1克罗恩病:CT小肠成像、MR小肠成像和小肠灌肠造影的比较显示文摘目的前瞻性比较CT和MR小肠成像及小肠灌肠造影3种检查方法发现克罗恩病病人活动性小肠炎症和肠外并发症的准确性。方法机构伦理审查委员会批准本研究计划,并所有参与者知情同意。对连续31例克罗恩病或疑有克罗恩病的病人行CT和MR小肠成像、小肠灌肠造影和回肠结肠镜检查。2位独立的阅片者回顾CT和MR小肠成像及小肠灌肠造影影像以确定活动性末端回肠炎和肠道外并发症的存在。以回结肠镜检查结果作为参考标准,利用受试者工作特性曲线方法来评估CT和MR小肠成像及小肠灌肠造影确定活动性末端回肠炎的准确度。S.S. 4A STUDY ON ALUMINIDE COATINGS ON TiAl ALLOYS BY PACKCEMENTATION METHOD显示文摘The halide-activated pack cementation method is utilized to deposit aluminide coat- ings on TiAl alloys. Emphasis is placed on the effect of alloying elements on the aluminizing behavior of TiAl alloy. The addition of a small amount of Nb or Cr in the TiAl improves significantly the aluminizing kinetics of TiAl alloys by increasing the solid-state division of Al through the formation of stable TiAl3 layer. The TiAl3 layer formed on the TiAl alloyed with Nb or Cr has better toughness than the TiAl3 formed on the non-alloyed TiAl. The reason for better toughness of the coating formed on TiAl is that partial TiAl3 with tetragonal structure was changed to high symmetry cubic L12 structure since Nb or Cr was dissolved into TiAl3. The TiAl3 layer formed on the TiAl alloyed with Nb or Cr has much better oxidation resistance than the TiAl3 layer formed on the non-alloyed TiAl. It is attributed to change in the crystal structure of TiAl3 from the brittle tetragonal DO22 to the ductile cubic L12 by addition of small amount of Nb or Cr.C.G. Zhou, H.B. Xu and S.K. 5A COMPUTERIZED SYSTEM ON KINETIC ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF GAS/SOLID REACTIONS显示文摘The present paper presents the structure, features and functions of a computerized system on kinetic analysis and evaluation of gas/solid reactions, KinPreGSR. KinPreGSR is a menu driven system, can be operated with MS Windows as workbench in a PC computer. It has been developed using visual C++ with FoxPro hybrid coding technique.KinPreGSR combines the characteristics of gas/solid reactions with the kinetic models as well as mass and heat transfer equations. The database files were established for the apparent activation energies of some reduction and decomposition reactions to allow the prediction of the reaction kinetics to some extents. Outputs can be displayed using graphical or numerical forms. Examples regarding the oxide reduction and carbonate decomposition under isothermal conditions are given to show those functions.J.H. 9Combustion synthesis and luminescence characteristic of rare earth activated LiCaBO_3显示文摘Lithium calcium borate (LiCaBO3) polycrystalline thermoluminescence (TL) phosphor doped with rare earth (Tb3+ and Dy3+) elements was synthesized by novel solution combustion synthesis. The reaction produced very stable crystalline LiCaBO3:D(D=Tb3+ and Dy3+) phosphors. These rare earth doped phosphors material showed maximum TL sensitivity with favorable glow curve shape. TL glow curve of X-ray irradiated that LiCaBO3:Tb3+ and LiCaBO3:Dy3+ samples showed two major well-separated glow peaks. The TL sensitivity of these phosphors to X-ray radiation was comparable with that of TLD-100(Harshaw). Photoluminescence spectra of LiCaBO3:Tb3+ and LiCaBO3:Dy3+ showed the characteristic Tb3+ and Dy3+ peaks respectively. TL response to X-ray radiation dose was linear up to 25 Gy.N.S. Bajaj S.K. 10EFFECTS OF CARBON CONTENT AND ROLLING PROCESSING ON RETAINED AUSTENITE FOR HOT-ROLLED TRIP STEELS显示文摘The effects of finishing rolling temperature and coiling temperature on retained austen-ire were studied for hot-rolled transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steels withdifferent carbon content. The experimental results showed that an appropriate volumefraction of retained austenite from 6% to 11% could be obtained according to the dif-ferent carbon content less than 0.20% by controlled finishing rolling and coiling forthe hot-rolled TRIP steels. It can be concluded that carbon content has a significanteffect on the fraction of retained austenite and coiling processing plays stronger roleon retaining austenite than fishing rolling processing.Y. 11CODEPOSITION OF ALUMINUM AND SILICON ON PURE MOLYBDENUM SUBSTRATE USING HALIDE ACTIVATED PACK CEMENTATION TREATMENTS显示文摘A multi-component diffusion coating has been developed to protect Mo-based alloys from high temperature environmental attack. Aluminum addition was made during the coating process