1Virus-induced Phytoene Desaturase(PDS) Gene Silencing Using Tobacco Rattle Virus in Lilium × formolongi显示文摘Gene function analysis is challenging for Lilium due to the lack of an efficient method for stable genetic transformation. Virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS) is an attractive tool for determining gene function in plants. This study reported that Tobacco rattle virus(TRV)-based VIGS of a PHYTOENE DESATURASE(PDS) ortholog(LhPDS) can be achieved in Lilium × formolongi seedlings, with a survival rate of 92%, using the inoculation method of rubbing plus injection. Compared with untreated and mock-treated seedlings, the photobleached leaf phenotype of silenced plants significantly correlates with down-regulation of endogenous LhPDS(P ≤ 0.05). In addition, the silencing phenomenon can be observed in the growing points of plants, indicating that systemic viral infection was achieved using the protocol. The results indicate that TRV-based VIGS can be used to characterize gene function in Lilium × formolongi. 2Structural insights into a high fidelity variant of SpCas9显示文摘The RNA-guided endonucleases of the CRISPR-Cas9 system, including the most w泊ely used Cas9 from Streptococcus pyogenes (SpCas9)z are becoming a robust genome editing tool in model organisms and hold immense promise for therapeutic applications. Many strategies have bee n employed to overcome the limitati ons caused by SpCas9zs off-target effects and its strin gent requirement for the protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) sequenee. However, the structural mechanisms underlying these strategies remain undefined. Here, we present crystal structure of a SpCas9 variant, xCas9 3.7 that has broad PAM compatibility and high DNA targeting specificity, in complex with a single-guide RNA and its double-stranded DNA targets. Structural comparison revealed that salt bridge-stabilized R1335 is critical for the stringent selection of PAM sequence by SpCas9. Unrestricted rotamerization of this residue by the E1219V mutation in xCas9 3.7 lessens the stringency for PAM recognition and allows SpCas9 to recognize multiple PAM sequences as further supported by biochemical data. Compared to those in wild-type (WT) SpCas9, REC2 and REC3 domains in xCas9 3.7 un dergo striki ng conformati onal changes, leadi ng to reduced con tact with DNA substrate. SpCas9 mutants en gineered to display less interaction with DNA and have conformationally more flexible REC2 and REC3 domains display enhanced specificity for DNA substrates in both biochemical and cellular assays. 3Enzyme-electrolytic degradation of dichloromethane: Efficiency, kinetics and mechanism显示文摘Enzymatic electrolysis cell(EEC)has advantages over microbial electrolysis cell(MEC)due to the needless of microbe inoculation and high-efficiency of enzymatic reaction.In this study,an EEC was first applied to achieve the effective degradation of halogenated organic pollutants and dichloromethane(CH2Cl2)was utilized as a model pollutant.The results indicate that the degradation efficiency of CH2Cl2 after 2 hr reaction in the EEC was almost100%,which was significantly higher than that with enzyme(51.1%)or current(19.0%).The current induced the continuous regeneration of reduced glutathione(GSH),thus CH2Cl2 was degraded under the catalysis of GSH-dependent dehalogenase through stepwise dechlorination,and successively formed monochloromethane(CH3Cl)and methane(CH4).The kinetic result shows that with a current of 15 mA,the maximum specific degradation rate of CH2Cl2(3.77×10-3 hr-1)was increased by 5.7 times.The optimum condition for CH2Cl2 dechlorination was also obtained with pH,current and temperature of 7.0,15 mA and 35°C,respectively.Importantly,this study helps to understand the behavior of enzymes and the fate of halogenated organic pollutants with EEC,providing a possible treatment technology for halogenated organic pollutants.Jianming Yu Meng Wu Yuwei Tang Jiaqi Shi Jun Hu Zhiliang Yu Jianmeng Chen 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,12:3
