟类293种(87.2%)。本地区有国家Ⅰ级重点保护鸟类3种,国家Ⅱ级重点保护鸟类29种;横断山-喜马拉雅地区特有鸟类53种;CITES附录Ⅰ鸟类3种,附录Ⅱ鸟类25种;世界自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录濒危鸟类1种,易危鸟类2种。研究发现,东洋界物种的海拔分布下限平均、上限平均、中点平均和海拔跨度平均都低于古北界物种,但仅海拔分布中点平均和上限平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),体现了东洋界和古北界物种对高海拔环境适应能力的不同可能与其不同的生物地理演化历史有关;东洋界占优势的特有种(51/53)海拔分布下限平均、中点平均和上限平均显著高于非特有物种,体现出东洋界特有种对高山环境的适应也许与其特有化过程有关。贡嘎山东坡鸟类丰富度在中海拔1 800~2 800 m的落叶阔叶混交林和针阔叶混交林中最高,在高海拔和低海拔物种丰富度较低,物种丰富度呈中峰模式,鸟类生态群落随植物群落结构变化而呈现一定的垂直生态替代规律。吴永杰 何兴成 Shane G.DuBay Andrew Hart Reeve Per Alstrom 周华明 和梅香 雍凡 张文文 雷富民 冉江洪 2017四川动物2017,36,6:22

5预防保健:围产期妇幼保健中缺失的一环显示文摘1 The need to extend and expand the maternal,neonatal and child health (MNCH) continuum to include preconception health The provision of care along the MNCH continuum is currently the core strategy for reducing maternal,neonatal and infant mortality [1-5]. Yet,gaps in the MNCH continuum persist. Reductions in maternal mortality have stagnated in many parts of the world. With the lowering of infant and child mortality,approximately 40% of infant deaths now occur in the neonatal period [6]. Strong scientific evidence indicates that improving women's health before pregnancy would result in better maternal and neonatal health outcomes-specifically,fewer pregnancy complications and a reduction in rates of birth defects,fetal loss,low birth weight and preterm delivery [7]. The WHO estimates that 19% of all maternal deaths are due indirectly to preexisting medical conditions [8]. Furthermore,early prenatal care is too late to prevent many adverse birth outcomes,as organogenesis is completed during the critical first weeks of pregnancy,often before a woman knows that she is pregnant [9]. 8Elevational patterns of bird species richness on the eastern slope of Mt.Gongga,Sichuan Province,China显示文摘Background:In biological systems,biological diversity often displays a rapid turn-over across elevations.This defining feature has made mountains classic systems for studying the spatial variation in diversity.Because patterns of elevational diversity can vary among lineages and mountain systems it remains difficult to extrapolate findings from one montane region to another,or among lineages.In this study,we assessed patterns and drivers of avian diversity along an elevational gradient on the eastern slope of Mt.Gongga,the highest peak in the Hengduan Mountain Range in central China,and a mountain where comprehensive studies of avian diversity are still lacking.Methods:We surveyed bird species in eight 400-m elevational bands from 1200 to 4400 m a.s.l.between 2012 and 2017.To test the relationship between bird species richness and environmental factors,we examined the relative importance of seven ecological variables on breeding season distribution patterns:land area(LA),mean daily temperature(MDT),seasonal temperature range(STR),the mid-domain effect(MDE),seasonal precipitation(SP),invertebrate biomass(IB) and enhanced vegetation index(EVI).Climate data were obtained from five local meteorological stations and three temperature/relative humidity smart sensors in 2016.Results:A total of 219 bird species were recorded in the field,of which 204 were recorded during the breeding season(April–August).Species richness curves(calculated separately for total species,large-ranged species,and smallranged species) were all hump-shaped.Large-ranged species contributed more to the total species richness pattern than small-ranged species.EVI and IB were positively correlated with total species richness and small-ranged species richness.LA and MDT were positively correlated with small-ranged species richness,while STR and SP were negatively correlated with small-ranged species richness.MDE was positively correlated with large-ranged species richness.When we considered the combination of candidate factors using multiple regression models and model-averaging,total species richness and large-ranged species richness were correlated with STR(negative) and MDE(positive),while small-ranged species richness was correlated with STR(negative) and IB(positive).Conclusions:Although no single key factor or suite of factors could explain patterns of diversity,we found that MDE,IB and STR play important but varying roles in shaping the elevational richness patterns of different bird species categories.Model-averaging indicates that small-ranged species appear to be mostly influenced by IB,as opposed to large-ranged species,which exhibit patterns more consistent with the MDE model.Our data also indicate that the species richness varied between seasons,offering a promising direction for future work.Xingcheng He Xiaoyi Wang Shane DuBay Andrew Hart Reeve Per Alstrom Jianghong Ran Qiao Liu Yongjie Wu 2019Avian Research2019,10,1:3
