| 3 | 哀牢山-红河剪切带左行走滑作用起始时间约束--点苍山高温糜棱岩的显微构造与热年代学证据显示文摘位于哀牢山-红河剪切带NW延伸方向上的点苍山变质杂岩体遭受强烈的左行走滑剪切变形、变质作用改造,岩石中保存了典型的高温矿物组合以及由它们构成的宏观和微观高温变形构造特征,其中糜棱岩中具有极其发育的长石矿物拉伸线理而形成典型的L与LS型构造岩是其一个明显的特征。本文对点苍山地区高温糜棱岩主要矿物开展了显微构造与矿物变形、变形机制及组构分析,并对于遭受高温糜棱岩化改造的一个花岗质岩体开展了SHRIMP锆石U-Pb定年分析。结果表明岩石中长石、角闪石、石英等主要矿物具有典型的达角闪岩相条件下的高温晶质塑性变形和动态生长特征,它们也为走滑剪切变形活动提供了充分的微观构造证据。对于点苍山高温糜棱岩化改造的眼球状或似斑状二长花岗岩的显微构造分析结果表明,这套花岗质岩石从走滑剪切前期岩浆的侵位之后经历了早期强烈的岩浆期后交代作用—亚岩浆流动—高温固态塑性剪切变形的递进演化过程。由此可见,岩浆的上升与就位受左行走滑剪切作用的制约,岩体又遭受了强烈剪切变形改造。同时对这套构造前期就位花岗质岩石中的锆石进行定年分析,获得33.88±0.32Ma的岩浆结晶年龄,为此,我们有充分的理由认为,在点苍山地区哀牢山-红河剪切带左行走滑剪切作用的起始时间至少应该为早渐新世30.88±0.32Ma。 | 曹淑云 刘俊来 Bernd LEISS Axel VOLLBRECHT 邹运鑫 赵春强 | 2009 | 地质学报2009,83,10: | 42 |

| 5 | 云南昆阳磷矿黑色页岩微量元素特征及其地质意义显示文摘昆阳磷矿是我国下寒武统黑色页岩中赋存的最大的磷块岩矿床。为了探讨磷块岩及上覆黑色页岩的源区性质及古海洋的氧化还原环境,本文对梅树村组中谊村段的磷块岩、石岩头段的黑色页岩以及筇竹寺组玉案山段的砂质黑色页岩的地层剖面进行了岩石地球化学研究。发现昆阳剖面磷矿区的下寒武统黑色页岩Th-Zr和Th-Y/Ho比值以及Y-Y/Ho比值与陆源碎屑物质更为接近,石岩头段黑色页岩样品的稀土元素总量平均为174×10-6,与大陆壳稀土总量的平均丰度基本一致。稀土配分模式也十分类似,说明陆源碎屑物质来源比海水自生来源占的比重更大。受陆源碎屑物质的影响,Ni/Co,V/Cr和V/(V+Ni)等氧化还原敏感元素比值并不能很好的指示古海洋的沉积环境。但石岩头段黑色页岩的氧化还原敏感元素相对大陆壳具有一定程度的富集,并且富集程度不强烈,Ce具有轻微的负异常,反映了黑色页岩可能形成于次氧化环境。 | 徐林刚 Bernd LEHMANN 张锡贵 郑伟 孟庆田 | 2014 | 岩石学报2014,30,6: | 30 |
| 6 | Experimental study on dehydration melting of natural biotite-plagioclase gneiss from High Himalayas and implications for Himalayan crust anatexis显示文摘Here we present the results of dehydration melting, melt morphology and fluid migration based on the dehydration melting experiments on natural bio-tite-plagioclase gneiss performed at the pressure of 1.0-1.4 GPa, and at the temperature of 770-1028℃. Experimental results demonstrate that: (i) most of melt tends to be distributed along mineral boundaries forming 'melt film' even the amount of melt is less than 5 vol%; melt connectivity is controlled not only by melt topology but also by melt fraction; (ii) dehydration melting involves a series of subprocesses including subsoiidus dehydration reaction, fluid migration, vapor-present melting and vapor-absent melting; (iii) experiments produce peraluminous granitic melt whose composition is similar to that of High Himalayan leucogranites (HHLG) and the residual phase assemblage is Pl+Qz+ Gat+Bio+Opx±Cpx+IIm/Rut±Kfs and can be comparable with granulites observed in Himalayas. | 8 | Feasibility and safety of autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell transplantation in patients with advanced chronic liver disease显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the safety and feasibility of bone marrow cell (BMC) transplantation in patients with chronic liver disease on the waiting list for liver transplantation. METHODS: Ten patients (eight males) with chronic liver disease were enrolled to receive infusion of autologous bone marrow-derived cells. Seven patients were classified as Child-Pugh B and three as Child-Pugh C. Baseline assessment included complete clinical and laboratory evaluation and abdominal MRI. Approximately 50 ml of bone marrow aspirate was prepared by centrifugation in a ficoll-hypaque gradient. At least of 100 millions of mononuclear-enriched BMCs were infused into the hepatic artery using the routine technique for arterial chemoembolization for