4Auxin response factor 6A regulates photosynthesis,sugar accumulation,and fruit development in tomato显示文摘Auxin response factors(ARFs)are involved in auxin-mediated transcriptional regulation in plants.In this study,we performed functional characterization of SlARF6A in tomato.SlARF6A is located in the nucleus and exhibits transcriptional activator activity.Overexpression of SlARF6A increased chlorophyll contents in the fruits and leaves of tomato plants,whereas downregulation of SlARF6A decreased chlorophyll contents compared with those of wild-type(WT)plants.Analysis of chloroplasts using transmission electron microscopy indicated increased sizes of chloroplasts in SlARF6A-overexpressing plants and decreased numbers of chloroplasts in SlARF6A-downregulated plants.Overexpression of SlARF6A increased the photosynthesis rate and accumulation of starch and soluble sugars,whereas knockdown of SlARF6A resulted in opposite phenotypes in tomato leaves and fruits.RNA-sequence analysis showed that regulation of SlARF6A expression altered the expression of genes involved in chlorophyll metabolism,photosynthesis and sugar metabolism.SlARF6A directly bound to the promoters of SlGLK1,CAB,and RbcS genes and positively regulated the expression of these genes.Overexpression of SlARF6A also inhibited fruit ripening and ethylene production,whereas downregulation of SlARF6A increased fruit ripening and ethylene production.SlARF6A directly bound to the SAMS1 promoter and negatively regulated SAMS1 expression.Taken together,these results expand our understanding of ARFs with regard to photosynthesis,sugar accumulation and fruit development and provide a potential target for genetic engineering to improve fruit nutrition in horticulture crops.Yujin Yuan Xin Xu Zehao Gong Yuwei Tang Mengbo Wu Fang Yan Xiaolan Zhang Qian Zhang Fengqing Yang Xiaowei Hu Qichen Yang Yingqing Luo Lihua Mei Wenfa Zhang Cai-Zhong Jiang Wangjin Lu Zhengguo Li Wei Deng 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:3

7Modulation of Beta Oscillations for Implicit Motor Timing in Primate Sensorimotor Cortex during Movement Preparation显示文摘Motor timing is an important part of sensorimotor control. Previous studies have shown that beta oscillations embody the process of temporal perception in explicit timing tasks. In contrast, studies focusing on beta oscillations in implicit timing tasks are lacking. In this study, we set up an implicit motor timing task and found a modulation pattern of beta oscillations with temporal perception during movement preparation. We trained two macaques in a repetitive visually-guided reach-to-grasp task with different holding intervals. Spikes and local field potentials were recorded from microelectrode arrays in the primary motor cortex, primary somatosensory cortex, and posterior parietal cortex. We analyzed the association between beta oscillations and temporal interval in fixedduration experiments(500 ms as the Short Group and1500 ms as the Long Group) and random-duration experiments(500 ms to 1500 ms). The results showed that the peak beta frequencies in both experiments ranged from15 Hz to 25 Hz. The beta power was higher during the hold period than the movement(reach and grasp) period.Further, in the fixed-duration experiments, the mean poweras well as the maximum rate of change of beta power in the first 300 ms were higher in the Short Group than in the Long Group when aligned with the Center Hit event. In contrast, in the random-duration experiments, the corresponding values showed no statistical differences among groups. The peak latency of beta power was shorter in the Short Group than in the Long Group in the fixed-duration experiments, while no consistent modulation pattern was found in the random-duration experiments. These results indicate that beta oscillations can modulate with temporal interval in their power mode. 8Single cell analysis reveals inhibition of angiogenesis attenuates the progression of heterotopic ossification in Mkx^(−/−)mice显示文摘Tendon heterotopic ossification(HO)is characterized by bone formation inside tendon tissue,which severely debilitates people in their daily life.Current therapies fail to promote functional tissue repair largely due to our limited understanding of HO pathogenesis.Here,we investigate the pathological mechanism and propose a potential treatment method for HO.Immunofluorescence assays showed that the Mohawk(MKX)expression level was decreased in human tendon HO tissue,coinciding with spontaneous HO and the upregulated expression of osteochondrogenic and angiogenic genes in the tendons of Mkx^(−/−)mice.Single-cell RNA sequencing analyses of wild-type and Mkx^(−/−)tendons identified three cell types and revealed the excessive activation of osteochondrogenic genes during the tenogenesis of Mkx^(−/−)tendon cells.Single-cell analysis revealed that the gene expression program of angiogenesis,which is strongly associated with bone formation,was activated in all cell types during HO.Moreover,inhibition of angiogenesis by the small-molecule inhibitor BIBF1120 attenuated bone formation and angiogenesis in the Achilles tendons of both Mkx mutant mice and a rat traumatic model of HO.These findings provide new insights into the cellular mechanisms of tendon HO and highlight the inhibition of angiogenesis with BIBF1120 as a potential treatment strategy for HO.Junxin Lin Yuwei Yang Wenyan Zhou Chao Dai Xiao Chen Yuanhao Xie Shan Han Huanhuan Liu Yejun Hu Chenqi Tang Varitsara Bunpetch Dandan Zhang Yishan Chen Xiaohui Zou Di Chen Wanlu Liu Hongwei Ouyang 2022Bone Research2022,10,4:1

