| 1 | On-Line Fault Diagnosis and Fault-Tolerant Operation of Modular Multilevel Converters –A Comprehensive Review显示文摘Modular multilevel converters(MMCs)have been one of the most broadly used multilevel converter topologies in industrial applications,particularly in medium-voltage motor drives and high-voltage dc power conversion systems.However,due to the utilization of large amount of semiconductor devices,the reliability of MMCs becomes one of the severe challenges constraining their further development and applications.In this paper,common electrical faults of the MMC have been summarized and analyzed,including open-circuit switching faults,short-circuit switching faults,dc-bus short-circuit faults,and single line-to-ground faults on the ac side.A thorough and comprehensive review of the existing online fault diagnostic methods has been conducted.In addition,fault-tolerant operation strategies for such various fault scenarios in MMCs have been presented.All the fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant operation strategies are comparatively evaluated,which aims to provide a state-of-the-art reference on the MMC reliability for future research and industrial applications. | JiangBiao He Qichen Yang Zheng Wang | 2020 | CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2020,4,4: | 9 |
| 2 | Ginsenoside Rh2 suppresses colon cancer growth by targeting the miR-150-3p/SRCIN1/Wnt axis显示文摘Ginsenoside Rh2,which is extracted from ginseng,exerts antitumor activity.Recent studies suggest that Rh2 may suppress the growth of colon cancer(CC)in vitro.However,the underlying mechanism remains unclear.In this study,we identified the relative levels of miR-150-3p in CC tissues and cells by a comprehensive strategy of data mining,computational biology,and real-time reverse transcription PCR(qRT-PCR)experiments.The regulatory effects of miR-150-3p/SRCIN1 on the proliferative and invasive abilities of CC cells are evaluated by CCK-8,EdU,wound healing,and transwell assays.Cell cycle-and apoptosis-related protein levels are assessed by western blot analysis.An in vivo tumor formation assay was conducted to explore the effects of miR-150-3p on tumor growth.Furthermore,bioinformatics and dual luciferase reporter assays are applied to determine the functional binding of miRNA to mRNA of the target gene.Finally,the relationship between Rh2 and miR-150-3p was further verified in SW620 and HCT-116 cells.miR-150-3p is downregulated in CC tissues and cell lines.Functional assays indicate that the upregulation of miR-150-3p inhibits tumor growth both in vivo and in vitro.In addition,SRCIN1 is upregulated in CC and predicts a poor prognosis,and it is the direct target for miR-150-3p.Moreover,the miR-150-3p mimic decreases Topflash/Fopflash-dependent luciferase activity,resulting in the inhibition of Wnt pathway activity.Rh2 can suppress the growth of CC by increasing miR-150-3p expression.Rh2 alleviates the accelerating effect on Wnt pathway activity,cell proliferation/migration,and colony formation caused by miR-150-3p inhibition.Rh2 inhibits the miR-150-3p/SRCIN1/Wnt axis to suppress colon cancer growth. | Shipeng Li Wenfeng Han Qichen He Yang Wang Gang Jin Youcheng Zhang | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,4: | 2 |

| 5 | Nephrocyte-neurocyte interaction and cellular metabolic analysis on membrane-integrated microfluidic device显示文摘Cell-cell interaction and cell metabolic analysis provide new opportunities for better understanding of critical biochemical processes. Advanced microfluidic technologies enable to create more realistic in vitro microenvironment by spatial and temporal control of cell growth and co-culture. In this work, we design a microfluidic device to achieve the co-culture of PC12 cells and 293 cells, and study in vitro cell-cell interaction via cell metabolic analysis by mass spectrometry. The membraneintegrated microfluidic device was firstly used for cell co-culture, and the cellular metabolite was further investigated by mass spectrometer(MS). Our results showed that the differentiation of PC12 cells could be successfully induced by m NGF and also greatly influenced by the microchannel treatment of fetal bovine serum(FBS) solution. The identification of cell morphology, microtubule-associated protein 2(MAP-2) expression and viability of differentiated PC12 cells were conducted before 293 cells being introduced into the top microfluidic channels and stimulated to secrete cell metabolism products. | 8 | A reference-grade genome assembly for Astragalus mongholicus and insights into the biosynthesis and high accumulation of triterpenoids and flavonoids in its roots显示文摘Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus(AMM),a member of the Leguminosae,is one of the most important medicinal plants worldwide.The dried roots of AMM have a wide range of pharmacological effects and are a traditional Chinese medicine.Here,we report the first chromosome-level reference genome of AMM,comprising nine pseudochromosomes with a total size of 1.47 Gb and 27868 protein-encoding genes.Comparative genomic analysis reveals that AMM has not experienced an independent wholegenome duplication(WGD)event after the WGD event shared by the Papilionoideae species.Analysis of long terminal repeat retrotransposons suggests a recent burst of these elements at approximately 0.13 million years ago,which may explain the large size of the AMM genome.Multiple gene families involved in the biosynthesis of triterpenoids and flavonoids were expanded,and our data indicate that tandemduplication has been the main driver for expansion of these families.Among the expanded families,the phenylalanine ammonia-lyase gene family was primarily expressed in the roots of AMM,suggesting their roles in the biosynthesis of phenylpropanoid compounds.The functional versatility of 2,3-oxidosqualene cyclase genes in cluster Ⅲ may play a critical role in the diversification of triterpenoids in AMM.Our findings provide novel insights into triterpenoid and flavonoid biosynthesis and can facilitate future research on the genetics and medical applications of AMM. | Yi Chen Ting Fang He Su Sifei Duan Ruirui Ma Ping Wang Lin Wu Wenbin Sun Qichen Hu Meixia Zhao Lianjun Sun Xuehui Dong | 2023 | Plant Communications2023,4,2: | 0 |
| 9 | One-step hydrothermal synthesis of Cit-NaYbF_(4):Er^(3+)nanocrystals with enhanced red upconversion emission for in vivo fluorescence molecular tomography显示文摘Fluorescence imaging techniques represent essential tools in in vitro,preclinical,and clinical studies.In this study,an improved one-step hydrothermal method to synthesize citric acid(CA)modifiedα-NaYbF_(4):2%Er^(3+)nanocrystals was proposed.The introduction of various doping ions into NaYbF_(4):2%Er^(3+)and the different valence states of the same ions affect both the crystal size and upconversion luminesce nce.There fore,we investigated the upconversion luminesce nce enha ncement of NaYbF_(4):2%Er^(3+)by ion doping and find that the upconversion luminescence intensity of the upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)co-doped with 5 mol%Fe^(2+)ions shows the greatest enhancement,especially for red emission at654 nm.Furthermore,HeLa cells incubated with UCNPs allow for imaging with strong red upconversion emission detectio n.Confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM)fluorescent images of HeLa cells indicate that NaYbF_(4):2%Er/5%Fe^(2+)leads to a clear outline and improves visualization of the cell morphology.In addition,the CA coated NaYbF_(4):2%Er^(3+)/5%Fe^(2+)nanoparticles and NaYbF_(4):2%Er^(3+)/5%Fe^(2+)show low cytotoxicity in HeLa cells.Organ imaging reveals the efficiency of these UCNPs to analyze the lungs,liver,and spleen.Together,these results indicate that the Cit-NaYbF_(4):2%Er^(3+)/5%Fe^(2+)UCNPs are efficient nanoprobes for fluorescence molecular to mography. | Xiaoli Luo Qichen Chen Hongbo Guo Heng Zhang Xiaowei He Wu Zhao | 2024 | Journal of Rare Earths2024,42,1: | 0 |
