1基于网络数据文本分析的目的地形象维度分异研究——以南京为例显示文摘随着Web2.0技术的发展,网络文本已成为目的地形象研究的重要数据来源。本文选取南京作为案例地,以马蜂窝游客对南京的10 077条在线评论文本为数据,运用网络大数据文本挖掘法、词频统计法和共现网络法,分析得出目的地形象维度重要性存在差异,旅游吸引物是第一层次,公共基础设施是第二层次,休闲和娱乐、旅游环境和地方氛围是第三层次,旅游基础设施是第四层次。其次,南京感知形象中突出的认知成分源于旅游吸引物和公共基础设施维度的感知,而情感形象为正面,并产生了一定的意动形象,形成了网络口碑效应。此外,南京整体形象主要源于旅游吸引物和公共基础设施维度的感知,进一步验证了感知维度的重要性存在差异。本文验证了旅游形象的相关理论,丰富了旅游大数据研究方法,并可为南京旅游形象建设和发展提供科学依据。徐菲菲 剌利青 Ye Feng 2018资源科学2018,40,7:88

3A prospective randomized trial of transnasal ileus tube vs nasogastric tube for adhesive small bowel obstruction显示文摘AIM:To study the therapeutic efficacy of a new transnasal ileus tube advanced endoscopically for adhesive small bowel obstruction.METHODS:A total of 186 patients with adhesive small bowel obstruction treated from September 2007 to February 2011 were enrolled into this prospective randomized controlled study.The endoscopically advanced new ileus tube was used for gastrointestinal decompression in 96 patients and ordinary nasogastric tube(NGT) was used in 90 patients.The therapeutic efficacy was compared between the two groups.RESULTS:Compared with the NGT group,the ileus tube group experienced significantly shorter time for relief of clinical symptoms and improvement in the findings of abdominal radiograph(4.1 ± 2.3 d vs 8.5 ± 5.0 d) and laboratory tests(P < 0.01).The overall effectiveness rate was up to 89.6% in the ileus tube group and 46.7% in the NGT group(P < 0.01).And 10.4% of the patients in the ileus tube group and 53.3% of the NGT group underwent surgery.For recurrent adhesive bowel obstruction,ileus tube was also significantly more effective than NGT(95.8% vs 31.6%).In the ileus tube group,the drainage output on the first day and the length of hospital stay were significantly different depending on the treatment success or failure(P < 0.05).The abdominal radiographic improvement was correlated with whether or not the patient underwent surgery.CONCLUSION:Ileus tube can be used for adhesive small bowel obstruction.Endoscopic placement of the ileus tube is convenient and worthy to be promoted despite the potential risks.Xiao-Li Chen Feng Ji Qi Lin Yi-Peng Chen Jian-Jiang Lin Feng Ye Ji-Ren Yu Yi-Jun Wu 2012World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,16:46
4Combined detection tumor markers for diagnosis and prognosis of gallbladder cancer显示文摘AIM:To clarify the value of combined use of markers for the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer and prediction of its prognosis.METHODS:Serum cancer antigens(CA)199,CA242,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),and CA125 levels were measured in 78 patients with gallbladder cancer(GBC),78 patients with benign gallbladder diseases,and 78 healthy controls using electrochemiluminescence.CA199,CA242,CEA,and CA125 levels and positive rates were analyzed and evaluated pre-and postoperatively.Receiver operator characteristic curves were used to determine diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of GBC.Survival time analysis,including survival curves,and multivariate survival analysis of a Cox proportional hazards model was performed to evaluate independent prognostic factors.RESULTS:Serum CA242,CA125,and CA199 levels in the GBC group were significantly higher when compared with those in the benign gallbladder disease and healthy control groups(P<0.01).With a single tumor marker for GBC diagnosis,the sensitivity of CA199 was the highest(71.7%),with the highest specificity being in CA242(98.7%).Diagnostic accuracy was highest with a combination of CA199,CA242,and CA125(69.2%).CA242 could be regarded as a tumor marker of GBC infiltration in the early stage.The sensitivity of CA199 and CA242 increased with progression of GBC and advanced lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The78 GBC patients were followed up for 6-12 mo(mean:8 mo),during which time serum CA199,CA125,and CA242 levels in the recurrence group were significantly higher than in patients without recurrence(P<0.01).The post-operative serum CA199,CA125,and CA242levels in the non-recurrence group were significantly lower than those in the GBC group(P<0.01).Multivariate survival analysis using a Cox proportional hazards model showed that cancer of the gallbladder neck and CA199 expression level were independent prognostic factors.CONCLUSION:CA242 is a marker of GBC infiltration in the early stage.CA199 and cancer of the gallbladder neck are therapeutic and prognostic markers.Yun-Feng Wang Fei-Ling Feng Xu-Hong Zhao Zhen-Xiong Ye He-Ping Zeng Zhen Li Xiao-Qing Jiang Zhi-Hai Peng 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,14:37