10Green‑Solvent Processed Blade‑Coating Organic Solar Cells with an Efficiency Approaching 19%Enabled by Alkyl‑Tailored Acceptors显示文摘Power-conversion-efficiencies(PCEs)of organic solar cells(OSCs)in laboratory,normally processed by spin-coating technology with toxic halogenated solvents,have reached over 19%.However,there is usually a marked PCE drop when the bladecoating and/or green-solvents toward large-scale printing are used instead,which hampers the practical development of OSCs.Here,a new series of N-alkyl-tailored small molecule acceptors named YR-SeNF with a same molecular main backbone are developed by combining selenium-fused central-core and naphthalene-fused endgroup.Thanks to the N-alkyl engineering,NIR-absorbing YR-SeNF series show different crystallinity,packing patterns,and miscibility with polymeric donor.The studies exhibit that the molecular packing,crystallinity,and vertical distribution of active layer morphologies are well optimized by introducing newly designed guest acceptor associated with tailored N-alkyl chains,providing the improved charge transfer dynamics and stability for the PM6:L8-BO:YRSeNF-based OSCs.As a result,a record-high PCE approaching 19%is achieved in the blade-coating OSCs fabricated from a greensolvent o-xylene with high-boiling point.Notably,ternary OSCs offer robust operating stability under maximum-power-point tracking and well-keep>80%of the initial PCEs for even over 400 h.Our alkyl-tailored guest acceptor strategy provides a unique approach to develop green-solvent and blade-coating processed high-efficiency and operating stable OSCs,which paves a way for industrial development.Hairui Bai Ruijie Ma Wenyan Su Top Archie Dela Pea Tengfei Li Lingxiao Tang Jie Yang Bin Hu Yilin Wang Zhaozhao Bi Yueling Su Qi Wei Qiang Wu Yuwei Duan Yuxiang Li Jiaying Wu Zicheng Ding Xunfan Liao Yinjuan Huang Chao Gao Guanghao Lu Mingjie Li Weiguo Zhu Gang Li Qunping Fan Wei Ma 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,12:1
11The reservoir characteristics research of Devonian Jinbaoshi Formation,Northwest Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘A great breakthrough was achieved on the Middle Devonian's oil-gas exploration in the Longmenshan area in northwestern Sichuan.However,only the Guanwushan Formation was researched in detail.The underlying formation-Jinbaoshi Formation as a set of the potential well reservoir and its reservoir characteristics have not been discussed.Based on the section's fine description,thin section analysis,and core borehole logging,combined with petrophysical analysis,the reservoir characteristics,controlling factors,and evolution process of the Jinbaoshi Formation reservoir in the Longmenshan area are deeply studied in this paper.The results showed that the Jinbaoshi Formation has developed a set of sand-shale interbedding deposit of terrigenous clastic and carbonate rocks.The reservoir lithology is mainly quartz sandstone and calcareous quartz sandstone.The quartz sandstone reservoir has good physical properties,but the calcareous quartz sandstone has the characteristics of strong heterogeneity,low porosity,and permeability.Residual intergranular pores are mainly developed in the reservoir space.And the development of intercrystalline pores and intergranular dissolved pores can also be seen,but the development frequency is low,and the scale is small.Among them,the Devonian Jinbaoshi Formation quartz sandstone's average porosity is about 8%,and the highest is 18.43%.The main diagenesis types of the Jinbaoshi Formation are compaction,recrystalization,and dissolution.Compaction is the main reason for the destruction of original pores,and dissolution is the main driving force for later porosity and permeability improvement.Rock fragments,calcareous silty clasts,and bioclastic grains are the main dissolution objects.The formation of intergranular dissolved pores significantly improves the physical properties of the reservoir.Therefore,the reservoir development of the Jinbaoshi Formation is mainly controlled both by favourable sedimentary facies and diagenesis.Quartz sandstone and calcareous sandstone of the Jinbaoshi Formation were controlled by early sedimentary facies in the syngenetic rock stage and developed more early intergranular pores;in the early diagenesis stage,compaction-pressure solution and cementation resulted in residual intergranular pores.In the middle-late diagenesis stage,the calcareous cement is dissolved,and more pores were formed.Shixuan Zhang Xiucheng Tan Hao Tang Cheng Huang Zhimin Jin Minglong Li Yuwei Shen 2022Petroleum2022,8,3:1
