1连续5年施用氮肥和羊粪的内蒙古羊草(Leymus chinensis)草原土壤颗粒状有机质特征显示文摘【目的】颗粒状土壤有机质(particulate organic matter,POM)是土壤有机质比较活跃的成分,受施肥、耕作及管理等多种因素的影响,本文研究连续5年施用氮肥和羊粪对内蒙古草原围栏封育的表层土壤颗粒状有机质的含量及其化学结构的影响。【方法】采用物理分组法获得游离态颗粒状有机质(FPOM)和包被态颗粒状有机质(OPOM),并用13C核磁共振法测定其化学结构。【结果】施用氮肥的土壤pH值降低了0.25~0.78个单位,微生物量碳降低了13%~27%,POM含量没有明显变化;而施用羊粪的土壤pH提高了0.47~0.59个单位,微生物量碳提高了19%,POM大幅度提高,特别是FPOM最多提高了96%。OPOM的化学结构几乎不受施肥的影响,但FPOM的化学结构在一定程度上受到施肥特别是羊粪的影响,烷基碳增多,而羰基碳减少。【结论】长期施肥特别是有机肥料,不仅引起草原土壤颗粒状有机质含量的变化,还导致其化学结构的改变,FPOM组分变化更加明显。郑海霞 齐莎 赵小蓉 李贵桐 Koebl Angelika 林启美 2008中国农业科学2008,41,4:19
2氮肥和羊粪对内蒙古典型草原土壤多糖含量及组成的影响显示文摘采用三氟乙酸(TFA)水解、糖醇乙酸酯衍生、气相色谱法测定土壤多糖含量,研究了内蒙古羊草草原围栏封育并连续5年施用氮肥和羊粪的表层土壤的多糖含量和组成特征。结果表明:长期施用氮肥显著降低土壤多糖含量6%~19%;施用羊粪显著提高土壤多糖含量20%。施氮肥或羊粪都降低了(半乳糖+甘露糖)(/阿拉伯糖+木糖)(GM/AX)和甘露糖/木糖(M/X)的比例,表明施肥降低了微生物多糖对土壤多糖的贡献,但是施氮肥的土壤降低幅度大于施羊粪的土壤。这表明,长期施氮肥和羊粪都将改变土壤多糖含量和组成。郑海霞 齐莎 Kolbl Angelika 赵小蓉 李贵桐 林启美 2008土壤通报2008,39,6:16
3广义象棋盘中的马步哈密顿圈问题及其实证研究显示文摘国际象棋中骑士旅游圈问题一直是图论中吸引众多国内外学者关注的研究问题 ,但到目前为止仍然是一个未完全解决的难题之一。特别是对 m×n,m≠n的广义象棋盘中是否存在骑士旅游圈的问题研究得更少 ,如中国象棋 9× 1 0的棋盘中的马步哈密顿圈的解就尚无相关的报导。本文利用作者研制的算法 ,给出了中国象棋9× 1 0棋盘中的马步哈密顿圈的解和 5× 6,6× 6,7× 6,5× 8,6× 8,7× 8,5× 1 0 ,6× 1 0 ,7× 1 0 ,8× 1 0 ,9× 1 0 ,9× 8和 9× 6这 1 3个被称为根棋盘中的马步哈密顿圈的解 ,并提出了用这 1 3个根棋盘构造更大棋盘中的马步哈密顿圈的方法。结果证明了在广义象棋 m× n棋盘中 ,当 m和 n均大于等于 5 ,且 m乘 n的积为偶数时 ,均存在马步哈密顿圈 。宁宣熙 Angelika Ning 2004南京航空航天大学学报2004,36,3:7
4Stimulation of p38 MAPK by hormal preconditioning with atrial natriuretic peptide显示文摘AIM:Stress-activated signaling pathways responsible for hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury and their modulation by protective interventions are widely unknown.Preconditioning of rat livers with Atrial Natriuretic Peptide(ANP)attenuates ischemia reperfusion injury(Gerbes et al.Hepatology1998,18:1309-1317),SinANP has recently been shown to be a regulator of the p38MAPKpathway in endothelial cells(Kiemer et al.CircRes2002,90:874-881).aim of this thudy was to investigate activities of MAPK during ischemia and reperfusion and effects of ANP on MAPK.METHODS:Rat livers were perfused with KH-buffer in the presence or absence of ANP for 20min,kept in cold UWsloution for 24h,and reperfused forupto120min,Activities of p38MAPKand JNKwas determined by in vitro phosphorylation assays using MBP and c-jun as substrates.After SDS/PAGE electrophoresis,gels were quantified by phosphorimaging.RESULTS:Activity of p38MAPKin control organs decreased in the course of ischemia and reperfusion by85%,whereas ANPincreased p38 activity by up to 30-fold.JNKactivation of control livers increased in the course of ischemia and reperfusion by up to three-fold.This increase in JNK activrity was slightly elevated in ANP preconditioned organs.CONCLUSION:This work represents a systematic investigation of MAPK activation during liver ischemia and reperfusion.Employing ANP,for the first time a pharmacological approach to modulate these central signal transduction molecules is presented.Alexandra K. 6肾形肾状线虫(Rotylenchulus reniformis)浙江杭州群体形态学和分子特性及寄主范围显示文摘肾形肾状线虫(Rotylenchulus reniforrnis)是一种重要的蔬菜线虫,寄主范围和分布很广。本文根据形态学特征和形态测量将来自浙江省杭州市蔬菜上的肾状线虫群体鉴定为肾形肾状线虫,为浙江省首次报道。该群体的形态学特征及形态测量值与模式标本基本吻合,个别形态测量值(比值)有变异。通过对该肾形肾状线虫群体的rDNA中ITS区和编码28SRNA基因中的D2D3区的PCR扩增和序列测定,明确二序列长度分别为808bp和786bp;序列分析发现该群体ITS序列与肾形肾状线虫种内一些两性生殖群体的亲缘关系较近,同源性高达99.5%~100%,而与一孤雌生殖群体同源性为92.4%;编码28SRNA基因中的D2D3区与已报道群体的同源性达到99.4%,相似度较高;本研究还发现杭州肾形肾状线虫群体的寄主涉及11个科16个属的果蔬。张燕 MATAFEO Angelika 石红利 郑经武 2011植物病理学报2011,41,1:4
7Blood glucose response after oral intake of lactulose in healthy volunteers:A randomized,controlled,cross-over study显示文摘AIM To investigate possible changes of blood glucose levels after oral intake of lactulose in healthy subjects.METHODS The study was performed as prospective, randomized, two-part study with 4-way cross-over design with n = 12 in each study arm. Capillary blood glucose levels were determined over a time period of 180 min after intake of a single dose of 10 g or 20 g lactulose provided as crystal or liquid formulation. During the manufacturing process of lactulose, impurities with sugars(e.g., lactose, fructose, galactose) occur. Water and 20 g glucose were used as control and reference. Because lactulose is used as a functional food ingredient, it may also be consumed by people with impaired glucose tolerance, including diabetics. Therefore, it is of interest to determine whether the described carbohydrate impurities may increase blood glucose levels after ingestion. RESULTS The blood