5Screening test for anti-Helicobacter pylori activity of traditional Chinese herbal medicines显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the anti-Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) activity of 50 traditional Chinese herbal medicines in order to provide the primary evidence for their use in clinical practice.METHODS:A susceptibility test of water extract from 50 selected traditional Chinese herbal medicines for in vitro H.pylori Sydney strain 1 was performed with broth dilution method.Anti-H.pylori activity of the selected Chinese herbal medicines was evaluated according to their minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC).RESULTS:The water extract from Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Scutellariae and Radix isatidis could significantly inhibit the H.pylori activity with their MIC less than 7.8 mg/mL,suggesting that traditional Chinese herbal medicines have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects and can thus be used in treatment of H.pylori infection.CONCLUSION:Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Scutellariae and Radix isatidis are the potential sources for the synthesis of new drugs against H.pylori.Feng Ma Ye Chen Jing Li He-Ping Qing Ji-De Wang YaLi Zhang Yang Bai Bei-Guo Long 2010World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,44:34
6Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy:a meta-analysis of 16 randomized controlled trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE:This meta-analysis was performed to systematically assess the efficacy and safety of the Chinese herbal medicine Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(HGWWD) for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.DATA SOURCES:Six electronic databases,including the Cochrane Library,MEDLINE database,Chinese Biomedical Database,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Chinese Science and Technique Journals Database,and the Wanfang Database,were search ed on the internet for randomized controlled trials published up until 1 December 2015.The search terms included 'Chinese herbal medicine','diabetic peripheral neuropathy' and 'randomized controlled trials' in Chinese and in English.DATA SELECTION:We included randomized controlled trials using HGWWD/modified HGWWD for the treatment group,without restriction for the control group.We assessed literature quality in accordance with the Cochrane Review Handbook.A random or a fixed effects model was used to analyze outcomes using Rev Man 5.2 software.OUTCOME MEASURES:The primary outcomes were changes in symptoms and nerve conduction velocities.The secondary outcomeswere fasting blood glucose and hemorheological indexes.RESULTS:Sixteen randomized controlled trials,with a total of 1,173 patients,were included.Meta-analysis revealed that the efficacy of HGWWD for diabetic peripheral neuropathy was significantly superior compared with the control treatment(i.e.,control group)(risk ratio = 0.36,95% confidence interval(CI):0.29–0.46,Z =8.33,P < 0.00001) Compared with the control group,there was an increase in median motor nerve conduction velocity(mean difference(MD) = 3.46,95%CI:1.88–5.04,Z = 4.30,P < 0.01) and median sensory nerve conduction velocity(MD = 3.30,95%CI:2.04–4.56,Z = 5.14,P < 0.01).There was also an increase in peroneal motor nerve conduction velocity(MD = 3.22,95%CI:2.45–3.98,Z = 8.21,P < 0.01) and peroneal sensory nerve conduction velocity(MD = 3.05,95%CI:2.01–4.09,Z = 5.75,P < 0.01) in the treatment groups.No significant difference in fasting blood glucose was found between the treatment groups and the control groups(MD =-0.12,95%CI:-0.42–0.19,Z = 0.76,P = 0.45).Plasma viscosity was significantly decreased after treatment(MD =-0.11,95%CI:-0.21 to-0.02,Z = 2.30,P = 0.02).No significant difference in fibrinogen was detectable(MD =-0.53,95%CI:-1.28–0.22,Z = 1.38,P = 0.17).Four trials reported that treatment groups experienced no adverse reactions.Adverse events were not mentioned in the other 12 trials.No trial reported the incidence of complications,quality of life outcomes,or health economics.CONCLUSION:HGWWD treatment improves diabetic neurologic symptoms and ameliorates nerve conduction velocities.Our study suggests that HGWWD may have significant therapeutic efficacy for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.However,the methodological quality of the randomized controlled trials was generally low.Larger and better-designed randomized controlled trials are required to more reliably assess the clinical effectiveness of HGWWD.Bing Pang Tian-yu Zhao Lin-hua Zhao Fang Wan Ru Ye Qiang Zhou Feng Tian Xiao-lin Tong 2016Neural Regeneration Research2016,11,8:32