12Deployment and Exploration of a Gas Storage Well Pattern Based on the Threshold Radius显示文摘To tackle the problem that wells that are deployed in a specific pattern based on the requirements of gas reservoir development are not suitable for gas storage,we have conducted concentrically circular injection and production simulation experiments for gas storage,discovered the existence of a threshold radius,denoted by Rt,and derived the expression for Rt.Based on the analysis and discussion results,we propose a strategy for deploying gas storage wells in specific patterns.The expression for Rt shows that it is affected by factors such as the gas storage gas production/injection time,the upper pressure limit,the lower pressure limit,the bottomhole flow pressure at the ends of injection and production,the and permeability.The analysis and discussion results show that the Rt of a gas storage facility is much smaller than the Rt for gas reservoir development.In the gas storage facilities in China,the Rt for gas production is less than the Rt for the gas injection,and Rt increases with the difference in the operating pressure and with permeability K.Based on the characteristics of Rt,we propose three suggestions for gas storage well pattern deployment:(1)calculate Rt according to the designed functions of the gas storage facility and deploy the well pattern according to Rt;(2)deploy sparser,large-wellbore patterns in high-permeability areas and denser,small-wellbore patterns in high-permeability areas;and(3)achieve the gas injection well pattern by new drilling,and the gas production well pattern through a combination of the gas injection well pattern and old wells.By assessing a gas storage facility with a perfect well pattern after a number of adjustments,we found that the Rt of the 12 wells calculated in this paper is basically close to the corresponding actual radius,which validates our method.The results of this study provide a methodological basis for well pattern deployment in new gas storage construction.TANG Ligen ZHU Weiyao ZHU Huayin SUN Chunhui YANG Fenglai WANG Yan Li Xiaorui Li Haiming CHU Guangzhen WANG Jieming KONG Debin YUE Ming LIU Yuwei HUANG Kun 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,2:1
13Prediction of application scope of vertical fracture strike based on scattered wave fracture orientation function显示文摘Fracture system plays a very important role in the enrichment and accumulation of oil and gas in the reservoirs. Based on scattering wave information,Fracture Orientation Function( FOF) was built,which can be used to predict the fracture orientations. However,this method has only been verified by physical experiments without studies on the application scope. In this study,based on the linear sliding theory,FOF of the scattering wave was applied to the numerical simulation and the application scope was further studied according to fracture flexibility tensor. According to the fractures filled with gas and liquid,numerical simulation was conducted on the models with various fracture flexibilities. Numerical simulation results were used to inverse fracture orientation with the aid of the FOF of the scattering wave. The results show that it is workable to predict the vertical fracture orientation with the FOF of the scattering wave. Application of this method is more effective when the fractures are filled with gas than liquid. 15Ultrafast growth of wafer-scale fold-free bilayer graphene显示文摘Bilayer graphene provides a versatile platform for exploring a variety of intriguing phenomena and shows much promise for applications in electronics,optoelectronics,etc.Controlled growth of large-area bilayer graphene is therefore highly desired yet still suffers from a slow growth rate and poor layer uniformity.Meanwhile,graphene wrinkles,including folds and ripples,form during cooling due to the thermal contraction mismatch between graphene and the metal substrates,and have been far from suppressed or eliminated,especially in bilayer graphene,which would greatly degrade the extraordinary properties of graphene.Here we report the ultrafast growth of wafer-scale fold-free bilayer graphene by chemical vapor deposition.Through well-tuning the alloy thickness and strain regulation of the single-crystal CuNi(111)/sapphire,the full coverage of a 2-inch fold-free bilayer graphene wafer via mainly isothermal segregation has been achieved as fast as 30 s.The tensile-strained CuNi(111)film reduces the thermal contraction mismatch and suppresses the formation of graphene folds during cooling,which is directly observed through in situ optical microscopy.The ultraflat bilayer graphene exhibits wafer-scale uniformity in electrical performance and enhanced mechanical property comparable to the exfoliated ones.Our results offer a promising route for largescale production of bilayer graphene and enable its various applications.Jilin Tang Yuechen Wang Yuwei Ma Xiaoyin Gao Xin Gao Ning Li Yani Wang Shishu Zhang Liming Zheng Bing Deng Rui Yan Yisen Cao Ronghua Zhang Lianming Tong Jin Zhang Peng Gao Zhongfan Liu Xiaoding Wei Hongtao Liu Hailin Peng 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