9Comparison between wave generation methods for numerical simulation of bimodal seas显示文摘This paper describes an investigation of the generation of desired sea states in a numerical wave model. Bimodal sea states containing energetic swell components can be coastal hazards along coastlines exposed to large oceanic fetches. Investigating the effects of long-period bimodal seas requires large computational domains and increased running time to ensure the development of the desired sea state. Long computational runs can cause mass stability issues due to the Stokes drift and wave reflection, which in turn affect results through the variation of the water level. A numerical wave flume, NEWRANS, was used to investigate two wave generation methods: the wave paddle method, allowing for a smaller domain; and the internal mass source function method, providing an open boundary allowing reflected waves to leave the domain.The two wave generation methods were validated against experimental data by comparing the wave generation accuracy and the variance of mass in the model during simulations. Results show that the wave paddle method not only accurately generates the desired sea state but also provides a more stable simulation, in which mass fluctuation has less of an effect on the water depth during the long-duration simulations. 11Exohiss wave enhancement following substorm electron injection in the dayside magnetosphere显示文摘Exohiss is a low-frequency structureless whistler-mode emission potentially contributing to the precipitation loss of radiation belt electrons outside the plasmasphere. Exohiss is usually considered the plasmaspheric hiss leaked out of the dayside plasmapause.However, the evolution of exohiss after the leakage has not been fully understood. Here we report the prompt enhancements of exohiss waves following substorm injections observed by Van Allen Probes. Within several minutes, the energetic electron fluxes around 100 keV were enhanced by up to 5 times, accompanied by an up to 10-time increase of the exohiss wave power. These substorm-injected electrons are shown to produce a new peak of linear growth rate in the exohiss band(< 0.1 f_(ce)). The corresponding path-integrated growth rate of wave power within 10° latitude of the magnetic equatorial plane can reach 13.4, approximately explaining the observed enhancement of exohiss waves. 19A Level Set Immersed Boundary Method for Water Entry and Exit显示文摘The interaction between free surface flow and structure is investigated using a new level set immersed boundary method.The incorporation of an improved immersed boundary method with a free surface capture scheme implemented in a Navier-Stokes solver allows the interaction between fluid flow with free surface and moving body/bodies of almost arbitrary shape to be modelled.A new algorithm is proposed to locate exact forcing points near solid boundaries,which provides an accurate numerical solution.The discretized linear system of the Poisson pressure equation is solved using the Generalized Minimum Residual(GMRES)method with incomplete LU preconditioning.Uniform flow past a cylinder at Reynolds number Re=100 is modelled using the present model and results agree well with the experiment and numerical data in the literature.Water exit and entry of a cylinder at the prescribed velocity is also investigated.The predicted slamming coefficient is in good agreement with experimental data and previous numerical simulations using a ComFlow model.The vertical slamming force and pressure distribution for the free falling wedge is also studied by the present model and comparisons with available theoretical solutions and experimental data are made.Yali Zhang Qingping Zou Deborah Greaves Dominic Reeve Alison Hunt-Raby David Graham Phil James Xin Lv 2010Communications in Computational Physics2010,8,7:2