liver tumors. Patients were followed up for adverse events up to 4 mo. RESULTS: The median age of the patients was 52 years (range 24-70 years). All patients were discharged 48 h after BMC infusion. Two patients complained ofmild pain at the bone marrow needle puncture site. No other complications or specific side effects related to the procedure were observed. Bilirubin levels were lower at 1 (2.19 ± 0.9) and 4 mo (2.10 ± 1.0) after cell transplantation that baseline levels (2.78 ± 1.2). Albumin levels 4 mo after BMC infusion (3.73 ± 0.5) were higher than baseline levels (3.47 ± 0.5). International normalized ratio (INR) decreased from 1.48 (SD = 0.23) to 1.43 (SD = 0.23) one month after cell transplantation. CONCLUSION: BMC infusion into hepatic artery of patients with advanced chronic liver disease is safe and feasible. In addition, a decrease in mean serum bilirubin and INR levels and an increase in albumin levels are observed. | 13 | Split liver transplantation: Current developments显示文摘In 1988, Rudolf Pichlmayr pioneered split liver transplantation(SLT), enabling the transplantation of one donor liver into two recipients-one pediatric and one adult patient. In the same year, Henri Bismuth and colleagues performed the first full right/full left split procedure with two adult recipients. Both splitting techniques were rapidly adopted within the transplant community. However, a SLT is technically demanding, may cause increased perioperative complications, and may potentially transform an excellent deceased donor organ into two marginal quality grafts. Thus, crucial evaluation of donor organs suitable for splitting and careful screening of potential SLT recipients is warranted. Furthermore, the logistic background of the splitting procedure as well as the organ allocation policy must be adapted to further increase the number and the safety of SLT. Under defined circumstances, in selected patients and at experienced transplant centers, SLT outcomes can be similar to those obtained in full organ LT. Thus, SLT is an important tool to reduce the donor organ shortage and waitlist mortality, especially for pediatric patients and small adults. The source of the organic matter in the sediment was mainly from autochthonous phytoplankton, therefore the significances of proxies can be interpreted as that high TOC, TOC/TS, HI and δ13Corg values, low TC, TIC values corresponded to warm and wet climatic condition, and vice versa. The process of climatic development in the Zigê Tangco region was hence recovered. During the early and Mid-Holocene, the climate was warm and wet and intensive cold events occurred during the periods of 8600 to 8400 cal a BP and 7400 to 7000 cal a BP. In the second half of Holocene, the climate became cold and dry gradually. The palaeoclimatic process during Holocene in Zigê Tangco region matched well with that in Co Ngoin region which is ca 40 km to the south-east. Therefore this palaeoclimatic process represents the Holocene climatic feature in the Central Tibetan Plateau which has the same pattern in the Northern Tibetan Plateau, but the time and duration of some climatic events might be different.