16The m^(6)A reader SiYTH1 enhances drought tolerance by affecting the messenger RNA stability of genes related to stomatal closure and reactive oxygen species scavenging in Setaria italica显示文摘Foxtail millet(Setaria italica),a vital drought-resistant crop,plays a significant role in ensuring food and nutritional security.However,its drought resistance mechanism is not fully understood.N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)modification of RNA,a prevalent epi-transcriptomic modification in eukaryotes,provides a binding site for m^(6)A readers and affects plant growth and stress responses by regulating RNA metabolism.In this study,we unveiled that the YT521-B homology(YTH)family gene SiYTH1 positively regulated the drought tolerance of foxtail millet.Notably,the siyth1 mutant exhibited reduced stomatal closure and augmented accumulation of excessive H_(2)O_(2)under drought stress.Further investigations demonstrated that SiYTH1 positively regulated the transcripts harboring m^(6)A modification related to stomatal closure and reactive oxygen species(ROS)scavenging under drought stress.SiYTH1 was uniformly distributed in the cytoplasm of SiYTH1-GFP transgenic foxtail millet.It formed dynamic liquid-like SiYTH1 cytosol condensates in response to drought stress.Moreover,the cytoplasmic protein SiYTH1 was identified as a distinct m^(6)A reader,facilitating the stabilization of its directly bound SiARDP and ROS scavenging-related transcripts under drought stress.Furthermore,natural variation analysis revealed SiYTH1AGTG as the dominant allele responsible for drought tolerance in foxtail millet.Collectively,this study provides novel insights into the intricate mechanism of m^(6)A reader-mediated drought tolerance and presents a valuable genetic resource for improving drought tolerance in foxtail millet breeding.Weiwei Luo Yuxiang Tang Shenglan Li Linlin Zhang Yuwei Liu Renliang Zhang Xianmin Diao Jingjuan Yu 2023Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2023,65,12:0
17Train post‑derailment behaviours and containment methods:a review显示文摘Railway accidents,particularly serious derailments,can lead to catastrophic consequences.Therefore,it is essential to prevent derailment escalation to reduce the likelihood of severe derailments.Train post-derailment behaviours and containment methods play a critical role in preventing derailment escalation and providing passive safety protection and accident prevention in the event of a derailment.However,despite the increasing attention on this field from academia and industry in recent years,there is a lack of systematic exploration and summarization of emerging applications and containment methods in train post-derailment research.For this reason,this paper presents a comprehensive review of existing studies on train post-derailment behaviours,encompassing various topics such as post-derailment contact-impact models,dynamic modelling and simulation techniques,and the primary factors influencing post-derailment behaviours.Significantly,this review introduces and elucidates substitute guidance mechanisms(SGMs),which serve as railway-specific passive safety protection and accident prevention measures.The various types of SGMs are depicted,and their ongoing developments and applications are explored in depth.The review additionally points out several unresolved challenges including the adverse effects of SGMs,and proposes future research directions to advance the theoretical understanding and practical application of train post-derailment behaviours and containment methods.This review seeks to be a valuable reference for railway industry professionals in preventing catastrophic derailment consequences through post-derailment containment methods.Zhao Tang Yuwei Hu Shuangbu Wang Liang Ling Jianjun Zhang Kaiyun Wang 2024Railway Engineering Science2024,32,1:0
