| 2 | Distinctive melt activity and chromite mineralization in Luobusa and Purang ophiolites, southern Tibet: constraints from trace element compositions of chromite and olivine显示文摘To investigate the factors controlling the mineralization in ophiolites we systematically compared the petrology and mineral compositions of the harzburgites/lherzolites, dunites and chromitites in the Luobusa and Purang ophiolites. Generally, the petrological features and trace element compositions of chromite and olivine in peridotite and chromitite are distinctly different between the two ophiolites.In Luobusa, boninitic melts are inferred to have interacted with the harzburgites and modified the distributions of some trace elements(e.g., Ni, Mn and V) in chromite and olivine. The subsequently formed dunites and chromitites experienced significant elemental exchange. In contrast, the Purang ophiolite contains a wider range of chromitite compositions and records diverse melt activities, such as the growth of relatively abundant secondary clinopyroxene. The metasomatic melts were enriched in Al and depleted in Si, Na and highly incompatible trace elements(e.g., Nb, Zr). Such melts resemble MORBlike melts proposed in the literature but are assumed to be more hydrous than typical MORB because of presence of hydrous minerals. The parental magmas of the Purang dunites and intermediate chromitites are inferred to be compositionally intermediate between boninitic and MORB-like melts. In addition,the more refractory nature of the Luobusa harzburgites facilitated a high Cr concentration gradient with the interacting melts, making it easier to increase Cr in the melts. Crystallization of clinopyroxene and amphibole in the Purang ophiolite accommodated significant amounts of Cr and water, respectively,and negatively affected Cr concentration and chromite crystallization. | 3 | Toward Intelligent Machine Tool显示文摘With the development of modern information technology-and particularly of the new generation of artificial intelligence(AI)technology-new opportunities are available for the development of the intelligent machine tool(IMT).Based on the three classical paradigms of intelligent manufacturing as defined by the Chinese Academy of Engineering,the concept,characteristics,and systemic structure of the IMT are presented in this paper.Three stages of machine tool evolution-from the manually operated machine tool(MOMT)to the IMT-are discussed,including the numerical control machine tool(NCMT),the smart machine tool(SMT),and the IMT.Furthermore,the four intelligent control principles of the IMT-namely,autonomous sensing and connection,autonomous learning and modeling,autonomous optimization and decision-making,and autonomous control and execution-are presented in detail.This paper then points out that the essential characteristic of the IMT is to acquire and accumulate knowledge through learning,and presents original key enabling technologies,including the instruction-domain-based analytical approach,theoretical and big-data-based hybrid modeling technology,and the double-code control method.Based on this research,an intelligent numerical control(INC)system and industrial prototypes of IMTs are developed.Three intelligent practices are conducted,demonstrating that the integration of the new generation of AI technology with advanced manufacturing technology is a feasible and convenient way to advance machine tools toward the IMT. | Jihong Chen Pengcheng Hu Huicheng Zhou Jianzhong Yang Jiejun Xie Yakun Jiang Zhiqiang Gao Chenglei Zhang | 2019 | Engineering2019,5,4: | 12 |

| 5 | Role of transient receptor potential vanilloid subetype 1 in the increase of thermal pain threshold by moxibustion显示文摘OBTECTIVE:To explore the role of transient receptor potential vaniiloid subetype 1(TRPV1) in the increase of the thermal pain threshold by moxibustion.METHODS:Forty Kunming mice(20 ± 2) g were randomized into control group,capsaicin group,capsazepine group,moxibustion group and moxibustion + capsazepine(MC) group with 8 mice in each,and 16 C57BL/6 wild-type mice(18 ± 2) g were randomized into wild-type(WT) control group and WT moxibustion group with 8 mice in each,and 14 TRPV1 knockout mice(18 ± 2) g were randomized into knockout(KO) control group and KO moxibustion group with 7 in each.Each mouse in the capsaicin group was subcutaneously injected with the amount of 0.1 mL/10 g into L5 and L6 spinal cords;each mouse in the capsazepine group was intraperitoneally injected with the amount of0.1 mL/10 g.Similarly,each mouse in the moxibustion group was given a suspended moxibustion with specially-made moxa-stick