to improve the oxidation resistance by developing hexagonal Mo(Si, Al)2 through the development of the halide activated pack cementation coating process on pure Mo substrate. The results show that Mo(Si, Al)2 formed as a main phase on the surface and a little amount of Mo5Si3 also formed. The total thickness of coating is tens ofμm at 1373K. During the cyclic oxidation test at high temperature(at about 1323K in air), mullite (3Al2O3.2SiO2) and some SiO2 formed. The addition of Al is beneficial for MoSi2 coating and the Al-doped coating exhibited only a small weight gain and protected the Mo substrate, while the MoSi2 coating without Al suffered a significant weight loss, indicating a loss of volatile MoO3 after cycles.J.L. 13In Silico Characterization and Homology Modeling of Thylakoidbound Ascorbate Peroxidase from a Drought Tolerant Wheat Cultivar显示文摘Ascorbate peroxidase,a haem protein (EC 1.11.1.11),efficiently scavenges hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in cytosol and chloroplasts of plants.In this study,a fulllength coding sequence of thylakoid-bound ascorbate peroxidase cDNA (TatAPX) was cloned from a drought tolerant wheat cultivar C306.Homology modeling of the TatAPX protein was performed by using the template crystal structure of chloroplastic ascorbate peroxidase from tobacco plant (PDB: 1IYN).The model structure was further refined by molecular mechanics and dynamic methods using various tools such as PROCHECK,ProSA and Verify3D.The predicted model was then tested for docking with H2O2,the substrate for TatAPX enzyme.The results revealed that Arg233 and Glu255 in the predicted active site of the enzyme are two important amino acid residues responsible for strong hydrogen bonding affinity with H2O2,which might play an important role in scavenging of H2O2 from the plant system.A. 14Study on kinetics of thermal decomposition of low LOI goethetic hematite iron ore显示文摘In the present study, the kinetics of thermal decomposition of hydrated minerals associated in natural hematite iron ores has been investigated in a fixed bed system using isothermal methods of kinetic analysis. Hydrated minerals in these hematite iron ores are kaolinite, gibbsite and goethite, which contribute to the loss on ignition(LOI) during thermal decomposition. Experiments in fixed bed have been carried out at variable bed depth(16, 32, 48 and 64 mm),temperature(400-1200 ℃) and residence time(30,45, 60 and 75 min) for iron ore samples. It is observed that beyond a certain critical bed depth(16 mm), 100% removal of LOI is not found possible even at higher temperature and higher residence time. Most of the solid-state reactions of isothermal kinetic analysis have been used to analyze the reaction mechanism. The raw data are modified to yield fraction reacted 'α' versus time and used for developing various forms of 'α' functions.f(α) is the inverse of first derivative of g(α) with respect to α. The study demonstrates that decomposition of hydrated mineral in hematite follows the chemical kinetics.The estimated activation energy values in all the experimental situations are found to high, of the order of 60 kJ/mol, reinstating that the reactions are indeed controlled by moving phase boundary and random nucleation.Beuria P.C. 20Effects of Sr^(2+) substitution on the structural, dielectric, and piezoelectric properties of PZT-PMN ceramics显示文摘This study described the structural,dielectric,and piezoelectric behavior of Pb1-x Sr x[(Zr0.52Ti0.48)0.95(Mn1/3Nb2/3)0.05]O3ceramics(PSZT-PMN,x=0,0.025,0.050,and 0.075),prepared by a semi-wet route.X-ray diffraction,dielectric,and piezoelectric investigations were carried out to analyze the crystal structure.The relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss were both calculated as the functions of temperature.The room-temperature dielectric constant reaches a maximum for a Sr2+-modified PZT-PMN ceramic with an x value of 0.050,which corresponds to the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB).Raman spectroscopy studies also confirm the existence of this MPB for x=0.050.The piezoelectric strain coefficients(d33)value shows a maximum response for this composition.In addition,the phase transition temperature decreases significantly when the Sr2+concentration increases in the PZT-PMN ceramics.Arvind Kumar S.K.