Evidence is found for the northward subduction of the northwest marginal lithosphere of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its collision with Tarim lithosphere beneath the West Kunlun Mountains. 12Clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms: a multicenter study in South China显示文摘Background: Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms(GEP-NENs) are a heterogeneous group of rare tumors. Many issues in terms of epidemiologic features, pathogenesis, and treatment of GEP-NENs are still under discussion. Our study aimed to analyze the clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis of Chinese patients with GEP-NENs.Methods: Complete clinicopathologic data and survival information of 1183 patients with GEP-NENs treated between 2005 and 2015 were collected from five medical centers in Guangdong Province, China. Patient survival was estimated using the Kaplan–Meier method and analyzed using the log-rank test; prognostic factors were analyzed using the Cox proportional hazards model.Results: The most common tumor location was the rectum(37.4%), followed by the pancreas(28.1%), stomach(20.7%), small intestine(7.2%), appendix(3.4%), and colon(3.3%). After initial definitive diagnosis, 1016(85.9%) patients underwent surgery. The 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival(OS) rates for the entire cohort were 87.9%, 78.5%, and 72.8%, respectively. The 3-year OS rates of patients with G1, G2, and G3 tumors were 93.1%, 82.7%, and 43.1%, respectively(P < 0.001). The 3-year OS rates of patients with stage I, II, III, and IV tumors were 96.0%, 87.3%, 64.0%, and 46.8%, respectively(P < 0.001). Patients with distant metastasis who underwent palliative surgery had a longer survival than those who did not(P = 0.003). Similar survival benefits of palliative surgery were observed in patients with neuroendocrine tumor(P y, M category, and sur= 0.031) or neuroendocrine carcinoma(P gery were found to be independent prog= 0.046). In multivariate analysis, age, grade, N categornostic factors.Conclusions: Patients with GEP-NENs who are women, younger than 50 years old, have smaller tumor size, have lower tumor grade, have lower T/N/M category, and who undergo surgery can have potentially longer survival time. Our data showed that surgery can improve the prognosis of GEP-NEN patients with distant metastasis. 15Changes in distribution and microstructure of bauxite residue aggregates following amendments addition显示文摘Bauxite residue is a highly alkaline byproduct which is routinely discarded at residue disposal areas. Improving soil formation process to revegetate the special degraded lands is a promising strategy for sustainable management of the refining industry. A laboratory incubation experiment was used to evaluate the effects of gypsum and vermicompost on stable aggregate formation of bauxite residue. Aggregate size distribution was quantified by fractal theory, whilst residue microstructure was determined by scanning electron microscopy and synchrotron-based X-ray micro-computed tomography. Amendments addition increased the content of macro-aggregates(> 250 μm) and enhanced aggregate stability of bauxite residue. Following gypsum and vermicompost addition, fractal dimension decreased from 2.84 to 2.77, which indicated a more homogeneous distribution of aggregate particles. Images from scanning electron microscopy and three-dimensional microstructure demonstrated that amendments stimulate the formation of improved structure in residue aggregates. Pore parameters including porosity, pore throat surface area, path length, and path tortuosity increased under amendment additions. 