glucose concentration-time curves after intake of 10 g lactulose, 20 g lactulose, and water were almost identical. None of the three applications showed any changes in blood glucose levels. After intake of 20 g glucose, blood glucose concentration increased by approximately 3 mmol/L(mean Cmax = 8.3 mmol/L), reaching maximum levels after approximately 30 min and returning to baseline within approximately 90 min, which was significantly different to the corresponding 20 g lactulose formulations(P < 0.0001). Comparing the two lactulose formulations, crystals and liquid, in the dosage of 10 g and 20 g, there was no difference in the blood glucose profile and calculated pharmacokinetic parameters despite the different amounts of carbohydrate impurities(1.5% for crystals and 26.45% for liquid). Anyhow, the absolute amount of single sugars was low with 0.3 g in crystals and 5.29 g in liquid formulation in the 20 g dosages. Lactulose was well tolerated by most volunteers, and only some reported mild to moderate mainly gastrointestinal side effects. 15Comprehensive treatment of complicated plantar ulcers in leprosy显示文摘Objective To investigate feasible treatment methods for plantar ulcers in leprosy patients according to the agreement between the Ministry of Health (MOH) of China and the Leprosy Mission International (LMI).Methods A total of 2599 complicated foot ulcers in 1804 leprosy cases underwent surgic treatment. Plastic fixation and supports were used, dressings were changed regularly, and protective footwear and modified insoles were provided.Results Of the 2599 foot ulcers 1446 (55.64%) healed. The cure rate of the patients treated in leprosy hospitals was 71.31%, with 219 (15.15%) recurrences of foot ulcers. The recurrence rate of those who lived at home was 18.35%.Conclusions Comprehensive treatment of foot ulcers has a high cure rate and a low recurrence rate. 20Emission of BTEX and PAHs from molding sands with furan cold setting resins containing different contents of free furfuryl alcohol during production of cast iron显示文摘At present, furan resin is the largest selling no-bake system of moulding sands. The most commonly used furan no-bake binders(FNB) are condensation products of furfuryl alcohol(FA) urea, formaldehyde and phenol. They are generally cured by exposure to organic sulfonic acids. FNB provide excellent mold and core strength, cure rapidly and allow the sand to be reclaimed at fairly high yields, generally 75%-80%, especially in applications where due allowance is made for the need to keep total sulfur content below 0.1%. However, due to probable carcinogenic properties of furfuryl alcohol, the EU Directive limits the content of this substance(in a monomer form in resin) to 25%. The classification of furfuryl alcohol and the resulting furan resin products has changed from 'harmful' to 'toxic by inhalation'. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of free furfuryl alcohol content in the resin on the emission of harmful substances from the BTEX(Benzene Toluene Ethylbenzene & Xylene) and PAHs(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon) group exposed to high temperature and how it affects the emissions allowance of reclaimed sand in the matrix. Three resins from a leading manufacturer were examined, which contain a free furfuryl alcohol content of 71%-72%, about 50% and < 25%, respectively. The hardener for each resin was 65% aqueous solution of paratoluenesulfonic acid. Tests were carried out in semi-industrial conditions where liquid cast-iron was poured into sample sand mold at 1,350 °C. The matrix of the studied sands was reclaimed in the amount of 0, 50%, 100%, respectively.With the increase of free furfuryl alcohol content, the volume of evolved gases decreased. For all resins the main component from the BTEX group dominating in the emitted gases was benzene; however toluene also appeared in the amount of a few percentages. In contrast, ethylbenzene and xylenes occurred only in the gases emitted from resin-bonded sands with the largest furfuryl alcohol content. The increase in the share of reclaimed sands resulted in very significant increase in the volume of gas generated and participation of benzene in these gases. In terms of emission of compounds from the PAHs group virtually for all resins, the total content of these substances was comparable(within the limits of error).