for 20 min on L5 and L6 spinal cords.Each mouse in MC group was intraperitoneally injected with the amount of 0.1 mL/10 g first,then after 15 min was given a suspended moxibustion for 20 min on L5 and L6 spinal cords.Each mouse in WT moxibustion group and KO moxibustion group was given a suspended moxibustion with specially-made moxa-stick for 20 min on L5 and L6 spinal cords.The control group,WT control group and KO control group were of no treatment in any way.After all treatments were completed,the digital-display measurement instrument for thermal pain was used to measure the threshold of thermal pain in each group respectively.RESULTS:Compared with the control group,the thresholds of thermal pain in the moxibustion group and MC group were significantly increased(P <0.01);no significant changes in the thresholds in the capsaicin group and the capsazepine group(P > 0.05);compared with moxibustion group,he threshold of thermal in MC group was obviously decreased(P < 0.01).Compared with WT control group,the threshold of thermal pain in WT moxibustion group was significantly increased(P <0.01);compared with KO control group,no changes in the threshold in KO moxibustion group(P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:TRPV1 participated in the process of increasing the threshold of thermal pain by stimulating L5 and L6 of mice spinal cord with burning mosa-stick. | Li Jiejun Jiang Jingfeng | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,5: | 8 |
| 6 | Significance of KiSS-1 and S100A4 in the process of metastasis of gastric carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To detect the expression of KiSS-1 and S100A4 in the primary tumor tissues and lymphatic and visceral metastases and investigate its role in tumorigenesis and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods: The protein expression of KiSS-1 and S100A4 in lymphatic and visceral metastases from advanced gastric cancer specimens was mainly examined by immunohistochemical staining and tissues microarray. Results: Immunohistochemical staining revealed reduced expression of KiSS-1 and up-regulated expression of S100A4 in lymph node and visceral metastases. Rates of KiSS-1 expression in normal tissues, primary tumor tissues, lymph node and visceral metastases were 95.8%, 74.6%, 60.9% and 57.5%. S100A4 expression in associated cases was 43.6%, 71.8%, 70.3% and 90.0%, respectively. Significant differences in KiSS-1 expression was signifi- cantly higher in normal tissues than that in primary tumor tissues (P<0.001). While significant differences of S100A4 expression could be seen between normal and cancer tissues (P<0.001) and between visceral and primary tumors (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tumor metastasis results from gradual accumulation of abnormal genetic alterations. | 7 | GaN-based substrates and optoelectronic materials and devices显示文摘In order to solve the problems of GaN heteroepitaxy on sapphire substrate,some techniques were explored.Freestanding GaN substrates have been made by hydride vapor phase epitaxy(HVPE),laser lift-off(LLO),and chemical mechanical polishing techniques.Wafer bending and cracking in the HVPE growth were partly settled by pulsed flow modulation method.High-crystal quality was established for 1.2 mm thick GaN substrate by X-ray diffraction measurement,in which the full width of half maximum values were 72,110 arcsec for(102),(002)peaks.A novel micro-size patterned sapphire substrate(PSS)and a nano PSS were also fabricated.High-power vertical structure light emitting diodes(VSLEDs)have been developed by Au–Sn eutectic wafer bonding,homemade micro-area LLO,and light extraction structure preparation.The high-injection-level active region with low temperature GaN sandwiched layers was used for lowefficiency droop.The light output power of VSLED was achieved as 400 mW driven at 350 mA,and the dominant wavelength is about 460 nm.The structures and properties of strain modulated superlattices(SLs)and quantum wells as well as advanced simulation of carriers transport across the electron blocking layer were investigated in laser diodes.The hole concentration was achieved as high as1.6 9 1018cm-3in AlGaN/GaN SLs:Mg by inserting an AlN layer.High-quality AlGaN epilayers and structures were grown by MOCVD.Some device structures of UV LEDs and detectors were demonstrated.The emission wavelength of 262 nm UV LED has been successfully fabricated.At last,high-quality InN and InGaN materials for solar cell were grown by boundary-temperature-controlled epitaxy and growth-temperature-controlled epitaxy.Hall-effect measurement showed a recorded electron mobility of 3,280 cm2/(V s)and a residual electron concentration of 1.47 9 1017cm-3at 300 K. | Guoyi Zhang Bo Shen Zhizhong Chen Xiaodong Hu Zhixin Qin Xinqiang Wang Jiejun Wu Tongjun Yu Xiangning Kang Xingxing Fu Wei Yang Zhijian Yang Zhizhao Gan | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,12: | 4 |