16Isolation and characterization of dengue virus serotype 2 from the large dengue outbreak in Guangdong, China in 2014显示文摘Dengue has been well recognized as a global public health threat,but only sporadic epidemics and imported cases were reported in recent decades in China.Since July 2014,an unexpected large dengue outbreak has occurred in Guangdong province,China,resulting in more than 40000 patients including six deaths.To clarify and characterize the causative agent of this outbreak,the acute phase serum from a patient diagnosed with severe dengue was subjected to virus isolation and high-throughput sequencing(HTS).Traditional real-time RT-PCR and HTS with Ion Torrent PGM detected the presence of dengue virus serotype 2(DENV-2).A clinical DENV-2 isolate GZ05/2014 was obtained by culturing the patient serum in mosquito C6/36 cells.The complete genome of GZ05/2014 was determined and deposited in Gen Bank under the access number KP012546.Phylogenetic analysis based on the complete envelope gene showed that the newly DENV-2 isolate belonged to Cosmopolitan genotype and clustered closely with other Guangdong strains isolated in the past decade.No amino acid mutations that are obviously known to increase virulence or replication were identified throughout the genome of GZ05/2014.The high homology of Guangdong DENV-2 strains indicated the possibility of establishment of local DENV-2 circulation in Guangdong,China.These results help clarify the origin of this epidemic and predict the future status of dengue in China.ZHAO Hui ZHAO Ling Zhai JIANG Tao LI Xiao Feng FAN Hang HONG Wen Xin ZHANG Yu ZHU Qin YE Qing TONG Yi Gang CAO Wu Chun ZHANG Fu Chun QIN Cheng Feng 2014Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,12:21

19Contribution of diffusion,perfusion and functional MRI to the disconnection hypothesis in subcortical vascular cognitive impairment显示文摘Vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)describes all forms of cognitive impairment caused by any type of cerebrovascular disease.Early identification of VCI is quite difficult due to the lack of both sensitive and specific biomarkers.Extensive damage to the white matter tracts,which connect the cortical and subcortical regions,has been shown in subcortical VCI(SVCI),the most common subtype of VCI that is caused by small vessel disease.Two specific MRI sequences,including diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)and functional MRI(fMRI),have emerged as useful tools for identifying subtle white matter changes and the intrinsic connectivity between distinct cortical regions.This review describes the advantages of these two modalities in SVCI research and the current DTI and fMRI findings on SVCI.Using DTI technique,a variety of studies found that white matter microstructural damages in the anterior and superior areas are more specific to SVCI.Similarly,functional brain abnormalities detected by fMRI have also been mainly shown in anterior brain areas in SVCI.The characteristic distribution of brain abnormalities in SVCI interrupts the prefrontal-subcortical loop that results in cognitive impairments in particular domains,which further confirms the‘disconnection syndrome’hypothesis.In addition,another MRI technique,arterial spin labelling(ASL),has been used to describe the disconnection patterns in a variety of conditions by measuring cerebral blood flow.The role of the ASL technique in SVCI research is also assessed.Finally,the review proposes the application of multimodality fusion in the investigation of SVCI pathogenesis.Qing Ye Feng Bai 2018Stroke & Vascular Neurology2018,3,3:20
20Carbonate-salt-based composite materials for medium- and high-temperature thermal energy storage显示文摘This paper discusses composite materials based on inorganic salts for medium- and high-temperature thermal energy storage application.The composites consist of a phase change material(PCM),a ceramic material,and a high thermal conductivity material.The ceramic material forms a microstructural skeleton for encapsulation of the PCM and structural stability of the composites;the high thermal conductivity material enhances the overall thermal conductivity of the composites.Using a eutectic salt of lithium and sodium carbonates as the PCM,magnesium oxide as the ceramic skeleton,and either graphite flakes or carbon nanotubes as the thermal conductivity enhancer,we produced composites with good physical and chemical stability and high thermal conductivity.We found that the wettability of the molten salt on the ceramic and carbon materials significantly affects the microstructure of the composites.Zhiwei Ge Feng Ye Hui Cao Guanghui Leng Yue Qin Yulong Ding 2014Particuology2014,12,4:19