18The Research Progress and Development Trend of Carbon Accounting:An Analysis Based on CiteSpace显示文摘In this study,we analyzed the carbon accounting literature from 2015 to 2020 included in the Web of Science database to determine the current research status,hotspots,and trends of carbon accounting.CiteSpace visual analysis software and bibliometric method were used to analyze major countries,journals,research institutions,authors,keywords,and annual publication volume related to carbon accounting research.The results show that in recent years,the number of published papers has been increasing in recent years,and several major research institutions have been formed,such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the University of Leeds,and the Beijing Institute of Technology.Geoffrey P.Hammond,Paul W.Griffin,Connor C.Turvey,Jiahui Hong,et al.are the main contributors to carbon accounting publications.However,there is still a lack of cooperation between scholars and institutions.Currently,research on carbon accounting focuses on climate change,carbon emissions,and carbon footprints.This research will provide carbon accounting researchers and practitioners with the latest information on the current research status,hotspots,and trends in the field of carbon accounting research.Yuwei Du Songsheng Chen Luyao Tang 2021China-USA Business Review2021,20,4:0
19Whole lifecycle observation of single‐spore germinated Streptomyces using a nanogap‐stabilized microfluidic chip显示文摘Streptomyces is a model bacterium to study multicellular differentiation and the major reservoir for antibiotics discovery.However,the cellular‐level lifecycle of Streptomyces has not been well studied due to its complexity and lack of research tools that can mimic their natural conditions.In this study,we developed a simple microfluidic chip for the cultivation and observation of the entire lifecycle of Streptomyces development from the single‐cell perspective.The chip consists of channels for loading samples and supplying nutrients,microwell arrays for the seeding and growth of single spores,and air chambers beside the microwells that facilitate the development of aerial hyphae and spores.A unique feature of this chip is that each microwell is surrounded by a 1.5µm nanogap connected to an air chamber,which provides a stabilized water–air interface.We used this chip to observe the lifecycle development of Streptomyces coelicolor and Streptomyces griseus germinated from single spores,which revealed differentiation of aerial hyphae with progeny spores at micron‐scale water–air interfaces and air chambers.Finally,we demonstrated the applicability of this chip in phenotypic assays by showing that the microbial hormone A‐Factor is involved in the regulatory pathways of aerial hyphae and spore formation.The microfluidic chip could become a robust tool for studying multicellular differentiation,single‐spore heterogeneity,and secondary metabolism of single‐spore germinated Streptomyces.Dongwei Chen Mengyue Nie Wei Tang Yuwei Zhang Jian Wang Ying Lan Yihua Chen Wenbin Du 2022mLife2022,1,3:0
20Spatio-temporal Distribution Characteristics and Environmental Impact Factors of Lung Cancer Mortality: A Case Study of Yuhui District in Bengbu City, China显示文摘Among cancers, lung cancer is the most common cause of death in China. For the prevention and control of lung cancer, it is necessary to investigate the spatial and temporal distribution of lung cancer mortality, as well as the changes in the trend and the affecting mechanism. Based on statistics and auto-correlation analysis, this paper studied the spatial and temporal distribution of lung cancer mortality in Yuhui District, Bengbu, Huaihe River Basin, from 2017 to 2020. In addition, Spearman’s Rank Correlation Assessment Model and Geographic Detector Model were used to examine the relationship between environmental factors and lung cancer mortality to identify impact factors and their mechanisms. The findings indicated that: 1) from the characteristics of temporal distribution, the number of lung cancer deaths exhibited a linear growth tendency, with the highest mortality in winter;2) from the characteristics of spatial distribution, lung cancer mortality showed a strong spatial agglomeration form, concentrating on two clustering areas, located in the old city and the central city of Bengbu, near the Huaihe River;3) from the point of view of the whole research area, there were 15 impact factors with significant correlation in the built and natural environment factors. The significant impacting factors in the built environment included land use, road traffic, spatial form and blue-green space, which could indirectly affect lung cancer mortality, while air pollution and temperature constituted the significant impacting factors in the natural environment;4) the influence of screened environmental factors on lung cancer mortality was different. Spatial stratified heterogeneity assessment, the interaction among environmental factors demonstrated statistical significance, it was found that the interaction between environmental factors in pairs had a significant enhancement effect on lung cancer mortality.
