1On-Line Fault Diagnosis and Fault-Tolerant Operation of Modular Multilevel Converters –A Comprehensive Review显示文摘Modular multilevel converters(MMCs)have been one of the most broadly used multilevel converter topologies in industrial applications,particularly in medium-voltage motor drives and high-voltage dc power conversion systems.However,due to the utilization of large amount of semiconductor devices,the reliability of MMCs becomes one of the severe challenges constraining their further development and applications.In this paper,common electrical faults of the MMC have been summarized and analyzed,including open-circuit switching faults,short-circuit switching faults,dc-bus short-circuit faults,and single line-to-ground faults on the ac side.A thorough and comprehensive review of the existing online fault diagnostic methods has been conducted.In addition,fault-tolerant operation strategies for such various fault scenarios in MMCs have been presented.All the fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant operation strategies are comparatively evaluated,which aims to provide a state-of-the-art reference on the MMC reliability for future research and industrial applications.JiangBiao He Qichen Yang Zheng Wang 2020CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2020,4,4:9

3Effect of chronic corticosterone-induced depression on circadian rhythms and age-related phenotypes in mice显示文摘Disrupted circadian rhythms are a recognized effect of depression,and our previous article demonstrated an association between depression and premature aging,but the underlying mechanisms are not well understood.In the present study,we used a mouse model of chronic corticosterone (CORT)-treated depression to elucidate a mechanism by which depression may be associated with the circadian clock and mediate age-related phenotypes.Mice received a daily injection of 20 mg/kg CORT for 21 consecutive days,and the depression-like behaviors of mice were identified by the sucrose intake test,tail suspension test and open field test.Our findings indicated that CORT injection may be correlatedwith the circadian clock by impairing circadian rhythms or shifting the phase values of clock genes.We also showed that CORT-treated mice exhibited a significant gradual reduction in body weight gain with increased oxidative stress, including reduced activity of antioxidant-related enzymes,reduced glutathione:glutathione disulfide ratio and cytochrome (Cyt)-C level,and elevated reactive oxygen species content.Moreover, chronic CORT injection affected inflammatory responses,the production of mitochondrial ATP and telomere shortening,which may be associated with the Sirtuin 3 (SIRT3)signaling pathway. 4Auxin response factor 6A regulates photosynthesis,sugar accumulation,and fruit development in tomato显示文摘Auxin response factors(ARFs)are involved in auxin-mediated transcriptional regulation in plants.In this study,we performed functional characterization of SlARF6A in tomato.SlARF6A is located in the nucleus and exhibits transcriptional activator activity.Overexpression of SlARF6A increased chlorophyll contents in the fruits and leaves of tomato plants,whereas downregulation of SlARF6A decreased chlorophyll contents compared with those of wild-type(WT)plants.Analysis of chloroplasts using transmission electron microscopy indicated increased sizes of chloroplasts in SlARF6A-overexpressing plants and decreased numbers of chloroplasts in SlARF6A-downregulated plants.Overexpression of SlARF6A increased the photosynthesis rate and accumulation of starch and soluble sugars,whereas knockdown of SlARF6A resulted in opposite phenotypes in tomato leaves and fruits.RNA-sequence analysis showed that regulation of SlARF6A expression altered the expression of genes involved in chlorophyll metabolism,photosynthesis and sugar metabolism.SlARF6A directly bound to the promoters of SlGLK1,CAB,and RbcS genes and positively regulated the expression of these genes.Overexpression of SlARF6A also inhibited fruit ripening and ethylene production,whereas downregulation of SlARF6A increased fruit ripening and ethylene production.SlARF6A directly bound to the SAMS1 promoter and negatively regulated SAMS1 expression.Taken together,these results expand our understanding of ARFs with regard to photosynthesis,sugar accumulation and fruit development and provide a potential target for genetic engineering to improve fruit nutrition in horticulture crops.Yujin Yuan Xin Xu Zehao Gong Yuwei Tang Mengbo Wu Fang Yan Xiaolan Zhang Qian Zhang Fengqing Yang Xiaowei Hu Qichen Yang Yingqing Luo Lihua Mei Wenfa Zhang Cai-Zhong Jiang Wangjin Lu Zhengguo Li Wei Deng 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:3
5Ginsenoside Rh2 suppresses colon cancer growth by targeting the miR-150-3p/SRCIN1/Wnt axis显示文摘Ginsenoside Rh2,which is extracted from ginseng,exerts antitumor activity.Recent studies suggest that Rh2 may suppress the growth of colon cancer(CC)in vitro.However,the underlying mechanism remains unclear.In this study,we identified the relative levels of miR-150-3p in CC tissues and cells by a comprehensive strategy of data mining,computational biology,and real-time reverse transcription PCR(qRT-PCR)experiments.The regulatory effects of miR-150-3p/SRCIN1 on the proliferative and invasive abilities of CC cells are evaluated by CCK-8,EdU,wound healing,and transwell assays.Cell cycle-and apoptosis-related protein levels are assessed by western blot analysis.An in vivo tumor formation assay was conducted to explore the effects of miR-150-3p on tumor growth.Furthermore,bioinformatics and dual luciferase reporter assays are applied to determine the functional binding of miRNA to mRNA of the target gene.Finally,the relationship between Rh2 and miR-150-3p was further verified in SW620 and HCT-116 cells.miR-150-3p is downregulated in CC tissues and cell lines.Functional assays indicate that the upregulation of miR-150-3p inhibits tumor growth both in vivo and in vitro.In addition,SRCIN1 is upregulated in CC and predicts a poor prognosis,and it is the direct target for miR-150-3p.Moreover,the miR-150-3p mimic decreases Topflash/Fopflash-dependent luciferase activity,resulting in the inhibition of Wnt pathway activity.Rh2 can suppress the growth of CC by increasing miR-150-3p expression.Rh2 alleviates the accelerating effect on Wnt pathway activity,cell proliferation/migration,and colony formation caused by miR-150-3p inhibition.Rh2 inhibits the miR-150-3p/SRCIN1/Wnt axis to suppress colon cancer growth.Shipeng Li Wenfeng Han Qichen He Yang Wang Gang Jin Youcheng Zhang 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,4:2

