1Immune checkpoint inhibitor-related hepatotoxicity:A review显示文摘The application of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICI)in advanced cancer has been a major development in the last decade.The indications for ICIs are constantly expanding into new territory across different cancers,disease stages and lines of therapy.With this increased use,adverse events including immune checkpoint inhibitor-related hepatotoxicity(ICH)have emerged as an important clinical problem.This along with the introduction of ICI as first-and second-line treatments for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma makes ICH very relevant to gastroenterologists and hepatologists.The incidence of ICH varies between 1%-20%depending on the number,type and dose of ICI received.Investigation and management generally involve excluding differential diagnoses and following a stepwise escalation of withholding or ceasing ICI,corticosteroid treatment and adding other immunosuppressive agents depending on the severity of toxicity.The majority of patients with ICH recover and some may even safely recommence ICI therapy.Guideline recommendations are largely based on evidence derived from retrospective case series which highlights a priority for future research.Devika Remash David S Prince Catriona McKenzie Simone I Strasser Steven Kao Ken Liu 2021World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,32:9

4Characteristics of Photosystem Ⅱ Behavior in Cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.) Bract and Capsule Wall显示文摘Though bract and capsule wall of boll in cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.) have different photosynthetic capacities,the features of photosystem Ⅱ(PS Ⅱ) in these organs are scarce.In this paper,chlorophyll a fluorescence emission was measured to investigate the difference in the photosynthetic apparatus of dark-acclimated(JIP-test) and light-acclimated(light-saturation pulse method) bract and capsule wall.Compared with leaves,the oxygen evolving system of non-foliar organs had lower efficiency.The pool size of PS Ⅱ electron acceptor of non-foliar organs was small,and the photochemical activity of leaves was higher than that of the bract and capsule wall.In regard to the photosystem I(PS I)electron acceptor side,the pool size of end electron acceptors of leaves was larger,and the quantum yield of electron transport from Q A(PS Ⅱ primary plastoquinone acceptor) further than the PS I electron acceptors of leaves was higher than that of bract and capsule wall.In all green organs,the actual quantum yield of photochemistry decreased with light.The thermal dissipation fraction of light absorbed by the PS Ⅱ antennae was the highest in bract and the lowest in capsule wall relative to leaves.Compared with leaves,capsule wall was characterized by less constitutive thermal dissipation and via dissipation as fluorescence emission.These results suggested that lower PS Ⅱ photochemical activity in non-foliar organs may be result from limitations at the donor side of PS Ⅱ and the acceptor sides of both photosystems.ZHANG Ya-li LUO Hong-hai HU Yuan-yuan Reto J Strasser ZHANG Wang-feng 2013Journal of Integrative Agriculture2013,12,11:4

6Electrocatalytic hydrogen peroxide formation on mesoporous non-metal nitrogen-doped carbon catalyst显示文摘Direct electrochemical formation of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) from pure O2 and H2on cheap metal-free earth abundant catalysts has emerged as the highest atom-efficient and environmentally friendly reaction pathway and is therefore of great interest from an academic and industrial point of view. Very recently,novel metal-free mesoporous nitrogen-doped carbon catalysts have attracted large attention due to the unique reactivity and selectivity for the electrochemical hydrogen peroxide formation [1–3]. In this work,we provide deeper insights into the electrocatalytic activity, selectivity and durability of novel metal-free mesoporous nitrogen-doped carbon catalyst for the peroxide formation with a particular emphasis on the influence of experimental reaction parameters such as p H value and electrode potential for three different electrolytes. We used two independent approaches for the investigation of electrochemical hydrogen peroxide formation, namely rotating ring-disk electrode(RRDE) technique and photometric UV–VIS technique. Our electrochemical and photometric results clearly revealed a considerable peroxide formation activity as well as high catalyst durability for the metal-free nitrogen-doped carbon catalyst material in both acidic as well as neutral medium at the same electrode potential under ambient temperature and pressure.