| 10 | Efficacy of second-course intra-arterial chemotherapy in children for advanced retinoblastoma recurrence after intra-arterial chemotherapy显示文摘Purpose: The present study determined the efficacy and toxicity of second-course intra-arterial chemotherapy(IAC) in advanced retinoblastoma(RB) recurrence in children following failed initial IAC. Materials and Methods: A total of 24 child patients with unilateral or bilateral intra-ocular advanced RB(IIRC Group D and Group E) undergoing second-course IAC treatment after initial intra-arterial chemotherapy between September 2011 and November 2016 were enrolled. Global salvage, ocular adverse events, and systemic adverse events were assessed. Results: Following second-course IAC, 15(62.5%) showed complete control at 34 months follow-up, while 8 cases(33.3%) failed the treatment and 1 patient with metastatic disease(4.2%) eventually died of brain metastasis after refusing treatment. Ocular adverse events included eyelid edema(n=12), ptosis(n=5), forehead erythema(n-5), enophthalmos(n=3), and cataract(n=2). None of the patients had systemic adverse events, such as stroke or sepsis. Also, no secondary neoplasms and technical complications were observed. Conclusion: Second-course IAC is a potential alternative to enucleation in children with advanced RB, who fail an initial course of IAC. | 11 | 血浆D-二聚体水平与转移性胃癌患者生存期的关系(英文)显示文摘Objective:The principal purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between level of plasma D-dimer and survival time in metastatic gastric cancer patients.Methods:We retrospectively collected the data of plasma D-dimer in metastatic gastric cancer patients admitted in our Department (Department of Oncology,The Affiliated Changzheng Hospital,The Second Military Medical University,Shanghai,China) from October 2006 to October 2008 and analyzed the relationship between level of plasma D-dimer and survival time along with other clinicopathologic parameters.Results:A total of 82 patients were studied in our research,52 were males and 30 females,and the mean age was 57 years.The 48 cases had a normal plasma D-dimer level (<300μg/L) and 34 had a high plasma D-dimer level (≥300μg/L).In the normal and high plasma D-dimer level groups,the mean survival times were 10.9 (95% CI:9.8-12.2) months and 6.8(95% CI:4.4-7.6) months respectively,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Metastatic gastric cancer patients with high plasma D-dimer level had significantly shorter survival time than those with normal plasma D-dimer level.Level of plasma D-dimer can be referred as a potential predictor in metastatic gastric cancer patients. | Xiaodong Jiao Jianxin Qian Guanzhen Yu Rui Li Zhan Wang Jin Wang Xiaoqiang Gu Jiejun Wang | 2011 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,8: | 2 |
| 12 | Water triggered interfacial synthesis of highly luminescent CsPbX3:Mn2+ quantum dots from nonluminescent quantum dots显示文摘Currently,lead halide perovskite quantum dots(PeQDs)have attracted great attention due to their spectacular photophysical properties.However,the toxicity of Pb2+heavy metal ions in CsPbX3 PeQDs limits their practical applications.Herein,a facile post-treatment doping method is proposed,which enables the preparation of highly luminescent low-toxic CsPbX3:Mn^2+PeQDs from nonluminescent Cs4PbX6 PeQDs at water interface.The monodispersed CsPbX3:Mn^2+PeQDs exhibit excellent photophysical properties,including high photoluminescence quantum yield up to 87%.The reaction process and doping mechanism are deeply explored through in-situ monitoring.By simply adjusting the halide composition of the original Cs4PbX6 PeQDs or Mn doping concentration,a series of CsPbX3:Mn^2+PeQDs with adjustable emission could be obtained.Further,the CsPbX3:Mn^2+Q-LED was fabricated and exhibited excellent orange light with the color coordinates of(0.564,0.399),correlated color temperature(CCT)of 1,918 K,and luminous efficiency(LE)of 24 lm/W,which illustrate the great promise in light emitting diode(LED)applications.This work not only provides a facile method for the preparation of highly luminescent low-toxic CsPbX3:Mn^2+PeQDs,but also provides insights into the mechanism of doping process. | Jiejun Ren Xiaopeng Zhou Yuhua Wang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,12: | 2 |