7Simultaneous enhancement in electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient by single-to double-valley transition in a Dirac-like band显示文摘SnTe possesses a single-to double-valley transition in the conduction band minimum when a compressive strain is applied.Through a tight-binding analysis,it is shown that the variation of the band structure is attributed to the strain-induced delocalization of both the Sn-5s orbitals and Te-5p orbitals with different angular momenta.This effect can largely increase the electron density of states near the band edge and thus keep the Fermi level of the compressed SnTe closer to it,where the electrons have lower scattering rates.The strain-induced double valleys lead to simultaneous increases in the electrical conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient and thereby nearly four times the enhancement of the power factor at the doping concentration of 5×10^(19) cm^(–3).This work suggests a feasible concept that can be employed to promote the power factor of a Dirac semiconductor via manipulating the valley degeneracy in the conduction band minimum.Yu Dai Wenjiang Zhou Hyun-Jung Kim Qichen Song Xin Qian Te-Huan Liu Ronggui Yang 2022npj Computational Materials2022,,1:1

14Roles of light transmission aggregometry and CYP2C19 genotype in predicting ischaemic complications during interventional therapy for intracranial aneurysms显示文摘Background and purpose Light transmission aggregometry(LTA)and CYP2C19 genotype analysis are commonly used to evaluate the antiplatelet effects of clopidogrel during the interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms.The aim of this study was to determine which test can predict ischaemic events during these treatments.Methods Patient demographic information,imaging data,laboratory data and ischaemic complications were recorded.LTA and CYP2C19 genotype results were compared,and multiple linear regression was performed to examine factors related to platelet reactivity.Multivariate regression analysis was performed to determine whether LTA and CYP2C19 could predict ischaemic complications and to identify other clinical risk factors.Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was conducted to calculate the cut-off value for predicting ischaemic complications.A subgroup analysis was also performed for different CYP2C19 genotype metabolisers,as well as for patients with flow diverters and traditional stents.Results A total of 379 patients were included,of which 22 developed ischaemic events.Maximum platelet aggregation induced by ADP(ADP-MPA)could predict ischaemic events(p<0.001;area under the curve,0.752(95%CI 0.663 to 0.842)),and its cut-off value was 41.5%.ADP-MPA(p=0.001)and hypertension duration>10 years(p=0.022)were independent risk factors for ischaemic events,while the CYP2C19 genotype was not associated with ischaemic events.In the subgroup analysis,ADP-MPA could predict ischaemic events in fast metabolisers(p=0.004)and intermediate metabolisers(p=0.003).The cut-off value for ischaemic events was lower in patients with flow diverters(ADP-MPA=36.4%)than in patients with traditional stents(ADP-MPA=42.9%).Conclusions ADP-MPA can predict ischaemic complications during endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Patients with flow diverters require stronger antiplatelet medication than patients with traditional stents.Yangyang Zhou Wenqiang Li Chao Wang Ruhang Xie Yongnan Zhu Qichen Peng Limin Zhang Hongqi Zhang Yuxiang Gu Shiqing Mu Jian Liu Xinjian Yang 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,4:0
